today is a very interesting topic I am,on which I'm going to let you know which,has been recently introduced by the by,the transfer biasing regulations at,authorities basically in India lot of,foreign investors are coming and lot of,profitability which has been earned by,having a presence in India that they are,taking out this profit out of India to,their foreign destination so in order to,protect the same if an answer 2016 has,issued further guidelines on transfer,pricing regulations which is related to,some information relating to these,alternative reporting entities,constituted entities or parent entities,related to that same they have,introduced two files which this is the,master file and there is a,country-by-country reporting system also,introduced in the same in the master,file they introduced two forms which is,form three C Double A Part A Part B and,from 3 C EB 3 C Double A is applicable,to all the assesses those who are having,either of the entity in India or abroad,just to give a information regarding,their either parent company or or their,associate or subsidy Part B is,applicable when they is crossing a,certain threshold on which they see,their global you know the companies the,turnover if it is crosses 500 crores or,if they are having a if they're having,international transactions with,associated enterprise of more than 50,crores or they've gotten intangible,assets of more than 10 crores then Part,B is applicable in that case also in,that case only so probably in India,there are lot of closely held companies,in which these conditions might not,exist but in order to curb the big,companies which are having a global,presence to have their information with,the income tax authorities here they,have introduced these two forms so in,the master file only this is form 3 CWA,they are to report then there is a if,there are multiple entity in India,supposed for foreign holding company as,to subsidiaries in India then they has,to designate one of them to report the,entire group so the form 3 CEB has been,introduced in that case where the,alternative holding entity need to,report the deadlines for these,forms to be is that the form 3c Double A,Part A and B is to be reported before,due date of filing of return which is,30th November since for transfer pricing,companies to whom the application is,there these companies are required to,file by 30th November from 3 C EB is,basically two entities out of which one,has to report so they that has to be,report 30 days before the due date of,filing of return so if it is a 30th,November then 30th 31st October is the,last day to report that now I'm coming,to the country by country reporting,formats in this case there are three,forms like 3 C a c 3 c a CD 3 CL e 3 c,a.a c is basically to be reported if,your parent entity is not in India so,the constant entity has to give a report,regarding the parent entity 3 C II D is,basically a very wide form and that has,to be given if the parent company is,India but provi

Why gas prices are rising across the country again

geoff: Major oil-producing,countries including Saudi Arabia,and Russia have announced they,are cutting oil production by 2,million barrels per day.,That means Americans will soon,be feeling the effects of that,decision when they fill up their,gas tanks.,But as Ali rogin reports, the,impact will depend at least in,part on where in the country you,live.,Ali: Gas prices are likely to,change as a result of the,decision from OPEC plus, that is,the group of 23 oil exporting,countries that meet regularly to,decide how much crude oil will,be produced.,There are several other factors,contributing to already high,prices in certain parts of the,country.,Here to break it down is Patrick,de Haan, head of petroleum,analysis at gas buddy.,Thank you for joining us.,In general we've seen gas prices,take down through a lot of the,country, there are some major,exceptions to that, especially,with places like California and,the great Lakes region.,Those are major population,centers.,Can we first talk about why,prices are taking backup in that,part of the country?,Patrick: The past few weeks, an,onslaught of refinery issues in,on the west coast and great,Lakes has pushed gas prices up,tremendously in areas of,California.,Some have risen one dollar to,$1.50, because of shutdowns that,have brought supply on the west,coast to the lowest in 10 years.,The great Lakes, they are up,$.50 to one dollar.,Ali: We know sometimes,refineries have to go off-line,for scheduled maintenance but,what is happening in these,cases?,Patrick: Of a right -- a variety,of both of those.,With summer behind us, several,refiners are going through,seasonal maintenance and that's,normally not a problem, but in,California and the great Lakes,,it is the unexpected issues that,can arise, akin to getting a,nail in your tire or a rock on,your windshield.,These can be minor issues but,put together a greatly limits,the ability for refineries to,produce gasoline.,It is planned maintenance, but,also unexpected outages, four in,California alone.,Ali: You add to that the OPEC,plus news.,How will that compound what,those parts of the country are,feeling in terms of gas prices?,Patrick: As a result of the OPEC,decision to cut oil production,,expect the national average,could rise $.10 to $.30 a,gallon.,What it will do is probably what,some don't expect, the refinery,issues have started to improve,,surprises in the rate likes and,the west coast will start to,drop but probably not as much,because of the OPEC decision.,Ali: What about the rest of the,country?,You mention prices are likely to,increase, so how are those,regions of the country going to,be affected?,Patrick: We are already seeing,some of these regions go up in,price and that's because oil,prices had expected this OPEC,decision.,Oil prices are almost $15 a,barrel higher than last week.,Prices are rising in the,rockies, the northeast and,southeast.,I expect the rise to be $.10 to,$.30 a gallon.,Ali: How much do expect prices,to continue to rise given wha
