over the last two years i've sold over,1.8 million dollars on shopify with just,two products and from the start i've,been documenting the entire process but,i've always left one thing out the,products so today for the very first,time you're gonna get the chance to see,what my team and i have built with full,transparency by the way if you're new,here and want to follow my journey make,sure to hit that subscribe button but,for now let's get started i started this,business back in may 2020 at an all-time,low point i had spent three years living,in los angeles starting a couple,different businesses and most of them,failed then i had to come back to,florida and live with my parents again,but on my last day in la probably one of,my saddest days of my life i decided to,start a brand new store in hopes of,finding a winning product and getting,back on my feet and now for the first,time let's actually take a look at the,website that i use to test products this,is the exact hybrid store that i use to,test products and ultimately find the,winning product that i'm still selling,to this day as you can see it is a clean,branded website primarily focused on,home decor we had all kinds of products,on here at the start none of them are,here now because we're really only,focused on that one product obviously,but at the time we had a bunch of,products on here and i was testing new,products every single day let's have a,look at the first two months of this,brand so ultimately what i ended up,doing with that hybrid store was testing,products so in the first two months you,can see i tested a couple products some,were getting sales but nothing was,really popping off the highest we had,gotten was 570 in a day and then if you,spring forward to the next month you're,gonna see that this is when i actually,found the winning product that i'm still,selling to this day so this was the,month that i officially found my product,at the time i had seen a facebook ad,with like nine million views running,this product up and the ad looked,horrible so of course i tried to make a,better ad and then i launched it on,facebook almost instantly this product,started taking off and that's when i,knew it was time to go all in in august,of 2020 i decided to completely scrap,the hybrid store and rebrand this,business to focus on that one product,and as you'll see that decision really,paid off because over the next three,months we went on to sell over 200 000,of this product and that's when i knew,that this was going to be something big,now before we get into the scaling phase,and talk about how i blew past 1 million,in sales in just a couple months,let's talk about the product,this,is the sleep band,the sleep band is a comfortable headband,with built-in thin speakers to help you,fall asleep faster this product is fully,branded and completely custom we've,changed the fabrics the sizing even the,speakers that are actually on the inside,and we even throw in a branded travel,bag with every purchase i

How I Make $1,000/Day In Passive Income On Shopify

hello and welcome to the fourth and,final video in this series on Shopify a,theme development in the first video we,covered what a theme is and where it,sits in the context of the Shopify,environment in the second video we,learned what data is contained in your,theme and what data remains the same,while changing themes and in the third,video we went over how to navigate your,theme structure in this video we're,going to cap off the series by talking,about workflow as an average Shopify,seller there's probably been a time when,you wanted to integrate like a,third-party widget that required just a,small code change in your theme they may,have given you you know a little snippet,of code and asked you to include it in a,certain part of your theme code maybe,you went straight into the Shopify admin,and you clicked edit code on your,current theme found the right file,inserted the code and hit save that my,friends would be the most basic way of,changing your theme code but let's say,for instance you're developing a whole,new section and including it on a,specific page a page that is quite,important to your business maybe this is,the product page where people evaluate,your product before making a decision,suddenly it doesn't make sense or as,much sense to live update your current,theme anymore as any breaking changes,will show up to the user straight away,this is where the idea of staging and,workflow become important if you're just,including a small snippet of code on,your theme maybe your basic workflow is,okay but as you develop more complex,features for your store or your business,grows to a point where the impact of a,small change can make a significant,difference to your users experience,you'll want to start thinking more about,workflow the first precaution and the,one that is easy for anyone to employ is,to simply duplicate their life theme,call your duplicate theme something like,dev theme just to distinguish it from,the one you already have and then make,your changes to this new dev theme the,changes won't be live on your website,but you'll still be able to preview them,through your Shopify admin when you're,happy with you,new theme you can either to placate the,theme and publish the duplicate or you,can directly publish your dev theme and,then rename it to something else after,you publish it you don't want to leave,it core dev theme after you publish it,this is how we can stage a theme code,changes but say for instance we were,working on a new page and we want that,page to be linked up in our main menu,navigation remember from episode 2 of,this series pages and navigation a part,of your online store data so any live,changes to pages on navigation will,apply to all themes now when it comes to,the page itself we can mark the page,visibility as hidden and then hit,preview page but then we can't actually,link that page in our navigation until,it is published this is where it starts,to get a little tricky as we start to,play a little game of cat-and-

okay so welcome back to alpha web design,in this video i want to talk about theme,app extensions and why it's very useful,for you to use them and why shopify,actually requires you to use,theme app extensions if you want to get,your app installed and if your app uses,script tags so without further ado let's,jump right in alright so the first thing,that i want to show you is this email,that i got from,shopify,that i received once i submitted my app,to their app store and once you submit,an app you your app will get reviewed,and then,you will get this email from them with,all of those steps that you have to,improve within your app so it's a very,long list that i got here and i will,show the app to you just in a second but,i want to point your attention to,this point right here,um where they say my app is currently,using script tag api and that i will,have to update my app to theme app,extensions um to ensure compatibility,with the online store 2.0 themes and,so this means that if your app uses,script tags,then,if your app only uses script tags then,your app will not get submitted right it,will not get accepted so you will have,to use those theme app extensions,and uh so this means that it's a pretty,big deal and you have to use it but it's,really not quite um easy to install,theme app extensions i definitely had a,hard time using them and but i just want,to give you an overview of what they are,um,how they how they work a little bit and,yeah so that's the,purpose that's the purpose of this video,all right so,let me just go over here that is the app,that i try to submit which is very very,easy it's just you know it's just an app,that would animate uh the byte now,button and uh you know you're gonna have,those different,animations here,so really,very very basic,all right you can have that heartbeat,whatever you can have it you could have,it in an interval or you could uh,animate it when it's hovering all right,so let me just put it to,shake horizontal let me save my changes,and if i go over here,to my product detail page you can see,that it's just you know it's just,animating and the way this works is if i,go to the developer tools if i go to,network and reload the page then you,will see all of my scripts,um,filter out,the scripts and,it should be here somewhere yeah so that,is my uh,javascript file,that,just,what it does is just it's looking for,this uh app button and then applying,that animation in an interval so really,nothing nothing fancy at all,and uh yeah you can see it here,and that's it so,i'm using the,w theme right here,and um,the problem with those script tags i,will show them to you right now because,if i go to,the home page,and i'm also looking for my scripts,right here i can see,that the animate.js,is still loading,even though i'm on the home page but the,only thing that my animate js is,actually doing is it's looking for this,buy it now button,and that's that's it so it doesn't do,anything else it's just looking for the,buy now button

What's The Best Highest Converting Shopify Theme? (Shopify Dropshipping & More) 2022

what's going on everyone and in today's,video i'm going to talk about what's the,best high converting shopify theme,so many people ask me what theme they,should use or what's the best theme to,use,to get high conversion and much more,now there is no single best theme that,everyone should use because each store,is different and depends what features,you want and need,first i want to talk about these,so-called themes that claim to be high,converting,or the best like they beautify booster,shoptimize and much,much more that do similar things to,those after reviewing,hundreds of stores i can say that these,themes are not the best or high,converting,that they claim to be many people,message me or email me,saying they have conversion rates,between one to two percent,or below and they want me to review,their stores,and a good portion of them are using,debutify,i guess most of them listen to these,other drop shipping guru channels,and like uh they recommend they beautify,because,uh most of the times they just put their,commission links,into the in their descriptions and they,get commission off those,from their affiliate links the themes,that i mentioned have so many useless,features like fake scarcity,fake urgency with countdown timers,shaking at the carts like this one,ex visitors are viewing the product fake,stock message someone,purchased x minutes ago the pop-up,on the left side uh payment trust badges,on under at the car and so much more,all these things are not high converting,in 2021,they used to work but they just make,your store look like the typical,aliexpress dropship store,you don't see major brands you use these,useless features,so why should you on top of that themes,like debutify make you pay,for simple features like showing,delivery time on product pages,faq tabs or tabs in general color,swatches and much more,to get all these you have to be on the,starter plan,which is 19 a month which is a rip off,it on itself,and but these things should be coming,with the themes,um already by default like you see right,here,delivery time faq uh,and other features like this but people,will still use it because their favorite,drop shipping guru tells everyone to use,it,now i'm not saying debutify is a bad,thing but it's not great,i'm sure some people who are using it,are getting high conversion rates and,much more,but from talking to hundreds of people,and a good portion,of them are using the theme they don't,see,great results so that's why i just don't,recommend it,and for the point in the title of this,video there is no single or best high,converting theme like i said before,it's all about how you customize,optimize and dial in,the theme according to your store so,by default so many themes are not,optimized to actually convert customers,because these themes were made by,regular developers that,don't understand or very little about,conversion rate optimization,or how to actually convert customers as,best as possible,you can actually use the simple free,d

How I Make $100k/Month Dropshipping ONE Product
