Getting Started with PrintAura

hey guys Denise here with print ora,today we're just going to do a really,quick overview about how you get started,so the first thing you want to do is,sign up so you can do that by clicking,the sign up today button here so all you,need to do is fill out the information,listed here and then submit it you'll,get an email and you can use a link,there to activate your account,so after you've activated your account,you can go ahead and login,anytime you log into print or you'll,need to scroll all the way down to the,bottom and log in here so now that I've,signed up and I've logged in the next,thing I want to do is go ahead and set,up my brand I can do that by clicking on,this tab here and clicking on brand,settings we have more detailed video,showing you how to fill out each of,these pages this video is just going to,serve more as a general overview so,you're going to want to go ahead and,fill out all this branding information,if you run into trouble here you can,always look up our video on how to set,up your brand so after you're done,setting up your brand you're going to,want to choose a platform so let me say,platform we're just referring to an,online selling platform so a platform,would be something like Shopify or Etsy,or BigCommerce if you're not sure which,platform to choose you can click here,and look at our integrations we have all,of our current integrations listed on,this page we also provide an e-commerce,platform comparison so you can go,through and see if we offer automated,fulfillment which we do for all of these,you can look at the websites fees you,can see if they have a marketplace or,not you can see about how long they take,to set up and you can see if they,require your own hosting so after you've,done your research and you've chosen the,platform that you think's right for you,you can set up your account on that,platform and then come back here to this,page and install our app when you,install our app it will integrate with,whatever platform you're using so let's,just say for example that we want to,install the Shopify app we would just,click here,so as you can see we have an,installation video here that we'll go,over with you all the specifics of how,to install the app it's really quite,simple,I'll give you a quick look at it all you,need to do is paste in the URL of the,shop that you have set up and then you,can just click install and it will,integrate with Shopify it's really,simple it seems like it's this,complicated process but it's actually,just a copy-paste click and you're done,so after you've installed our app the,next thing you need to do is start,thinking about your artwork so now that,you've signed up you set up your brand,you've chosen a platform and you've,installed the app the next thing you,need to do is start thinking about your,images so whether you're about to start,designing or you already have designs,created that you want to sell on,products you need to make sure that,those designs meet our artwork,requirement

How to upload an image to PrintAura

hey guys Denise here at print Ora,today I'm going to be showing you how to,upload an image so the first thing you,want to do is make sure that you're,signed in so I'm already signed in so,the next thing I need to do is come up,here to this tab that says my images,slash mock-up now the absolute first,thing you do before you even upload your,image you want to make sure that it,meets our image format requirements so,you want to go ahead and click here it,says image size slash for my guide so,here's the image size and format guide,first you're gonna want to read over the,file requirements will tell you the file,types that are acceptable color profiles,and which resolution you need those are,all general file requirements sometimes,they're different and if they are,they'll be noted below but more or less,these apply to all of our images so just,to go over it really quickly the print,file types we accept our PDF PSD and PNG,s the color profiles we accept like,ninety percent of time it's going to be,CMYK but we do have a couple items that,take RGB color profiles and the,resolution that's generally three,hundred dpi,which stands for dot per inch or pixels,per inch if you're not sure about any of,these things we have videos explaining,how to check for them and how to make,sure that your image is correctly,formatted and we'll make sure to link to,those how-to guides in the comment,section below so the next thing I want,to do is find the product that I want to,print my image on so I'm just doing a,standard t-shirt so I'm just going to,scroll down until I find the standard,t-shirt so here it is the adult t-shirt,slash crew t-shirts resolution 300 dpi,the standard front print size is 12,inches by 16 inches I want to do this,sighs I'm not really interested in doing,an oversized print so I need to keep,this in mind and make sure that my image,is sized within these requirements if,you have a different item like a mug or,an apron or bags or cell phone cases or,whatever we have all of the information,here so just make sure that your images,follow these requirements and then that,they also follow the requirements listed,here we also offer templates for some of,our products like mugs and all you would,need to do is go to products,click on the product you're looking at,click on the product you're looking at,printing on and then come here to this,tab that says image requirements,sometimes a lot of videos explaining how,to prepare the artwork but if you don't,feel like you need that much help you,can just download the image requirements,template and that'll just give you a,Photoshop template that's already ready,for you to put your design in it's,already been set to the correct dpi the,correct size the correct color profile,everything's already done for you so,let's get back to uploading an image I,want to come up back here to where it,says my images slash mock-up tool and,click my images so now that I feel,confident that my image meets all the,requirements that I need

How to setup PrintAura / Woocommerce Plugin

in this video we're gonna show you how,to integrate print aura and WooCommerce,this assumes you already have WordPress,installed as well as blue commerce but,but first we're gonna do is we're just,gonna double check that we have the most,recent version of WooCommerce so if you,go into plugins you can see there is no,notice that says we need to upgrade,WooCommerce so we're good there,the other thing you're gonna want to do,is you just want to make sure that you,don't have any plugins that are,maintenance mode or coming soon because,those plugins disable the API which,means that print aura and WooCommerce,won't be able to communicate you won't,feel the ad products or get your order,so make sure you don't have any of those,types of plugins now the next thing you,need to do is you're gonna need to get,the print or a plugin for WooCommerce so,from print or calm assuming you're,logged into your account you're gonna go,over to my stores and then WooCommerce,and you're just gonna click here to,begin to download the print or commerce,plug-in downloaded to computer and then,come back here we're gonna need to add a,new plugin the printer our plugin is not,available through not available through,WordPress you are going to need to go,this direction,click upload plug-in and then browse and,install now and then we will activate,the plug-in alright you can see that now,the printer WooCommerce API plugin has,been installed and you'll see a new menu,item show up in WordPress now we're,gonna click on this real quick to go,over a few things so you're just gonna,confirm because you may need to know,this later file size limit this says,that this server has a limit of two,megabytes,now generally two megabytes you should,be fine because you're just you're,really just uploading mock-ups or store,images that you'll display to your,customers so that might be okay but if,you're running into problems you might,need to double check,later we want to make sure that we see,this in green that your file permissions,that we're able to write your files and,then lastly this API token where it says,to visit this to copy and paste this at,this link please disregard that that is,part of an old version of our app and do,not do that we will be removing that in,our next version okay so the next thing,we need to do is we need to set up your,permalinks so if you rollover settings,you'll see permalinks now we want to,change these the URL structure to,anything besides having these question,marks which is default so I'd recommend,just setting that to post name and if,you scroll down a little bit you'll see,product permalink base you can use any,of these for just not this default which,contains that question mark so for this,example we will set that to product and,we're gonna want to make sure we click,Save Changes,alright so we're good there now the next,thing we need to do is we're going to,need to set up we're gonna need to set,up our API so we're gonna go to users,and then your profile and w

Printful VS Print Aura ~ A Full Comparison

hi everybody my name is Sean from the,bomb diggity blog.com I'm here today to,talk to you guys about t-shirt,fulfillment now one of the different,business ventures that I've had was,launching a successful clothing line,throughout States now when we launched,our clothing line it was the traditional,you have to stock everything you screen,print so we have multiple sizes and,colors some that we've never even sold a,single size in that color and having to,carry that overhead now with the,implementation of t-shirt fulfillment,online and having companies that will,dropship everything for you it's been,able to minimize the overhead and give,entrepreneurs a chance to make a little,bit of profit with low overhead and see,if their venture on a t-shirt company,would even fly so let's take a look at,two of these fulfillment companies print,aura and printful so we're going to do a,little comparison analysis between the,two of them I've had the privilege to,use them both when relaunching our,clothing brand we decided that we were,going to use we researched a bunch of,them and print aura,seem to be the best to be able to give,us a little bit more brand customization,and offered a lot of the products that,we used to stock inside our stores so we,started to use print aura and then now,have switched over to printful so we are,going to go through line by line here,some of the comparisons between the two,of them integration for products they,both have WooCommerce or Shopify,integration built in so once you you can,load them up through the actual site,itself so print aura or print 'full and,it,we'll seamlessly be put into your,WooCommerce shop I use WooCommerce I,don't use Shopify they both have mock-up,generators print auras mock-up generator,is more eye appealing so it looks like,it's printed on the body of an actual,person where printful is more of a,crinkled up shirt between the two of,them print fills mock-up looks a little,bit more realistic on the shirt itself,but print auras is definitely a little,bit more eye appealing at which that,principle had a better mock-up generator,now shipping integration this is where,we lean towards printful printful it has,it built right into the into the,software itself where print or didn't,have that you're taking more of a guess,when you're using print or to set up,your shipping rates now printful was,just a little bit more user friendly and,it just integrates naturally right down,to the weight of the product so really,neat the only downfall of having the,shipping integration is that you can't,mark up shipping at all so there's no,extra profit to be made their product,variety this print aura wins hands down,that's one of my biggest feedback for,print folders that they do not have a,wide variety of colors and products that,they offer one of the biggest markets,that they don't have product in is the,toddler market so they do have infant,onesies but they and then it goes up to,youth sizing but all the top toddler,sizes between 2t

How to submit a manual order with PrintAura

hey guys Denise here with print ora,today I'm going to be showing you how to,submit a manual order or how to submit a,sample order they're both the same thing,so the first thing you want to do is,make sure that you're signed in to your,account so I'm already signed in to mine,so the next thing I want to do is hover,over here where it says orders and click,Submit manual order so like I said,before the manual order and the sample,order are done the same way if you want,to order a sample of the product to see,what your customers are getting you can,do it this way it's the same thing so,the first thing it's going to ask you,for is your business name and mine's,already been filled in because I have my,brand information filled out if it's not,filled in for you you can just enter it,here or you can go thought your brand,information so it asks for your business,name your business contact name and your,email and it will also automate your,return label information here you can,change it if you need to by clicking,right here so the next thing it's going,to ask you for is your order details so,the order ID is just for your reference,and it will appear on your order packing,slip so you can really write whatever,you want here I usually write something,that describes the item so the item that,I'm going to order today is going to be,a t-shirt with a bear on it so I'm just,gonna go ahead and type in bear t-shirt,now you can use a number you can use,words it doesn't really matter it's just,something to help you identify your,order so the next thing it will ask for,is your shipping address so if you are,submitting a manual order and you want,it shipped to yourself you would put,your address here if you want your order,shipped to someone else then you would,enter their address here you can also,enter a phone number if you want to you,don't have to unless it's an,international order so the next thing it,will ask for is a packing slip if you,don't have one it's no big deal we do,generate one for you automatically but,if you have one that you want sent,specifically you can upload it here so,the next part is actually choosing the,item that you want to,order you should have already decided,which item you want to order both the,brand the product name the color the,size and all of that if you haven't,decided yet you should open up a new tab,and look through all of our items to,choose one so today I'm going to order a,Bella canvas flowy racerback tank and,the color I want to order it in is white,and the size I chose is a medium and,then it'll ask you for the quantity and,I just want to order one and then at,this point you need to select the front,print the front print is the actual,image that you want printed on the shirt,so you can just go ahead and click,select and this is the image that I want,printed so I'm going to click on it and,then it'll ask me for the front mock-up,the front mock-up is the picture that,shows where you want the print on the,t-shirt so I'm going to

Setup Shipping Profiles on Etsy - PrintAura T-Shirt Fulfillment

to start selling on etsy,with printora's etsy app you need to,make sure that you set up a shipping,profile,and that is done on etsy so,from your shop management under listings,you can see a link called,shipping profiles and you're going to,click on create your first,shipping profile now what we're going to,do is we're going to,create multiple shipping profiles based,on a type of product,we're going to create two today one is,for t-shirts,and then we're going to set a processing,time now,you have a few options our standard,processing time is,three to five business days um it's,important you know with an etsy shop to,make sure you have good reviews,occasionally things happen um where,products are delayed so to be safe you,may just want to set that to three to,six business days,to give yourself a little bit of room,now what we're going to do is we're,going to fill in this,data of united states now if you go on,printour.com,you click on pricing and scroll down and,click on shipping prices,you can find our prices,for the united states canada and,international,so so i'm going to use that data i'm,going to first put,550 to the us and then put 75 cents for,each additional item,everywhere else that would be,international but canada,i'm sorry but 12 and then another item,would be a dollar,and then the next one is i'll group,canada and i'll just put eight dollars,and then one dollar so i think that,matches up,um so yeah so we're all set there,and then we're just going to create that,shipping profile,okay so now we have one for t-shirts now,let's say you want to do one for,sweatshirts click create a,profile and we'll just call this,sweatshirts,and then processing time we'll do the,same thing there's no difference in that,we'll just do,uh three two six business days,and again this one's a little bit more,expensive so you can again review,uh sweatshirts from the us is eight,dollars for the first,and each additional is one fifty,and then international or canada was,ten dollars and two dollars oops,sweatshirts are really expensive to ship,these days,and then i believe this one was 12,and or actually 15 and two,okay and then create shipping profile,okay so now those are all set we've got,uh two shipping profiles so now,you refresh this page now when you're,adding etsy products you will see,your shipping profiles appear,right oops,shipping template you'll see you've got,t-shirts and sweatshirts and so every,time you add a t-shirt,just click on t-shirts then you'll make,sure that your clients are paying the,same amount that we're charging so you,don't,lose any money on the shipping and so,that's how you set up your shipping,profile on,etsy if you have any questions feel free,to email us,at support printora.com

in this video will show you how to sign,up for big commerce and install the,print or integration so you're going to,want to visit BigCommerce calm and,you're going to want to enter your store,name click start my free trial now and,here you're going to need to enter a,little bit of information about yourself,and in this case we're just choosing a,few things just for for the demo here,and click create my store now,alright so I you can see is our store is,now ready so we'll click to visit your,store they're going to be a number of,steps you need to do to actually get,your store set up they do have some,pretty good guys on how to do that so,you can do this tour that'll kind of,help you learn how to use BigCommerce,we're not going to do that right now,because we're going to jump on how to,actually get the print or app installed,so you're going to have this left menu,you're going to click on apps and,marketplace and we're going to do a,quick search for friend aura,and we're going to click single click,install and we're going to click install,and we're going to confirm now this is,assuming we have already we're already,logged in to our print or accounts you,do want to make sure that you have,created a printer account and that you,are signed in and so now you can see,that we have actually we've authorized,that and this is little it different,than some of our other apps because,everything you do you will manage from,your big commerce account and so,everything from uploading your images,viewing your orders editing your brand,and adding products will all happen I'm,from your big commerce account rather,than going to print or calm like you,might for other apps and so there you,have it and that's how to install the,printer app for big commerce and we will,have some other videos on how to add,products and use the rest the app

Create Your Own Pocket Tees - Apliiq vs. Printaura | Custom Dropshipping Pocket T-Shirt Review

hi everyone this is Vivian today we are,going to review some pocket print,t-shirts so I have been wanting to do,some pocket print t-shirts and I've,tried out to places that those pocket,prints and the first one is this place,called print Ora it's online drop,shipping company they do teachers and,other self including the pocket prints,and here I have one that a gray shirt,with black just a black-and-white print,and also a white shirt with a color,print so first of all how this pocket,tee is made is they actually bought,t-shirt that already has pocket on it,and they print try to match exactly with,the location of the pocket and do,printing just only on that specific area,and this is done on P without DTG,printing director garment printing and I,have to say I am not quite happy with it,because one when I first received this,t-shirt the word wasn't centered it was,quite obviously off and also the print,kind of just wasn't as crisp so I,actually asked a friend to remove the,pocket and then Center it and sew it,back on and with the white shirt the,print color is quite off but that could,be you know other issues with it but,then also because I have this gradient,background if you you might not be able,to see on the skin on this camera but it,actually the gradient didn't transition,well and I can actually see lines of,discoloration and I first got it it was,completely off-center so I asked that,same trying to remove the pockets enter,it and it's all calm so and then you can,see the pocket obviously was bigger and,then there's a little French I guess,it's just a trickier process so this is,one way of doing pocketing I suppose if,the design is just a pattern or a more,abstract image it wouldn't matter if,it's not centered absolutely,so that could be my design issue and the,next two teacher I'm going to show you,are another company I used they call,applique they do with the pocket is,actually by t-shirt that's playing,t-shirt and then they put your just they,print your design on a different fabric,and then sew it on it so this way you,don't have to worry about printing on,this year because it's done separately,so this time I learned I just do a,pattern as well as this other shirt it's,a same design with different color so,this way since your designs printed on a,different fabric you can have the same,pocket design on different type of,shirts so it could be a t-shirt can your,long sleeve could be I don't know what,else a sweatshirt or different kind of,teacher and I really really liked how,they turned out because the sewing is,really on point it's very clean and,crisp the printing it also resulted very,clean and then the color is vibrant it's,pretty close to my original file just,the sewing is really nice and then I did,wear this t-shirt on couple occasions,and people asked me oh those are really,cute pockets it doesn't really matter i,watch your design just the fact that,it's nicely sewn on pocket I think you,know people gonna notice that pocket in,turns ou

How Add Products to Storenvy from PrintAura

in this video we'll show you how to add,products to your store envy store this,assumes you've already installed the,store in the app and then we have a,separate video that shows that process,so once you're logged into your account,if you go to store Envy you can verify,that you have correctly synced up store,Envy in print or I in it and here it,shows yes that I've currently have a,store installed so I'm going to just,click on add print order products and,I'll go through this process it's pretty,straightforward I'm going to choose the,product that I want to offer I'll go,with the American Apparel and the next,thing I'm going to do is I need to,select a print image this is the image,that we use to print on the shirt so we,have templates and things available for,you to get those size correctly,here it is I'm only using a front image,now I need this mock-up file this is,actually used for placement by our print,X and the next thing we're gonna do is,we're gonna select the colors we want to,offer and so I'll just go through here,and pix I know my design isn't white so,I'll select certain colors that I want,to offer that are dark that'll have good,contrast without that white now I know,that there are prices here on the right,the way our service works is we have,lots of different apps and certain,certain platforms have certain,restrictions when you do Storenvy you,don't need to change the prices here,unfortunately it only lets you set one,one price across all of your products so,you'll see that in a moment so you don't,need to change your prices there skew,this is really anything you want it,doesn't doesn't really matter,so here's your title and then the,description you type it whenever you,want you can add some formatting and,then here you need to activate in,Storenvy so click yes and then you're,gonna have some more fields you're gonna,need to enter now you're gonna want to,enter your price that you want to sell,it at and this is because again they,don't let you have separate prices based,on colors and sizes so you're just gonna,enter one price here and this this price,will be the same price for all of these,these colors it's just how Storenvy,doesn't they have a marketplace category,and this where you could go you can let,them figure out exactly where it should,be public somewhere in one of the,t-shirt categories labels generally,right now you're probably not doing,pre-orders or you could do sale if you,want and then you're entering a clicking,on by default it'll be a t-shirt,category if you had set up collections,which are fundamentally categories they,would appear here so you would you would,set up the collections on the store envy,website and then they will automatically,appear here ok so the next one is is the,store images now these are the images,that are going to actually appear in,your serenity store now you'll see a,note here about file size and I think,store Envy will not display your images,if they're too big so try to keep them,under say a

Setup Shipping Settings for PrintAura's Storenvy App

after you've installed the printer or,store in the app you're going to need to,set up your shipping profile so you know,how much to charge your customers for,the products that we are fulfilling so,what you're going to do is you're going,to go to your store menu and click on,settings and you're gonna click on,shipping rates so we're going to have,we're gonna have three shipping classes,one is standard which they're gonna be,us one is everywhere else in another one,for Canada so I'm just going to change,this to pandered us and we're going to,we're going to follow the pricing that,we have set up here if you click on,pricing on print or calm and go to the,shipping prices tab we are going to just,set it to the priority which is five,fifty and then for each additional 75,cents we're just going to go five fifty,and seventy-five this one we're going to,make sure we just it's only one is,selected is the United States click Save,Changes everywhere else is international,so we're gonna we're going to change,this we're gonna change the prices match,print Ora that would be twelve dollars,and that additional item would be one,dollar and save we're gonna add one more,shipping class we're going to call this,Canada and this would be for t-shirts,eight dollars an additional item is one,and then we're gonna come down here and,find Canada hopefully and save,okay so now we have a shipping group for,Canada United States and everywhere else,and that will take care of t-shirts,we're gonna add another shipping group,call this sweatshirts and as you can see,all our shipping classes are already,there so it's pretty straightforward so,what you're gonna do again is go back to,pricing and look and see okay Canada,it's $12 for me so it's $10 for the,first item and then $2 for an additional,and then the u.s. is $8 and then I think,it is 150 and then everywhere else for,sweatshirts and fortunately it's just,really expensive it's $15 and then each,additional is $2 okay so now you're all,set so when anybody orders a t-shirt and,or you know a sweatshirt you will not,have a problem because you'll be,basically charging them the same amount,as print ora will be
