thank you for clicking on this video and,in case you didn't know my name is,Lindsay Nicole and I have been running,my own reselling business full time for,the past year after leaving my teaching,job in 2021 from sourcing Retail,Arbitrage to buying massive liquidation,pallets I have experienced a lot within,the past year my usual platforms that I,do sell on are Poshmark eBay and Makari,but as I have been growing and expanding,my business I'm yearning for more,control on how I sell my items this is,where Shopify comes in Shopify will,allow me to diversify my business,therefore in this series I will be,sharing my trials tribulations and,hopefully some successes along the way,of my journey to expanding my business,online make sure to subscribe down below,for unlimited business content so it has,been almost a week since I have started,my Shopify store and let me just tell,you the struggle has been real since,setting up the store I have come across,a few frustrating Roblox and some minor,breakdowns that we will be discussing in,this video but I always just have to,remember that if it was hard then,everyone would do it and the hard is,what makes it great and disclaimer don't,get me wrong my struggles may not be,your struggles if you are setting up,your own Shopify store again I am a,former teacher with no technology,background whatsoever I gotta say,initially actually setting up my Shopify,account was really not that difficult no,not as user friendly as Poshmark and,Makari it did take some thinking but,nothing I couldn't handle Shopify did,ask more in-depth questions for example,how you want to calculate and collect,taxes for each product and of course,what sales channels you wanted to,incorporate within your Shopify store,now you may be asking what is the sales,Channel sales channels are essentially,other platform portals that are,supported by Shopify for exam example,Instagram Facebook and now even YouTube,and I will say that finding out that,YouTube is supported by Shopify was kind,of the reason why I wanted to start this,whole journey in the first place how did,I find out about this new feature well,YouTube has actually been sponsoring a,lot of different channels that I have,been watching recently whether that's,lifestyle or business and they are,really trying to spread the word that,YouTube is going to have their own,YouTube shopping experience where,viewers can purchase items directly,under their favorite YouTubers videos,and these listings will be featured,within a carousel format so I thought,this feature was interesting enough for,me to at least try out to see if it is,worth continuing with but what I didn't,understand was it's not as easy as just,linking your YouTube channel to your,Shopify it is much much more complex,than that,struggle number one understanding your,sales channels YouTube is supported by,Google which means I needed to create a,Google merchant account and this is the,same case for Instagram Instagram is,supported by Facebook w

despite what anybody will tell you drop,shipping is actually becoming,increasingly more popular every single,year and because of that it's also,become more competitive but also because,of that it's become a better opportunity,for manufacturers to actually allow,people to drop ship their products so,today's video is mainly for people,wanting to start a Drop Shipping Store,or that already have a Drop Shipping,Store and we're going to be talking,about an alternative way to drop ship,using a different site than AliExpress,and it's really going to help us make,this overall point of how you can,actually have an advantage over other,drop shippers in the space so the store,that I'm talking about is called deal,extreme and I stumbled upon this super,randomly the other day I took a look at,their traffic and I noticed that they're,getting like 400 000 monthly visitors so,this is a giant General Store basically,however what I noticed is that they have,a Drop Shipping tab right here so if you,click their Drop Shipping tab they,basically mention what the Drop Shipping,business model is and this company is,very down to drop ship your products so,as you see here how do you start you,basically just have to add some of their,products to your store and start Drop,Shipping them and they will send the,orders without any branding or anything,so your customers are not going to be,confused when they receive their orders,so this is very similar to AliExpress,but the main difference is the,consistency on this store so as you see,they deliver in 7 to 18 days to the,United States with free shipping and you,can actually get expedited shipping for,30 bucks which is five to eight days,that's not bad especially since their,prices are pretty low I didn't know,about this until yesterday so I wanted,to share it with you ASAP in order to,give some of you guys an advantage over,other people because here you may find,more Unique Products you may get a,better customer experience because,you're working with a smaller company,than AliExpress but really the overall,point that I want to make here is that,since the Drop Shipping business model,is becoming more popular now you can,actually start leveraging your,experience to contact manufacturers and,ask them if you can just drop ship their,products I've actually done this before,last year I found a US manufacturer that,I was making these cool products that I,really wanted to sell and I asked them,if they would be open to drop shipping,the products for me I shared some of my,past experience scaling Brands and we,were able to come to an agreement to,actually drop ship their products on my,store so really the theme of this video,is use your unfair advantages if there's,an info Gap that you can fill so people,don't really know about this store,that's going to give you a tremendous,Advantage because you're going to be,more unique in the market that's going,to help your ads on meta your ads on,Tick Tock your ads on Google and it may,make you mor

hey guys welcome back to my channel my,name is Brittany bundles and today's,video is going to be titled shopping for,salon equipment just going over some,things that helped me when I was,shopping for salon equipment to kind of,help the transaction go a little,smoother for you if you guys aren't,interested be sure to give this video a,big thumbs up make sure that you are,subscribed and let's get right into the,video okay guys so when you're starting,to open your salon there's a lot of,things that are going to go into it of,course you may be getting overwhelmed,like you know what the heck do i do what,do i purchase equipment and although it,may seem like a very no-brainer type of,question you know just where do I,purchase equipment I don't know just go,online and purchase equipment there are,steps to it that can definitely make,your journey a lot more seamless so the,first thing that I kind of want to go,over is making a list so you want to,make sure that you have a list just like,when you go shopping for anything you,want to make sure that you have a list,so that you stay on point and so that,you don't forget anything that you're,getting the best value the best bang for,your buck,so what you need to consider when you're,making a list and I have my notes here,so I'm gonna be looking down,periodically like I typically do just to,make sure I don't forget anything so you,want to make sure that you make a list,based on the services that you're going,to provide based on the space that you,have available and also your stylist so,when I was shopping for equipment I knew,that I wanted my salon to be a braiding,salon and I'll get into what I would,have done different a little bit I,purchased a lot of different things but,I need it for the braiding shop and some,of the things I didn't really even think,about so I would definitely make a list,I will kind of figure out how many,stylist you're going to have so if,you're planning on having five stylists,then you want to make sure that you at,least have five different styling,stations so styling stations for me will,be like a styling booth you want to make,sure that they have an outlet in the,salon area for them to plug in like the,curling irons or anything like that you,also want to make sure that they have a,styling mat and if you're going to,provide like the utensils you want to,make sure that you have five different,sets of those as well when you're,looking at the different styling booths,they're going to have different options,so with my salon I had styling boosts I,actually went into the wall just because,I felt like they took up less space and,they,a lot it looked a lot neater in my,opinion for my salon setups they were,just white just the line boobs that were,stuck into the wall and I'll see if I,have any pictures to insert them in as,I'm going through the video,but yeah that's what I chose you also,want to make sure that you are,considering what type of boost or what,type of styling stations are going to
