FAKE Trustpilot Reviews Exposed!

hey chris here in this video i wanted to,talk to you about why you shouldn't,always believe trust pilot reviews i,know many people look to trustpilot to,really get a trusted review on certain,websites that you might be researching,but there are many many times that i've,noticed now where different sites that,are actually really good are getting,very bad reviews that they shouldn't,really be getting before we jump on the,laptop though and i'll show you what i,mean by this if you're brand new to the,channel do consider subscribing so,basically here i talk all things making,money online and making better money,decisions and building your wealth,through those better money decisions i,was trying to get to 10 000 subscribers,before christmas but looking at it now,it's probably not going to happen unless,you help me out but now that you've,hopefully pressed the subscribe button,let's get on here and i'll basically,just show you this first example i have,so this uh trading app that i uh use,myself here steak,there it's a really really good site and,um you know very nicely laid out and if,you've not heard of it it's um available,in the uk in the us australia and it's,very well known now if we go over here,though to their trust pilot reviews it,says uh poor rating with 118 reviews,rated 2.2 and when i saw that i was just,like whoa what is going on here so i,scrolled down and i saw that you know,they've got 34 excellent reviews but,then uh 49 so nearly half of all the,reviews are bad but when you scroll down,you actually look at these one star,reviews here so this one says complete,fraud my money never got to my account,upon transfer and it says they've taken,five thousand pounds from me uh no,reason whatsoever and refused to uh,refund me the money now and they're,having to go to uh basically higher,authority to get their money back then,this one here it's saying about the site,has refused to refund my 350 euros and,then when i saw this word here it says,um uh bet here so refuse to reform my,350 euro bet i was like okay well you,can't actually bet on the steak,investing you know uh steak trading app,so what are they talking about like,what's this betting and then further,down so i found more uh reviews here and,i saw this best crit i mean this is a,five star review but best crypto casino,um and why,and you know i was like what's what's,going on here uh crypto casino and um,yeah really really confusing and like,this one scam site giving the wrong odds,here and then it hit me i thought well,they can't be talking about the same,site so basically there is a another,website called stake.uk.com,and it's a crypto sort of bookmaker,gambling uh yeah,and casino site here and it looks like,they are a very very um i don't want to,get in any like legal trouble but from,the trust pilot reviews they're a very,dodgy site you know that's not i'm not,saying that myself but that's what it,looks like from the truss pilot reviews,and uh it's just very unfair there that,uh the a

Trustpilot is a Useless Website for VPN Reviews. Here's Why.

hey guys what is up my name is thomas,bark and welcome back to another video,today i'm going to be talking about why,i think trustpilot,is a hundred percent useless when it,comes to,the website's overall review system and,just the vpn reviews themselves,you should not rely on trustpilot for,gauging,what customers think of a vpn and here's,why,hey guys if you haven't checked out my,website i really encourage you to do so,it's vpneters.com you can find all sorts,of information,my tier list important links my favorite,products,etc also guys if you want to help,support the channel and buy some my,merch i think it looks really cool i got,tons of cool designs,like this one and like some of these,that have cool gradients of colored,matrix,inside privacy icons anyways guys,back to the video links down in the,description down below,so guys let's go ahead and talk about,some my reasons why i don't think,trustpilot is very useful for vpn,reviews,or perhaps any reviews on the website,itself,i think my number one reason why i don't,like,looking at trustpilot for accurate,customer based,reviews of vpn services is that i think,the entire site is actually built on,fake reviews now let's take a look at,nordvpn and this is just one vpn out of,mini that has nearly a perfect score,if we look at all these vpns on the,website pretty much,every vpn in existence almost has a five,out of five score,look at cyber ghost 10 000 reviews,trust score of 4.8 and cyberghost i,would say actually is one of the vpns in,the vpn community,that actually isn't really that trusted,and not liked too much,not only that but stuff like ipvanish,also has a nearly perfect score,expressvpn has a perfect score according,to this website even surf shark 4.3,5 000 reviews pretty much every single,vpn,is perfect so what's even the point of,having all these reviews,anyways if all the vpns are just perfect,it doesn't really make sense for me,and if every vpn is perfect it just goes,to show you that there's no,differentiation,between the products or any kind of,realism between the products,if you go on something like yelp which i,think does a much better job with,curating reviews and having honest,kind of accurate scores of businesses,you'll go on your you know local yelp,and you'll see that a lot of businesses,get four out of five stars and some,businesses get like one or two,imagine if you went on yelp and every,single business or restaurant you looked,at had 5 out of 5 stars,it would pretty much make yelp useless,because you couldn't tell the good,restaurants from the bad,i think this analogy directly applies to,trustpilot because with trustpilot,pretty much,every vpn and most of the services on,here at least related to,vpn have 5 out of 5 stars so it's,completely useless,for deciding which vpn to use another,problem with the fake review system,is that trustpilot itself does have some,kind of verification,or way to kind of make sure vpns are,playing nice or,companies are playing nice on the,website

this is evan from pin me too and today,we're going to be talking about,reputation management,joining us we have sarah from trustpilot,hi heaven thank you for having me here,today,i'm saya i am i work at close pilot as a,senior partner manager for the,scandinavian markets so denmark sweden,and,norway and i'm really excited to to have,this,opportunity to talk about reputation,with you today thank you we're,really excited to have you and uh i want,to start off by congratulating you i saw,that you recently,reached the 100 million review milestone,at trustpilot,yes that's uh that's quite important for,us and,we were we were very excited we were,actually,betting on when that would uh that would,be an achievement and a goal for us so,it was a,very huge milestone and uh we we,celebrated as much as we could,although although the times let's let's,say like that,yeah yeah that is a hundred million that,is a lot of reviews and,um i saw that recently you you analyzed,30 million of those reviews um to do,this report about,uh what the 2020 holiday shopping season,is going to look like and,obviously this is going to be a very,strange shopping season compared to past,years,um so i was hoping you could tell me a,bit about,how reputation management will uh will,be important for this,strange 2020 shopping season yeah of,course i mean,it's going to be sort of like a curious,time,and as much as we want to try and,measure,and put numbers onto what's going to,happen we'll just have to live and see,what we see it's in fact that,given the situation and the given people,will not be able to shop physically or,will have constraints to do so,a lot of what uh people would do,physically as a shop in store they would,do,online so both,us but i think you could find a number,of statistics saying that,this online shopping season will be,probably,the highest and the most profitable for,online businesses,as we've ever seen it so definitely,coming ready to this,season to take the most out of it it's,super important and reputation and,review is,is definitely one piece of the puzzle,before going into that i,i want to stress that that's not the,only thing,businesses should be taken care of,definitely with the,volumes that we're expecting businesses,should take care of,making their site ready to handle that,volume and to making sure that,uh the checkout process for example,works seamlessly,and that there are products available,that the information,on sites is is proper and accurate,because there is no sort of worst,experience than buying something for,your dearest,member of friend with the family and,then the gift doesn't come when it was,promised right,right so definitely um,customer reviews can help both in a,preparation phase,and uh later into like the,holiday season itself uh what we have,tried to do also with a lot of our,customers is starting to understand what,a customer wants and what they want to,find,what they want to buy so using tools,like,customer reviews surveys nps,and anal

Flare Audio are paying for fake reviews on TrustPilot

been a few months since I I made my way,video about the flare audio many rubbish,earplugs,um yeah look a little bit surprised I,didn't realize it would be so popular,4,200 views for a pretty negative video,and most people think that yeah I'm,telling the truth that they are they are,rubbish most of these downs would be,from flare audio staff or or management,but yeah so here I am saying the,products rubbish and lots of people,commenting then it's rubbish I get all,of these thumbs up and lots of views so,I thought alright I guess the community,of customers buying this these products,agree that they're and don't take,my word for it um these guys say that,their this guy says that their,this guy well he's a little bit of a,fanboy but he says yeah looks limping in,them that's probably and they,probably don't fit smaller sizes even,though their audio so they do so like,all these videos basically saying yeah,there's a and yes I go to Amazon,check it out there check out the reviews,now the way this works is you can see it,starts off with all these five-star,reviews not what I reckons going on here,okay so this is this is Flair audio,staff or or management whatever that,they're doing fake purchases of the,product and the comments don't look,genuine okay they look pretty fake and,so that gets the star rating up do they,stop buying and then real people start,start buying them and start writing,their real reviews so what have we got,rubbish quality can't weigh them they're,too uncomfortable I've disappointed they,hurt my ears,uncomfortable for sleeping all for,wearing on a motorbike can't wear them,for sleeping foam wears out the the foam,is poor quality blah blah blah blah blah,so just after you've got the fake ones,it's all just a whole sea of negative so,negative all over YouTube from real,people purchasing them on Amazon but,they say that,it's just a rubbish overpriced doesn't,work product can't sleep in them really,uncomfortable to wear whether you're,awake or whether you're trying to sleep,blah blah blah but then yeah come and,have a look at what's going on at,Trustpilot,alright so I'm April we get a review,from Jeff he says there then a bit,later on April someone else mr.,bradshawe yep,there's and for nightö Renatus is,the good ok fair enough what everyone,can have their opinion or not I think,Stigwood mr. Daley's he says ah pretty, and Christian says this,alright so up until August between April,and August we've got five reviews,pretty good and ok then,all of a sudden we're goes all hello um,we can just write our own reviews so,what they've done is they've got an,agency to write fake reviews for them ok,so let's let's go through this alright,so this one says fantastic on my,motorbike so we've got a motorbike,covered then this one is the pro,titanium stead all they're fantastic too,they work on a motorbike yes did you say,anything else,no he's just wearing a money motorbike,so about two reviews about the motorbike,right one after another,yeah so they'v
