hello welcome to pagefly youtube channel,today video i will show you some of the,features in home page,products page and collection of the,shopify prestige theme but first we will,talk about the mega menu feature of this,theme,since some of you will not know where to,enable it you can go to the header,section,in this section you can see some similar,settings like in other themes like logo,sticky header or navigation but,scrolling down this section,you will see the setting for mega menu,here this setting,will allow you to choose the menu item,to apply the mega menu,i'm choosing shop to show this mega menu,now you can also change or delete the,images and heading in the menu here,you can also add more than one mega menu,to the main menu,here you can see a mega menu i created,which is based on the couture styles of,the prestige theme,and here is how this mega menu looks,like in the navigation setting,it is really simple and easy to make,now we come back to the home page to,check some interesting sections on this,page,first we will take a look at the,sections we can use on the home page,let's see we have some basic sections,like blog posts,collection lists slideshow newsletters,but you can see some interesting,features like shop the looked,timeline background video,now we will visit each of the sections,first starting from the slideshow,section,you can see we have one slideshow with,four banners available,in the settings we can make this,slideshow full screen,you can also turn on the bottom arrow,feature,in the content section you will be able,to customize the images for each slide,in addition you can also edit the,content slides and buttons,next we will move on to the featured,collection item,in this section most of the settings are,easy to understand and quite similar to,the other themes,when scrolling down you can find the,settings when hovering over the,collection image,by default this setting is off so you,will have to turn it on,you can only add two collections to,these sections,i am using two collections here are,dresses and tops,the following is the collection list,section the settings in this section are,also quite simple,you can customize the size of the,collection image or adding spacing,between collections,there will be settings for you to edit,photos content and buttons or add and,remove collections in the content,section,the timeline section has a relatively,simple structure and design,so its settings are not that complicated,you can add or delete timestamps or,customize the images and content for,that timeline,there won't be much to edit in the,featured articles section so i'll leave,it here,i think you can only display three blogs,and cannot change this number,in the custom html section you can,customize the subheading,heading and html content,in the background video section you can,upload your video on youtube,or vimeo then just add the url of the,video here,you can also customize the size of this,section,next is the testimonials sect

How to Add Mega Menu in Shopify Prestige Theme (Easy & Fast)

hey guys this is james your tech,supported pixel conversions api,hey we're on our demo store and we have,a few questions about the prestige theme,um,i'm going to take the first we just,downloaded this we're going to take it,and we we haven't published it but we're,going to take it into customize,and out of the box,we'll click on theme settings down here,the cart will be drawer out of the box,it will not pick up the add to cart if,it's drawer that ajax drawer the page,will pick in fact pick up the add to,cart so that's the first modification,you're gonna have to make,in order to make the prestige,theme work,now the other issue is when you get a,theme,just install it normally you'd pop,publish it but we're just,previewing it we're just trialing it,so it's better if you publish the theme,so,normally you would publish it and then,you would come in to pixel conversions,api,just simply visit the dashboard,and that would sync up all your,collection pixels,correctly with with our code in order to,pick up the collection pixels correctly,however since we haven't published this,theme the only reliable pixel event will,be the main pixel okay,and then,just so you know if you click on the faq,up here,it will bring you in to our welcome,email faq,and there is an exception right here for,themes,these are the do not use themes,you and these are the exceptions,prestige will work but remember you must,use the cart type page as the cart type,drawer will not pick up at a cart yes,this will work,so i just wanted to point that out it's,all in our faq,um and then the other thing that can,affect your add to cart,are scripts and apps,so that's why a lot of times i'll ask,for you to send me a list of apps that,you're currently using on your store if,we're not picking up an event,on your store,okay so i know that,none of these apps block,any of the pixel events,so let's go back here,and,we've got our event manager opened up by,the way,right up here,um we're gonna go,preview this,theme okay,we're going to get our,view page view right here on the home,page,and then we'll just go into the catalog,in order not to trigger a collection,because collections are unreliable until,you publish the theme and we'll get a,view uh view category okay in the view,category we're going to get our,verification,telling us the version which is api and,the app which is pixel conversions api,okay and then we'll come into a product,page and and look for our view content,here,okay and the view content has all the,great parameters that we're looking for,that we need,now add to cart that's the one in,question the prestige theme,it picks up the add to cart,perfectly well you're going to say oh,it's spinning okay well that's why i,have this event manager which we're,going to open up here shortly,because i don't want to go back and,forth back and forth we're just going to,keep going the added cart did in fact,work,and we're going to go to check out okay,guys,um so when you come in here,shopify,uh,basicall
