i'm rachel and welcome back to our intro,series on postcode 360.,in this video i'm going to be finishing,up the return request that we've just,submitted in part one,all the return requests that are,submitted will come up on this manage,returns page,where you'll likely be spending most of,your time from here,you can view new requests reject or,approve them,and proceed to trigger email,notifications refunds or exchanges,on this page you'll be able to see,things like the order name,the date the customer and the status so,we've just submitted order 1019,and the status is pending so let's go,ahead and take a look,once you open each return request you'll,see the items,the reason that each item is being,returned for and,the ability to approve or reject each,one,so looking at the knit dress first we,can see that the customer has selected a,damaged item,and as you might remember from the,previous video we've enabled the image,upload feature for damaged item,which means that your customer has to,upload a picture for you to inspect,before they can proceed we take a look,inside we can get a little more,information,even open the image and you can enlarge,this just to have a closer look,if everything looks okay you can always,proceed to the next,item and in this case it's this v-neck,vest,your customer has put an incorrect item,received and since for this one we've,uploaded the extra note feature,and also take a look and see that the,customer has written i ordered an s,and if both of those requests seem like,valid,requests within your return policy you,can just go ahead and approve both of,them,and then hit submit once you've,submitted this return,your customer will receive an email,notification that gives them the,instructions to return their items to,you,since we select a dhl option your,customer will get an auto-generated,label directly to their inbox ready to,use,but perhaps if they've selected,something like the mail-in option or,in-store then they'll also just get the,instructions to do that,this is a great way to make sure that,your customers are in the loop at all,times and you're communicating with them,in every step of the way,so once i hit confirm that email will be,sent out,and that submit button will be changed,to this receive button,so after some time when you've gotten,the parcel back you can go ahead and hit,receive,once you've done that your customer will,get an email notification,and you'll notice that we've brought,back the resolve and reject button over,here,the reason that we've done that is just,in case your customer sent something,back that you're not,quite expecting you can actually just,inspect it before you decide to resolve,or reject it,but hoping that everyone is very honest,and everything that has come back to you,is a returnable item,you can just resolve both of these and,then hit complete,and once you do that you'll be given the,options to decide what you want to do,with each item as well as adjust the,store credit amount,so perh
