hey guys welcome back to this video in,this video it's gonna be a quick one i'm,gonna be walking you through the,postscript platform just helping you,navigate log in navigate um,this is gonna be a very quick one i am,doing a series so the more episodes that,will come out the more in depth it will,go and we're going to be creating live,campaigns we're going to be creating it,together whether you're a brand owner an,agency owner you want to do it for,clients,um completely fine,come with me on this journey be sure to,subscribe and if you have any requests,or any questions comment down below i'm,quite quick with the responses and,response videos,if you have any requests i can add that,to the series so over here i've just,created a demo shopify account,um,we're going to be using this url to log,into postscript right so let's get on to,the front page so,once you get to the front page you can,either log in through um email or log in,with your shopify i'm gonna pretend that,we're starting from scratch,so i'm gonna go through the free trial,once you click select free trial you're,gonna head down to,something like this and then what i'm,just going to do is install,the app,so let's go through the entire process,together,if you're an agency owner and you have a,client that's already on postscript what,you'll need to do is literally give them,your email and,they'll need to add you right you will,not be able to add yourself um,or request access like in facebook so,let's go through the welcome process,right welcome to postscript let's just,continue with that one,um,let's create a quick login,email address,and i'm just gonna create one on the fly,this does not really matter,continue,okay,i've watched the video you guys can,watch this i've already watched,everything,awesome you can add this clipboard to,your,terms of service your privacy policy,literally copy and paste,privacy policy copy and paste that add,that to your store,um sms baby so,this is you can add branding here this,is not really important um,i'm just going to continue with this one,start with the keyword um,we can continue for this one,continue,awesome so,you can go ahead and continue with that,i'm just i'm going to leave that these,aren't really important,continue to dashboard,so this is not gonna trigger anything,um,free usage credit okay you've got a,thousand credits,and they expire complete billing so you,can do that um approve proven shopify,cool,so let's get started right this is the,entire dashboard,so what we have here on the dashboard is,you can see your total subscribers your,new subscribers,the responses that you get from every,campaign or automation,and then the total earned per sms so,down here you can also see top live,automations it gives you stats on how,your automations are performing so the,unscribe rate,and you can click here for last seven,days last 30 days last 90 days,you have that option,and then you can go ahead and look at,your different campaigns,and then,you can create a c

hey everyone so today i'm going to show,you exactly how to set up your sms,marketing to help you build a new,revenue channel so you can improve your,conversion rates and increase your,repeat buyers so platform wise there are,a few channels that you can use,including plavio sms bump postscript,attentive and more,i personally like postscript because of,the awesome level of customer service,that they provide and equally important,the level of segmentation that they,provide for campaigns so when it comes,to testing finding best performing sms,campaigns and segmenting your audiences,will be very very important so let's,walk through it here first you want to,head over to postscript i've left the,link in the description below you want,to hit the sign up button and type in,your shopify store url,once that's linked you want to go,through each step in the process here,don't worry too much about these parts,because we can tweak everything we need,in the dashboard,now once you do that we'll finally be in,the dashboard so before we dive into the,automations and campaigns i want you to,head over to your settings really,quickly where it says require confirmed,opt-ins i want you to click that check,box what this means is that whenever,someone opts into your sms marketing,they're going to get a text that they,have to reply to in order to confirm,that they actually signed up for,marketing messages this is a great way,to avoid people who might be putting in,fake numbers or you know maybe they,accidentally had a typo so it saves you,from that trouble there,another thing you want to set up in your,settings is your contact card you want,to set this up with your logo and any,contact information this is optional but,you can send out a campaign to your,subscribers with a link to your contact,card and get them to add use contact in,their phone if you want to now let's,jump into apps here we can see that,there are a ton of integrations related,to shipping email marketing reviews and,a lot more that you can set up with,literally just a click of a button,so if you head back to the dashboard,here this is where your analytics will,live so you can see how much money,you're making and this is a dummy,account by the way so there's nothing,here right now but as you grow you'll be,able to see how much your automations,have made you how much your campaigns,have made you and how many people have,opted in via a particular,keyword,so here are the metrics that you need to,be aware of and what they mean just very,quickly we'll go over this unsubscribers,pretty obvious the amount of people that,unsubscribe your click-through rate or,ctr this is the percentage of people who,clicked on the links in your messages,and this is how you calculate it your,conversion rate is the percentage of,orders generated through the specific,automation so maybe your welcome series,or your banning cart,and the conversion rate is calculated,with this formula here,and another important one is your,earnings per m

hey everyone it's brandon from electric,marketing and today i'm going to be,showing,you uh the postscript platform and,walking you through,uh the various different things that you,can do uh within it,postscript is one of the best sms,platforms out there for,shopify especially for merchants that,are using recharge to power their,subscriptions as well,with the robust integration that their,team has built out there,um so i'm going to use one of our,clients accounts,to walk you through and we will start,with the most basic thing in the,dashboard,and get all the way down to analytics as,well,i'm just sort of taking these step by,step so,to start first you'll see your total,number of subscribers,up at the top so this particular client,has a little bit over 3 500 on,postscript,you can look at your dashboard in terms,of today,last seven days last 30 days last 90,days,and the last year and then you can see,your top live automations,so naturally the welcome series is one,of the best ones,and you can see as they sort of,proliferate down,and then the best campaigns you sent out,and also,which keywords driving the most,subscribers to your list um,so you see this free six pack keyword,which is,a really high count we're actually,driving a lot of paid social traffic to,that,as of about a week ago to this landing,page,which has email and sms opt-in to klavio,and then the postscript on desktop,but if you were to view it on mobile it,actually only has,mobile opt-in so you click on that link,and it's going to populate,a text message on your phone with a,pre-populated message,to your short code that will,automatically opt you in you just have,to click send,so we've gotten a little bit over 300,new sms subscribers in a week just from,this landing page,but i will leave that for a different,video in a different talk,so that's your dashboard at a high level,you can see your new subscribers,responses received and your total,learned as well,something we like to take a look at is,campaign revenue versus automation,revenue,and keyword revenue we want automation,and keyword revenue to be as high as,possible,because the bulk of your sms,communications,should be automated if you set up enough,automated flows,most of your customer journey should be,covered by those automated flows,and that way you're making sure that the,communications are timely and relevant,and that it's not just a tuesday and you,feel like sending out a blast to your,list,so that allows you to keep your,unsubscribe rate really low,and then also just curate a really,healthy relationship with your customers,and your contacts on your list so that's,the dashboard,in a nutshell next we'll go into,keywords first actually because this is,one of the best ways that you can,drive opt-ins to your list these,keywords you can promote basically,anywhere,website social media your email you can,put in your product packaging you can,put it on,qr codes that you send out in shipments,to customers,and then when in-person events

hey everybody its charlie from the,PostScript customer success team today,i'm going to show you a quick screen,share video so you know how to get up,and running with SMS marketing in no,time,so let's assume that you've already,installed the app from the Shopify app,store which you can do so by clicking,here once installed this is the screen,you'll see after going through,onboarding and setup and there's a,couple things to note first is this,number up here this tells you how many,send able customers or subscribers you,have this bar shows how many messages,are left in a month and you can always,go up here to remind yourself the,difference in cost between SMS and MMS,next there's a bunch of resources on,best practices and if you need to,upgrade your account to add more credits,you can do so in the account button here,let's start by looking at customer,segments so customer segments are how,you can build out specific segments of,your audience to target with messages so,if you want to send a campaign to let's,say everyone in your audience then you,don't need to build out something custom,but if you want to send it to a subset,you do so here and you can use any,combination of all these fields and,and/or logic to build a segment so for,this example let's look at people inside,the US who have purchased let's say,greater than one order and they've spent,less than $100 so this text this test,segment you have you can save it and,this segment will then show up when you,want to create and send them a campaign,and this is the campaign screen you can,see all the campaigns you've sent,previously or you can create a new one,and we want to send that to our test,segment so we'll select it from out of,all these segments in the drop-down here,this will be our test campaign now this,is our visual campaign creator screen,where you can see what messages will,look like when they go out you can pull,in dynamic information like the customer,first name let's do that now so we'll,click first,insert tag what this does is it'll,change what's fills into this field for,every single customer so that they get a,personalized message otherwise you can,type in whatever you want your message,to be like get 50 percent off if you,shop today sincerely your friends at,script will add a reply stop to,unsubscribe and we'll grab the link from,the PostScript website so if I was to,send this campaign out this is what it,would look like and you can always,change or add a different photo or gif,from this year the message strength,reader will give you advice on how to,make your message perform better and be,even stronger and you can add emojis,from this button right here so let's,save and continue to preview now this,preview screen will summarize everything,you need to know about the campaign the,segments it's going to what time you,want it to go out and then it'll also,tell you the credits now this is the,estimated number of credits it takes to,send the campaign sending an SMS message,which is ju

welcome back to my channel so today,we're going to be doing something a,little bit different,now i wanted to go a little bit in depth,do a quick little review on this app,um for that shopify has,now i have a shopify website which are,viewing right now,and you see this this text text you know,bria,mia wig subscribe to and my number,that's what we're going to be getting,into this new feature that i do have,and the app that i use on shopify so,just a quick look,this is my website i have it on shopify,i chose shopify for,no real reason i heard kylie jenner had,it,um and this other wig maker that i,follow she had it,so you know they said great things about,shopify and the customer service you,know they'll help you,and they do help you they sit on the,phone and help you give you step-by-step,how to do certain things on your website,so i really like that um i heard of,things about big cartel,which didn't and wick which didn't you,know,do anything for me so i just got shopify,again no real reason,um but i'm happy i did choose shopify,honestly,so got somebody to design my website,this is it so we're going to talk about,today the app,which shopify has apps that you can add,to,your shopify site one of them that i,have,it's called postscript let me move this,postscript,and it's basically a msm marketing,um text so you can send blast text,messages to your customers,and they'll get it right away now unlike,emails,everybody doesn't check their email,often or,often enough to get your emails for the,sales now if,it's a person like me i check my email,every single day multiple times a day,that'll be good but every customer is,not,you know like me um so the text message,was just way better,um i took a free class a couple days ago,and they were talking about how sms text,blast,marketing is like expensive but again i,have shopify the app was,it's only twenty five dollars twenty,five dollars a,month and so far i have 449 subscribers,and i you know black friday and cyber,money just passed so i made,three that a little over three thousand,dollars with six orders,so to me and i'm still in the free trial,i have like 14 days left and it was a 30,day free trial so,that's like really you know good to me,because,when i check um shopify which i have,shopify they have their own email now,their own email like system um,so i sent out email blast for,black friday and i only got,this so i'm grateful for it of course,but,only one order and i have 536 people,emails that have subscribed on my,website so i'm not just,imagine if i have 536 people to opt into,my text blast,how many orders i would have gotten only,with 49,i've gotten six and this is in the first,30 days this is new,you know for me doing this so,it's pretty dope i like it um like going,hard with people,i'm going hard on instagram for people,to like sign up so you can have a sense,of,incentives and sensitive and follow me,on instagram too guys,um to get your customers to sign up look,at this,you can subscribe to text,and yo

hey everyone it's brandon with electric,marketing and today we're going to be,covering the postscript and clavio,integration,uh this is a follow-up to my first video,that i did,on how we set up this landing page using,both clavio postgrip and unbounce for,our client,mct co now known as uh new school,so we're going to cover a couple main,things one is,sign up forms in klavio how you can pass,those phone numbers over to postscript,another is how to set up a welcome flow,in post script for,those contacts who you collect via the,clavio form,then we're going to touch on how to do,quagladio segments,based off of post group data and then,we'll touch on how to create a clayvio,conditional block,in your email templates and last but not,least we'll look at,how we can utilize claviolis in,postscript,so to start first we're going to cover,the integration,so i'll go ahead and use uh an old,account here it was never set up,and what you'll do is you'll navigate to,integrations,you'll click on clavio actually it looks,like we're set up here let's find one,that is not,what you'll do is navigate to,integrations and then your integrations,will be clavia so here's where you'll,enter in your plavio api key and your,clavio public api key,and then you'll go ahead and save that,out and that's really it all you have to,do,is pull those and the way that you pull,those is from your account,in clavio you'll go to settings,and then api keys and you'll create,a private api key you can see here we,created one called postscript that,private api key,that's what you'll plug into the clavio,api key portion here and then you have,your clavio public api key as well,which is what you see at the top here so,once you have those two you drop them in,postscript,click save and you're ready to go now,once you go ahead and actually do that,you're going to see some lists,that show up as well as some forms,now these forms are all of the claibio,forms that we've integrated in the,postscript,and these lists when you when you toggle,make available in filters,that means that we can now segment phone,subscribers in postscript,if they are or are not a part of this,segmentation,in clavio and that's valuable because,clavio segmentation can get a little bit,more granular,specifically as it relates to like,products purchased,and you can start to push email,data into postscript and like use email,response as,segmentation uh criteria for your sms,sends as well,now let's go ahead and actually take a,look at the clayvio forms and,what you need to do to set those up so,that they do pass over to postscript,so we'll go ahead here and we're going,to go to sign up forms,and we'll use this test one that i,created here,and what you're going to do is create a,form whatever maybe,pop-up embedded into the website or,what however you are using the clayvio,forms,functionality to capture subscribers and,what you'll do is you'll add in phone,number,and then you're going to click do not,collect sms consent here,again cli
