let's be honest your store design,matters and if you have a really ugly,site people are just going to leave and,they're not going to purchase from you,so in this video i'm going to show you,exactly how to customize,your shopify store design,as soon as someone comes to your site,they only have about seven,seconds before they decide if they want,to look longer on your site or,leave so those seven seconds really,matter and design,matters when it comes to that you want,to make sure that your site is,eye-catching,and it really speaks to your ideal,customer so,how do you do this you really need to,pick out your shopify,theme and make sure that it works based,on what kind of,imagery you have if you have a lot of,really great big images,then pick a theme that's going to,highlight those but if you don't have a,lot of great product shots,then you want to make sure that you pick,a theme that's not going to be heavily,reliant on that,once you've chosen your shopify theme,then it's time to,customize it and this is where it's,important to create different assets,choose your fonts and colors,to make sure that it's appealing for,your ideal customer,so this is super important but a lot of,times people kind of overlook the design,step so i'm going to show you really,quickly how to,actually customize your design in the,back end of shopify for both your home,page,collection page and product page so to,get here you're going to click on,online store and then you'll see themes,there from the list,so now that we are on the themes page,you can see your live theme here,this is what your customers are actually,seeing whenever they come to your site,as well as your online store speed we've,done another video on how to speed up,your site so i will,link that in the description below and,in the info cards above as well,and you can also see the theme library,so you can,upload your theme if you've purchased it,somewhere else or you can explore the,different,theme options available so for example,if you click on,explore free themes you'll actually see,a pop-up of all of the different free,themes that are available here,the one problem with this is if you,click into it you can't really see,how the site overall looks as well as,how it looks on mobile you can just kind,of see the different styling aspects,so what i do recommend that you do is,actually visit the theme,store so if we just click on this here,you can see,the full theme store and this is both,free,and paid themes so what i like to do,whenever i'm trying to decide on a theme,for a shopify store,is i'll actually go to all themes up,here at the top,and then you can see the sidebar here of,sorting options so you can actually sort,through,and you can see you know based on you,just want to see,themes that are just for single products,so if you click on that,then it shows you just that product or,specifications on the right hand side so,you can better narrow down what kind of,theme that it is that you are looking,for,so if we u

Best Shopify Themes for One Product (Single Product Stores)

hey guys this one is the best shopify,apps for single product stores,one product stores or if you have maybe,a small selection of items,you're not a huge store with tons of,items to list,this may be for you these themes are,really all about telling your brand,story,your story of the products just,interacting with,your customer base a little bit more,also having your store on the side,some of these are completely free some,are paid,the free ones are great the paid ones,are great too you can have a look at,them and see which one you want to go,for,so the first one is narrative this is,made by shopify,so if you sign up with shopify you can,get this theme for free you can upload,it start using it and editing it right,there with shopify for free,so maybe if you're a small business that,offers services like,uh dog grooming or something like that,then obviously you're not going to have,too many products on your site but you,do need to tell your brand story,maybe you do have some things that you,can drop ship to customers,so this one might be for you if you're,more of a company that needs to,tell the story of actually what you're,going to do for your customers,maybe you're a business that sells items,to order really unique items,you can definitely tell the story of,your brand what you do,on this theme so you can actually get,four different styles,in this theme you can see them here i'm,gonna flick through them so they're,definitely,way different to each other so you can,see how different the same theme can,look,you can not only choose one of these,styles but you can also go into the,theme editor,change this yourself to make it really,unique to your brand as well,if you want to know more about editing,themes and making them really stand out,and unique to you and your brand i'll,link some tutorials in the description,below you can go and check those out up,at the top you can also see this link to,your store so,obviously if you do have products to,sell maybe one,or three products you can very easily do,that on the store page and it's not,going to look out of place you can fill,up the rest of the site with loads of,images maybe customer reviews,and some story about your brands or your,products and then we come to,a paid theme this is again still in,shopify but it's called startup,this basically is a super great one-page,site so i know a lot of businesses,online maybe you're selling courses,or a course like a digital product maybe,you're selling just,one thing maybe you're an inventor maybe,you have a product that you know you,made somewhere else and you're just,selling,one item this is what's called a one,page store literally you have a page,to sell the product that you're selling,and that is pretty much it,as you can see here massive hero image,at the top,but you can put in images videos blog,posts you can edit that,in the theme builder again if you don't,know how to do that i'll link some,tutorials below,i do think this one looks a little bit,better on web

Shopify Product Grids - Tutorial

hey everyone theme rhino from,themerhino.com,today we're going to be talking about,shopify product,grids we're going to be talking about,the benefits of them how to use them,what kind of,instances you would want to use them and,the different kinds of shopify product,grids,now what you're looking at here is,actually not a shopify product grid,but it is a shopify product carousel tab,also it has a tabbed carousel which,is a feature where people can switch,through the different,uh sections or collections in your,clothing store,but let's talk about what a product the,grid actually looks like so let's go,ahead,over here and hit add section and let's,talk about,different product grids so obviously,something to know is that every shopify,theme,is slightly different not every shopify,theme is created equal,you have some free themes you have some,paid themes you have some,paid themes that are better than free,themes and you got themes the free,themes that are,better than paid themes what i would,recommend is that everybody gets a theme,from a reputable source just to be,available because there are some,paid themes that people advertise for,free and they basically say hey get a,discount,get it for free meanwhile they have back,door access,to your business to your um livelihood,and they essentially are robbing you,from your shopify store and hacking you,so,that's just something to be aware of now,back to the the,um conversation of product grid so,whatever a product a grid is going to,look like is something like this,now in this case we have a product,tabbed grid which is one of many,different types of,variations that there are when it comes,to product grids,okay so essentially we have different,tabs here let's go ahead and just focus,on,one tab so let's remove all these,different tabs that we have,and by the way guys if you're interested,in this shopify theme that we're using,it's from wolff of shopify.com,i'll leave my affiliate link in the,description box down below along with,the discount code,it is the alpha theme this is the theme,that you're looking at,we also will show you how it looks with,the regular,woofer shopify theme which is a little,bit cheaper,but we'll just show you how it works so,essentially,you have a product grid and the purpose,of a product grid,is to show customers without customers,having to scroll,or flip through or select any kind of,collections or links,they get access to a whole load of,products and at many different times you,can,add different kinds of products to your,collection grid meaning,you can add um you know best sellers you,can add featured products,and you can segment between them you can,add a certain collection that you want,to add,and all this has to do with the the,selection through the collections page,so if you're not aware we have what's,referred to as a collections page,where if we go to here to products we,have a collections button,right and this collections button is,essentially the best way i could,help you

shopify for restaurants hey guys welcome,back to the channel in this video i'm,gonna show you how you can use shopify,for your restaurant business and how you,can get started on the shopify platform,as a restaurant tour so let's get into,it now if you want to sign up for,shopify make sure to check out the link,in the description box down below to,sign up for shopify and get your 14 day,free trial today so as someone that is,running a restaurant or a business for,food how can you really use shopify and,what is the purpose of shopify for you,well for shopify i would recommend that,if you're running a restaurant then you,probably want to sell your products,online and that is why i recommend that,even if you have a restaurant or a food,business that you opt to create a store,on shopify so i had a bakery in the past,few months and i have been running it,using a another shopify account that i,have and i find that it has been running,very smoothly so,what i just did is if i go onto the,product section i just click on add,product and i added my different baking,items that i was creating so i was,making cakes and cupcakes and i found,that the overall,usability of shopify and the features,especially the invoicing really helped,me in generally keeping my business well,managed so what i just did was i just,added things like um kit kat cake and,what i did was i just added a,description so i added like it would be,a one pound cake,then i added some images for my item,that you can add media directly and,use stock footage if you want to but i,would recommend that you add your actual,food images and then i added the price,which was around 25,and then i also added cost per item and,this feature actually really helped me,keep track of my profit so uh usually it,would cost me around 19 or 18 dollars to,create a singular cake and i was getting,seven dollars profit and then it was 28,margin then i also had inventory but i,don't try quantity on these kinds of,products so i would remove that and then,i would add that this is a physical,product,you can add weight to your products as,well obviously if you're shipping food,then you're probably going to do that,yourself or through a food delivery,service and not something that is direct,so like that i would add my product and,i would just click on save over here and,once i have done that i would just go,into my all product section and you can,see now i have my cake and like this i,would add my second product so brownies,or cupcakes whatever i would be selling,and i would add those to my product list,now once i had all of my products i,could get started with designing my,ecommerce store so what i would do,afterwards is i would just go on the,left side over here and you can click on,online store over here and you can just,scroll down and you can go into the team,library you're going to click on explore,free themes over here at the right,and then you can choose one of the free,themes that is available on shopify so,what i'm go

[Shopify Theme Tutorial] How to Setup the Collection Cross sell Pop up Using Booster Theme

hey guys in this video I'm going to show,you all to set up the cross-sell,collection cross off pop up so it's very,easy so the first thing you need to do,is to create a collection for your,products so in this example we'll create,a cross sell pop-up for this product,here garlic press so very simple so the,first thing I'm always doing to stay,organizing that is to copy/paste the,name of my product in here and say that,this collection has been created for an,upsell so this is my upsell number one,and we'll manually choose the product,you can do it as well by using the the,the tag but I think it's easier to just,browse in your product list and take the,product directly you won't lose that,many time doing it so we'll add this,product to our collection now it has,been successfully saved and we'll create,a second collection to show up d pop up,so well cup your face again so it's my,upsell to you can you can call it cross,sell it's just the name I put them by,myself but you can call it cross sell it,will be it will be better so well click,on save make sure you select manual and,we'll choose three products that you,that we want to cross sell with that one,so double a greater debt jumping board,and let's say the oil and vinegar,dispenser so for example let's say you,were selling I don't know a quick,example your selling phones are you'll,be able to select let's say a phone case,a pair of earphones and,I don't know what bucket or something,that goes with your your phone that,you're selling and it can be applied to,any kind of product so we'll click on an,ad so we have our tree product here our,upsell number two has been set we have,our true products the only thing we need,to do is to go and select those two,collection in our settings so we'll,click on customize in here so we'll go,to our product tree and one garlic press,you click on your product and then you,need to go to upsell pop up here in the,settings so make sure your own sections,not on team settings,otherwise you'll contact our support,team saying hey I don't have this option,just make sure your own section click on,here and well do I have product so,there's no collection I'm just gonna,remove this one so you'll click on add,content collection upsell and you'll,select your to collection so upsell,number one first always make sure that,it's the first one that you see and,upsell number two here select and then,you click on save so well click on buy,now and now you have your upsell pop-up,showing up here and your customer can,click oh I bought this garlic thing so,I'm gonna buy this butter grater and you,just increased by using this tool your,ALV your average order value of fifteen,dollars just by using this tool here so,hope you guys liked this video and if,you have any question you can always,contact our support team at support at,booster team.com thank you guys
