Subify subscriptions - Canceling Subscription Limit on Shopify

hi I'm yasaman from subify team and,welcome to subify,you can limit your customers so that,they can't cancel their subscriptions,before a defined number of successful,payments having this option on your,subscription rule would be beneficial to,your business by increasing retention it,guarantees your recurring revenue for a,minimum number of order for every,subscription on your store,I'm gonna show you how you can set this,limit on your subscriptions and Shopify,I go to the Shopify app and then to the,subscription rules tab,you can create a new subscription rule,or click on an existing subscription,rule you have here so I'm going to click,on one,here in the selling plan if I click on,these three dots and click on edit I can,edit an existing selling plan,um in the advanced settings of a selling,plan you see an option customer can,cancel and then in the answer in the,options you can choose after what number,of successful payments your customer can,cancel their subscriptions,so for example I'm going to set it on,after three successful payments,the term successful payments uh uh means,that your customer is going to get,charged and then an order is created for,them so if uh there is a payment failure,because of bad credit cards or no fund,issues it doesn't count as a successful,payment,and I click on edit,I save the subscription rule,and the limit is added to your,subscription,just be aware that when you edit a,subscription rule,the changes that you make here on any,part of the selling plan it is applied,to your future subscriptions so if you,already have a subscriber,on your store if you change anything in,the selling plan it won't affect their,subscription contract,I will subscribe to this product and,show you the result on the customer,portal account,I have subscribed to this product and I,clicked on manage my subscription links,in the order confirmation page and then,I'm redirected to uh the customer portal,if I click on see more details,as a customer I can see all the,information about this subscription,contract the next order and everything,since this subscription has a limit that,the customer can only cancel the,subscription after three successful,payments if I click on pause,uh I see a banner here that you can,cancel or pause this contract,um,before reaching three to successful,billing cycle so the limit that you set,for this uh selling plan will be shown,here to your customer,the same thing happens if I click on,cancel,the same Banner is uh appear here that I,can't cancel this subscription before,reaching three successful payments,if you apply uh this limit to your,subscriptions we suggest you uh inform,your customers about this limitation on,the product page in a banner or if you,have an FAQ for subscriptions under the,page uh,it'll help them to know how your,subscription policy is and how it works,because Shopify doesn't add a,description or doesn't change anything,on the widget from our side when you set,this limit on your subscriptions so

recurring payments are a free feature,built into every fold gateway account,and can be found in the main menu of,your merchants control panel along the,left of the screen recurring to split,into two sections subscriptions and,plans and it's important to know the,difference between the two plans are the,rules for how you would like us to,charge your customers it's the how much,how often and for how long,you can create multiple plans and custom,plans as well subscriptions on the other,hand are for your customers think of,them as your subscribers as an example,you can set up a plan that charges $10,every 30 days for 12 months meanwhile a,subscription could be John Smith or Jane,Doe and they are going to be subscribed,to a plan let's go ahead and create a,plan first so I'm going to go here to,the ad plan link and when I click this,I'm taken to a page where I can enter,those rules as I said how much how often,and for how long so let's do that $10 a,month plan I'm going to enter $10 and,you can choose to charge the customer,every X number of days or on a specific,day of every one to 24 months I'm going,to charge the customer every 30 days and,then how long would you like us to,charge the customer you can charge until,cancelled in which case they will be,charged until you go in and manually,remove the subscription or you can,charge the customer and a certain number,of times for this example I'm going to,say charge until cancelled finally you,have to give the plan a name I'm gonna,do test plan and you have to give it an,ID and I'll just do test the plan name,is what you will see in your list plans,as what this is described as and the,plan ID will be used for quick lick and,API if you're using either of those,methods of transactions you hit save and,the plan has been added if I go to my,list plans over here I can see there it,is,test plan with a plan ID the billing,cycle is listed in an amount perfect so,now if I click into the plan I can see,the rule set and I can change them right,at the top I have this red text that,says this plan is not used by any,customers let's fix that,let's make John Doe a subscriber so I'm,going to go over here to add,subscription I can add a credit card or,an electronic check on file I'm gonna do,credit card and from here I just need to,enter the customers information,so I'm gonna answer the card number the,expiration date and then I want to do,their first and last name,I just need john doe's name everything,else I'll leave blank if I like I can,assign it to a specific processor if I,have multiple mids bordered on my,account and I can send a receipt email,every time the subscription runs please,note this will only work if you include,an email address for the customer for,our purposes now I'm not going to,siliceous it continue alright so now I,have to assign a plan to this customer,we have a drop-down here where I can,choose a pre-existing plan and I'll,choose test plan that's the one we just,created,it shows the billing cycle t

How to Install Afterpay on Wordpress or Woocommerce Website | In 5 Minutes!

hello guys it's luke mead here and today,in this video i'm going to be showing,you how to install after pay on your,wordpress or woocommerce website let's,get straight into it so here i am on the,wordpress homepage the first thing we're,going to do,is install a plug-in which is going to,allow us to install after pay so we're,going to head to the plugins area and,from here we're going to search,stripe first i have a new stripe before,stripe is stripes a plugin,that facilitates transactions so if we,search stripe,it comes up pretty fast,now you want to note there is the,official woocommerce stripe payment,gateway we don't want to use that have a,look at the ratings it's not the,greatest,we want to head across and use the one,by payment plugins they've got a great,rating and they work much better as you,can see i've already installed it here,so i can update mine if i want to once,you've installed it you'll see it up,here along your left hand side in this,little,box here in the menu called stripe,gateway now for those that haven't seen,stripe before,stripe essentially online payment,gateway for linking your website and,taking payments,essentially it all funnels through into,stripe keep it nice and simple,so what you want to do is,you want to go into this setting here,stripe gateway that we've just,downloaded the plugin,and you'll see on the api settings this,is where it's actually linking your,plugin through to your stripe account,you will know,because of this you'll have to have a,stripe account set up so if you hit,start now you can sign up and do that it,takes about 2 or 30 minutes,once you've signed up we've then got a,link in here the easiest way to do that,is simply click to reconnect or click to,connect this button here,you will then put in your details your,login details your username and password,and the strike plugin plugs in straight,through to your,platform your stripe account,now there's modes there's a test mode,and a live mode in test mode your,payments won't actually go through you,better put test payments through but,there'll be no money taken out of your,account or the test credit card account,these will get automatically filled in,when you connect,so you don't have to worry about this,once you've done that hit save,and you're set to go,the next thing we've got to do,is head to the woocommerce settings,so head down here head to settings hit,that,and we're going to go to the payments,tab,now here on the payments tab is where,you enable or disable the payments that,you have,set up so you can see installing that,stripe plugin has given us a heap of,different payments from wechat through,to clana through to after pay is what,we're after,so we're going to take after pay on and,make that little bar purple,and then we're going to hit manage,so this is where we set up the,individual settings,and then can access the documentation,so if you'll know more about the,documentation of setting it up you can,head up here and hit documentation and,th
