How to Set Up Product Recommendations from ShippingEasy

hello and welcome to this quick demo of,shipping ease ease product,recommendations feature with product,recommendations for each of your orders,that shipping easy processes you can,quickly and easily display suggested,products to your customers leading to,additional sales the setup is very easy,I'll start by selecting product,recommendations from the marketing menu,that takes me to the setup screen where,I can click the blue get started button,and that takes me to the global,recommendations page my store sells,animal themed hats t-shirts socks and a,few plush toys with global,recommendations I can prioritize which,products shipping easy will show is,recommendations to my customers as I,click each product it gets added to the,global recommendations list I can select,up to 30 products for the list the,product I choose to put first in the,list of global recommendations will,always be the first product that,shipping ez will recommend but if the,customers existing order already,includes that product shipping ez we'll,skip the product and display the next,product in the list instead so I will,put my global recommendations in the,order that will provide me the best,business results I could for example put,my most profitable products first or the,products for which I am currently doing,a promotion or if I have an oversupply,of a specific product I might list it,first after I have my global,recommendations in order I'll click the,blue next step button to enable,randomized recommendations this feature,is optional but we suggest you enable it,because it provides a list of fallback,products that shipping ez will recommend,for example even if you select a large,number of global recommendations you,could still get an order where a,customer purchased all of those products,in that situation shipping ez would,suggest a randomly chosen product to,that customer from the products included,here,I could exclude one or more products,from randomized recommendations but I'm,happy with letting all my products be,included so I'll click the blue button,to go to the next step I only sell on,one store and this display confirms that,I selected products from it for both,global and random recommendations if you,sell on more than one platform shipping,ez will never recommend products across,stores for example if you sell on,Shopify and eBay shipping ez will never,recommend eBay products to your Shopify,customers shipping ez does provide the,option however to promote one of your,stores products to customers whose,orders were entered manually or via a,CSV file upload I'll turn that feature,on and then click the blue button to go,to the final step,the only remaining step is to decide,which customer communications I want to,have shipping ez insert product,recommendations into you can see,examples of all options over on the,right by default three products are,recommended but you can increase or,decrease that number the options are my,packing slips the shipping notification,emails from
