How To Create Product Bundles In Shopify | Simple Tutorial (2022)

how to create product bundles in shopify,hey guys welcome back to the youtube,channel in this video i'm going to be,showing you a simple tutorial on how you,can add product bundles on your shopify,store so let's get into it now before i,go in i need to tell you guys the,trade-off that you're going to have to,do when you create product bundles now,if you want to be able to create product,bundles you're going to have to trade it,off with your inventory tracking so if,you add this extension or if you add,this code onto your website you will not,be able to actually track your inventory,so if that is a bad trade-off for you,there is a alternate method to this,which i will tell you guys at the end of,the video so if you're not sure about,this method then you can definitely,check that out now to get started what,you're going to do is you're going to,log on to your shopify store and what,you're going to do is you're going to,click on online store over here once you,have clicked on online store you're,going to click on actions and then,you're going to click on edit code now,before you do that you're going to click,on duplicate and duplicate the code of,your website or your ecommerce store and,in that way if you mess any code up then,you can just restore the previous,version that you had,this is not necessary but for most,people i do recommend that you duplicate,your website code before starting to,edit the code and adding the new product,bundle code now to get started what,you're just going to do is you're going,to click on over here click on edit code,and on your left you're going to find,different sections and on your right you,have your previews so i'm going to close,up over here and now if you scroll down,and go into your sections over here like,these are all of the folders and you're,just going to click on sections and,you're just going to scroll down and,we're just looking for product. so you,can see over here we have product,recommendations.liquid and what you're,just going to do is you're going to,press on ctrl f or command f,and then you're just going to search for,unless over here so we're just searching,for unless,i'm just going to go back into my,product section so you're just going to,search for unless,on your product.liquid now if you can't,find your unless section it is probably,because you haven't added your product,page so you can go on to your sections,and let's say if you want to add your,product bundle directly below the or,above the header liquid so you can just,type one over here like it only matters,where you want to enter it and for you,obviously it's going to be in the,product section and you're going to type,it above unless but i'm going to add it,over here and what you're just going to,do is you're going to copy paste this,code over here you're going to copy it,and then you're just going to click on,paste over here just like that and then,you're just going to click on save and,now you can see your asset has been,saved if there a

hello shopify merchants it's basil here,uh in this video i want to walk through,how to set up a bundle and sell that,through a uh post purchase upsell app so,here i have a bundle that i've set up uh,it's a given tpack bundle and for this,tpack bundle i've added uh three,variants on the size option so,a customer can go ahead and buy either a,three pack six pack or a nine pack of,course we get different number of bags,uh they have different prices as well so,looks like this is all good to go so now,i'm going to jump into,simple bundles,and make sure i can,build this bundle and set all the,products necessary for this,give this a second,so let's jump into my bundles tab here,i'm going to click on build bundle and,go ahead and add the,bundle that i just added,so this is a three six nine pack uh,shopify product i just created so i'm,gonna go ahead and click add,um so i've gone ahead and actually added,all the products to each of these so,there's a three pack six pack,as well as a nine pack,um so this way you can see all the,products that are all set up under each,bundle,uh of course i want to make sure to,update the compare price and click save,um so once that's good to go i can jump,into my app section now,and uh really for for this uh for,reports purchase apps you can use uh,anyone on the app store there's one,click upsell,there's also checkout promotions for,this example i'll be using checkout,promotions and upsells,so here i'm going to go ahead,and i've already created a promotion,here so i'm going to go in in here,um i haven't added any eligibility,triggers i'm just going to keep that,open for now,and for under the post purchase,section i'm going to configure this to,add the product,so i'm going to jump into the product,section here,uh and go ahead and click on add product,and i can select the pro bundle i just,created in simple and shopify and simple,bundles so i can go ahead and add that,and here you can see all the different,uh options that a customer can pick from,as well so depending on what you pick,you'll see the savings there,and that looks good,so i'm going to go ahead and click on,save changes here,and looks like that's good to go so here,on my storefront i'm going to go ahead,and buy this product here this is a,lipton tea so let's just click that to,guard,the card and i can check out here,so i'm going to check out some mock data,here,and go ahead and put my credit card once,uh shipping selected,and let's click on play now,so once this is complete,i should see both my products,that i just bought oh actually first,let's go and pick the,product i want to buy from upsells like,i'm going to pick the six pack here,and click on pay now,now i should see both the products i,bought as well as the one that i got up,sold from the checkout promotions app,so let's jump into uh shopify and see,how it goes so i'm back on the order,section here in shopify and an order,just came in for this one here so i can,click on this product here,and i can see the l

so in today's video we're going to be,focusing on this here on my screen which,is a sales funnel that i built in a,software called click funnels and in,this video today i'm going to be showing,you how to rebuild this funnel that i,had in click funnels inside of wordpress,using a plug-in called wu funnels and as,you can see we did over a million,dollars with this sales funnel and in,doing so i earned this award that you've,probably seen in my youtube videos,hanging on the wall here but what i want,to do is break each individual component,of the funnel and the tests that i did,and rebuilding it into woo funnels into,their own separate videos so in today's,video we're going to pinpoint our focus,down to the upsells that occur right,after the checkout form so people go,through our checkout and they'll,purchase and then we show them an upsell,which is a bundle of item one and item,two and then if they say no to that,bundle we down sell them item one and if,they say yes or no to item one we still,down sell them item two and it probably,doesn't make sense you're like well,somebody says no to the bundle why are,you down selling them both of them as,their own separate down cells it works,i've gone through and i've seen people,say no to the bundle and they say yes to,both of these downsells that's what,we're going to focus on in today's video,is building this logic of a bundle and,then down selling those separate items,inside woocommerce using the sales,funnel plugin for wordpress coldwu,funnels i'm going to show you how to set,all of this up and i'm going to share,throughout this process some of the,problems that i had when i was trying to,set this up myself because i thought it,was going to be a bit easier than it was,and there's some drawbacks to using,plug-ins like the product bundles,plug-in from woocommerce because it's,not as easy as you think it might be so,that's what i'm going to explain in this,video that's why i'm making it without,further ado let's get into it and let's,look at setting up this logic and,actually putting this into wordpress so,to do this we're going to use two,plugins so the first one is going to be,the woocommerce.com,official product bundles plugin it's,here it's 49 i guarantee this is going,to be the best 49 you've ever spent if,you set up your upsells using this video,and what i show you here now if we go,over the second plugin we're going to be,using is woo funnels this is the plugin,that we're going to be going out and,building our sales funnels with inside,of wordpress so this is a replacement,for click funnels it allows you to do,what clickfunnels does but better as,you'll see in this video so let's go,back and here we're going to go under,plugins and installed plugins and if we,scroll down we have the wu funnels,plugin and then the pro version of it i,went straight to the paid version so,that's it there again there's going to,be links in the description below if you,want to check any of these plugins out,but then also

Upsell product bundles that keep their original SKUs

let's say I want to upsell product,bundles original bundles so this will,keep the originals use of the products,inside the upsell you can also give an,automatic discount to create a buy one,get one or buy ax get Y offer using,Shopify's automatic discount I'll skip,this and only show you the mechanism of,creating creating the original bundle,and then you can add an automatic,discount where you can display a,discount code inside the upsell,description so I selected bundle so I,will bond all these two products and I,want to select the cart page and I,before I go to setup I will create a,cart rule I want to upsell I want to,trigger the upsell and to display it,only if the cool product is inside the,cart but you could also make it with the,collection or a specific variant so if,the card contains this product then I,will show the bundle on the cart I will,unselect the product page so I will go,to the cart page I'll wait for the tool,board to load and for example I will go,with a pop-up and two columns in a grid,with compact images that could go with,medium images so this will be the bundle,of course you can add a title you can,enlarge the images like this in school,you can change the animation for example,like that or you can change to a,notification and something like that so,let's say I'm satisfied I click Save I,go back to editing so now the rule is if,I have,cool product inside the cart then I will,display the bundle inside the cart page,when I reach this cart page I'm pretty,much done I can click Save change and go,see how it looks actually I should add a,title so this is for internal name the,customers won't see it but for example I,could go with the title like this or for,example something like complete your kit,or bundle and save you know stuff like,that so this I'm using HTML here it will,take the style from my CSS stylesheet,from my theme and here like I said if,you don't use automatic discount from,Shopify or or automatic discount app,from tab on app you can also display an,coupon code here if you want to discount,the bundle but maybe you don't want to,discount the bundle and you just want to,bundle group items together so for,example use code this and get this off,and I could also add some bold stuff,here I'll click Save change so I'm,adding the trigger product the cool,product so when this is in the cart,I should see the upsell right there,complete your kit Add to Cart

How To Create Product Bundles In Shopify (Simple Tutorial 2023)
