Send Birthday Wishes With SMS Trough The ReConvert & Tobi Integration

hi and welcome back to reconvert this,video will be a tutorial going through,setting up and automation for birthday,wishes through SMS with the Tobia,toby is a facebook messenger and SMS,marketing app allowing you to send,different automations and messages to,your customers with the new integration,between toby and we convert you can now,send happy birthday messages to your,customers through SMS during the video,we will use the reconvert page builder,and the dashboard as well as the tobe,dashboard if you're not sure how to get,to the page builder or use the reconvert,dashboard please check out our,onboarding video to see exactly how the,app works in a pre created Thank You,page template I already have a birthday,collector we just set up we have a,separate video explaining exactly how to,set up this widget so if you want to,learn more check it out we'll go through,the settings really quickly now we have,an option to add the text explaining the,custom URLs why we want their birthdays,you can change and choose the date,format that fits best in your store and,for your customers the placeholder for,the birthday the button text and colors,and a thank you message text and colors,and that's basically it,so this widget is already set up but if,we don't change anything then we only,collect birthdays in the reconvert app,in order to sync it to either Toby or,any other integration that we offer,there are a few things that we need to,do first let's go back to the dashboard,in order to activate the integration,with Toby all you have to do is go to,settings scroll down to the third party,birthday integration section and as you,can see now we'll only collecting,birthdays in the app this is setup by,default and you can not turn it off,birthdays will always be collected in,the reconvert app let's choose Toby from,the drop-down list of available,integrations now we don't have to be,installed in this specific store yet so,we get a message telling us that in,order to activate this integration we,have to first install Toby so let's do,that,there we go now we have Toby installed,in our store and this,is the Toby dashboard but before we look,further into it let's check out the,reconvert app again going back to the,settings page you can see that the,integration with Toby is not yet,activated because the last time we tried,toby was not installed so let's go and,choose toby again and voila we have toby,integration activated with free convert,let's save this and now let's go back to,the toby dashboard to finish the,integration so now any birthday that you,are collecting through reconvert will be,automatically available in toby as well,but how can we actually use it all you,have to do is go to SMS campaigns,automations and go to their happy,birthday automation let's check out the,settings you can edit the message here,to control what exactly will be said in,your SMS message as you can see there,are variables that you can use that Toby,provides you in order to personalize the

hey this video explains all the features,present on the controller marketing app,let's get started by sending out a,campaign,as you can see we have four possible,channels to send out our campaigns let's,start creating an email campaign,let's call this campaign happy new year,here we get to choose the audience,section that the,campaign is targeted at so we can create,personal lists and segments or we can,send it to all customers as present in,this list,let's fill in the details,now we get to choose how we want to,design our email our drag and drop,editor is versatile and it allows you to,choose from a bunch of templates as well,as giving you options to,edit your,email block by block,choosing a template redirects us to the,editor,this standalone editor now has the,template loaded up and we are given a,bunch of options that we can add to our,email,once we are happy with the email design,we can send across a test email or click,on save and continue,and be able to launch the campaign,now let's create an sms campaign,again we get to choose the audience,segment that we want to send this,personalized sms to on the right hand,side we can see the preview for the sms,let's say we want to add a discount,coupon for the,customer we click on the add discount,button which brings up the discount,popup,let's add a custom 15 percentage,now a custom generated discount code is,added to your sms,we can give this some context saying get,and then we insert a tag saying discount,value,by using code,and the custom code is a part of the sms,we can also add a line to add reply to,reply stop to unsubscribe,once we're happy with our,once we're happy with our sms we can,launch the campaign,now let's look at the custom lists and,segments that can be created under the,audience section,lists are a,list of,customers that you can send email and,sms campaigns to,we can create a list directly from here,we give in the list name,and we can upload contacts by csv or xls,files we can also copy paste table data,to enable us to import lists,next we have another section called the,segments segments is based on user,activity and we can create a specific,segment let's say vip customers,and,we can create specific segment criteria,from a list given here,let's call this list vip customers and,we'll,name this segment based on the criteria,that they have the total money spent on,the website to be greater than,500. now let's look at some of the,automations that are possible on the,controller marketing app,let's create an automation from scratch,automations help you send,emails sms push notifications or direct,mail to users based on certain event,triggers,these event triggers can be selected,from a list given here,a lot of user activities are present in,this list and specific user activities,can be used to trigger specific,emails our drag and drop editor helps,you,easily edit,all the contents that are to be a part,of your automation,for example we can add an email as soon,as the user subscribe to an

hi everyone welcome back to the studio,ops Channel my name is Ruth and in this,video I will show you how to enable our,newest integration between reconvert and,sms bump that allows you to stand,birthday SMS flows to your customers,these flows lets you not only,congratulate your customers on their,birthday and offer them a discount on,this turn but also make a whole flow out,of it and give your customers the option,to purchase and to use this birthday,benefit for more than one day so let's,see how we do it first thing on,reconvert on the page builder you will,have to add a birthday collect or widget,if you don't know how to use the page,builder or how to get to it I will link,our onboarding video down below it will,have full explanation on exactly how to,do it and how to use the app I already,have a birthday widget ready here let's,just click on it to see what it enables,us to do we have a general text area,where we can edit the title of this,widget we have the date format and a,placeholder text for the birthday field,we have the text and colors for the,button and Leslie Lee thank you message,text and color that's just about it the,widget is already set up so I don't need,to edit anything new here you can put,whatever you want in it let's go back to,the dashboard in the reconvert dashboard,we're gonna go to settings general,settings and scroll all the way down to,3rd party birthday integrations we're,gonna have to select SMS bump here and,that's just it on the reconvert side you,are now integrated with SMS bump and you,can start sending birthday messages now,if you don't have a semester bump,installed yet don't worry once you,choose it here you will have a link to,install the app and then you can,activate the integration now to set up,the rest of the flows and integration,let's go to the SMS bump dashboard this,is the SMS bump dashboard one important,thing that you need to know is that in,order to enable the integrate,Chanin SMS bump you have to be using a,paid plan their paid plans are kind of,worth it because you get to do a lot of,really cool stuff with them that you can,do otherwise so let's go and check out,how to enable the integration we have to,go to automations under automations you,will have to default birthday message,flows that you can set up I've already,set up the flow the way that I want it,to be sent so we're going to go through,that so that you can see exactly what it,looks like SMS bump will suggest one,message a day before the birthday and,one on the birthday itself but you can,change it up to be whatever you want it,to be I changed it up to be a week,before the birthday on the birthday a,week after the birthday and then two,weeks after the birthday this flow,actually enables the customer to have a,whole month well he can be deemed a,birthday offer starting one week before,the birthday I am just giving the,customer a heads up that he is having a,birthday gift coming up to him on the,day of his birthday let's check out the,exact

all right welcome to automate all the,things today I'm gonna show you how I,oughta mated validating subscribers,emails after they've signed up and not,validated their email so this is,actually a problem I was having where,users would or subscribers would enter,their email for my newsletter on my web,flow website and then I would send it to,review which is my newsletter email,marketing service and then that would,send a confirmation email to that,subscriber but that user would never,subscribe so what I'm trying to do is,once a day check for everyone who's done,that meaning they've subscribed my,newsletter never validated the email,just want to send a quick reminder so,we're actually gonna be using zapier,parabola and wet flow and review,together so just first I'm gonna start,with an overview of you know how I set,this up and then talk a little bit about,the automation itself so you know just,kind of setting setting this up I've got,my web flow website and what I want to,do is when a user enters their email,here I send it to review using zapier so,this is the Zap right here which waits,for form submissions and web flow sends,it to review but I've also got this,create record in air table so so in air,table we've got kind of two columns I've,got the email a review checkbox and then,send reminders so this is a super simple,kind of table that if the review column,or field is checked that means that that,subscriber has validated their email and,what I want to do is I want to wait once,a day check everyone who signed up where,review is empty that means that they,haven't validated their email and then I,want to check the box send reminder and,send them you know a reminder email so,relatively easy in theory a little more,complex in practice so you know the,automation is that we need,here is first the one I mentioned right,here so they're kind of three steps here,the first is that when someone does,validate their email we need to check,this review box and then once a day we,need to go through our air table find,every single email that hasn't you know,valid their their email and then check,this send reminder box and that should,fire an email so the first kind of step,we're going to do with zapier so when,someone subscribes we're gonna go into,air table update this field we're gonna,check for records that haven't validated,their email in parabola once a day and,then we're gonna monitor the update of,the check box and send reminder in,zapier and then send the email from,zapier as well so that's kind of a high,level of what we're going to do so those,are the three automations so yeah so,let's jump into as a peer first and,talked a little bit about how we monitor,for new subscribers so let's go into,zeep you're gonna have this app which is,update subscriber status i've actually,named it properly which is quite rare so,this monitors for new subscribers in,review and when that trigger is,triggered is that that user or that,subscriber has validated their email so,I

hey guys this is mark from merchant on,the mark i appreciate you checking out,this video and today i want to share a,new app that we've been using in several,of our stores and it's really,revolutionary i've never seen anything,like it if there are other apps out,there that do similar to this i'd like,to know about them leave those in the,comments,and of course leave any questions that,you have,in the comments as well and i'll be glad,to answer those for you,so again,my name's mark again we sell on,walmart.com amazon amazon canada,multiple shopify sites um you know ebay,poshmark mccarry all those types of,places we sell private label products we,sell wholesale products,and we sell,you know dropship type products as well,so we're doing a wide variety one of our,big focuses over the last few years has,been on our shopify sites and,if you don't currently have your own,website you definitely need to do that,and i'll try to link to another video,where i show you how easy it is to set,that up but the beauty with shopify is,that you don't have to really customize,anything with an outside developer so in,the past you know we'd have to custom,build these websites and anything um,fancy that we want done we'd have to get,a developer that knew that system inside,and out and they could develop that and,it took a lot of time and it took a lot,of money,nowadays,there's really no reason to use anything,else other than shopify because they,have a huge app network that are,basically plug-ons to the software they,are already built integrated and tested,to do a very specific thing so this one,i want to show you today is basically an,abandoned cart type,app and currently we have multiple,abandoned cart,marketing,programs that go out number one is we,use clayvio which is an email,autoresponder but does uh excellent,abandoned cart they get three emails,through there if they haven't um you,know purchased so let me back up first,of all a customer comes into the site,and they add something into the card and,they go somewhere else they forget about,it so uh they get an email after 20,minutes through clavio uh and then if,they don't buy they get one 20 hours,later and if they don't buy they get one,uh the next day and so,at the same time they're being shown,retargeting ads on um google facebook,pinterest youtube some in some cases and,bing we don't do that for all the stores,or all the products but uh we do have,that set up for other ones and um this,is a software called tone and it's,changed names over the last,few months it seems but what tone does,is basically when they go into the,shopping cart and they abandon cart they,have real people sitting there that,actually interact with the people and,try to close them,through sms marketing so let me just,show you how this looks um you know you,can read all about it down here,allows you to build trust uh it makes,you seem extremely responsive and this,is a staff of actual humans that are,doing this this isn't automated like,some

what is going on guys welcome to this ai,tutorial in today's video we're going to,build a chatbot using natural language,processing and neural networks in python,so let us get right into it,now before we get into the actual python,code we need to set up a so-called,intense.json file this intense.json file,contains,certain categories of things that can,happen for example the user can greet,the chat bot,the user can ask a question about the,prices the user can ask a question about,the name of the chatbot about the,creator of the chat bot,the user can say goodbye and those are,all different categories,provided with text for example we can,have one tag called greeting,and for each tag we also specify,patterns like,hi hello good day what's up hey,greetings uh stuff like that so,essentially we provide,a couple of examples how a user could,greet the chatbot,and then the chatbot is going to take,that as training data and see okay,this is what uh greeting me looks like,and i'm going to adapt it it's not only,going to adapt to the exact things that,you put into the chat bot so it's not,going to,uh if you type hello it's not only going,to recognize hello but also stuff like,uh hello how are you or similar things,so so it's going to adapt also to a,little bit more different data,it's not super intelligent it's not,going to to,always recognize what you're trying to,say but if you provide enough examples,like hi hello hey,it's going to generally recognize when,the chat bot is being greeted,and then we also have responses so a,collection of,static responses those are not going to,be generated we're not going to have,a text generating uh chatbot here this,is going to be statically,typed into the json file it's going to,be what,it's going to be the exact messages that,the chatbot returns,so the patterns are going to be more,fluid more flexible but it's always,going to return,the exact responses so the idea is that,we train,the chatbot to recognize what the user,is trying to get from it,and then the chatbot is going to have,some static responses,to the questions or to the requests of,the user,so for this we're going to create a new,file called intense.json,intense.json and we're going to start,with curly brackets so we're going to,have a ordinary json file we're going to,call it intense the whole thing is going,to be called intense,and then we have a list of dictionaries,so we start with square brackets and,inside of those square brackets we have,individual categories,and these categories have three pieces,of information,um sorry three pieces of information,the first one is the tag the tag of this,particular category,let's say for example the first one is,greetings and,um then we have the patterns,and the patterns are the examples of,what a greeting would look like,stuff like hey hi hello good day and so,on so we specify a list of strings that,give the that will later on give the,neural network,examples of what it looks like to be,greeted by the user,so we start w

in this video i'm going to show you the,most useful tool,as a shop owner or as a technical expert,basically as soon as you're on the web,but definitely as a shopify owner this,is going to give you an,edge compared to all of your competitors,if you know how to work this tool the,tool is called,a waterfall and you've definitely seen,it before,but you probably don't know how to use,it bonjour shopify world my name is,andrew from ecom experts dot io and i,have the green,hoodie on so we're getting technical,today we're not doing,any code today however i am going to,show you how a,waterfall works and i am convinced that,a waterfall is one of the most,useful tools you can have to look at,your own store,but also look at your competitors stores,and figure out which apps they're using,and how their store actually works,so without further ado let's jump,straight to my screen and show you,how a waterfall works okay so i have in,front of me three different examples,here,the first one is gt metrics it's a,common industry denominator to check the,speed of a website,the other one is testmystarspeed.com,that's actually built by,us but it's made specifically for,shopify store,so you get a ton of like shopify,specific information such as which app,you're using,and the third i'm going to show you is,just directly on the website itself,so you can find waterfalls for example,in gt metrics when you go to the,waterfall,section right here this is a water,and that's my store speed you can,actually find it right here and you can,see it for all your different,pages if i go up,all your different pages product,collection and cart but if you don't,want to do all that you can also just,right click inspect on chrome and then,you're going to go,into the um network no the yes the,network section,and right here you're going to have the,waterfall now,in order to repopulate that waterfall,you refresh,and you're going to see the entire,waterfall popping up,besides all this there's also a couple,of app extensions and other tanks,in other words what i'm trying to say is,you can find,waterfalls pretty much anywhere they're,a day-to-day thing,in uh network developers toolbox all,right andrew,i get that but what is a waterfall,what am i actually looking at right here,and why is it so,useful to me well let me explain that in,order for me to be able to explain why,your waterfall is so useful i need to,take,one little step back and kind of really,quickly explain how a website loads,so when you type in your website url,into your browser you're making a,request,to that website to give you all of the,files of that website you see,a website isn't just one page with all,of the,information already preset you more have,to see it as a collection of,little pieces of files that come from,everywhere across the web for example,your pictures might come from your,website your server but that,instagram feed at the bottom those,pictures from your instagram,they don't live on your server those,pictures live o
