2 Red Flags for Shopify Stock in 2022!!

hi everyone and thank you for tuning in,in this video I'm going to highlight two,red flags for Shopify in 2022 the first,one is looking at their revenue growth,year over year it's substantially,decreasing the growth rate in when we,look at here second quarter financial,highlights total revenue grew 16 percent,year over year to 1.3 billion that,represents a three-year compound annual,growth rate of 53 percent so the company,has been had been growing at a much much,faster rate and that's coming to a,significant slowdown now that economies,have reopened and consumers are spending,less money online and we're spending,more money on things like restaurants,and theme parks and concerts and things,we want to do outside of the home right,we're not spending money shopping online,as much so let's look a little bit,further let's look at the second red,flag I'm gonna highlight and then we'll,go deeper into to each of the red flags,that I'm highlighting,so this is its Mo shopify's most recent,shareholder letter or quarterly update,and this was for its second quarter and,the second risk the second red flag I,want to highlight is that it closed,Shopify purchased a e-commerce,fulfillment technology company deliver,ER with an extra r on July 8 2022 and,with the addition of deliverers,world-class software Talent data and,scale the Shopify fulfillment network,will offer Merchants a One-Stop shop for,their Logistics needs from initial,receipt of inventory to Smart,distribution through fast delivery and,easy returns in other words Shopify is,investing in offering fulfillment,Services up until this point and in,recent you know uh a year and a half I,would say it was not offering a,fulfillment service it was more of an,asset like business model was leaving,shipping and distribution to its,merchants and in that way it didn't need,to invest these large Capital,investments in order to offer this,service to its Merchants for deliverer,Shopify paid 2 billion dollars to,acquire this company and not only with,the cost of the acquisition Shopify is,onboarding the team at deliverer so,that's a lot of staff that is onboarding,and that's going to increase its,expenses,just at the time when our shopping,behavior is changing right and we,mentioned earlier the other red flag was,that Shopify is experiencing a dramatic,slowdown in Revenue growth as consumers,are spending more money now at going to,Brick and Mortar stores and you know,just getting out of the house and not,buying things online as much and that,hurts Shopify because Shopify is an,enabler of e-commerce primarily that's,the core of its business,so let's look further here it said,as e-commerce has reverted to a level,slightly higher than pre-covered in an,effort to recalibrate Shopify took steps,to streamline its Workforce in July,reducing its head count by approximately,10 percent,and so they announced some layoffs and,Shopify is not the only company that's,been announcing layoffs you know you,could think of meta platforms

first things first i think i'm going to,plan a little bit more,so i finished three sticker designs now,that i look at it it kind of looks like,a pumpkin,i think this is entirely doable,i think i can do this,you could totally do this i just took,a lot of photos,sending good vibes to the universe,you know what today is,today is the day i start planning for my,shop update,and i'm already procrastinating it's 1,32,and i haven't started yet,i'm dying on the inside just a little,bit you know i'm very tired when i'm,drinking coffee because i typically,never drink coffee so when i do drink,coffee,which is like once every like half a,year,that means i'm really,really,needing that extra boost of energy,now that i've started the camera,there's no going back,this is where it all begins,okay so i pretty much wrote out this,entire list on notion of things that i,have to do,in preparation for the shop updates and,i haven't done a lot of the things on,there which,is expected because i haven't been,working on the shop update,at all first things first i think i'm,going to,plan a little bit more,i think i want to separate out the to,do's into like the different days just,so i can like pace myself and make sure,the important priorities,are done sooner rather than later so,like,things where,it involves shipping products or,shipping things to this house so that i,can use it for the shop update i wanted,to design new thank you stickers and new,mail stickers because the ones i have,are running out,goodness i need to organize everything,too i just have merch like sitting,randomly everywhere,so this is how much i have left,oh my god it's so dusty it's been so,long this is how much i have left for,the you got mail stickers,and for the thank you stickers it's,about the same by the way i get my,stickers from sticker giant i originally,chose to use them because they had this,like recycled option where the sticker,is made out of recycled material,and it also came in rolls which is,really important for packing because,when you have things on like individual,sheets it just doesn't work out it's,just way too,messy and it's just like it's easier to,make ways to dispense this,i'm thinking for these i want to like,the next ones i want to do like a custom,shape last time i ran out of time to,make a funky shape or think of,a like a custom die cut shape so i just,went with the round sticker but this,time i should be fine because i could,just use this for this shop update but,you know i just want back up in case i,run out okay i need to stop talking,about this all right let's start,planning,i'm starting to get a little bit of that,uh,caffeine anxiety which i don't even know,why i drink coffee if it gives me,anxiety i'm gonna start writing off my,schedule in this notebook this is my,like work notebook i use it for like,scrap paper when i'm doing inventory i,just write it down in here,and then afterwards i digitize it,so i'm going to,do that right now,all right keep me accountable i'm pre

welcome to this course and today I want,to talk about a method that I learned,from somebody who made around twenty,seven hundred dollars in sales in the,first week of doing this and what he did,was he would find influencers on,Instagram and ask them for shout outs if,you don't know what a shout out is it's,like a recommendation okay and then,after he finds these influencers,that are willing to give him a shout out,for the right price he would then,research the niche and create the,product and then once it creates the,product you can go ahead and pay the,influencers,to do the Shadow and get traffic to the,store and make sales,okay and once a process is complete you,could just repeat it with the same,influencer you know create a different,product or you could find more,influencers in the same Niche or even,different niches and just repeat the,whole process again so in the following,videos I'm going to go more in depth,I'll show you each step of the way and,show you also how to create the product,quickly so I'll see you in the following,video in this video I want to give some,shout out tips but before I do that I,want to show you how to find the top,Instagram influencers it's actually,pretty simple you could do it the manual,Way by going on Google and typing in top,Instagram,influencers if you want to find,influencers and certain niches or in,certain topics you could just type in,top,fill in the blank Instagram influencers,so for example you can type in top,weight loss Instagram influencers,now another great tool is,shellcart.com and this is a network,where you could find thousands of,influencers but not only that it allows,you to buy shout outs on that site and,they don't give your money to the,influencer until they've done the shadow,okay,now in terms of giving the shadow most,people will do a 24 hour shout out but,shout outs are usually only effective,for about two hours because engagement,drops after the first two hours so try,to buy only two hour shout outs as,you'll save more money now if an,influencer doesn't want to give you a,two hour shout out,you can try asking them to split your,shutouts into smaller ones that total 24,hours if that's what they're asking for,or if they're asking for a 10 hour shout,out you can ask for,five two hour shout outs so every time,your shout out gets posted it gets,boosted back to the top of the,engagement feed,now you also want to ask influencers to,not post your shout out immediately,after their story posts because many,people will drop off,after Story posts and will not pay,attention to the shout outs,okay and lastly try to negotiate the,shadow price a shout out price that I,recommend paying is anywhere between ten,dollars and forty dollars and then if,they if forty dollars is what they want,I try to bring it down to around 30 or,25 dollars if I can,now let's talk about setting up an,online store and also your products,you're going to need Shopify which,enables you to build online stores you,don't need to hav

LETTERING ON A BAKERY WINDOW | Studio Vlog

good morning you guys,happy monday and welcome to another,studio week,this week is going to be a pretty,awesome week because,we are launching my new products for my,shop,it is a little hectic my schedule is a,little hectic i'm still not done,designing some of the products,that i want to launch in two days let,alone you know photograph or list them,so,there's gonna be a lot of work content,happening this week but it is monday,morning and i have a pretty cool job,this morning i'm driving over to one of,the local coffee shops,it's called little rose cookie co,they're located in streetsville,and i had coffee there a few weeks ago,with some friends and,i noticed that they had a pretty,gorgeous window,in a really nice area if you've ever,been to streetsville it's like a,very quaint little area there i emailed,the owner and i asked if they would want,any signage done,on their windows or like a sidewalk,stand kind of thing,and she was really excited about my,email and so we scheduled today to go do,some lettering on her window but before,that,let's get ourselves a little coffee,i drew this on procreate on a pretty low,setting,and the print came out really well like,i'm very very impressed,we have some other menu items that we're,gonna add and this is all to scale,obviously because i'm gonna trace it,but i have no idea how long it's gonna,take me like this is uh this will be,very interesting so i'm glad you guys,are here for it,i have paper towel and some spray,bottles of windex and water because that,is how i'm going to be erasing uh the,paint markers if i make a mistake,i have some towels some masking tape,i have my sharpie paint pens which i'm,using today,i have a level i have my drawings,and my water bottle and i think that is,all i really need for today,we are here all right so i'm in front of,little rose coffee co,and this is the window that i'm gonna be,lettering on today,the inside is a lot more crowded than i,thought so,i think it's gonna be a little too hard,to film like an actual time-lapse but,yeah for now i'm gonna do the best i can,so as you can see here i am taping up,the blueprint on the outside of the,window and the reason,we tape it on the outside is so that we,can trace it on the inside,and the words won't be backwards i just,used regular masking tape as you can see,here,and now i am using the sharpie paint,water-based marker,this one was really easy to use and i,would highly recommend it for any window,lettering,you just need a bit of water to remove,it but it won't just smudge off,with your finger,i am finished all the lettering of the,windows and you can see that there's,like,a discrepancy between the window and the,writing,so i have to write it right directly on,top,otherwise it was it's really skewed and,so that was hard,okay we are done the main lettering for,this window flowers the details are not,in it yet but i'm gonna take down the,paper and i think i can just freehand,the rest of the foliage,and the details and now for the fi

tell me ain't you drop no gym on y'all,tell me i know all y'all sitting up,there like,don't need nobody,and i am back with another video and,that's,period,today i'm gonna be dropping another gym,as you guys know i love helping,everybody out with their small,businesses because i myself own my own,business,and i did do a video on,um,basically how to put your,um your logo on polly miller's you guys,so one day i was just sitting there and,i was like i know i can do it on polly,miller's let me go ahead and try to do,it on,other stuff to see what i can do so you,can do it on bubba miller's which as you,see as you can see i did on this one,i did my logo on here,i did my logo on here,so y'all see the polymelos right,you do it the exact same way as i showed,y'all on that video,now i do press-ons,and this is my packaging and i put my,logo on here as well,and i have a new box,packaging box which is black that i,bring i'm going to bring white as well,but i put my logo on here and i didn't,know that i was able to do that until i,just i don't know i just started doing,stuff one day to see what it can go on,um so as you can see my logo,is on a box i got this box off of amazon,this is a customer order,that i did which you're gonna see in the,video and also you see where it says,be useful i'll also put that on there as,well so you can design it however you,want you can even put your website right,here,um you know you could put your instagram,your facebook your twitter whatever you,do you can put it on here this is the,easiest way to brand,um and it's on the you know you can save,more money versus having to contact a,vendor,or anything i know vendors get you know,really expensive,um because i did reach out to a vendor,and try to get some boxes done with,these um and also with the poly uh polly,miller's i mean the bubble millers and,the prices in the,um mrq which is way too much so i'm here,to drop some more gems for you guys go,ahead and give you guys,some of my tea,so here go the box,and yeah if you guys want to see how i,went ahead and did this go ahead and,keep watching now the video is going to,be quick on how to do this um and then,it's going to go into packaging because,this video is more so on me packaging my,orders,but i did want to go ahead and bring you,guys along while i go ahead and put my,logo on here so you can see that,i told y'all i got y'all i got y'all,there we go the easy way to brand,have your name on everything so when,they open up that package they see the,package boom,okay so i did start without recording um,as you can see right now i just put my,logo on here it's the same exact steps,as i showed you guys before and my,qriket machine is printed out,um,these ones i printed out as well and i,just put the beautiful um,and then i just put it right here,so i'm going to be showing you guys now,it's in the cricut machine it's actually,printing my logo so once you get done,i'm going to go ahead and i'm going to,show you guys how i put it on my box s
