all right what's up everyone welcome to,the Surfside PPC youtube channel today,I'm gonna be going over eight,alternatives to Google ads so Google ads,has search platform display platform,video with YouTube and the Google,Display Network so there's really no,other marketing channel like it there's,so many different things you can do with,Google ads they have so much data in,terms of analytics they can follow,people around the internet basically,because Google Analytics is on every,single website you visit so Google ads,is really the best platform for,advertising in my opinion but there are,some alternatives that can help you,spend your budget in optimal ways so,maybe if you've already maxed out your,Google Ads account even if you want to,run other ads alongside Google we're,gonna show you some alternatives today,that we highly recommend using so the,first one Bing ads so Bing ads you can,import your Google Ad search campaigns,directly into Bing ads they don't have,the same display or video capabilities,that Google does but in terms of search,ads Bing ads will perform as well or,better than Google ads in my opinion and,in my experience so if you take your,Google ads campaign you can import it,directly into Bing ads all you need to,do is create an account set up your,billing and you can have Bing ads,running by the end of the day so this is,the closest thing to the Google search,platform because it uses the Bing search,engine it uses about 50% of the Yahoo,search engine so you get a ton of search,volume and if you're not using Bing ads,you're just missing out on those,opportunities and generally there's not,as much competition because not as many,advertisers are using Bing ads when,people start they generally go to Google,and then the bigger advertisers focus,the most on optimizing their google,campaigns and Bing ads is usually,secondary so with Bing ads you can,usually get lower cost clicks than,Google and you can get the similar,results especially with certain,industries Bing ads can perform really,well so highly recommend at least,testing Bing ads this is probably the,number one in this list that I would,recommend you test because there's,really really great results coming from,Bing ads number two is gonna be Facebook,ads so they have a lot of different,products so just coming in to overview,here you can see facebook Instagram,audience Network Messenger whatsapp and,workplace so they have a lot of,different ways that you can advertise,with Facebook Facebook and Instagram are,huge the audience network is huge so you,can target all of these different ad,network where people are looking through,their social media pages and you can sir,and really targeted advertisements,Facebook has a ton of data about their,customers because everyone goes on,Facebook and likes pages they basically,will tell Facebook what they enjoy doing,and then in addition to that the,Facebook pixel is somewhere to Google,Analytics net basically every website,your visit probably h

okay uh welcome to today's session i,guess i'm kicking off a minute or two,early here today got the stream going on,youtube if you're watching on youtube go,ahead and subscribe to the inside real,estate youtube channel take the,notification bell all that stuff that,they tell the kids to do these days,uh youtube as i always say uh is really,sticky for those of us who use youtube,like tv definitely makes sense to build,a youtube channel if you have the,wherewithal and you're creating content,and it's also just fun to be able to,stream to youtube uh from the zoom uh,from zoom accounts which is what i'm,doing right now it's kind of really,handy you can kill two birds and this is,something you can definitely do in your,real estate practice you can do like a,first-time homebuyer first-time investor,uh seminar lots of different things,recruiting webinars things like that and,stream over to your youtube channel so,just a little tip i like to bring that,up every now and then uh today the topic,of our session,is microsoft ppc advertising so,basically getting,your search ad campaigns similar to what,you do on google but getting them on the,uh bing and yahoo networks there's about,a tenth of the amount of traffic,on microsoft as there is on google but,in any given market,um there's probably way way,enough traffic available that your,budget won't be able to spend it all,both on google of course and even on,microsoft with it being one-tenth the,size and most of your traffic is going,to come from people who are using the,edge browser,by default right uh and they're using,bing as their search browser so,uh,there might be some things there i,haven't done a lot of research but you,might say oh man this wouldn't be fair,to say i don't know maybe you get a,little bit of a different crowd than you,get on google we'll just leave it at,that so this could be a good or a bad,thing so depending on who you're trying,to attract but i don't think it matters,all that much traffic is traffic uh if,they're responding to the specific type,of the ad you know related to a real,estate search and are typing keywords,into,uh bing so let's go to bing,just for some context here so we'll go,to bing.com,and they're typing in,st pete florida condos,it's the same on bing as it is on google,right that person is looking for st pete,florida condos but the search results,are going to show differently and you're,going to have different advertisers here,on bing than you'll have on google a lot,of people uh myself included don't,really think about bing that much and,they'll forget to go here so it stands,the reason that you're probably going to,get a little bit cheaper traffic here,unless your competition is going to be,here now when i google st p florida,condos i don't see any real estate,agents i see big companies like picasa,vrpo is on here um bing has this little,thing where they do embed uh some real,estate listings directly into the search,results from zillow realtor,and redfin i guess,uh b
