in this video,we get a look at how we cross sell,products in shopify,cross-selling is very powerful tool,these are the products that have been,cross-sold,on this particular page so when we come,to look at this someone looks at this,mattress product,they'll see these other products being,promoted as well and you can,set up your heading as you want in here,so the question is of course is how do,we add these products,well this is done through an app in,shopify so if we go to our shopify,administration area click on apps,in this case we're using an app called,zurich upsell and cross-sell,it's a free app there are others that do,have more functionality,which you can choose once we're in here,don't worry about the headings here,this is still synchronizing we just get,our products,and we're going to set up where we,want these products to be sold first so,that's their source destination,is this product this product is a source,destination,which will then show these products so,in here we go to our source destination,you can see we've got a couple of,of mappings already set up,so we're going to add a new one so we,click add mapping,the quickest way to do this is to use a,filter so i'm going to come in here and,we'll save by manual collection most of,the collections in this site are manual,so i'm going to say daily living i know,actually i might go to mobility,and at all you can add multiple filters,in there,and here's all our mobility products you,can choose to,remove any that you don't want this to,show on simply by clicking,over here and removing a product out of,that list,once you're happy with your list then,hit next,and we come to our destination mapping,destination is the products that are,going to be,promoted so we'll go in here,again add by filter and i'll go again to,a manual collection,and in this case i'll promote the daily,living products,to people who are looking at mobility,products as well so add that,and here are our mobility products that,are going to be shown on the bottom of,those pages,now you can set this up to promote only,the first six which is the way this,one's set up and,this comes back to our settings over,here or you can have them,rotating through that any of those,products will be there,depends whether you want to promote,particular products or,just looking for any extra sale so,let's accept that we hit next,in this case it's going to show on the,product page and also on the cart page,so when they get to the checkout they'll,say hey do you want to buy these,products as well,generally we don't need to change,anything here we go to next,and we give it a name and this was our,mobility products so just call that,mobility,you can put a different title for this,particular,mapping if you want that just changes,these wordings,um or you can leave it as the default,i'm just going to do that click save,and we now have our uh,crossow product set up for our mobility,category,and that's all there is to do to set up,cross selling,you can get

hey there in this video we are going to,go over how to create a cross-sell,offer in bold upsell cross-sell offers,are most,commonly used to offer a product or,products,when a certain product is added either,into the cart,or when a customer proceeds from the,cart into the checkout page,a perfect example of a cross-sell would,be offering a memory card to a customer,if they purchase a camera on your store,for example,starting from the home page of bold,upsell select,offers then create offer,under basic information enter in a name,for your cross sell,this name is for internal use to help,you identify this,offer from other offers created in bold,upsell,next under upsell offer flow select,set a trigger under upsell trigger this,section decides,where the upsell pop-up for the,cross-sell will take place,you can either select add to cart or,before checkout or after checkout if you,have bold cashier installed on your,store,for this video we are going to choose,add to cart,next you will be presented with two,options cross-sell,and upsell cross-sell adds onto the,trigger product,while upsell replaces a product with,another product such as a more expensive,or upgraded version of the product since,we are creating a crossout offer we are,we will leave cross cell selected,under trigger products select select,products to be brought to a product,selector pop-up,this selector is where you choose which,product or products,act as the trigger products that the,customer must add into the cart,in order to see the offered products you,can search for a product using the,product title search bar,at the top you can also apply filters to,narrow,down your search results or you can,simply browse through the list of,products on your store,in this example i'm going to choose the,coffee machine product,once you have selected the trigger,products or product on your store select,continue with selected products,next up you will need to add a product,or products that you would like to offer,under the upsell offers selection as,well as add a title and description that,displays in the crosshail offer,once you have selected set and offer you,can enter a title and description for,the cross-sell offer,after entering in a title and,description select,the select products button similar to,the trigger product,you can select a product or products,that you want to appear in the upsell,pop-up window,in this example i'm going to choose a,smart grinder from my cross-sell,offer there's a couple of additional,features that can be enabled for,cross-sell offers such as allowing,customers to choose more than one,product in the offer,as well as restricting the quantities,that customers can select from the offer,window,under conditions you can also set a,start and end dates that the crossout,offer will be available from,and when it will end if you set a start,date for the future,the offer will automatically turn on at,the date and time specified,in your store's local time zone as well,as stop on the dat

hey guys and welcome to upsell on this,video i will show you how to create your,first funnel and add attractive upsell,offers to your wig store in order to,increase your average order value and,make more money,okay so let's get right to it and click,on create a new funnel,select on which page of your store you,would like to show the final on,so for this tutorial i'm going to use,the cart page,so i'm going to select it,and click on next,on the next step you're going to see a,page preview of your store according to,the page type you selected,click on add widget,and select the product upsell widget,and this is a preview of how the product,upsell widget is going to look like on,your store you can choose whether to,show the apps and widgets as a pop-up or,the section on the page,if you select to show the widget to the,section you can choose between top and,bottom,so for this tutorial i'm going to use,the pop-up option,and you can set the trigger of showing,the pop-up to the user so the default is,page load but you can change it to,notification for example and then it's,going to look like that,and the proceed to checkout option means,that the pop-up will be shown only when,the user click on the checkout button,okay so for this tutorial i'm going to,leave it on page loads and the pop-up,will be shown right away after the cart,page has been loaded,okay now we're going to select the,products we would like to offer scroll,down to product settings and select,between single mode and multiple mode,that allows you to offer more than one,product on the upsell,click on select product,and select the product you would like to,offer,the widget preview will be updated,according to the product you selected,and now i'm going to offer some discount,for this product to make the offer a bit,more attractive,scroll down to the discount section,and enter the discount value you would,like to offer,and we can see the updated value right,here,and now you can customize and change the,design of the pop-up as you wish so i'm,going to edit the text of the,button i'm going to scroll to the buy,button section,and i'm going to edit the text,now,20,off,you can change the color as well but i'm,going to leave it like that,now scroll back to the top and click on,save,and we can see that the funnel has been,saved and now let's head over to the,store and see how it looks like,so i'm going to quickly add a product to,the card so we can view the card page,so that's the card page,and here's the upsell offer,let's accept the offer so i'm going to,choose a variant and grab this deal,and we can see that the card has been,updated with the new products,and the promo code has been updated,automatically by the app as well,and now the user can proceed to checkout,and place the order you can also add,funnels to your checkout page and thank,you page,and that's it thank you for watching,this video see you next time

hi,in this video i'm going to show you how,to chain two funnels together,to conditionally offer something to,someone based on,other offers they may have chosen so in,this example,someone's going to be buying a gaming pc,we're going to offer them a keyboard and,mouse combo,and if they choose to get that keyboard,and mouse combo we're then going to,offer them,a light up mouse pad to go with it,if they don't choose to take the,keyboard and mouse combo then we won't,offer them that mouse pad subsequently,so to start with we'll create our first,funnel so when the item is added to the,cart works best with my theme,i'll choose my product,that's going to be the gaming pc,i'll come down here and add a offer to,my funnel,okay for this one this is going to be,the keyboard and mouse,cross sell works fine and we're good,so we'll enable our funnel,the next thing we're going to do is,create our secondary funnel this funnel,will launch,if the customer has chosen to buy the,keyboard and mouse combo on the previous,step,so instead of when the item is added to,the cart on this one we want to launch,it on the cart page if the item is in,the cart,again we'll select product and then,select our keyboard so remember this was,the cross sell,item that we had in the previous step,and then for our offer,set it up as our mouse pad,all right perfect,now we'll enable that,now here we are on our storefront this,is the gaming pc,um that starts the entire thing um so,we'll go ahead and add that to our cart,and then we're prompted to purchase the,keyboard and mouse combo so if we say no,no we're not interested we don't really,want to do that,you know then we could go ahead and go,to checkout and we only have that,one product,so let's go through this again and this,time i'll add it to the cart and accept,the offer,all right here we are,and so see now we hit the cart i had,both products in the cart,and we're instantly prompted with the,offer for the mouse pad now that we've,selected,um to to get the keyboard in the mouse,so we add that to our cart then that,will take us into checkout,with all three of the products added to,the cart and ready to go,and that's it

hey guys so good news encounters been,working on a new feature,they'll be helping all merchants on the,app to display their,upsells and crew sales on their product,page,so currently you can only do that on the,card page and your cut drawers for those,people of those,but now you can do you can display your,offers directly on the couch page,and make sure all your customers see the,absence and process you want,so there are few things you need to do,before you activate the,new feature and that will be running the,setup wizard again,if you already did just to make sure you,have all your settings for,the product page correct and then,you'll need to also activate the,option to display this product this,upsells,on your product page so let's just get,started with the setup wizard,so there's a there are two the two ways,to do that to,display this the setup wizard sorry so,this one just scroll down under your,list of offers there's this link here,setup wizard and there's a different,option here,also setup wizard so both of these,will give you this panel for the setup,wizard as you can see,the other button also yeah brings up the,same,so just click on start setup now and,they should,send you to your website so here's my,demo store,and for the product page feature just,click on,go to the product page yeah so it looks,like it picked a product that i just,deleted recently,but that's not a problem because we have,an entire way of,synchronizing your products so if you if,you see that just go to your catalog,and then select a product so in this,case i'll go with this bracelet,so once you're on the product page,you'll see the button now,that actually if you can see the product,so yeah,okay you see the product and the app,will analyze the page,then select a list of,places where the offer can appear,but you can you're not limited to the 16,i have here you can have 24,depending on your store and you can also,add more,if you if you're conversant with,javascript and,html but don't worry about that you can,for now i'll just go i just go to d16,let's let's find a good position so this,is not,good for me let's just play around with,this and here we find,a good location so,yeah this went below the buttons i don't,think most users,go this much below the page once they,see the ad record button that that's it,they don't scroll a lot,so let's just find a different position,yeah this works,so as you can see looks like i already,did this,before that's why my offer looks a lot,like my page,but once once you once you have,the correct position the position you,like the most,just click on use this position then you,have more options here,for doing what i did here changing the,colors turning the background,changing the font,so yeah to do that we'll just make the,changes to these,i'm not going to change mine because i,like it the way they are right now,but i'll just show you how to do this as,you can see that was the box background,but kicked right for now,so once you're done with all
