product listing ads plas also known as,google shopping ads drive traffic and,sales to your store by displaying rich,product images product details and,product specific user generated content,in your google shopping listings,plas appear in their own box in google,search results,above or to the right of organic results,they also appear in the shopping tab,yatpo allows you to integrate,user-generated content from your store,into your google shopping feed,more specifically yakpo's google,shopping integration allows you to,populate your google product listing ads,with star ratings and reviews,showcasing this user-generated content,is hugely impactful in building,credibility and attracting consumer,attention,integrating reviews and star ratings,into plas leads to a 24 increase in,click-through rate on average,while google has outlined a clear,qualification criteria for google,shopping it's important to note that,even if it seems like you've checked,every box for qualification,google will make the ultimate decision,on whether or not your reviews and star,ratings will be showcased within a,product listing ad,with that being said you must meet the,following criteria to qualify for,reviews and ratings in your plas,one the reviews must not contain,profanities as defined in the profanity,filter in your yappo admin,2. there must be no url in the title or,content,3. you must have a minimum of 50,eligible reviews across all of your,products,and a product must have at least three,reviews for star ratings to show in,google shopping ads,the most important step in integrating,yatpo with your product listing ads is,ensuring that the product data you're,passing to your google merchant center,matches the product data in your yatpo,catalog,make sure that unique identifiers such,as sku,mpn gtin upc and brand are consistent,across your google merchant feed and,your galpo catalog to download your,product catalog and check if it's up to,date click the icon at the top right,corner of your yappo admin,click store settings,click the product catalog option,go to the update products tab,here you can fill in your email address,and send yourself the catalog file,for more information on how to update,the catalog,check out our updating the product,catalog help center article,once you've finished updating the file,you can go back to this section of your,admin and upload the file,once your catalog is updated to match,the data being passed into your google,merchant feed the final step is to,enable the product listing ads feature,in your yahoo account log in to your,yachtpaw reviews and ratings admin,click social and google,click product listing ads,toggle the switch to enable,select the appropriate category for your,store in the category drop-down list,then click the save changes button,and that's it now we wait for google to,sync the information,thanks for tuning in

okay on today's video we are going to,talk about,review,plug-in software whatever you want to,call it um,basically software you put on a site,whether it's shopify whatever it is what,kind of whatever e-commerce site you,have,to actually generate reviews actually,technically could be a non-e-commerce,site if you wanted to get real specific,but,99 of the people who use this is it's an,e-commerce site you want,to be able to accept reviews on your,site for the holy grail of,having your little,cute little,five star you know a little star icon,showing up next year ppc ads to get,higher click through rates which really,do bring up the click-through rates um,by a good fifty percent,upwards of fifty percent which greatly,brings up your quality scores and brings,up the roi on your campaigns it also,gets you more action from your campaigns,also to have the stars show up in the,organic listings as well,um gotta have reviews to do it these,plugins actually that i'm going to,mention here make it easier and there is,some actual pros but there's plenty of,cons which i'm going to talk about here,this is more so about the dangers of it,but,but examples of plug-ins that you can,use you can use a third-party tool for,this to take the reviews and get it so,that your google ads show up with the,stars and the organic listings with the,stars or you can do it,you know through google's own uh tool,that doesn't cost anything at all,tools like yappo,power reviews okindo,apologize if i didn't i'm not not not,pronouncing that right,and the light can just absolutely,destroy your shopping campaigns if,you're going to head go ahead and,so when you're trying to benefit,yourself your campaigns to get more,action out of them with the stars you,can,actually set yourself backwards that's,what this is actually about so i want to,warn you what not to do,and,give you a story of what happened to one,of my clients you understand uh what the,kind of gravity and reality of the,situation that we had that actually,completely took their sales from where,they were to basically almost down to,nothing because they did not know what,i'm going to tell you on this particular,video,so anyway i will go through at a high,level what happened with that person how,they could avoid it and why this,actually stuff matters so much,so with all that said i'm gonna get,right into it,this video was spurred out of us seeing,a client previously making three,thousand,dollars a day from their shopping,campaigns for a clothing brand,three,if you're wondering what if first of all,shopping works there you go three grand,a day and this is a common okay,from shopping campaigns which the roi,was about eight to one on that,so if you're wondering oh what's the,profit like,go uh from the shopping campaigns so,they were making 3k a day,once,they started using this yappo plugin so,i'm more so nailing yappo here and for,all practical purposes the plug-in could,be fine for 99 of you people out there,you just,i'm going to tell you

hi I'm Mel McCann from curious teams web,development studio in Nashville,Tennessee and in this video tutorial I'm,going to show you how to add the yoko,Shopify app which is all about sending,out emails for reviews and getting,reviews on recent orders for your site,so I'm in the back end of Shopify,currently and I am on the apps page so,on the left hand side hit apps and these,are my current apps that I have,installed and so to go and install this,one we are just gonna hit visit Shopify,app store and in the search box I'm,going to type in yo Depot and if you,want to learn a little bit more about,the app you can play their video here,but it has a lot of really cool,functionality so there are different,pricing plans where things are included,however with their forever free plan you,have the ability to automatically send,customers emails after they've purchased,and request and review right from their,inbox so it makes it so much easier for,them to actually review your products,because they're not having to click in,and go to your site to review it they're,able to do that right on their email so,you can see an example of it here and so,it makes it really really easy to submit,a review and that way hopefully you get,more reviews on your product which,increases that social proof you can also,see that you can embed it on your site,and have the star ratings which the star,ratings are also picked up by Google so,that'll show up in the Google feed that,it has these stars and will also come in,here another great thing of the free,plan is that you can actually respond to,the review so you can either respond to,them publicly or privately and so if,someone posted a concern in their review,or an issue with their product you can,contact them either privately or for,everyone else to see so that you can get,that taken care of and make sure that,they are a really satisfied customer and,this is a really,cool functionality that a lot of the,Shopify review apps do not have so I did,a previous video for the free Shopify,reviews and how to embed that on your,site however with that one it doesn't,have this functionality of commenting,back and it doesn't have the,functionality of sending the customer an,email asking them for that review so,there's is a little bit additional,functionality that you're getting and,again this is where I said about the,star rating on Google so there are other,things that it includes and then there,higher plans include things like turning,a review into a Facebook ad however,we're just going to be installing the,free version today so to add this to our,site we're just gonna hit get and this,is taking us back to the backend of our,Shopify store and we're just going to,hit install app to approve that it can,manage these details and now we have to,go in and create an account okay and we,just started so I'm going to just say 0,to 150 orders and 1 to 10 employees so,now we are in the yo tipo back-end and,we're going to go through customizing,all of th

the reviews widget showcases your,brand's hard-earned reviews on product,pages for all site visitors to see,to get the most out of the reviews,widget and to create a seamless,experience for your shoppers,you can customize the widget settings to,fit your brand editing the reviews,widget settings allows you to sort the,way reviews are displayed,adapt widget styling to your website's,general look and feel and enable site,visitors to filter review content,to access the reviews widget settings,log into your yacht pro reviews and,ratings admin and go to on-site widgets,reviews widget in the first tab general,settings,you can do one of the following things,widget performance,this allows you to optimize the load,speed of the widget and the pace of new,content updates,the better performance option will load,content faster on your site,however it will take longer to update,with new content and register settings,and or styling changes,such changes may take up to an hour to,appear on site this is also the default,setting,the settings will revert back to better,performance after five days to ensure,your site's optimal performance,the immediate update option will render,content updates and settings and styling,changes right away,but will also slow down on-site widget,load speed it is best to use the,immediate update option when changing,the styling of your on-site widgets,here you can configure the following,details the number of reviews that are,displayed per page,the formatting of the date display make,your review widget a read-only widget,this means that site visitors will not,be able to leave reviews on site,reviews will only be collected via the,review request emails,growth plans and above can also enable,or disable the default sorting in the,reviews widget,sorting allows site visitors to filter,reviews by the following fields,additionally these planes allow you to,dictate the advanced sorting logic of,the reviews widget,changing these advanced sorting options,will determine which reviews populate,first on product pages,powerhouse and enterprise users also,have the filters tab,that allows adding additional smart,filters to your on-site reviews widget,you can enable free text search this,will allow shoppers to search the,reviews widget for reviews that feature,specific keywords,you can also enable smart topic filters,this filter,powered by yachtpoe ai crawls existing,review content on a per-product basis,identifies frequently mentioned topics,in those reviews and creates tabulated,topic filters for these topics,upon creation site visitors can sort,reviews by those topics,finally if you collect custom question,data in your review request emails,you can enable the filter custom fields,option this will allow shoppers to,filter reviews based on customer,characteristics like purchase product,size,height age etc the end goal is to direct,site visitors to reviews that are,relevant for their characteristics,creating easier and more personalized,engagement with you

hi in this video I am going to talk,about clever's latest connector and,integration with yachtbo yachtbo is a,great tool to collect customer reviews,and ratings,um on an e-commerce website at clever we,believe in providing the best possible,product Discovery experience and hence,we thought of collaborating with yachtbo,and reading product review data from,your book and using it in clever,Merchant Center,for e-commerce Brands and Merchants this,opens up new avenues and ways to truly,suggest and recommend products that are,both relevant and credible,firstly let's look let's take a look at,how easy it is to integrate with the odd,bow,head over to clever merchant center,click on connectors from the bottom left,and find your bow card just click on,configure,once you've landed on the configuration,page you'll be asked to connect make,sure you have yachtport running in,another tab logged into your account,that you wish to connect with the,Cleveland store,back in Cleveland I will click on,connect this will open up some,permissions,I'm going to go ahead and authorize this,permission,and once done you'll get,setting successfully saved for your,store data will be synced in a few time,you'll also see a sync status right over,here that will state when was the last,thing that took place with clever,will sync with your bow once a day but,we have provided an option if you wanted,to perform an on-demand sync you could,click on for sync,the data that we are syncing with,yachtbo is of twofold the first one for,every product that is synced with clavo,we're going to fetch the average rating,for that product and secondly we're,going to fetch the number of reviews,for that particular product as well,both of these are synced in clavo and,you're able to see this by navigating to,store info,by going to catalog browser,when you see your products over here,just add,customer reviews or rating in this case,and apply you'll see that the data has,started to populate from your pool,once the data is synced in Cleveland,e-commerce Brands and Merchants can use,this product data in multiple ways,the first one I could be able to use,this customer reviews and sort of rating,data as a facet on my storefront,you would head to Smart search,customization,I would find facets,and I would find the one that says,rating,in this case I've already checked it and,I'm putting the facet caption as,customer reviews and I've brought this a,little bit uh higher on the order list,once done click on Save,and then head on over to your storefront,to check the facet,on search results page,and the search overlay so when I now go,back to my storefront,when I search for,I will now see customer review facet or,rating facets coming up here,similarly when I'm on,my search results page I would see a,similar facet here as well the same,facet also appears when I'm navigating,different category pages,if you have chosen to enable Smart,category merchandising with clavo,the next use case of using your pro,review and r
