How to fix: HP_TOOLS drive keeps telling me it's full
if you have an HP computer and you're,getting a notice that your HP tools,drive is running out of space then this,video is for you this is Dave tech,rescue where I solve your problems with,computers internet and technology if you,have a question you'd like to ask me,leave it in the comments below and I'll,do my best to answer it and remember to,subscribe so you don't miss my next,video where I might be answering your,question today's question my computer is,telling me that the HP tools drive is,full I don't know what this drive is or,why it's full what should I do,well the HP tools drive is there in case,you ever run into a problem with your,computer you can start your computer in,a troubleshooting mode that can find,faults and sometimes it can fix them,when your computer is working normally,you should never need to go near the HP,tools drive if you're getting alerted,that it's filled up this normally means,that files have been put onto the drive,by accident let's have a look in HP,tools to see what might have been put in,here there are three things in here I've,blurred out this name for privacy the,first item is a folder called,hewlett-packard this is meant to be here,so we need to leave it alone next we,have a file with the name of the,computer and it's icon I happen to,recognize it means it's a backup file I,also know from experience that the file,underneath it called media ID is also,made when the computer is backed up so,it looks like we've accidentally set up,a backup here this is something I see,all the time because the computer will,give you a notification to say you,haven't made a backup you might follow,its guidance to set up a backup and the,result is the computer tries to set up a,backup in the HP tools drive this is,fairly pointless because there's very,little room here to store the backup and,a backup should always be stored on a,drive that you can unplug and store,somewhere else like a USB hard drive so,we need to tell the computer to stop,trying to backup to the HP Tools Drive,this will give me the space back on the,drive and you'll stop getting the notice,that the drive is full what I'm about to,show you is perfectly safe but if you're,not sure what you're doing then you,should probably get an expert to look at,your computer anything you do while,following this video you do,completely at your own risk click on the,Start menu and go to control panel then,click on system and security and then,click on backup and restore on this,computer we can see that a backup is set,up and the location is HP tools first,I'm going to click turn off schedule now,I'm going to click manage space and then,view backups I need to clear any backups,in this space so I'm going to click on,the backup and then click delete and I,need to confirm this by clicking the,button that just says delete and then,click close and close and close now I,can close the control panel and I can,check helpful my drives are by clicking,on computer now I can see that HP Tools,ha

hey youtubers it's Chris from gravy now,today I wanted to talk about how to get,started with Shopify and drop shipping,and I got a question about this,specifically and I've heard it many,times is you know how do you start in,drop shipping how do you create a store,and start selling things before you got,any sales or any social proof or,anything to show people and it's a,tricky one but everyone has to do it and,there are some ways to get started so,I'm just and I wrote an article at-at,gravy train I Oh help gravy train IO if,you're interested I'll link in the,bottom of the the video but this covers,some of what I want to talk about and a,lot of it you know is has to do with,obviously your niche and what products,you choose I like high ticket drop,shipping the margins are bigger you can,spend more on ads you get you get a more,easy ROI when you've got more profit,margin to play with that said you know a,lot of consumer products can be drop,shipped and you just have to be smart,about your marketing so how to get,started the one thing I'll tell you is,you know you want to choose it I'm going,to assume you've chosen a nation,something that's not too competitive,that you can get local dropship,suppliers or at least local to your,country you can use you know worldwide,brands or salehoo calm to choose your,suppliers or your manufacturers the,there are lots of other ways to you can,actually just google search,manufacturers that's how I did it you,find your niche and you just start,finding manufacturers and brands and you,work backwards and try and find their,dealer pages and just apply as a dealer,so I'm gonna assume you've got your,niche you've opened a shop,I store account and the first thing is,really you know you've got to you gotta,just start adding products now even if,you don't have a dealer agreement with,somebody or reseller agreement or a,distributor agreement you will need to,sign some things if you find a,manufacturer you need to show that,you're legitimate and you need to put,high-quality photos and a quality site,together do not I've got some do's and,do nots but do not try and create your,own logo,do not put some poor quality photos or,descriptions from the manufacturer,you've got it you've got to spend a lot,of time on your design of your site as,well as the content that you write so,you know the don'ts I'll leave this here,for you to to read at a gravy train IO,but basically you know hire experts hire,go to Fiverr go to upwork.com get a,professionally done logo I actually used,a great site called Luca and Luca is a,is a logo site it used to be called logo,joy and it's for like 60 bucks us you,can create a logo you can do it yourself,and in fact the price might have even,gone down it might be even at a $30 us,and it does a professional logo and you,can you uses a I to suggest layouts and,you get infinite number of revisions and,you do it yourself and you can have a,logo in five ten minutes and it'll look,good so look at Luca calm anyway so

you love it! So basically Pete has come
up with this really really ingenious,idea so normally what we do is cut this
altogether blue tape over it and then,hold it in place until the glue goes up
but as you can see Pete's come up with,this ingenious idea of building this
frame here which we can then wedge these,two bits of timber in here these two
wedges and it will hold everything in,place where the glue goes off so there's
no need for taping and we can make sure,that everything is nice and neat and
doesn't slip anywhere what Pete's done,here is we've used an old piece of skirting
just knocking around and we've cut two,45-degree angles out of it which then
gives us a 90-degree here yeah so then,what we do is cut our piece of skirting
with a 45 degree angle on again this,side but the opposite way around and then trim this length of skirting here to,run in line with this so this would
effectively be our bottom line which,will run across the floor and this will
be the top of the skirting here so,then place another piece of timber here
and another piece of timber here as you,can see what we've done is put these
wedges in so what that enables us to do,is clamp that in there tuck these wedges
in these sliding wedges into here and,then that holds everything in nice and
tightly,so hopefully you agree Pete had done an
amazing job here thanks Pete! Thanks John,so we've cut our bits of skirting all
right so we've got our template in place,here and as you can see that will fit
nicely in there so the next process,then is to glue this up plenty of
glue down the whole end of the timber and,you apply that on both pieces of timber
as well use a bit of timber another,little off cut wood or your finger just to
smear it all out so it's evenly coated,all the way over make sure you got it
all like that,lovely and then repeat the process on the
other piece,right it goes so nicely like so. Reason Pete's
counter syncing those is because if you,were just to screw straight through this little piece of wood it would just split it,straight away so always pre-drill so
that top block then will sit again to,the top of the skirting tight there
tight in place and then set this further,block slightly up just to allow for your
sliding wedges to slide in and clamp the,skirting together,Hold everything in place. Good to have some wipes handy or something just so you can clean,off the excess glue because it will
obviously squeeze out of the joint as,you're tightening the joint together
and you can see exactly what you're up,against. Looks like a perfectly mitred joint,okay beautiful! Cheers Pete

yep so we can add in individual,templates using the add template button,here and matching them up so the ones in,the library from aspect now if we've got,the spec summarized in a simple,spreadsheet CSV file just take your,spreadsheet and save it as a CSV file,mixed Excel programs will have that,option to save as CSB here make sure,that these are all formatted neatly as,as general and yeah we can then use bulk,import to to match the templates,software to do it so we have an,especially if I go down to the import,tab,select my example and it's asking me for,the the categories here I'm going to,ignore this building category that's not,relevant but this one the description,here is matching up to the template name,this is our quantity column and this is,our unit column and we see there that,the software has taken all these,descriptions and match them to templates,now these are things that I use often,the software will will match it very,very quickly and easily some some of,them I don't use quite so often like,timber frame with a timber door and I,have to manually select one and there's,a suggestion there that pops right up or,a good search door and see the whole,list of door templates that we have,available and so I select that one and I,go to next finish up here,and we see now this categories tab is,very much complete so you've got lots in,there for foundations for superstructure,for finishes and all those templates,that were in that were referenced in,this CSV file here I've now been matched,up with the quantities and the relevant,template in the library we're doing a,quick sense check to make sure that it's,selected the right ones but yeah it,works very well particularly if you use,similar descriptions before one you'll,find that really do you know though,there's often you have concrete columns,you have your slabs you have your,different wall types very much items,that repeated from job to job to job and,hopefully there's only one or two that,you need to manually match sometimes you,might find that you need to update an,actual template in the library you know,find one that quite matches you can go,to the library here you can select any,template in in the library and you can,make a a copy of that template and make,updates to it so there you might have,this one which is on a concrete brick,rock wall you might make a copy of that,and update the thickness of those,concrete blocks and then have that,available for your model and it's also,you can make it available for our other,butyl users by validating that
