How To Design A Shopify Store Like a PRO (& Sell More!)

if you don't spend the time and effort on crafting a nicely designed Shopify store, ,you can forget about making sales with that store because your store design is something ,practically everyone sees before they purchase your product and it's also what they use to ,navigate to that important checkout page so in this video i'll go over the exact store design ,layout and design essentials you need to know about with examples so you're able to skyrocket ,your shopify sales so the best way to show you the must-have shopify design essentials ,to implement in your own store is to just simply show you on screen so the first store we'll deep ,dive into is a store called aloe yoga so getting stuck into it on screen here i'm gonna go through ,uh why the store is great and a few more examples other than this store but before we get started ,let's quickly check using this wapalyzer tool here that it's actually a shopify store so you can see ,here that it is indeed indeed a shopify store and this tool by the way highly recommend that ,you use it and grab it it's completely free and you can install it as a chrome extension it gives ,you a whole load of back-end data on basically any website so to get started as you can see ,the home page is very clean it's product centered and below here you can immediately see that they ,have the instagram social proof and then the best seller alerts so really simple and clean store ,it's a large product catalog so it needs to be as clean as possible simply because there's so much ,display here but i want to show you what they do so well if you look at their product catalog right ,here which is just the yoga mat you can see that there's a consistency with their product imagery ,so they don't have you know like um like a whole load of different product shots but it's ,all the same product shot but just with different variations in color ,so this is something to be really wary of if you have multiples of products or if you have ,variants or you have a large product catalog it's really important that you display these items ,as clean as possible and this can be achieved really simply through product imagery and if we ,jump into one of these products as an example the product page is even better in my opinion ,so you don't see any product description on the side here right you just see the product imagery ,the name the price the variations and simply add to bag but if you do need more information about ,the product like most of us do we're likely going to scroll down below above the fold ,so this is where you get the description the fit etc etc but this is a really really nice ,and clean setup of the product page and what i really like about this store as well is that they ,include videos within their product images so you know this is not a requirement but as you grow i ,think this is something that most stores should look into and it's really easy to implement on ,y

How to Customize Dukaan Template into a Clean, Minimal Plant Webstore | Dukaan

hello everyone from the Dukan family I'd,like to show you a clean and minimal,plant store template that I've developed,from scratch from Dukan and I'd like to,show you step by step how I go from,design to development and configuration,for the whole template,so the first thing is we start with The,Branding and as you can see here I start,with the name Papa which means plan in,Hindi and I use a very simple color,scheme here you might notice that there,are two color scheme that exist the,first one is a lighter green and the,second one is a darker green for the,call to action color so the logo is also,using the same color in this case the,darker green,and in in in terms of form I'm actually,using this template called Oxford and,once you go to customize on the font,section,there's a list of farm families that,Dukan has provided yet you can choose,from and in this case I would like to,have a more Surrey font uh unique,feeling for for this plant store so I,chose beta from Google phones for for,this purpose,the next one is the logo itself,so,um I'd like to get this logo to be in,text but Dukan currently has a,limitation of not allowing just tax uh,it might it must be a logo and text at,the same time and I believe this is,something that due to client team is,also trying to fix as well and what I've,done here is creating a leaf logo or a,simple leaf logo and also have it in,text format as well ideally I would like,to have the logo just text and that's,something that I've tried to configure,into but there's something that I cannot,do yet,so the second part is the design,let me show you what I've designed in,figma here so I have basically traced,the whole dukaan template and then we,designed it in figma that allows it to,have a more customization filling but it,still fit into the default ducatan,template in this case so on the first,part you might notice that there's this,custom Banner that I've designed here,showing some plants at home and also a,CTA button the whole thing is actually,an image Banner so that's pretty much,there's a lot of creativity that we can,put into this to make our store feel,really unique when the visitor first,came to this website,the second section is the top categories,and in this case here I chose to put,some plants uh the top categories for,plants and underneath this section there,are some pots like some planters that,are put in here and I also designed a,deck just to signify that these are some,of the most selling most gifted planters,that my customers have bought it for for,their friends and family,the next one we also have some,testimonials a happy customer that have,bought with the plant store before and,we also have this help section that,allows the visitor if they needed to to,have an easy way to reach out to seek,help if they need,and last but not least,the call to action to subscribe to,newsletter and also an enticing offer to,get 50 off if they subscribe to this,newsletter and they will get special,offer as well at the s

today i'm gonna be showing you how i,made four thousand two hundred and,thirty dollars in four days selling this,simple product with branded drop,shipping and promoting it with,influencers and this is going to be the,full case study and walkthrough of how i,done this so let's just get straight,into it so firstly let me show you the,back end of my shopify dashboard just to,prove the numbers to you so here is the,shopify dashboard and i'm just going to,refresh this for you so you can see from,the 8th of june to the 11th of june this,year and if we just refresh this we can,see that i generated 3,450 pounds i've got over a thousand,sessions no returning customers one,point 12 percent conversion rate average,order value was just under 90 pounds and,39 orders in total and like i say if we,convert that into dollars that is 4,230,and i'm just going to refresh this one,more time for all of those skeptics out,there and then we can get into how i,actually done this so let's just wait,for this to refresh one last time so you,can see those are all the cells that,have been generated over four days so,now let me just get into how did i,actually find this product so firstly,what is the product so if we just go to,the front end of the store we can see,it's a beautifully branded one product,store and i will be showing you how i,actually built the store as well and,optimized it but the product is a,wrinkle removing device so it has quite,a high markup as you can see 99 pounds,so 100 pounds that's around 120 dollars,roughly and,i initially found the product using,dropper spy so dropper spy is a tool,that allows you to go and search,different ads and go and find different,products that you might want to start,drop shipping so we have a look at an,example one here which is called nearest,skin a couple of years ago i saw this,one being promoted quite a lot now,recently this is the only ad i could,find but i've been seeing ads for these,types of products everywhere so even,recently even the last couple of months,i've seen them popping up on facebook,and on instagram so i will show some on,the screen of the ads i've seen of other,products so you can see this one done,pretty well 1k likes got a fair amount,of shares and comments and things like,that and it's just a basic,product that's exactly the same as the,one i was selling so a wrinkle removing,device so we're going to have a look at,some of these products we can see near a,skin they're selling this for 412,so a lot more for than what i was,selling it for then i found another one,which is called thera body so we can see,this one it's the exact same device it's,just a wrinkle removing device this one,was 375 pounds so like i said all of,these products they've got a really high,selling price which means a higher,profit margin the next one was this one,which is the limer laser so you can see,once again it's the same thing gets rid,of wrinkles gets rid of acne and it's,just a laser device this one is 2 000,pounds so that
