so let's take a closer look at the,automation settings in sms go,this is where you can control exactly,which messages are sent,for the different trigger event types,you can edit the messages,and customize the time intervals between,different follow-up messages,we have divided the notification,settings into five groups on this page,abandoned cart shipping orders,customers and opt-in subscribers,each line item needs to be enabled using,the status button if you want to send,out that message type,you'll see some basic summary stats here,indicating,how many messages were sent how many,clicks you got,and the revenue that was generated by,this message type,then you can click on the pencil icon,here to edit the details for each,message,if you want to change it let me walk you,through an example here in the abandoned,card section,the other ones are very similar with a,few small variations,at the top here you can change the name,of the message if you want to,and set the scheduled delay of the,message after the event,just drop down a number here and select,the time unit,by the way all messages show this,customer button here,that cannot be switched off here but,you'll see for some message types,that you can also enable sending a copy,to the admin,then in this section here you can choose,if this message,uses the extended features of mms,messaging,mms text messages are available in some,countries and not in others,they're basically using a media enriched,message type,that can include images and also more,characters fit into a single message,they're a bit more expensive to send but,similar to the difference between,html emails and text only emails,they can give your conversion rates a,huge boost,so they're definitely worth it so here,you can select if messages,to the countries that have mms available,will use them,all other countries will receive the,normal plain sms message,anyway the main enhancement for the mms,format is adding an,image to the message when you check this,option,you can upload your company logo here,and that will add,to the branding and recognizability of,your messages,you can also go one step further and add,a product,image in this case the variant image of,the product that was in the abandoned,cart,will be added so that's cool that they,can even see,the actual color that they had in the,card right in the message here,so as you can see when you select that,option that replaces the logo image,so you don't have to set that up in this,case now,down here in this section you can,compose or change the actual message,you can obviously type here in this,field and edit the text,and this shortcodes drop down opens a,bunch of shortcodes,you can use in the text these will merge,in dynamic,content like for example the abandoned,card url,discount codes the name of the customer,etc,you can play with that if you want you,can also select here if you want to use,a preset,discount code in this message you can,simply add,a discount here by either a fixed amount

in this video I'm going to be going over,my SMS remarketing campaigns that has,been working out for me really well as,you can see on the screen that's been,I've spent a total of 572 dollars and,made 72 000 in Revenue with this SMS,remarketing,um I think 72 000 is really good,considering that this is nearly 20 of my,revenue and also I made a video recently,with my email remarketing it's very,similar that converges of 23 so that's a,hundred thousand dollars in Revenue plus,this is forty percent of my Revenue so,what I'm going to be showing you in this,video is My Two templates that I use my,two marketing campaigns that I used to,recapture,lost Revenue,um this isn't going to be a full,breakdown on the SMS bump if you guys do,want to know more about this there's,um a guy called Jake from casual Ecom,I'm going to leave a link to his video,in the description he made a whole 34,Minute video about everything you could,possibly know about this app and how you,can use it with the strategy and stuff,but what he didn't mention in it is you,know,um the automations that I'm going to,show you which are fairly simple to,implement but I'm just going to go over,it so if you want to download this app,if you don't have it already it's in the,App Store you just type in SMS bump and,it comes up you can download it it's by,um,yato and also with casual economy has a,special this special link in his,description I think it's an affiliate,link where he gets a bonus and you get a,10 bonus as well,um when you sign up so you guys can use,this link if you want or just get it,straight from the App Store okay so I'm,just gonna jump into the two automations,that I have going right now so you guys,can see exactly what I'm talking about,so I've tested a bunch of these since,2020 and as you can see the two best,performing ones I have is the abandoned,cart reminder after five minutes and,then your abandoned card reminder after,one day the one that I have for five,minutes abandoned card it said hey first,name they actually have shortcuts that,you can put in it says Hey first name,what happened we noticed you were,halfway through ordering but it didn't,end up completing it so reserved your,car for 24 hours let us know if you need,help with anything smiley face you can,pick up where you left off here and it,um the app automatically puts in your,abandoned guard URL to wherever this,person left off,and then if they're in the in the states,they can respond stop to opt out or they,have an opt-out link,and then the abandoned card for one day,um it just says hey there the items in,your cart are about to be sold out to,help make up your mind here's an extra,discount of you know whatever percent,you want to have five percent in here,get five percent off with this link,again it goes straight to their,abandoned card it expires in 24 hours so,don't miss out reply stop to opt out,I've tested the five minute 30 minutes,one hour four hours six hours and 12,hours and then it really came down to,these

hello and welcome to sms go,and thank you for installing the app in,your shop and giving it a try,in this video we're going to go over how,to install and configure the app,correctly,so that you can get the maximum benefit,for your shop,first let's add your store info the,first shield here,will have your brand name this,information will be used in the,sms messages that are being sent to your,customers,so you can just manually enter anything,that connects either with your store or,with your brand whatever you want to use,so that your brand or your store,is recognizable to your customers and,they know,where these messages are coming from,next we will enter the phone number now,this phone number is just an,internal phone number that is only being,used for,messages that sms go might send to you,in case we need to alert you of,something of there's an emergency or,if something that is happening that we,need to let you know about,so put that in here a phone number that,you want to use just for us to contact,you,and then select your store location that,is in this case the,united states so you can pull from the,drop down menu wherever your store is,located,and then go ahead and click next step,that takes you right over here to the,opt in offer configuration settings,with sms go you can use three different,methods to,collect to the visitor's phone number,you can use a discount pop-up a discount,wheel,or an embedded form you can use these to,offer the visitor a discount in exchange,for their sms,opt-in on this step here you can name,your offer,set the discount either as a percentage,or fixed value and then select one of,the available opt-in methods,the next step is the abandoned cart,reminder page,in this step you can set up your,abandoned card reminder messages,you can set the time delay for each,message you can keep the default,settings that we have already set up for,you,or you can change the settings to your,liking in addition,you can also add a discount to each,follow-up,and select the configuration here in,either percentage,or fixed amount you can even edit,the follow-up messages if you want,the next page is the notification,settings,in this step you can select what type of,sms notifications,should be generated the settings here,are mostly pretty self-explanatory,simply click the check box next to each,event type if you want an,sms message to go out to the customer in,addition you can also send copies of,these messages to your admin,if you select that the sms messages will,also be sent,to the phone number that you entered in,the first settings step,earlier one thing i'd like to point out,here is the cod verification event,you will really love this feature if,you're already using,cod as a payment method in your shop the,sms,messages will contain a link to a,verification form,where the customer can confirm the order,this can really help reduce returns on,cod orders,last in this sequence here you need to,add credit,so before any sms messages can be sent,t

Hey and welcome to SMS Alert,today we are going to cover how to configure Abandoned cart reminder sms in woocommerce,powered store,We hope you have already installed SMS Alert plugin, if not the link is in the description,,please go ahead and install it.,After you have logged in your SMS Alert plugin, navigate to woocommerce and then click on,Abandoned cart,T here first you have to enable send message,to customer when product is left in cart under this you can configure multiple sms,schedules, like suppose you want to send first sms after 1 hour of cart abondoned, and second,after 2 hours.,In case you want to add more schedules, just click on add new button and configure the,sms and schedule as required.,If the cart gets recoved no further sms will go to the customer for cart abondonment for,eg if the cart is recovered after first or second sms, other sms's configured in this,abandoned cart flow will not go to the user.,The next option is quiete hours, if you configure this, no abandoned cart sms will go to the,users during the selected hours.,Its mostly nice to configure this option because many people browse various websites during,late hours, and since abandoned cart sms will be triggered with some delay, so the chances,are the person may not like to receive these reminders during his sleep time, and eventually,,he may end up with a bad experience with your website.,Here a question arises that will this SMS go again once the quiete hours are over?,The answer is No, Lets understand the reason with an example.,Suppose you have configured quiete hours from 9 pm to 8 am,and you have configured to send 3 reminders to the user,1. after 30 minutes 2. after 2 hours,3. after 8 hours,Some visitor comes to your website at 11 pm and leaves some products in his cart,now if we forget about quiete hours, the messages should have been sent to the user.,at 11:30 pm, 1 am, 7 am,but since we have configured quiete hours the first 3 sms will not be sent to the user,,so if the plugin would have allowed these messages to be sent in the morning, the user,would have been flooded with all three messages in his inbox at 8 am.,which is really not your intention.,So does it mean that no reminder message will be sent to the customer if he adds products,in cart during quiete hours.,So what you can do is, configure these settings in such a way that whenever the cart is abandoned,atleast a sms goes to him.,Here is an example of such setting,Configure the quiete hours from 9pm to 9 am,first sms should be sent after 30 minutes, second after 12 hours, you can create multiple,combinations similarly,so for abandoned carts after 9 pm , only the 12 hours message will go, and for regular,hours only 30 mins message will go.,Now a big question is if someone has just added a product in his cart, but since he,has not made the purchase, so how do we get his mobile number to send messages.,There are 2 ways for it.,as soon as the user fills his number in billing details on the checkout pag

welcome back to another tutorial video,for woochat app.this tutorial will focus,on how automated messages features works,automated whatsapp number a center will,chat official whatsapp business rp,numbers,phone number have to be approved by,whatsapp before we can use them to send,here is a demo how messages look you can,see the messages are sent from our,numbers but the messages itself is,completely branded with your customer,name your store name a link to your,store and a short link to your number so,that if your customers have any,questions they can click on this and,instantly start the chat with you,whatsapp messages are available in,several languages we have to configure,and apply for each language style,template to whatsapp before they approve,it and before we can use it in our app,in our case default is english language,but you can select any one of these,language for example if you want to see,preview of portuguese click on,portuguese,you can see how the template in,portuguese looks like and you can see,real preview how it looks like by,clicking on the preview button,you even include a discount code which,will automatically be added if you,select the percentage discount or you,can manually create your own discount,code and say you create a code and add,it,this code will now be included in the,message and you can see how that looks,from here,as you can see this is the message,without any discount code this message,is sent when you have a percentage,discount and this is the message sent,when you sent your own discount code the,message template itself cannot be edited,and this is because whatsapp needs to,approve the templates if they don't,approve we can't send it using the api,automatically and the reason why the,template looks like this is because,whatsapp doesn't allow promotional,templates therefore our messages look,like a transactional message,so how do you see results results are,from the analytics tab from the,analytics tab you will be able to see,how many abandoned carts you had in the,given time you can select time period,and see how many message was sent,and how many cards were recovered what,is the overall abandoned cart recovery,rate and the money value of the,recovered cards,you will be able to see a lot of,messages templates where we will show,you whether the message was sent or,failed and what was the reason of,failure,typical reasons includes there were no,opt-in obtained so we couldn't send the,message another reason would be the,phone number itself was incorrect or it,was not registered on whatsapp in those,cases the messages sending fails don't,worry we will only charge you if the,message is successfully sent and you are,not charged for the failed messages dot,that's all for enabling abandoned cart,recovery automation please feel free to,reach out us for any questions using the,whatsapp chat widget
