hello everyone and welcome to,drag-and-drop themes it can be a little,bit difficult to understand why I,created drag-and-drop themes so I,thought I'd make a video to explain it,all to you in an easy-to-understand way,why you need our themes on your store if,you want any long-term success on,Shopify this video and our products are,for people who are serious about their,Shopify store and want to take that,Shopify store to the next level if you,don't see yourself taking this Shopify,journey seriously,I honestly don't think I can help you,with any of these videos and you should,stop watching right now if you're still,here we aim to solve a few issues people,have with their current Shopify stores,number one we want to fix the reason why,your store isn't making enough sales we,know why it's happening and how you can,fix it right now second we want to,replace the Shopify apps you have even,the free ones they're costing you money,and I'll show you how and what I mean,third we want to make changing your,Shopify store creating awesome content,and landing pages on your theme easy,enough for anyone to do I'll tell you,why your current setup is probably not,good enough to get this done fourth we,want to give you all the goodness that,Facebook ads and Google Ads plus SEO can,possibly give you otherwise you'll never,be able to scale your business let me,explain a little bit of each of these,things problem number one with current,Shopify themes is their lack of a sales,focus and I know what you're thinking,why would Shopify themes like a sales,focus isn't that what a Shopify theme is,supposed to do make sales for my store,the answer is hell no themes are,designed by web designers to look good,but not ecommerce store owners who know,what it takes to make sales they're not,designed by people that have actually,done the hardware excelling online,definitely not by people that have,looked at actual sales and tested many,different store hacks and techniques to,see what truly works for e-commerce like,we do here at drag and drop themes so,yes it's me it's true,most Shopify themes lack of sales focus,and I'll show you an example of this,later so keep watching but first when I,say sales focus what do you think I mean,things that are designed to well make,you sales these are things that big,players multi-billion dollar,corporations like Amazon and booking.com,things that they do that current Shopify,themes aren't doing I'll show you a,couple of examples right now so that the,message isn't lost amazon puts the,number of products left in stock and,clearly shows you how much of a saving,you can get if you purchase immediately,they also have countdown apps for items,around sales so you know how little time,you have someone needs to feel that,they're going to miss out on a big,opportunity if they don't buy right now,booking.com shows you high demand hotels,so you understand if you don't booked,right now you probably won't have a,place to stay they create the scarcity,in so man

hey guys welcome to the sales team mega,menu tutorial I will use the sales demo,site as an example for this tutorial and,show you how the bag mega menu is laid,out as you can see the canvas and,leather sections are both menu items I,created on the navigation page on,Shopify they are both called mag mega,canvas and bag mega lever to enable a,mega menu you need to click mega menu,one two three or four and make sure,active is checked as you can see here in,my main menu there is a bags menu item,and the title is exactly the same as the,title for the first mega menu which is,also called bags,you,if I changed the main menu item to bags,with an extra s you can see the mega,menu will no longer work so make sure,you got it written out correctly it's,also case sensitive so make sure,capitals and non-capital letters are the,same,if I enable create a new menu item then,a new mega menu gets created and added,to the end of the menu instead of using,an existing item in the main menu this,happens even if we change the menu item,back from bags with SS to the same title,as the make mega menu,you,once we uncheck the create a new menu,item setting though you can see that,everything goes back to normal you want,to use these settings to get the perfect,positioning for your mega menu items,now each mega menu is broken down into,sections you can change each section,heading and it will update inside the,mega menu,you,the menu that shows up for each section,can also be updated using the section,settings the first section for the bag,mega menu has a canvas menu which we can,see in our Shopify store navigation page,you,the same applies for the leather section,for the bags mega menu,the third section however is different,as you can see instead of a menu we have,an image with a CTA button to have this,sort of section we have to check the,replace submenu with image setting and,upload our image to the image section we,can change the CTA for the button or,update the link however we like,you,now using what we learnt I'll create a,new section for the bags mega menu I'll,have to enable it first of course and,then add the footer menu you see here,our bestsellers I'll give it a title of,our bestsellers,you,and as you can see there we have a,fourth section for our bags mega menu,now let's try uploading an image to the,fourth section instead I'll give it a,header sub header and some button text,you,and as you can see there we have it a,new promo image for the bags mega menu,you can play around and remove some,options like I have done here you're,also free to add up to six sections for,each mega menu that's it for the mega,menu tutorial thanks for watching and as,always if you have any issues check the,FAQ and if you still have questions and,email our support helpdesk or get in,touch by a live chat,you

welcome to the sales team settings,tutorial we'll skip the license key,setting you don't want to change this,unless we advise you to,next up we'll go through the store info,this is your store information like,phone number and email which shows up in,the footer and header section of the,theme,under global settings we have settings,for product badges we can disable things,like the discount badge the discount,badge is this red banner you see on the,discounted products on the demo store if,you wanted to disable that or show,something else instead then you would,change that here the other stock badge,comes up for out of stock products like,the cross rider messenger bag you can,also enable or disable that depending on,how you want your store to be set up the,show reviews setting basically sets if,the review stars will appear across your,theme mainly in the category and the,product pages to fully activate the,review settings you need to install the,review app by Shopify there is a,separate tutorial for that if you are,interested,next we will cover the currency settings,this is also covered in a separate,tutorial but I'll show you a quick,example of how it works,changing the currency in the top bar,changes the currency throughout the,store including any of our apps that you,have installed,typography is the text on your stool if,you change it then you will change the,font and it will update to match your,look,the shipping rate calculator basically,provides your customers with the,calculator before they start checkout to,reduce the abandoned cards it's got its,own tutorial if you want more info but,basically your customers will see this,button on the card page before checkout,when this tutorial was shot the sales,team had just one option under the color,setting but their plans to change this,soon the primary color is the global,setting for all buttons and links that,appear in your theme this Add to Cart,and link for the size guide on the demo,store would have changed to black,social media covers all your links,across all social media accounts you can,also set whether you want your blog,articles and products to be shareable,and across which sites they should be,shared,you,cut notes setting determines whether you,want the car to,have notes enabled do this if you want,delivery instructions from the customer,Ajax cut is enabled by default and keeps,the customer on the same page after they,have added something to the cut here's a,quick example of it if you disable it,then they will go to the cart page by,default I advise you to keep it active,because the upsell and cross-sell apps,we have work only with Ajax cards,enabled quick checkout basically takes,the customer straight to the checkout,page for you it skips the entire step of,clicking checkout you might want to do,this if you frequently sell one item at,a time,the favicon is the icon that appears on,the browser or when someone bookmarks,your site the sales team has a sale as,its favicon you want to use a sq

welcome to the tutorial for the sales,team product section the first two,settings we see are for the breadcrumb,header which enables or disables the top,part of the page on desktop or mobile,you,the social sharing for each product can,also be enabled or disabled using the,social sharing settings,the thumbnail layer determines how the,product images will be displayed a,slider layer is more compact than a grid,display which can get quite troublesome,if you have a lot of products especially,on a mobile device,you,swatches are used to replace the color,attribute for your products,to use swatches you need to have the you,swatches setting checked and you also,need to upload a PNG file for each color,to the assets folder you can get there,by going to online store themes select,the theme and then clicking edit code,let's the screen like this opens up go,to the assets folder and upload an image,file which has the name of the color in,lower case and a dot PNG file extension,in my example I'll upload a file for the,khaki color as you can see it's,lowercase and it has a dot PNG file,extension,once I do this then all products will,the color khaki will be replaced with,this watch next up are tabs which can be,added updated and deleted using the,content section,you,you can also completely remove all tabs,if you uncheck the show tabs checkbox,you can also upload a trust badge image,that will appear under the Add to Cart,button,feel free to grab the one from the sales,team demo to use on your store to show,you related products I'll go into a,different product you can show or hide,related products with the initial,checkbox but you can also manipulate how,many products show up in the slide at a,time you can do this for both mobile and,desktop displays,adding or removing borders for the,products in the slider is also easily,done using the show borders option,changing the title and adjusting the,number of products that show up in the,slider can be done here too that's it,for this video if you have any more,questions feel free to check the FAQ,email us or reach out via the help desk,or live chat

hi and welcome to the sales team out of,stock app tutorial for this tutorial we,want to go to a product that is out of,stock so we can see the changes we make,to the settings you can enable or,disable the out of stock pop-up which,allows you to collect emails even when,your products are out of stock by,checking the enable popup box you can,also choose to ask the customer for the,first and last name in the pop-up,another thing that you can do that is,similar to the email pop-up is upload an,image to use for the pop-up and put it,to the left right or center of the,pop-up box,you,you can also customize the button that,shows up on the product page to make it,say something different instead like let,me know,demising the text that appears on the,product page is also simple just by,typing whatever you like into the,product page info textbox,you,I'll change the product button text to,something more descriptive like get,notified,I'll customize a few things for the,pop-up box as well so you can see what,each setting does,you can also change the text alignment,inside the pop-up box itself you can set,the alignment to be left right or Center,you can enable or disable the subscribe,to newsletter checkbox which also adds,the email to the email newsletter app on,the drag-and-drop themes dashboard for,more information on how to access that,list go to the email pop up app tutorial,you can also customize what error and,success messages customers see in the,confirmation error messages section,I'm going to create a test notification,for this product using a test user,called test test with the email test at,test comm to access all the subscribers,you want to go to the drag and drop,themes dashboard and click your store,emails and then click view emails under,the out of stock app as you can see,there is our test user that has signed,up to be notified when the cross Ridge,messenger bag is back in stock the out,of stock app will also send you an email,when you have added that cross Ridge,messenger bag back to your store to,remind you to email this customer you,can then download a CSV file of all the,customers emails that have signed up for,the notification and email them to,download the CSV file just click,download email CSV you can use the,filter to filter the CSV down to the,products that you just put back into,stock once you have emailed them then,click on mark as archived so you don't,email the same customer twice that's it,for this tutorial thanks for watching,and if you have any issues check out the,FAQ and if you have any questions and,reach out via email support desk or live,chat

hey folks hey folks hey folks hey folks,so this your girl here tonisha a success,level coaching calm so in the back of,here is my Facebook account,one of my facebook account got shut down,right he got shut down all right now you,know I'm totally bummed that it got shut,down because as you can see my convert,you could see it says policy flag,violations and a-runnin has been turned,off okay so as you can see guys I was,crushing it okay if you can see 38,conversions spent about one hundred and,seventy three dollars so for four,dollars of 58 cent per conversion twenty,nine twenty six thousand people five,hundred I mean five dollars in sixty,seven cent per conversion so with 164,dollars twenty two conversions 35,000,people six dollars per conversions one,hundred and forty eight dollars one,hundred eight conversions eighteen,thousand spent a dollar for a dollar,14 per conversion and I spent one,hundred one hundred and twenty-two,dollars this was three three thousand,six so this account dies would literally,going ham okay I spent nine hundred,light well on all of this alright on all,of these let's add what was actually,converting okay 173 let's just go ahead,and add this up let's just add this up,because I made about fifteen hundred,dollars okay now if you're doing,Facebook right for Shopify right and,your ads account gets shut down one,thing I have to do is just call Facebook,or sir Facebook a message and let them,know you want your account back right,so what Facebook is gonna do they're,going to evaluate your account right if,they feel like that your,was following and it was an error right,they will give it back but if they feel,like it was it right if they feel like,it was it in an era okay if they feel,like it wasn't in era what Facebook is,gonna do right they just gonna keep it,disabled so I just feel like a hater,just went in flag my account right I,don't feel like it was a person right so,I was selling these this is called how,to train a dragon okay how to train a,dragon now what happened was that I was,promoting it as a free Idol,alright and what I failed to do was I,was promoting it as a free item okay a,free to get it for free but you had to,pay shipping but it didn't say that in,the actual ad okay,it just said free so people were adding,it to cart and they was seeing that it,was 1199 or 999 or $13.99 for shipping,and people didn't want to pay that so,Facebook said that was misleading okay,so what I needed to do was in the ad say,it is free and you just have to pay for,shipping to your home okay so what I,started doing was I just reverse the,psychology I just said it's free is this,it's $13.99 or 99 and you get free,shipping not free plus shipping you get,free shipping but as you can see guys,even though facebook shut that count,down which I think it was a hater that,did it my thing was going ham you see,this 38 this is a cyst in a month okay,one month usually Shopify all right one,month guys okay spit 600 made over $1500,spit 600 guys made ov
