Quick Tour - Shopify Product Customizer App Dashboard

hello everyone this is Sean again your,customer success manager with product,customizer quick video here to give you,a tour of what you will see and what the,various areas are within our app so once,you're logged into your store's admin,you can always go to apps here on the,left hand side and it will give you a,list of all of the apps that you've,installed on your store so you'll notice,that on our demo store here I've got a,couple different apps product,customizers here if you just click on it,give it a minute or I'm sorry a second,or two it will go ahead and pull up and,of course if you see a blank screen at,this point for any reason and actually I,do right now and it's because I'm using,a new browser that I normally use you'll,notice a blank screen that's a problem,look up here at the top of your browser,you'll see redirect blocked on this page,I've already created a separate video,about that just go ahead and select,always allow pop-ups done and then go,ahead and click it again and this time,click the hyperlink at the top what,that's going to do is refresh the page,it's going to allow the pop-up within,this Shopify a-frame to properly display,so it'll pull up again and this time no,more blank screen and you'll have your,product customizer app displaying and,ready to go and this is what you should,see alright so on this we've got our,home area for product customizer you can,always look up here to see what area of,the app you're in first and foremost,this is the home so you can always click,here to go back to this home page right,now we're default to the product tab so,we're on this products tab here we also,have an options tab and a templates tab,all products is is it will automatically,import all of your Shopify store,products into this area of the app so,you'll create your products in the,normal area of Shopify here well once,you're in the app it's going to,automatically display those products,here for the,purpose of getting ready to add some,options to these products the second tab,is your options tab and this is where,you are going to create new options so,if I want to create a set of radio,buttons or if I want to create a,drop-down menu all you have to do is go,up here click add option it'll bring you,to all the different selections that you,can make for that new option and then,you save it,excuse me and it throws it into here in,your options section and then from here,I can actually go into any product I can,click that product and then I can,actually add an option by simply,searching here for various options of,course I forgot what those options were,called so I'm going to go back to my,main product customize your homepage,looks like I have an option for size and,sent so I'm going to go back to options,whoops I'm gonna go back to products,you'll see it's actually pretty,intuitive and straightforward I'm gonna,click on the product I want to add an,option to in this case sent if I start,searching it will just automatically,display any opti

Shopify Product Personalizer - Live Product Options Setup

hi,in this video i'm going to show you how,you can use the live perk options,shopify app to create customized,shopping experiences on your store using,the app you can create unlimited product,options and show them on your product,pages so customers can customize the,products to their needs and also see a,live preview directly on your store,you can find the link to the app in this,description below and you can also,search for live product options in the,shopify app store you will find it,the app has a 14 day free trial and also,if you under development store you can,also use it for free until you launch,your store,after you installed the app you will see,a setup screen,and here you can select the team that,you want that to install the app to,you can click on a enable the app and,the theme editor should open,the app should be enabled automatically,by shopify we can see on the top right,here and the toggle is enabled the app,is enabled so what we do now is only,save the app,and save the theme,and when we go back into the app we can,see the app already checked that you,used to be enabled it so we can click on,next,and there's an introduction video and we,can go,i recommend to watch this video to get,started and afterwards you can just,click here to set up your first product,one more thing when we are here in the,theme editor we can see here where the,options would appear on your theme,and normally the app will auto will,search for the add to cart button and,show the options right above from them,from the bottom,and it's also possible on the new,shopify teams to create a block here and,we can use a block from for our app,and so we can control the location,so right now it's below here and i want,to show it on top of the quantity,selector so i can actually drag it and,move it to where i want it,and now it's supposed to show here and,then i'm going to save it,so this part is only shown in the theme,editor and the options will be appearing,here when this this product is viewed on,the store,so so far we haven't set up any options,so we're going to,create our first product here,and we call it,necklace demo,we make sure that's enabled and we can,select the product,i've created the product previously,and now we can see we don't have any,options so far there's only variants so,this product has three variants it's,different colors or different materials,and let's say,and we can actually save this config and,we can open it again,and now we can also there's a button,here view product we can build a product,on our store,this is the product and we see there's,different variants,and let's say we want to let customers,add their engraving here,for this we will need an option so the,customer can add the engraving,so let's see here we can add new options,and there are many types of options,for this the text option would be,perfect and we can name it name,and here's a label,and you can see a preview here right,away,and in the advanced tab there you can,make a lot of new

[2022 Free] Create CUSTOM PRODUCT OPTIONS on Shopify - Without the App

bonjour shopify world my name is andrew,from ecom experts dot io and in this,video,i'm going to show you how you can add a,product customization,field yes or other things,to any products in your shopify store so,let's imagine a use case let's say,you're selling,um shoes or in my case it's going to be,a video cameras,and you want your customers to add the,ability to add some engraving to the,side,and basically to add their name so you,need to know that your name your,customer's name is,tom so that you can write tom on the,product or maybe it's something,completely different um,i don't know there's a million reasons,why you would want to customize your,product with,user or clients generated information,and this,is how we're going to do it it's super,easy there is a follow along there is a,description,in the there is a link in the,description below not a description in,the link a link in the description below,and that link is basically going to open,a document with a step by step on how to,do it so i'm going to follow that along,with you,and just copy paste most of the elements,written inside,of that document so that it's very clear,and that it's as,accessible for everyone watching this,video,so um let's just jump straight into it,i'm on my store right here it's my,little demo store and if i go to online,store,let's see to make sure yes i have the,debut team installed,um and actually let's see how it looks,right now our,beautiful demo store,if we click on camera film you can see,there is no way for me to add any,information,i can add it to cart add it to,cart here we go and if we look here,again there is no way,of me communicating anything that i want,custom engraving,done a little side note we did say,uh if you want a gift message this is,not what this video is about this is not,about adding a gift message or,adding any type of message to the seller,we've made a video about that right here,on how you can just add a general card,gift message this is really what we're,going to do right,here is really um how to add custom,information to,this product specific anyway i'm gonna,stop,talking and well continue talking but,let's just start jump straight into it,i have the documents opened on my right,here,the first thing you're going to want to,do is go in online store like i'm here,um go on your team and click on actions,and do duplicate right here,this is super important we're going to,create a backup version of our code just,in case we mess up,and um we're going to work on that,backup version so we don't affect any,live customers this is i can't underline,how,critically important this is if you mess,up this step,there's chances that you're going to,have to hire someone if you make an,error down the line,well if you just duplicate it if you,mess it up here,no worries your live team is not,affected at all,all right now that we have a duplication,the duplicate something like that a,version,that's up and running we're going to go,into the,code editor so to d

Adding Your First Product Option - Shopify Product Customizer

hello friends Sean your customer success,manager with product customizer here,again I am walking you through how to,create your first option using the,product customizer app how to attach it,to a product in how to view it in your,live product page on your store to make,sure things are displaying correctly so,first and foremost this is our demo,store for product customizer you can,actually view this demo store online,product customizer demo my Shopify com,and these are example products that show,you what our options look like once they,are added to products and this the theme,on this particular store is debut so,that just happens to be the theme we,chose for the basic demo store so what,you're going to do is log into your,Shopify admin in your store you're going,to click on apps here on the Left it'll,give you a full list of apps on your,store click on product customizer,that'll load within a couple of seconds,if for any reason it doesn't load maybe,you're on a new browser you don't,normally use you'll notice you'll get a,blank screen and all you have to do is,be aware that you may have a redirect,blocked on this page that means it's a,pop-up blocker on the Chrome browser on,my particular laptop so if you click,that up here you want to select always,allow pop-ups done,that'll make it so that in the future,this doesn't happen happen again and,then you want to open it again and this,time click on the hyperlink at the top,and what that's gonna do is refresh the,page for you it's going to allow this,screen to bring that pop-up up but keep,in mind it's not a normal pop-up but,it's only read as a pop-up within the,browser itself so it's gonna pop up,within the Shopify a-frame for your,store and this time no more blank screen,you'll see that the app has successfully,displayed so what we have here is a list,of all the products on my demo store,I've got a hidden tester product I'm,actually going to use this shop store,mug,so I haven't added any options to this,product yet so what I'm gonna do is go,to create a new option I'm going to give,it a name for this I'm just gonna call,it test one I can choose any of these,field types a drop-down menu a single,line text paragraph text file upload etc,for this one I'll go ahead and do file,upload description is what your,customers will see just underneath the,title of this product so I'm going to,say testing one two three,upload your awesome file here this,required is important if I want this,option to be a required field that,people have to upload a file in order to,order this product that I'm going to,click require if I don't want it,required maybe it's an optional thing,for them to upload this file then I'm,gonna leave this unchecked but for,purposes of this demo I'm going to click,required price this is a function that,is only for premium plan users so if you,have the premium product customizer you,can actually add an upcharge price here,and it's going to add that into your,product pricing for this product so on

How To Add Customized Options To Your Products On Shopify

hi guys,man it has been a while,so i have man i don't even remember the,last time i put a video up,and the reason for that is we are in the,middle of a move,yes again so we sold our house in,december and we have been in this rental,ever since but we finally found a home,and we are closing in six days,so that is great news,but,it just made things really hard to,continue recording the way,our setup was so the first round first,go round of our move,moving out of our house we left our etsy,open our website open we were still,taking orders,and that was horrific i mean,we couldn't get caught up it was so,difficult and we didn't move and mark,boxes appropriately because,a lot of them would even close all the,way um,we were just we're trying to move and,work at the same time and it was just a,huge mess we couldn't find things we,needed and,i was up for weeks crying didn't sleep,just to get caught it was so bad it was,so bad okay so,this time we decided to go ahead and,deactivate everything on etsy to dwindle,down our orders so that we could pack,and move correctly this time we want to,make sure we mark all the boxes the way,we're supposed to we want to organize,everything,um i'm moving into a gigantic craft,space so i want to make sure that when,we move in there i am able to locate the,boxes i need when i need them,organize everything,i just want a much smoother move this,time so um my sales are gonna go down um,for about a month and a half but that's,okay it'll all work out,and i'm gonna have my dream craft room,finally we'll be all moved and settled,and then um,we can move on like and try to fill all,of our goals and dreams for this year,we do have some orders left over they,were working on for some companies,um one is a janitorial company they were,working on safety vests and shirts and,aprons for,another one is a a church that we're,working on to decor for their ministry,party,uh we have a few events left between now,and,um,move time so we're still very busy now,with etsy orders but still very busy,i'll walk in there um,and a little bit and kind of show you,guys what we have going on it's a,disaster,boxes everywhere,um that we still have to fill,but,um they're empty all the boxes that are,packed are labeled and either in storage,or in a garage,so we're making great progress,but with all that said i've received a,lot of questions from viewers wanting to,know how i have my shopify website set,up the way i do,with being able to request customers to,enter in their customization information,and adding that to the cart so i'm gonna,walk you guys through that so follow me,along and i hope you guys find this,helpful,all right guys so i have gotten quite a,few comments,on my um,youtube channel and and also my direct,messages on instagram about how i'm able,to add in these option selections,into my shopify website,so because i do make custom outfits,um i need to know,for the sake of someone's birthday or,other occasion,maybe their age their name the,need-by-da

personalized products have absolutely,been blowing up lately,and i think they're going to continue to,grow on an upward trend,throughout 2021 so in today's,full-length tutorial,i'm going to be showing you how you can,use the product personalizer shopify app,to go and create beautiful personalized,products that you can start selling,on your shopify print on demand stores,so let's take a look,at the products that we will be building,in today's,tutorial with the product personalizer,shopify,app so the first one here is just this,custom wedding signs as you can see,people can go and add their,name and date to it so we just go and,hit personalize over here,as you can see they can go and add their,names so if i just go and add my name in,over here and as you can see it gives,you a live,update so i'll be showing you how you,can go and add fonts how you can go and,change the colors how you can go and,make,the text curved and all of those types,of things and then they can go and add,their dates,as well over here so they can go and add,any date they want so if we just go,for let's say this date over here you,can see that it updates,live once again and then if they go and,hit add to cart,over here then we will see that they can,just go,and add the product to the cart so let's,just go and hide this and what it does,it actually generates,their design as a png so they can go and,download that image,to go and remember what their product is,actually going to look like so,that's the first product that i'm going,to show you how to build using the,product personalized app and then the,second one over here,is a little more in-depth so it's,basically essentially the same concept,but when they go to hit personalize they,can go and choose the name they can go,and choose the date so,let's just go and choose some names over,here,and once they choose their name they can,go and choose the dates again so,they can go and say any date they want,and then what they can do with this one,is they can go and change the image,so you can see over here we have a few,different images that they can go and,choose from just like this once again,they can just go and hit add,to cart so this is the power of using,the,product personalizer shopify app and,this is,really amazing if you have a print on,demand store and you want to go and,offer these,types of products so the first thing,that you are going to do is we're going,to head back to,our shopify dashboard over here and the,first thing that you're going to want to,do,is go and install the product,personalizer shopify app,so if we just go to visit shopify app,store over here,and then from here if we just go and,type in product personalizer,and we hit enter and you can go and see,that it's this one over here so it's,like a purple sort of icon so if we just,go and,click on this i just want to go and show,you so if we just go,and scroll down you can see we have a,few different plans over here so,if you want to you can just start off,with the 9

Product Customizer for Shopify Stores - Quick Intro

this is a short how-to video that,explains how to use product customizer,to add options and customizations to,your Shopify products beyond what is,currently possible using Shopify as,variable systems here is an example of a,customizable product for you dad,customizations - this is a t-shirt and,you can easily add custom options after,you've installed product customizer in,your Shopify admin for each product you,will see that you can locate the Shopify,product customizer option in the app,section you will see a customized with,product customizer link let's click that,link now in the product customizer,dashboard for that product you can,create a new customization you can,create a customizations for colors,select multiple options and enter in as,many color combinations as you would,like when you have entered all your,color combinations press save,customizations and then click to view,the product in your shop of our store,and just like that we can see the color,customization is visible in your Shopify,store this is much easier than creating,a numeric every time you want to add or,removing a color with product customizer,you can add or remove them right in your,dashboard,you can create a customization for size,for example you might have several sizes,select multiple options and enter in all,of your sizes click Save customization,let's step it up a notch and give our,customer a lot of input as to how to,customize a t-shirt for example if you,are trying to sell a team shirt you,might want to allow your customer to,upload a picture or a team logo you can,create a new customisation called add a,picture to allow customers to upload,logos images or pictures select file,upload as the customisation type you can,create a custom text field called add,custom text to allow the customer to add,text to the front of the t-shirt this,customization could be more specific to,add last names team names or team,numbers with ease select text input as,the customization depth you can restrict,the number of characters logged or leave,it open-ended click to view this product,in their Shopify store the,customizations appear and it's easy to,select different custom options and,upload your logo,click Add to Cart,and the customizations appear in the,customer card as well the customer can,then proceed to the checker after your,customer has checked out you can view,the product in your admin from the,dashboard go to your order section and,you can easily click to see a customer,order and the customizations will appear,right underneath the product these,customizations are just the tip of the,iceberg use your imagination and make,your own type of customizations with,product customer
