hello everybody,welcome back to the entrepreneur hour,where nah i messed that up huh uh my,name is miguel sanchez,and i help investors and entrepreneurs,profit more through innovation,and if you're the type of person that,likes to see new cool new technology,cool new business ideas,consider subscribing to my channel and,definitely liking this video,today i am,going to create a shopify store in less,than an hour,if you look at the show yesterday you,see i created some products,so today i'm going to work everyone,through,setting up a shopify store that sells,those products,so first things first i definitely,signed up,through the link in the description,actually did i put in the description,i'm gonna have to put in the description,um actually i'm gonna put it in the,the chat right now if you want to,set up your store right now again i said,in yesterday's show you,might not want to set up your store,today,until you get your products in because,you got 14 day trial period so,i'm foregoing my 14 day trial period to,show you guys this tutorial,um because i'm going to set up the store,today it's going to be live and people,can buy,but i haven't yet seen the product so,i'm still going to have it live i'm,going to order,this stuff in and then i'm going to see,what happens and i'll change it,so i'm going to lose my 14 days but if,anybody creates a store,don't do what i'm doing make sure you,get the products in first,all right so i put that in all the chat,what's up kevin,all right so,oh one second,um all right so i'm sharing my screen i,might know,all right so i'm sharing my screen,going in to actually hold on,yep all right so first thing one of the,first things you want to do here when,you when you're about to create your,shopify store,you want to create an email address for,the store,not i wouldn't make your shopify under,your email that you use every day,what you can do is you can forward those,shopify emails to your current email,because eventually you may want other,people to go in there and help you with,this store,and you're not going to want to have,them in your main email so,what i like to do is i like to create,the,email address based on the url i'm using,right so i,i'm using innovateeverydayshop.com,so i made an innovate everyday shop,gmail.com and now i just signed up,for shopify using that same email,you also want to create,possibly a paypal with the same email,um if you want to accept paypal you may,not want to,i think in this tutorial i'm not going,to set up paypal,um just because it takes some time so,maybe let's see let's see what happens,so when you first sign up,the question is they ask you are you,already selling,i'm just playing around i'm not selling,products yet,i'm gonna say i'm not selling products,yet do you have something to sell,yes because we already have it in,printful from yesterday watch,yesterday's show if you haven't seen how,i set that up,um what is your current revenue,zero just getting started which industry,will you be

welcome back,to the entrepreneur hour my name is,miguel sanchez,i help investors and entrepreneurs,profit through innovation,today my show was again,produced conceived created thought of by,my meta bronx group um today,i was showing them i'm creating content,around building your online store,and they were like why don't we when we,show that why don't we,why don't we do it so i'm starting out a,clothing,idea to show the metaboxers,how to create an online store as i do,that though,i'm trying to show them step by step of,how to do it the first step i say is,you have to have an idea the second step,is you have to have a community that,connects to that idea,so i am all about innovation,so i'm so i'm thinking what could i,do that helps me to innovate more,what is the idea that can help them,so i said what if i make a clothing line,where every time somebody buys a shirt,they are investing in innovation,so the idea is let's say the math is,i charge 25 a shirt the shirt cost me 10,to make 15 profit of course i use some,of that for advertising for overhead,to pay myself to do it or anybody else,to do it and then whatever's left behind,let's say,ten dollars is left behind on every,shirt,i sell a thousand shirts at ten thousand,dollars,then now i can spend on innovation so,let's say,there's a startup idea that the,community,says we like that idea we like that team,i can say well innovate,every day which is the name of the the,brand i came up with,can invest in that and help it make,become reality so i came up with the,name,innovate every day because i thought it,could be a motivating factor it could be,something people will want to wear,for me it would be good to see in the,morning when i'm picking out what i'm,gonna wear,if i see a shirt that says innovate,every day i may think,what am i gonna do today to innovate,right it's a reminder,to motivate myself to innovate,so when you're thinking about a brand to,create you want to make sure that you're,coming up with something that,the people wearing it it says something,about them,right so imagine as you're walking,around town,you see people that are wearing the,innovate any everyday shirt and you're,like,oh wow they're part of my my community i,i innovate every day to,one and i know they they may have,invested in something i invested in,right,so that's where i'm that's where i'm,starting,and again i'm making a series of videos,step by step,i may even do an online class where i,work one-on-one with people that are,trying to make their online brands,um and we have one of the metal bronzers,and actually many metal bronzers,want to create their own online store so,this is really angled towards,anyone interested in making an online,business but i'm starting out with,clothing because i know a lot of people,especially from the communities i work,with that's one of the places they want,to start,kevin what's up clicks what's up,so where i'm gonna start,the first place you start is you think,of the name right,so i though

what is up everybody tenor from the,video I hope you're all having a great,day and today we're doing a store of you,haven't done one of these in a while,I've like probably almost ten of them on,my channel cuz you guys just love them,so much but the reason why I don't do,them often is just because most the time,is common issues that you guys can learn,from the past videos but everybody must,have their store reviewed so right now,I've chosen six stores that I got my,Instagram DMS and we're gonna be going,over them just giving our opinions and,what we think about them but the thing,that really comes down to guys is that,you know the way your store looks isn't,everything it's just more about product,testing and product research you know,when it comes down to it we've talked,about this before having a cool store,you know professionally designed doesn't,mean guaranteed success so let's go,ahead and hop on my computer and I'll,see you guys there alright guys so we're,on my computer now and the first one I,have up here is above all kitchens calm,like that logo yeah first thing off the,bet it reminds me of Nam Rama my,Instagram boutique alt because I've made,a store of the thing like selling stuff,like I see on here and yeah flower,scroll up scroll up backer for the logo,look it's got like the little leaves it,makes it look like a leaf - yeah yeah,silver yo shout out a lot of send me,your logo guy a lot of people don't make,logos you know let's write their name,name there and it's the same finds,everything else on the store but the,first thing we see here you know we,scroll down high-quality photos the one,thing I would say this this section,right here this whole picture seconds,you should probably be you know kind of,find a little bit because you know I've,to scroll down to see the text right,here that you have you know it says we,carry unique kitchen gadgets you can't,find in a store you know it's just too,big we have to scroll down a lot to see,that text think about it like this when,you're on your laptop or your you might,have a really big computer that's why,but I like a regular-sized laptop,you shouldn't have to scroll the whole,thing should be fit so then when you,scroll you're gone from it yeah like,that and anyways when you're on like you,know designing the store you can look at,it for a moment,desktop you know it all it all adds up,you have to look at it you know scroll,down to see two categories gadgets,accessories your store is making me,hungry for grilled cheese yeah I really,want to be what does that go that's a,little wall more get some stuff for that,it's just bread and cheese,exactly everybody has that right at,their house it's kids you have nothing,basic website it does the job let's look,at some of the products again the,homepage is nothing,important thing that's not really where,you're sending your traffic you're,sending it so this you want to go take,anything have you ever tested using a,software heat-seeking tracker that lets,you see

hello everyone welcome back and I'm here,to be talking about Riverdale season,four now yes this is one of the few,shows where I've reviewed every single,season of the show on my channel so if,you guys want to check out any of that I,have a TV reviews playlist but I'm not,to talk about that for that long because,there's a lot to talk about with this,season well I think it's safe to say,that due to the crisis that was going on,and still going on as of now the show,was cut short season four was cut short,by only three episodes which doesn't,seem like a lot but when you watch the,show like you know how this show goes,there's a bunch of mysteries and plot,threads that they develop throughout the,show and whenever one gets concluded,they add in more well they were in the,middle of one and it's cut abruptly,short which is really unfortunate,because you're left on a cliffhanger and,they're just gonna go straight in the,season five I'm assuming that these,episodes will be a part of season 5,presumably the first three episodes will,be what the finale of season 4 would,have been but we won't know until we see,whenever season 5 is able to come out,but yeah basically season 4 word leaves,up after the crazy shenanigans of the,board games and gargoyle or Cain and all,that nonsense trash from season 3 we are,here with season 4 where they do,something a bit different they have the,main four characters and a couple of,other side characters have become main,main characters have pretty much their,own adventures you have oh don't worry,I'm not gonna read Elva than that many,spoilers or anything I'm going to keep,it pretty vague but basically you have,Veronica still you know trying to come,up with a rival might say rum company or,something against her Dan you know,they're going at each other and you have,Archie with his one friend and a couple,of other buddies from season three and,all they're they have this boxing gym,that they're gonna then want to turn,into like a like a shelter for homeless,kids or straight kids they're getting,caught up in the wrong crowd and you,have a bunch of that nonsense you have,gellick head which of course as you went,at the end of season three happened we,want to know,oh they're teasing something big with,Jughead what happened what's going on so,they're planting the little seeds now,become that big main storyline for the,season with him getting accepted to this,really nice fancy school because of him,being like a writer and all and they're,like apart like this crazy stuff going,on there and then you have I mean you,have some threads that were left open,from season three that within the first,few episodes are just gone they just,completely they were like they didn't,like shoo it away but they concluded,that arc so abruptly I was like why was,this a thing I was shocked by how,abruptly that was concluded since it was,such a big threat it was that was one of,the main two threads the farm and that,Colt with the organs along with the,gargoyle c

okay I'm hoping this works I did a video,earlier that talked about updating my,own personal store at Kate Taylor studio,calm and people found that helpful but,because it was a little bit off angle,and didn't actually talk about full,setting up the full store I thought I,would actually do another video starting,basically from scratch,setting up the online version of the,Leslie groves gallery store so all I've,done at this point is gone into fine art,studio online which is FAS Oh calm and,I've gone down there said setting up for,free and I've set up a gallery so this,is where I'm at right now so I'm going,to just kind of work through and,hopefully it's not going to be too,boring but I'm actually going to work,through the trying to work through all,the the processes needed to kind of,start an account we're going to be using,our regular Leslie Grove gallery CA from,the that's currently attached to our,artist Network website and this site for,us is going to be only used as a store,for my personal web site at Kate Taylor,studio comm it's used for everything,because I just find that it's super easy,and I really like it so I'm gonna just,tons of templates I'm just going to,start with one just to kind of see if we,think that it might work so I'm going to,apply this one to our website okay,the templates here can be changed at any,point in time and you also have the,ability to go in and modify any of the,color palettes you can see here of the,template so this one is the I think was,called the Tyler and then you can see,there's multiple templates that I can,use within that within that phrase so I,know maybe I might go with stand and I,can kind of see what it looks like,I typically at this point it's gonna go,with a standard I think just because I,don't really know how things are going,to how things are gonna look and also I,want to try and stick as much as,possible to kind of the artist Network,colors but I also don't want to modify,too much,I want the site to be super simple and,clean so that ultimately when as if,happening is that the the art itself is,what really focuses so let's work with,this one for now knowing it can be,changed at any point in time okay so I'm,going to exit this portion and go to the,control panel so this is a control panel,which is the back end you can see,there's a lot of simple steps that you,can actually go through yourself to kind,of walk you through stuff especially if,this video is boring or doesn't work out,which is entirely possible so we're,going to start off by actually uploading,some artwork so um new artwork and I,think this is where you kind of saw that,I was doing this before what I've done,here is I've just actually pulled,different art from I'm hoping I can find,it I see it now notice Network I think,it's under sorry 2020 okay so I put in a,couple of pictures here so what I've,done is eventually at this point I've,asked for the board members I'm just,going to use their pictures as a test so,for example I'll just kind

that's tutorials anymore,hey guys how's it going as you know,today merch released new update saying,that they will start rolling out the,ability to upload designs to pop sockets,want to give you a quick tutorial on how,you could use it over to make a template,so first things first,unlike the t-shirts this is for 85 by,485 pixels and for the inside space what,I'm calling the safe zone we want to,make the circle 174 and the outside 200,so let's dive right in,we're gonna change our size to 480 phone,then we want to go to shape at the,bottom right hit the circle scroll over,to size good 200,we'll actually change this color to,black just for the sake of this tutorial,and then we'll hit shape again we want,the inside that you 174 and you'll see,why in just a second so so I'm just,going to put something inside of here,you gotta make sure it's centered up,okay and so I'm go ahead and export this,hit save to photos so if you go to pop,suck it's calm they actually have a,uploader that you could put designs on,and and they will print these out and,you can make your own pop suckers we're,just going to use this as a kind of a,template guide to see if our design,falls exactly where it needs to inside,the safe zone so we're gonna hit create,your own create for you and so this,comes up here we're going to hit add,image and got it on the rights to the,sandwich device and then go search it,and my photo library merchants rocks as,you can see it lands inside and so if I,hit number two here it's gonna kind of,create a little little kind of replica,so you could use this to kind of judge,your how you need to set up your design,before you actually go to merch and,waste a lot of time,you

hey what's happening guys and thank you,for tuning into rules for rebels so in,today's video I'm gonna be showing you,guys how to design a simple pop socket,design without Photoshop without Adobe,Illustrator without any fancy programs,the program I'm going to be showing you,guys how to design with is one called,canva this is gonna be completely free,in addition to it being free you're not,gonna need to have any graphic design,skills what what so ever now are you,gonna be cranking out the most amazing,designs the world has ever seen,absolutely not but you really don't need,to have the most amazing designs to sell,stuff on Amazon merch mediocre will do,this is a numbers game it's all about,quantity over quality in my opinion so,basically you're gonna first sign up for,canva this is completely free what's,kind of cool about using this or what's,better about then about using this then,what it was with t-shirts is I made a,video like this a long time ago showing,people how to use canva to make t-shirts,and unfortunately canva change it so you,need their professional service which is,like twelve bucks a month um in order to,do a clear background which you need for,t-shirts well one of the cool things,about Amazon merch it or about pop,sockets is you don't need a clear,background so we're gonna do 485 buy 485,which is the design size and I'll show,you a couple things here so first we're,gonna go to elements then we're gonna go,over to illustration so one thing to,keep in mind make sure the images and,things like that you're using you have,the rights to use I haven't you know I,would normally go find some from a,royalty-free site or you know read the,Terms of Service to make sure you are,able to use this stuff for commercial,use I'm just kind of showing this as an,example so there are patterns over here,in canva that are kind of already,designed for you this isn't gonna be,fantastic what I'm just showing you guys,a quick example so let's say we'll pick,it's got a canva backing like okay this,one's free now technically speaking your,design is only gonna show up in a circle,but for the most part unless you're,doing something that really needs to be,centered on it really doesn't matter,it's a lot quicker to do it this way so,we're gonna go over here to,download that's gonna download we'll go,over here I'm gonna pause this so you,guys can't see my shirts and stuff and,but I'm gonna show you guys what this,would look like uploaded so I just took,this pattern and uploaded it and you,know here's what its gonna look like,they're they're gonna take that square,image and put that into here now if,you're doing something where you,actually need it to be centered or,you're doing like a circular design and,you want everything to fit perfectly and,look good okay well then you're gonna,need the template and this gets a little,bit trickier now if we were using,something like canvas something we could,do is be like okay we're gonna make a,turtle one and I don't know exact
