welcome to another revel university video tutorial  this video will cover revel's loyalty program  ,and will demonstrate your options for setting up  loyalty how to create discounts and how to manage  ,rewards on the point of sale as with all of our  tutorials you can jump ahead to any topic that  ,is most important to you all of our tutorials  have a table of contents listed below along  ,with other videos and support articles you can  also use the time bar to jump ahead to any topic  ,before we begin as a reminder revel's loyalty  program is a paid add-on feature if this  ,is something you're interested in please  contact your sales rep for more information  ,all right so let's look at setting up your loyalty  program our system is very flexible and provides a  ,few different options for how your loyalty program  can work the reward types for earning points are  ,per visit where customers receive one visit reward  point every time they make a purchase per purchase  ,allows a customer to receive points based on  the total amount of their purchase and lastly  ,the per item option means that customers receive  points based on the products they purchase  ,in order for this option to work you'll need to  assign a point value to each eligible product this  ,is done at the product level and can be manually  entered on the product details or you can update  ,on the advanced import export spreadsheet for more  information on updating product details please  ,see our products video tutorial or the related  knowledge article linked below now that you know  ,your options for loyalty programs you'll need to  contact support to activate your desired program  ,once support activates your setup there are some  other settings to consider these can be found  ,in the management console under settings clear  selections and navigate on the tree to loyalty  ,we won't review all of the settings here but i'll  highlight a few that you may find helpful all  ,other settings are discussed in detail in our  creating a loyalty program article linked below  ,the option to print points needed to  redeem next reward on receipt will print  ,how many points the customer needs to earn  before they reach the next reward discount  ,minimum purchase needed to accrue points allows  you to enter a minimum amount the customer must  ,spend per transaction in order to earn rewards  points show on cds will display redemption and  ,point values on your customer display screen if  applicable and allow automatic loyalty generation  ,will auto generate a loyalty account for each new  customer once you've gone through the settings be  ,sure to save when finished some other recommended  settings can be found under the customer info  ,section you can clear selections again and  check the customer info box on the left  ,on the right side you'll see various customer info  settings prompt for customer will open a prompt  ,to assign a customer to every order onpay will  open the prompt when you tap

i'm going to show you how to create your,rewards tiers so that your customers can,redeem their points,for either free items from the menu or,dollar discounts,so you if you go to the rewards tier in,the admin panel you may see that you,already have some,tiers set up here so you can either,delete those uh or just start editing,them,in this case i don't have any so i'm,going to click on the add new tier,button,to start from scratch so,the first thing i'm going to show you is,to how to create a night,a reverse tier for a free item um so you,would have to enter the points,uh for the free item um something like,maybe 10 points here,and then you give that tier a name so,this name is for your reference only,it's not going to appear in the app,so i'm going to call this free coffee,you can add a photo for the rewards tier,it can be,a photo of the free item or just,anything that you would find relevant in,this case,for free items you would need to attach,the items that you want to give away for,free,and to do that if you click on this drop,down you can see,pretty much your entire menu but you can,search for specific items to add here,so for example i want to do coffee,i'll add this one and i have some other,coffee products that i also want to,include like,latte and i have two size lattes for,example and,you can choose to just offer one size or,both in this case i'm gonna do both,and,espresso okay so i think that's about it,and then i'll add an add a district,description for the rewards tier,um so just be as descriptive as possible,for your customers because this is going,to appear in the app so it can be,something like,get a free,coffee item,with 10 points for the reward type you,would select,item and that's basically it you,save this one and,now i'm going to add a new tier and this,time i'm going to use the dollar rewards,so i'd say something like 50 points,five dollars off now i don't need to,select,any items to attach to this and even if,you do,the five dollars off will not apply to,specific,items this would have applied to the,entire order so,you should not add any items to this,tier if it's a dollar,reward in the descriptions i would add,something like,get five dollars off,with 50 points and then for reward type,i would select,dollar and i would have to enter a value,of 5 right next to that and then i'll,save this,um for dollar of course there's one,extra step that we need to take for it,to work,um you would have to let our support,team know that you've set up a dollar,rewards tier so they'll,just change something in our back and so,that,this would work in the app and there's,also one more thing that you,should note and that's uh that if you,already have,a rewards tier with a number of points,for example,10 10 points you won't be able to add,another reward steer with the same,number of points,so you should be including everything,you want to give away for,free with 10 points for example in one,tier,so each tier needs to be a unique,number of points and

the next step would be admin setting,notification the delivery executive will,also land on the same page and log in,with the details like store id provided,by the admin,or the manager,here he will be choosing delivery,executive for the login type,he will fill in with his email id and,password to log into the dashboard once,the delivery executive log in into the,dashboard he will see only two sections,first would be orders and the second,would be log out in the order section,the delivery executor can see all of his,orders,which has been assigned to him and then,he can update the order status as well,while taking it from the,warehouse,i'll just update the status of this,order number two one zero one four he,can see the shipping address contact,information etc you can also pre-verify,it and can tap the notes from the,customer under the notes section once,satisfied with the assigned order,details he can update,update the delivery status,for example i'll put picked up in notes,i will i will put collected the order,from warehouse and click update there is,also a delivery timeline to the details,about the date,place time and the warehouse from where,he has collected the order also an,immediate,notification is sent to the customer's,registered email id,the same for the other status which says,out for delivery where you can put the,note as on the way,so the customer will be updated,with the order status,of out for delivery,in case there is an issue where the,executive cannot deliver,the order he can change the status to,reschedule and can share a node to the,customer saying,customer not available he can next,select the order and click update,once order has been rescheduled the,customer will also get a mail notifying,about the reschedule,status,if order has been delivered the note,will be order delivered to the customer,and update,on top the executive can also view,on whether the order has been paid,unfulfilled or delivered,based on the status,in terms,of delivered it will change to paid,fulfilled on shopify and delivered let's,go back,to the admin panel here we get the,concept of warehouses,users on how they are,managing it,how the user of warehouse can manage the,order and assign it to the delivery,executor,talk about the settings section there,are events notifications template,settings shopify and order sections,in even section these are the events,which have been enabled we will go back,to the delivery page and take the,example of the jaipur zone clearly we,can see,there are many features which are,enabled if i choose not to use the,pickup option then i can disable it from,the admin panel,back to this page i will remove the,pickup option and save it i will now,check whether,uh with the delivery dashboard now you,see there there is no pickup option and,once i have updated the page,hence you can customize this order,status update and notification as well,next we come across the section of,notification whenever the phases of the,order is updated the custo

my name is RIE Robles and then my team,members are angel Mendoza and Daniel,Pavano and we're gonna be presenting,Greenpoint's our solution to San Diego,State largest single-use plastic waste,contributors the way that our story,begins is as you guys know I think most,of us are living in California and we're,kind of an age of environment,environmentally conscious citizens so if,you take a look at these pictures maybe,they're things you've come across before,you know using reusable cups instead of,getting the cardboard ones that you,throw away or using switching to bamboo,utensils instead of opting for plastic,utensils which are given to you at,different restaurants bringing your own,utensils or bringing your own bag,plastic bag bans in California and also,bamboo toothbrushes and even ocean,cleanups,so these sort of things are things we,see every day,and as we go throughout like our daily,lives and it kind of just got us,thinking when we were given a prompt of,we can kind of create what we want what,we want to focus on for our challenge,and the way that our challenge went was,what can we do to help we want her to,focus on you know the environment and,kind of how Lynn and Ralph talked about,we want to be environmentally friendly,so it started with the main ideas of,climate change straw bans and California,bag bans and we created an initial,problem statement and throughout the,course of this class we did a lot of,changes through it thanks to Carlos and,we learned how to narrow it down and be,more specific and you know think about,who our target audience is and what what,who we're trying to help specifically,and we moved on to our final problem,statement which is what is the largest,single use plastic waste production,coming from San Diego State students and,how can we encourage them or show them,how to permanently reduce that our,output,and okay and what we did first for this,was we went to interview the campus this,was one of the parts of the course and,we had different demographics we,surveyed random students we created a,list of questions sort of just to guide,us when we were interviewing the,students but we also just let them speak,and add whatever they wanted we wanted,to create like a friendly environment so,that they could share whatever they,wanted and guide them in a way but also,have them add any other thoughts they,had so we had a random students we also,staked out and we interviewed cleaning,staff on campus so we thought that they,would be more familiar with what kind of,waste is being produced and how much of,it and we also interviewed people that,were involved in green organizations on,our campus you have a question oh and,what we found on the lower left hand,corner was that the students when we,asked them the question of what do you,think is the greatest single use but,waste source at SDSU from our chart you,can see that they thought it was,wrapping and packaging and water bottles,so we wanted to focus on what our people,wanted and we w

hey everyone so tonight we are doing our,leadership training for November I am,Arlena gaffer and Avon go leaders so,very excited about that um definitely,going to share some more news as we go,throughout this week so watch for that,um let's see okay so what we are going,to do is cover our agenda and what I,don't have on here that I want from all,of you is definitely to ask questions,put it in the chat box and at the end of,the webinar we will actually have a spot,where we can actually you can ask,questions and I can hopefully help you,with whatever you are needing so tonight,our agenda is talking about where we are,as a team and our team goals we will do,leadership recognition our Avon,incentives recruiting scripts how to,sign someone up on your team what are,the different levels of leadership how,to build a team free recruiting training,and where to find that and free,recruiting flowers and where to find,that as well,so as we are going I'm not sure if,you'll have your camping one what's new,yet but this is very exciting so I've,been in almost 11 years um and one of,the marketing people in Avon actually,reached out to me a few months ago and,want it to put me in the what's new,camping one so I'm very excited about,that and I you see me with some other,ladies and I just can't pay on there um,but we definitely talked about how to,base yourselves and how to attract new,customers even after the Christmas rush,so right now we are having a lot of,sales go on and everybody is shopping,that what do you do after Christmas so,definitely pull out your camping one if,you don't have it it should be coming in,this quarter or your next order and,really study those tips in every book so,I love that Avon is really feature,a lot of Avon representatives because,what I might do might not work for you,so you definitely want to look at what,everyone is doing,so I know autumn lives in California,where I am on the East Coast so lots of,great ideas and then this past weekend,my daughter and future son-in-law we,went to April in Miss hats and,opportunity meeting and open house and,so they got to see a bunch of Avon,products and I mean it was just like,walking into the Avon room,so that was a lot of fun and we actually,get got to see a lot of the Christmas,decorations so anytime that Avon has,something going on or another leader,invites you and open it open it up to us,you definitely want to take advantage of,that because what I did not realize I,had forgot from rep fest now we have,this beautiful joyful magical little,decorations where we can have a lot of,fun so I thought that would be really,cute to share with y'all and what we did,so just can Cody played and got on do,the mistletoe one and and we took,pictures with Miss Pat and just a bunch,of fun so we had a lot of fun so,definitely check out these pictures we,have it on our website and I say miss,IVA is here yay so definitely but check,that out so I like seeing everybody on,the side who is joining us but so anyway,so
