Let's move on to the first section of PreProduct next‑gen pre‑order

Unbounce pre-orders (with Shopify & PreProduct)

Unbounce pre-orders (with Shopify & PreProduct)

so um this is ollie from pre-products,i'm just going to um,show you a super quick and easy tutorial, today so um we're going to be adding,a pre-order button and, enabling shopify pre-orders on an,unbound landing page,so um things you'll need a shopify, account a unbounce account and a,pre-product account, although um free trials are often all, those products and i think they're all, fully featured so um yeah you can start, today without paying any money,so um,yep starting off in unbounce so first, you'll need to um,create a new a,landing page so let's just go to the, pages admin, and we're going to be using the classic, builder today so um if you don't already, have one created uh click create new,and then we'll be clicking classic,um but we do have one created so let's,go back, and, what you want to click is these little, dots, and then edit champion variant, and effectively this is just going to be,um,inserting a custom html block going into,pre-product which will check, automatically generate a little snippet, for us and then we just paste a snippet, into this block and click save, but um i'll take you for each of those, steps so in the bottom left, let's,grab this custom html block, and we'll get this pop-up model,so at this point let's jump over to,shopify, specifically pre-product,so um,this once installed from the shopify app, store this will just be in your little, app section so let's click that, and,if you haven't already created a,pre-order listing for the product that, you wish to pre-sell,you will need to go for a listing, process here which is a quick one,um,we have got a product listed so let's,click in it,high protein ice cream, and all you need to do scroll down here, and click generate headless code, and just like that um this is all we,need so just highlight that and click, copy, back in on bounce again let's click, paste, and then save code, and then let's just position this and we,recommend not going too shallow on depth, and then on the width,um i'd say 40 to 50 percent at least, just because um,those would get cut off otherwise, click save, nothing on preview at this point um in,the editor but if we click preview up,here,uh it will load simple as that so um,this snippet is just for that ice cream, product we selected, and you can see we've got the on-page,cart,and,uh from there you can take uh pay later,pre-orders or,pay now pre-orders and we'll redirect, shopify in real time or um,pay later we'll just grab the name and, email, but that's everything you need thanks

How To Configure Pre-Orders in Shopify (Creating Pre-Sales without confusion)

How To Configure Pre-Orders in Shopify (Creating Pre-Sales without confusion)

i am here to show you how you can use, shopify and set up a pre-sale in the, back end of your store,so that you can properly track your, orders some big advantages about,pre-sale as a business owner sometimes, you really just don't know what to,expect and what's going to happen going, the pre-sale route is a great option, even if you want,to launch new products down the pipe you,can have a pre-sale for anything,it gives you the finances to purchase, things it gets customers excited it,gives, your loyal customers a chance to,bite at what's new and what you're,offering so pre-sales are a way to go i,am going to walk through how to get that, set up in the back of the end of your, shopify store so what you want to do is,if you're familiar with shopify and go,to your products, and i am just going to choose one of my,candles here i'm just going to choose my,beautiful scent here, and so when you are entering products, into the backend of your store as you, prepare for your pre-sale,you're going to fill this product page, out this is what customers are going to,see, when they click on that particular scent,it's going to take them to this product, page, and so,of course you want to enter the title of,your scent or your candle, feel free to add a few images here, again this is what the customer will see, this is pretty much just setting up what, your product page will look like, what i advise is when you're doing a,pre-sale is to absolutely, make sure pre-order or pre-sale is as,visible as possible so that nobody is,confused right and so what i recommend,is definitely putting,pre-order,in the title, and make sure it's absolutely, noticeable, you don't want to give customers any, excuse to wonder where their order is,i also recommend one thing that i did,was when i was filling out my,description page i also did it here, and then below that i listed out or,explain the terms, orders, will, begin to ship, out on,say 4 28,and so that way you can bold it you, could do whatever whatever makes,it,something that customers it will stick, out to customers and so this is what i,did i gave them the time frame so that, that way they know exactly when the,pre-sell in and when they can begin to,expect their orders to ship out to begin, shipping out so on,april 28th for example that is when i,will be headed to the post office right, and from then the post office, will it will be based on the tracking, from there and so when it comes to doing,a pre-sale you definitely want to make, sure you lay out the terms and so that, number one customers are fully aware on,when it's going to happen, you know when it ends when they can, expect their order but also, make sure you are doing your best to,estimate, timing so make sure you, give a good window and when it comes to,pre-orders and pre-sales that's pretty, common and popular in the retail world,so,customers are not oblivious as to how, long things will take to come to them,it's a pre-sale it's your new business,so they're expecting to wait at you know, and take some time so,make

AWS re:Invent 2022 - Deploy ML models for inference at high performance & low cost, ft AT&T (AIM302)

good evening and welcome to the session,on deploying machine learning models for, inference at high performance and low, cost,my name is venkatesh Krishnan I'm a,principal product manager for Amazon, sagemaker and today I'm joined by my,colleague Rama Taman who leads a team of,specialist Solutions architect who solve, key customer problems using sagemaker,we are also super excited and thankful,to Matt and Antoine from atnt they're,joining us today to talk about how they, have been able to successfully leverage, sagemaker to deploy machine learning, models in a highly performant and cost, effective way,so let's get started, machine learning has become ubiquitous, our customers are employing machine, learning in every aspect of their, business be it in the products they, built in the applications they use or,the business processes they follow,a recent study anticipates that by 2026,nearly one in every three applications, will have some form of machine learning, infused in it so machine learning is no,longer an afterthought when customers, have a challenging business problem to,solve or they have an innovation to,deliver they think of a machine learning, based solution from the get-go,so you want to build machine learning, into your application and you have modif, and you have identified the right, machine learning model to use and you, trained it with the best training data, that is available to you of course,Amazon Sage maker has the right set of,capabilities to help you explore your, data sets extract features and train, your machine learning models, next you want to put the machine, learning models to work you want to have, them generate inference from your live, production data and you want to,integrate that inference into your, applications, with sagemaker you can deploy your, models behind an end point and then, invoke that endpoint with a payload or,an input with a through a restful API,call and get the inference back in,response, you can use real-time inference for, ultra low latency predictions or you can,use batch transforms for offline, inferencing on large data sets,if your inference requires a large file, such as an image or a video to run, predictions or if the inference itself, takes a long time to run then you can,use sagemakers asynchronous inference, with sage maker you can either deploy a,single model or you can deploy thousands,of models behind a single endpoint you,can also jointly deploy the,pre-processing step the inference and, post processing step all of these, together as a serial inference Pipeline,on sagemaker,at the infrastructure layer you have a,choice of deploying your models either,on CPUs gpus or you can choose to go,entirely serverless,so with sagemaker you not only get the, right model hosting option for your use, case but you also get the best, performance at the lowest cost,so when you deploy your models in,production to obtain inference from the, model and then integrate that inference, into your applications you have to take, into consideration three fact

The Who, What, When, Where, and Why of the Alternative Asset Space | WAX TV - Alt Goes Mainstream

all right michael, let's rock and roll uh welcome back to,another, week of wax tv this week we have a,special guest, michael sejmore michael is the,co-founder and partner of broadhaven, capital,he's also the founder of altco's,mainstream the podcast, and he's also a co-founder of another, podcast that i've forgotten and he's,going to,correct me on it in a second i've been, fortunate enough to be on one of,michael's,podcasts around alternative assets and,we're really grateful for having you on,the show and, appreciate your time thanks for having,me calvin it's great to be here, great so just one more second what is,the third podcast that you've co-founded,that's,yeah so it's uh it's called community, times capital it's a podcast that alexis, ohanian,uh who's the co-founder of reddit and,the founder of 776 venture fund and,he's invested in adult based a lot um,most recently in a company, called alt which is kind of like the, coin base for sports cards uh making it,easy for people to,invest into sports cards uh just like, they would with stocks,um so we we came together and and,co-founded a podcast on community times, capital because i think we believe that, communities colliding with with fintech, and financial services in a way where, both of those worlds i think are going,to need to learn from each other and, understand,uh each side and how community can play, such a role,in financial services and then likewise, many companies, that are community driven companies uh,are figuring out ways to monetize if,they're creators, and there's just a a collision of those, two things that, thought it made sense to talk about, those topics together yeah absolutely, and i know we've shared this before but,i,i think one of the special things about, this, alternative asset or the modern, alternative asset in particular is that, crossover between, community culture and finance and,in this new digital world where that's,so seamlessly being crossed over, you know in terms of information and, data it really is incredible to hear, that, you know you both are tapping into that,so,you spoke about alt which is also, another great company,in the space and you're obviously, democratizing, the ability to invest in you know, alternative assets, starting with trading cards let's start, with broadhaven, tell us a bit about that your journey, there and what is the fund's focus, yeah so so i'm a partner and co-founded,broadhaven,back in 2017 with with my partner greg, phillips who,has spent his career in financial, services as have i uh both in more, traditional financial services and in,fintech and,we really came together after seeing the, evolution of the fintech ecosystem, where whereby you know some of the the,well-known funds the, rivets and qeds of the world were, starting to get bigger in size and go,upstream and,we thought there was an opportunity to,really be one of the first institutional, investors into a fintech company and, help them grow, because we have this other part of our, business that my partner greg founded, back
