How to add images to your SharePoint page using the Image Gallery Web Part

foreign,Maven and in today's video I would like,to show you how you can add images to,your SharePoint Pages using the image,gallery web part it's a great way for,you to kind of spice up your SharePoint,site your SharePoint page and add some,color to it I guess and even branding so,let me show you what I'm talking about,so let me edit this page it doesn't,really matter or obviously it could be,any you know SharePoint site that you,have in your environment let me add a,section and you know what let me maybe,add a two column section,and uh the web part you want to use is,called image gallery so if you want to,add a single image,um you just click on this image in a web,part and you can add just one image I,have multiple though all right so uh,let's choose image gallery web part now,uh there are two options here,when you choose that web part you can,either select images and just kind of,upload any images you want or you can,dynamically display images from a,document Library let me first show you,the first option and then I'll show you,the second one so let's go with the you,know you know essentially I will allow,the uh you know manual selection of,images,all right so and let's go ahead and add,images now,and you know you can upload them you can,um you know pretty much upload them from,your computer but you know what let's,just go with some stock images that we,have uh let me pick some uh interesting,ones here all right I think this is good,enough all right just a few images that,are available,um just stock images available for free,I do you as part of SharePoint so let me,pick those and let me republish it you,can see the images displayed over here,all right now you can actually uh alter,the style all right so let me click the,pencil icon again for additional,settings there are a few Styles right I,mean you know either this breaker layout,grid which is you know essentially just,a bunch of square boxes or you can have,a you know Carter cell and essentially,the users uh will need to cycle through,manually by clicking the arrows all,right so that's option number one now,the other option the other option is you,can actually dynamically display images,from a document Library,um or that you already have on your site,let me show you uh might not be a bad,option if you already have a dedicated,library with photos with images so on my,site I have a document library that I,created all right I created a new,library called images,and then here I have those uh several,images in here all right and essentially,now what you can do is this you can let,me edit the page again,and let me add another image gallery web,port,and I'm going to choose dynamically,display images from a library all right,and it's asking me which Library you,want to choose and obviously I have a,few but you know the images are stored,here and if in case if the images,um essentially in case if I have folders,maybe in a library right you can check,that box so then it would extract images,from withi

fort canning hill now has a new heritage,gallery and enhanced spice garden now,they were supposed to open last year but,it all got delayed because of the,pandemic and a manpower crunch the,heritage gallery is housed in the newly,refurbished fort canning center,national development minister desmond,lee was at the launch today,at the same time there's a new fort,canning park book,it documents the flora and history of,fort canning's nine gardens,enhancements are part of a rejuvenation,blueprint for fort canning,our work,on the fort canning master plan does not,stop here,we will continue to make further,enhancements to improve the visitor,experience at fort canning park,for example we will revamp the,playground at jubilee park,next year,and we hope that we with all these,enhancements,ford canning park will become an even,more beloved green space for all,singaporeans,from the old,to a new lease of life,this area at fort canning park has been,spiced up and expands from the existing,garden it features pepper,thyme,chilies,and many more making it singapore's most,diverse spice garden,there are 180 varieties of plants here,with the history of singapore's spies,trade weaved into the panels here the,garden also has three zones including a,new fort canning spice gallery which,used to be a pedestrian ramp and an,underpass,and over here at the gallery there are,interactive elements to help visitors,learn about spices and what they're used,for for example over here,cloves are used to relieve tooth eggs,and cardamom,is used to relieve high blood pressure,there are also replicas of a provision,shop and an indoor gardening setup,the gallery is free and opens daily,right up the hill a new heritage,showcase on fort canning it has five,zones each with a theme linked to,singapore's history for example this,exhibit tells how the hill was the,official residence of the british,colonial governor before it became a,fort,in planning and curating the gallery we,consulted archaeologists and historians,to make sure that we get the narrative,and the story as accurate as possible,before we plan the zones to tell the,history and story of fort canning based,on the different era throughout the,years the gallery is spread over two,floors and comes with artifacts and,interactive stations some are temporary,exhibitions to bring in new displays,like this one that showcases chinese,ceramics,it covers from neolithic all the way,down to,qing and republic so we we have the,ching pieces here,we have tang,we have neolithic early ming,we have song also and of course we have,this,colorful sort of wear or what is more,correctly known as changzhou wear,renovation of a playground nearby will,begin next year as part of a larger,rejuvenation plan for fort canning park

what's going on everyone in this video,today i'm going to be showing you all,how to install windows 11 arm,in utm for mac os x,and you're going to need three things,for this video today,the first of those is a copy of,utm for mac the second a copy of a,windows 11 arm file,and the third spice guest tools which,are basically the windows 11 drivers,which allows it to run properly on the,utm application,and we can go ahead and download all,three of those files now,starting off with utm this will be the,first link down below click that and,it'll bring you to a github page that,looks something like this scroll down on,that github page,and look for the assets section,and under that just click on the utm.dmg,file,and then save it to somewhere easy to,access,next click on the second link,which will be windows for arm,and that will bring you to a page like,this,and on this page here you're basically,going to need a microsoft account,and you're going to need to be a part of,the windows insider program,and don't worry the windows insider,program is free so first up you're going,to want to click learn more,then go ahead and sign in with your,microsoft account,and if you've successfully signed in,you should now see your email in the top,right of microsoft's page,go ahead and scroll down,and locate the meet windows insider,program section and under that press,register,then scroll down and accept the terms,and press register now,and then press flight,and on this flight page here,just scroll down and look for the,download a windows insider preview iso,link and press that,and you should now have access to the,windows insider preview arm file,and over in the right sidebar just,locate the windows 11 on arm insider,preview link and press that,and then go ahead and press the big blue,button that which should say windows,client arm 64 insider preview and then a,certain build number and just press that,and i'll now go ahead and download,and this file will be like 9 to 10 gigs,so this will take a little bit of time,but while we wait for that to download,we can go ahead and download the last,file,which is the spice guest tools or the,drivers for windows 11 on utm,and this will be the third download link,in the description and i'll redirect you,to a page like this,and just locate the spice guest tools in,qemu drivers windows and then press the,download link below that,and once you've successfully downloaded,all three of these files,we can now move on to the conversion,process and that conversion process,involves converting the dot vhdx file,over to a dot qcad 2 file and the reason,why we're converting these files is,because vhdx files don't seem to get,along very nice with the utm,and they commonly cause system,corruption meaning that your whole,windows installation will just become,like invalid and won't even boot,so i recommend going through this,conversion process just to avoid that,hassle and in order to convert the vhtx,file over to qcap2 file,you're just going to nee

hi my name is justin odisho and in this,adobe photoshop and instagram tutorial,i'm going to show you how to create,seamless multi-splits,carousel photos for instagram using,photoshop,so this is when you have one photo in,instagram and you can slide over to the,left and you have kind of like a,seamless,extended photo using the carousel,feature,and in its basic form you can do this,with two photos but a carousel allows,you to do,up to 10 photos in this video i'm going,to show you the two and three method and,you can just,expand on that however much you want,but to begin we're going to open up,photoshop have your photo in mind,and we're going to create a new document,so file,new and we're going to just use so if we,keep in mind that the,standard square image for instagram is,like,1080 by 1080. and you can google the,different dimensions for instagram,recommended for like portrait photos or,whatnot,but we're going to keep it square and,the next thing you want to keep in mind,is,if you have one square that's 1080 by,1080 but if you have two squares,then we're just going to double the,width because we're swiping,horizontally left and right so a two,square image,would be just do simple math either in,your head or calculator but,that's 2160. that's two squares of 1080,by 1080 put right next to each other,if you want to do three then you'll just,add another 1080 on to that,so 3 240. so i'll show you the two,square example first,if we just do 2160,and create this new document remember,we're working in pixels there,not inches or anything else create this,new document,you can visually see this is two squares,stacked next to each other however if we,want it just to be one seamless photo,we're just gonna fill up this canvas,with,one photo so i'll just be using the,skyline,example but this for a two square image,this could be interesting,and notice how i'm just dragging it in,there i'm just taking this tab,pulling it out into its own window and,then,dragging that layer into this new canvas,and now i can arrange this photo which,is pretty large in dimension,i'll just press edit free transform or,use the,command t shortcut and i can just pull,it in,when i'm squeezing in i'm holding alt to,pull in from both sides,but basically you can just fit it in,there however you like again when you're,working with the two photo,style some other interesting examples,i've seen is where the point of interest,of the photo is split right down the,middle so whether you have someone's,face,you have the left side of their face,over here and the right side of their,face on the other one,it makes for a cool swiping experience,but i'll press enter and to be honest,for a two square photo,if you simply just save this as a png to,your desktop or wherever you like and,then,be able to send it to your phone and get,it on there so you can post on instagram,if you just save it in this one way,really you don't have to do any slicing,and splicing,in photoshop just by the common sense,workaround,t

(upbeat electronic music),- What's going on guys?,Five things to instantly step up your photo game.,Here we go, let's get rolling, let's get right into it.,Number one, angles.,No more hip shots or blind fire,,we're gonna think about this.,Angles are huge, instead of just pulling out your phone,or your camera and snapping the subject,,be it an object or a person at whatever's the easiest angle,,just take 10 extra seconds and think about,where could this look cool from?,Objects typically look really, really good or way better,when they're taken from a waist level,so you're at the same perspective of the object.,Or just put a little thought into it.,Maybe just move around to the left or move to the right,,move to the back, just take 10 extra seconds,and think to yourself how can I make this look better,than just snapping it for the sake of just snapping it?,'Cause we all know, we get home,,people compare photos and they always say,,wow, yours looks a lot better than mine, why is that?,'Cause we thought about those angles, that's number one.,Tip number two, shoot through something.,Instead of just taking a shot,,maybe dangle something in front of the lens a little bit.,Maybe if you're outside taking a portrait,,instead of shooting the people in the forest,,maybe back into the tree a little bit,so you can see those branches and the leaves,hanging down in front of the lens,,it gives you bokeh, it gives you nice out of focus elements,,and it adds that extra (growling) to the photo,that is otherwise missing if you didn't do it.,Maybe shoot through the handle of the mug,,take two playing cards,,hold them up to the lens, shoot through that.,Essentially, shoot through anything,,put an object in front of the lens and just,finagle your way through so you can see the subject,through whatever it is that's blocking the lens.,That adds a huge dynamic.,It frames your shots in a really creative,and interesting way, give that one a shot.,Pun intended.,Number three, think opposite.,Let's say we're gonna go do a landscape shot,,we are in front of Lake Louise.,Everyone is taking the same photo.,If there are a hundred people there,,your photo might be better, it might be better lit,,but for the most part the composition of Lake Louise,from those hundred people isn't gonna differ very much.,And this doesn't just have to do with landscape photos,,it can do with let's say you're taking a picture,of a deck of cards or maybe you're shooting a smartphone,,maybe a book, maybe a pair of boots,,it doesn't matter, it could be a living room.,Try to think what the most common,,typical place the photo will be taken from.,So everyone stands in front of the mountain here,,everyone places the deck here.,Get that in your head and then completely it off.,Think okay, I'm gonna shoot it from the back forward.,I'm gonna shoot it upside down, I'm gonna shoot it,from the left, from the right, from above.,It's these little things, it's these little tips,that end up producing huge results.,So j

in this video today i'm going to be,showing you all how to emulate windows,10,on utm and utm is available for both,m1 macs and ios devices due to them,having similar cpu architecture,both m1 max and ios devices both run on,a custom arm architecture,so utm is compatible across both of them,and utm supports arm emulation along,with x86 and x64 emulation,which is pretty cool because most,virtualization applications actually,don't support,32-bit and 64-bit operating system,emulation yet,due to how new apple silicon still is,and utm is based off of qemu,which is basically a decade old free,open source software,which will allow you to run many,different operating systems,and i personally haven't come across an,operating system that,utm does not support yet it's definitely,one of the best emulators out there in,my opinion but there is one catch which,i'm about to get to in a moment,and really the biggest downside to utm,currently is that does not support,3d acceleration so that means that it's,going to struggle to run any 3d games,really,or any 3d intensive applications such as,video or photo editing,utm is really just for very simple tasks,at the moment,and if you're looking to do something,heavy with like 3d editing or 3d gaming,or whatever then i would recommend going,for parallels which is a paid option,and if you'd like automatic updates from,utm you can download this off the mac,app store,for fifteen dollars but if you're fine,with having non-automatic updates,and don't really feel like paying for,the software then you can go for their,free version which is offered on their,website here,and i will have this website down below,it's just literally mac.kutm,and it should be the first link down,below and that's the intro there let's,get started with the video,the first step is to locate the windows,10 page under utm's gallery,and the gallery can be entered by going,to utm's homepage,and then clicking gallery in the top,right then scroll down on the gallery,page and find windows 10,click on that on this page here you'll,see the specs of the windows 10 virtual,machine,a downloads tab the instructions along,with a very important troubleshooting,guide,which you will need to do in order to,prevent windows 10 system corruption,so going back up to the top here we can,move on to step two which will be,downloading all the needed files,the first file being utm for mac this is,basically just,utms application here which will be,available on a github page,just look for the latest version which,is currently version 2.1.1,and just scroll down and look for the,utm.dmg download under the assets thing,here,click on that and while that downloads,just click the back arrow,to go back to the windows 10 gallery,page and look for the second download,link,next click windows for arm and this,right here is basically our,bootable vhdx file and this is what we,use to install windows 10,on the virtual machine and once you get,to that page here you'll notice that you,actually need

are you ever in the predicament where,you just get a whole bunch of still,photos to put into a video and you're,like huh,these look really cool but it would have,been a lot cooler if they were like this,let's have your Mercedes and I'm here to,show you some tricks that you can do to,spice up those still photos in your,videos let's take it to the comforter,Doyle what I plan on doing is just if I,had put together a whole bunch of still,photos how to make it look more,interesting alright so what you could do,is you could bring all these photos in,but what's going to happen is your,sequence is probably going to be off,this isn't in sixteen by nine so if,you're going to be showing this on any,kind of medium that whether it be a cell,phone or something else,it's these aren't the right settings,don't do this so what we want is 1920 by,1080 hit OK,oh and hey look there's what we need so,when you bring in your photos to,premiere they will automatically have a,specific amount of time that they are,brought in as or frames depending on how,you set that up so right now this is and,I can tell how long this is by setting,light in and out points I'm doing that,by hitting the key right here the,question mark I can see how long that,clip is right here and it is 429 so that,probably means my things are set up to,be 5 seconds so immediately when you,bring photos into premiere here's a,photo right here here's a photo of me,right here,and right when you bring it into,premiere it doesn't fit this 16 by 9,there is a shortcut to make your photos,automatically fill the frame you can go,here right click and it's either scale,to frame size I look at my effects,controls I can see here that it's still,scaled at 100,so let me undo look it still says scale,100% and if I redo scale 100% it's just,scaling it up and then taking that and,saying hey we've we put it in the frame,whether it be length or vertical and it,says this right here is now 100% let me,undo that so if I come back to it and,then if I hit set to frame size now it,scales it - and it looks exactly the,same on the screen but if you look up,here your scale is actually representing,what the physical scale is from the,original photo so it started at 100 and,then it went to one sixty eight point,eight what I like to do most the time is,just sit here and then I've made I've,changed my keyboard shortcut to,automatically go shift option command G,and then it scales my stuff to the frame,size the reason why my hotkeys for scale,- frame size is so many modifiers it's,shift command option G is because in,After Effects the default for scale -,frame size is shift option command G,this is a completely tangential I'm,talking about keyboard shortcuts you,guys want to learn about doing photos,but scale to frame sizes if you want to,go into your keyboard shortcuts type in,skill - oh hey look at that option shift,command G so many modifiers but if you,use After Effects a lot then it just,gets you used to doing it in Premiere,and in Af

hi my name is justin odisho and in this,adobe premiere pro tutorial i'm going to,show you how to edit photos to add some,life and animation to them in adobe,premiere pro so i've got some example,photos on the timeline and this is,actually what they look like before,anything you see it's just a photo,there's nothing to it,again these are just still photos,and i've also got a few,textures and clips on my timeline that,i'm going to be using to do this so one,of them is just a video of some bokeh,lights like some cars driving by i found,this on a stock footage website another,one is just some footage of some candles,so you can record your own stock footage,or find these,and lastly i have something from my own,textures that i sell on my webshop just,nodeshow.com shop and this is some film,grain some super 8 film grain scans,that i actually had scanned and shot,and so like some film burns and cool,textures like that that we can use so,the first tip and this is probably gonna,be the most impactful before we do,anything else is,adding some gentle keyframes to the,scale and position of our photo so most,of the time a picture that you take when,you put it into a 1920 or hd or 4k,sequence it's not going to be exactly,the same rectangular length so it might,have some black bars or you might have a,lot of wiggle room to play around with,so what we can do is add a keyframe onto,the scale,or and or position so i'll click this,little stopwatch icon,to toggle animation at the very,beginning of the clip by default it's,it's a five second clip when you drag it,out but you can make it as long or as,short as you need for your slideshow or,whatever project,and i'll move over to whatever a little,bit later in the clip and i'll increase,the scale a little bit,so i will,drag this second keyframe all the way,out to the end so we have from start to,finish it's scaling up,keep in mind that you can do this the,other way so you can do,start to finish,scaling down,but just this simple tip adds a ton of,life to your photo as opposed to just,playing it flat like that sort of,interrupt the flow of your video and not,keep people's attention as much so we,can add some simple scale likewise you,can also add some simple position if you,want if you're working with multiple,photos and you want to switch up,the effect that comes on perhaps we can,just scale a little bit from,left to right,and we can do both in combination or,just one or the other,here's just moving from left to right,and that still achieves the same effect,of,keeping something visually interesting,going on,and then second we can also add overlays,and textures so whether it's film grain,like i showed you or some footage of,some light leaks or bulky lights,i will just drag that on top,and i can adjust the scale and position,of this,to be,somewhat abstract and then i can set,this on a blending mode of something,like screen,or light in and then,that'll also add some more going on into,this photo if it's a little strong i ca
