so in this specific video I am going to,show you how to create unlimited smart,nested one time offers now if you,haven't had a chance to watch the video,that I created on how to create a,one-time offer I would suggest that you,go ahead and do that right now because,I'm going to zoom through this fairly,quick now a smart nested one-time offer,basically is made so that any time,somebody purchased let's say for example,a one-time offer and then if they say,yes and they purchase that one time,offer as you can see here then at this,point they will be sent to a different,one time offer so if they say yes I'm,going to buy this oto number one then,they will be presented with OTO number,two in this case this is great if you,want to separate your customers so the,people who bought oto number one you can,give them a particular one time offer,that is only given to those who take,action and buy one time offer number one,if they say no then you can offer them,something else and if they say yes to,that then you can maybe funnel them to a,similar oto so this is a great way to,separate your buyers so to do this it's,actually quite easy it's very similar to,creating a one time offer but in this,case we're going to have multiple one,time offers that are nested within each,other so let's say for example that I,want to activate the smart nested one,time offers to do that all i need to do,is simply click on yes here and it'll,ask you switching oto will reset current,oto settings do you want to continue say,yes and at this point you're going to,see a green box now when we begin to add,otiose you'll see that it will begin to,expand so obviously we need to add the,first oto which as you can see we have,our otiose here so we can create the oto,and it's going to be inactive and all we,need to do is simply drag and draw,pit over here and as you can see when I,drop it every time you drop something,it'll have a yes and a no so if they say,yes they'll be able to purchase this one,if they say no you can provide them with,a different one time offer so I'm going,to go up here and I am going to add,another one time offer so we're going to,choose that i'm going to call this oto,two and we're going to call it yes and,keep in mind this is really only for,your internal use your customers will,not see this so I would name it,something that you are familiar with so,we're going to say el tio 2 yes so we,know if somebody purchases this they,have said yes and they've purchased you,can easily edit the OTO price here and,remember in order to create an OT o you,have to go up to the top and click on,product add add new OTO and that is all,taught in the OTO video so that's why I,say you need to watch that first so at,this point you can add a discount you,can / I the OTO product sales page if,that's the case you got to enter your,sales page here air or you can also skip,this OTO if the customer has already,bought this product so if they have,already bought this product and I don't,want to share

hey there in this video we are going to,go over how to create a cross-sell,offer in bold upsell cross-sell offers,are most,commonly used to offer a product or,products,when a certain product is added either,into the cart,or when a customer proceeds from the,cart into the checkout page,a perfect example of a cross-sell would,be offering a memory card to a customer,if they purchase a camera on your store,for example,starting from the home page of bold,upsell select,offers then create offer,under basic information enter in a name,for your cross sell,this name is for internal use to help,you identify this,offer from other offers created in bold,upsell,next under upsell offer flow select,set a trigger under upsell trigger this,section decides,where the upsell pop-up for the,cross-sell will take place,you can either select add to cart or,before checkout or after checkout if you,have bold cashier installed on your,store,for this video we are going to choose,add to cart,next you will be presented with two,options cross-sell,and upsell cross-sell adds onto the,trigger product,while upsell replaces a product with,another product such as a more expensive,or upgraded version of the product since,we are creating a crossout offer we are,we will leave cross cell selected,under trigger products select select,products to be brought to a product,selector pop-up,this selector is where you choose which,product or products,act as the trigger products that the,customer must add into the cart,in order to see the offered products you,can search for a product using the,product title search bar,at the top you can also apply filters to,narrow,down your search results or you can,simply browse through the list of,products on your store,in this example i'm going to choose the,coffee machine product,once you have selected the trigger,products or product on your store select,continue with selected products,next up you will need to add a product,or products that you would like to offer,under the upsell offers selection as,well as add a title and description that,displays in the crosshail offer,once you have selected set and offer you,can enter a title and description for,the cross-sell offer,after entering in a title and,description select,the select products button similar to,the trigger product,you can select a product or products,that you want to appear in the upsell,pop-up window,in this example i'm going to choose a,smart grinder from my cross-sell,offer there's a couple of additional,features that can be enabled for,cross-sell offers such as allowing,customers to choose more than one,product in the offer,as well as restricting the quantities,that customers can select from the offer,window,under conditions you can also set a,start and end dates that the crossout,offer will be available from,and when it will end if you set a start,date for the future,the offer will automatically turn on at,the date and time specified,in your store's local time zone as well,as stop on the dat
