all right so once again hello guys and,welcome to this course where we talk,about shopify and e-commerce,so in today's class uh very easy we are,talking about,how to choose a good shopify team,uh the team,very simple what's this it's uh,how you're,how your shopify will be well how your,website structure will be,so when you open up uh your,your shopify account you should be on a,page that looks like this,so the homepage,after that what you're going to do you,click on online store,then you'll be redirected on the team,page,so,the the basic theme is this one it's the,debut team the one that we created on,the last class,so it should look something like this,that's the first one,but if if you want to keep it if you,like it well you can use it but for the,purpose of this class i'm gonna show you,all the teams that exist,so you have two of them you have the,free ones and you have the paid ones,well here you have the paid ones and the,few ones here you have only the three,ones so if you're interested by the free,ones,here are all the teams that you have,what's cool with shopify also you can,click on one of them,and you can choose between,three different styles of the same team,so let's for example say,well one that i like a lot first of all,it's this one,so let's say for example that we added,to our library,so we just click on edit,so our team is loading just there,so as i said what's cool is that we,enter our collections and our products,just once,then we can have as many teams as we,want and we can try to put like our pro,well we can we just put our collections,in our teams,and it's not gonna take as much time as,recreating a new website completely and,entering the products one by one,so let's say for example we enter in our,new team so this one is called supply,so as you can see the menu stays the,same home watches bags if we click on,watches,we have our product if we click on bags,we have our product too,so as i said what's cool is that uh the,main well not the menus but the,collections that we put it on our menus,normally change,the only thing that change is how the,website will look well the website your,story will look you will have to change,those pictures well for example here you,have a slideshow you will have to change,the picture of the slideshow so let's,for example put a picture here,also what's cool with shopify well for,the slideshows is that you have free,images so let's say we put the random,free image,so the images here you will have to,change them but the products themselves,they don't change like the featured,collections they stay the same,the,all the products you don't have to add,them one by one once again you add them,just,once,right,here,on your,product so as we saw on the last class,the collection and the products,so as i'm explaining uh to choose the,right team uh first of all you just go,on well you have also the pay teams,let's see what it looks like the only,difference between the free and the pay,teams is that well the free

hey guys what's up theme rhino here,today i'm going to be talking about,exactly what you shouldn't be doing when,building a shopify store,um i'm seeing a live example here i saw,an ad of a con,of somebody who's starting a business i,saw their website and i said there's a,lot of issues here with this business,um and i'm gonna be sharing them be,putting them to light here on this,youtube channel,so without further ado let's just go,ahead and get right into it all right,so what you guys are seeing here is a,website,of an ad that i saw on facebook so,first of all let's just pull up the ad,before we even begin and,i think the ad actually looked pretty,good so let's pull up the ad it says,here,save a wolf bracelet 50 off plus free,shipping,okay so seems like a good deal,50 off free shipping and then i guess a,picture of a wolf or a bunny emoji,whatever that says,and says get yours now um,then it says looking to make an impact,on a single purchase by purchasing,and then all this text right here is cut,off,a little tip guys to boost your,conversion rates on ads is,the text that you have right here under,the headline okay,the subheading text i mean it needs to,be,less than basically this should never,happen the text should never be cut off,okay these are just some general rules,of thumb the image is actually a pretty,good image so i'm not even going to talk,about the image the image is a great,image,you clearly could tell that the guy's,selling a bracelet here with a wolf in,the background and says,every purchase supports wolves so,that's good i mean i like i like that,approach could it have been done a,little better with this little banner,over here yeah maybe but,overall it the ad is a good ad okay to,save a wolf,bracelet maybe something like get a save,a wolf bracelet,and save a wolf something like that so,it's a little bit more apparent to,people,because honestly i wouldn't know that,i'm actually saving off or supporting,wolves i know it says support wolves,but in what way right the ad has to kind,of explain that,um and you have to essentially,target people who are essentially,fanatics about wolves,so um to for this ad to actually work,uh because nobody's gonna buy this i,mean there's two incentives here,the first incentive is that they get,what seems to be based on your ad,a cheap bracelet and the second thing is,a portion of that money goes to,saving the wolves campaign essentially,right so let's go ahead and continue to,read,it says wolf saver looking to make an,impact on a single purchase question,mark,by purchasing just one save a wolf,bracelet,you're helping us fight a cause we've,been since,all right see that's wrong grammar we've,been since 2018.,it just doesn't add up well right you,need to find a good copywriter,to uh kind of configure ad a little bit,better an authentic bracelet,like ours will remind you that you have,helped a cause,nice reward for helping maintain old,species and their natural habitats 50,off uh with free shipping let's do

hey will here so in this video i thought,i'd do a review of one of gear bubbles,biggest stores and that is aphrodite's,now they have a shopify store but they,sell quite a bit on amazon as well as,tick tock and everywhere else so what i,thought i'd do is have a look at what,what they're doing what they're selling,how big they are um they do make a lot,of sales,and i think their numbers are like six,figures a month minimum so,if you want to see what a store is doing,like this is when you scroll down to the,bottom,you can see it is a shopify store,actually if you ever want to check that,go to view page source,and then just do control f and type in,shopify,but if you get like 315 results for the,word shopify then you can tell that they,are uh shopify store,so,this is their shopify store and this is,connected to gear bubble this is one of,their biggest ones they're also on,amazon so if you go to amazon we can,find them here,let's go to,amazon.car.com doesn't matter,and then just type them in,click alright hey p h r o,ids,let's go necklace,should pull it up there it is,and then you can click on that,then we can get to their store on amazon,so this is our store where they've got a,whole ton of these uh message cards and,things like that,looks like they raise our price a little,bit,not too much but,um they have tons of products if we go,to all products we can look at this so,they're selling on shopify they're also,selling on amazon and if you ever want,to make one of these type of necklaces,so it's basically a necklace message,card and a gift box,i'll show you this one,that's the necklace,um do they have the gift box that's the,gift box,and that's the message card that it's on,you can do that you can do that through,gear bubble if you want and also uh,shine on sells this type of jewelry too,so for example if i look at this one,which is one of their top sellers i'll,just go to this page,they're selling it for 42.97 canadian,that particular crown one if i wanted to,make one i'd go to gear bubble,and i go traditional,and then precious,mixed,then if i just pick,that one the crown,you can see if i sold it for,54.95 i've had i'd have a 30 dollar,profit but so i got to convert that to,us,so,42 97,canadian to us because i'm in canada,so they're selling that for 33.23 so if,i plug that in here,oops you can see that their profit,margin on that,um if i wanted to sell the same thing if,i wanted to charge the same price my,profit would be 16.28 cents per sale so,that's still pretty decent,when i list it on amazon it is always,like,unfortunately a race to the bottom on,amazon but this particular one from,their store,i know is selling very well because it's,uh,it doesn't say love your love dad or,love mom which i think is a reason why,it's doing so well,but they have some good reviews they,have some bad reviews but that's amazon,for you you can't please everybody,anyway the point is,this store um,is doing a ton like they make a ton of,money they sell all over the place
