Does ppspy offer a trial?
Yes, we offer trials. You can use your email to register an account to enjoy the trial. There is no card required.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can cancel your subscription in Account > Subscription page, after cancellation, no charges will be deducted.
Where can I get invoice?
You can find your order in Account > Invoice page and download your invoice, you can fill in your invoice information, such as: country, company name, address, VAT, etc.
How to upgrade my membership?
Whether you want to upgrade from Free to Standard, from Standard to Pro, or from Pro to Business. The old membership will be prorated to the new membership hours and the old subscription will be cancelled the new subscription will take effect and will not be automatically debited until the hours are used up.
Do you make refunds?
No, you can test PPSPY for free and cancel your subscription at any time. We do not issue refunds.
Do you need more packages and membership options?
If the above membership packages do not meet your needs and you need more customized membership packages, please contact us via email to customize your membership package (service@ppspy.com). Our custom membership packages do not support subscriptions, only single six-month and one year purchases.
How are Credits issued?
Credit Issuance: Credits are issued monthly and reset at the start of each billing month. Whether you’re on a monthly or annual plan, your Credits refresh each month based on your subscription start date. Unused Credits do not roll over and are cleared at reset.
How are Credits used?
Credit Usage Rules: List queries consume 1 Credit per returned item (e.g., 20 items consume 20 Credits). Viewing a single item’s details (including pop-ups and ad details) consumes 20 Credits. We’re continuously refining our credit charging rules to minimize unnecessary and duplicate usage—your feedback is welcome.
