how to print orders on shopify,what's up guys it's paul from ecommerce,gold and in this short shopify tutorial,i'm going to show you how you can print,shopify orders directly from the shopify,dashboard because this is a,functionality,that is effectively missing from the,shopify platform,now there has been a recent update to,shopify which has,slightly changed what's available on the,core shopify but i'm still going to show,you what i think is the best way to go,about printing your orders off,so with that the way let's jump into my,computer to get this tutorial started,now as i said there's been a recent,update to the shopify platform so if you,go,into your orders select the orders you,want to print,under the more actions drop down menu,you'll see this option to print,packing slips and if you click on that,option it will generate a packing slip,for you but this is a pretty basic,packing slip,and there's no other documentation you,can print off along with it now while,this will get the job done for some,companies,it's not really all that much in terms,of being able to print your orders off,a lot of times you do want a bit more,and you want something you can,specifically send to your customer,and that is why you're gonna need to,install an app,so what we'll do is come out of that and,what we'll do is we'll go into the,shopify app store,now what you want to search for is order,printer,and then we'll search for that and it'll,bring up all the options to print off,orders directly from your shopify,dashboard,now most people are going to go for the,order printer out by shopify and this,was the one i used to recommend,and it will get the job done and for a,completely free app,it's pretty good but people have run,into a few issues with the app,specifically when they've installed it,uninstalled it and then reinstall,it for some reason it just doesn't seem,to work properly,and nobody seems to know why and that is,why,i recommend instead going for this app,which is the order printer pro,app by forsberg this is a really good,app and it's the best one that i've,actually tried on the shopify platform,now there is a free plan available with,this so if we scroll down to the pricing,as you can see there's a free plan for,stores that have less than 50 orders a,month,so if you've got a very small shopify,store this is going to be ideal,but if you do have more than 50 orders a,month it is going to be an additional 10,a month on top of your plan but you do,get a lot of features with this app and,that's what i'm going to show you in,this video,so if we go back into our shopify,dashboard,and we go to the order management page,select the orders that you want to print,and under the more actions menu you'll,see there's two,options appear you've got the print with,order printer pro which allows you to,print orders directly from your browser,and there is also an option to export,the orders in pdf format,and the way this works is it generates a,zip file for all of your orders t

hi guys rainey here and welcome to uvara,pdf invoice,in this onboarding video i'm going to,show you on how to quickly set up the,admin functionalities so now let's get,started,basically ratapp invoice allow you to,create and pronounce the billing,documents for your orders,it includes the other templates,the invoice packing sleep and refund,templates alright,so first of all i recommend you to jump,right into the settings,to make sure that all of your store,information here is the correct,because they will be reflected on the,building documents,also if you want a customer they can,view the building documents and print,them out,in your online store please enable these,options select the document that you,allow them to pronounce,here,alright so this is the first simple step,to get started next one now let's create,a building document template,please click on the templates page,here you're gonna see there are four,previews templates,according to four type of the building,documents invoice refunds orderings and,packing slip,if you want to create new ones click new,templates button here,if you want to edit our preview,templates click right on it,for example i will edit the invoice,template,alright so in this editor page you can,preview the templates at the center of,the screens,and now let's look at the left menu here,there are several,sections,allow you to customize your template,in general,you can enter the name for your,templates select the currency for it it,can be used restore currency or the,billing currency,next one you can select this template to,assign for your real orders or your,draft order,move to the next one is to choose the,teams for your templates,so when you hover to the current team,you'll see a switch button click right,on it,and,nevada have variables,templates that preview for you,you can select one of them here for,example i select this one,and click load team,okay so here is the new teams that i've,just loaded,enable prints by default mean that,whenever another created,this template will be used to print out,so next one is allow you to,customize the contents,inside your templates,you can edit to show the other,informations,you can choose to show which payment and,shipping information,or the item's order informations and,other total informations and other extra,datas in your templates,for example,sewing other numbers,in your invoice,or,showing a custom sql number,as the invoice number,this means that you will add a prefix to,your order numbers,and that will meet up the invoice number,all right like this you can see it in,the previews,so similarly after you're done with,other,the contents,option here,you will move to the last step is to,design,your templates you can,customize the logo site here you select,the font,for the text inside the templates,and you can select the primary color,normally,we will like adjust it to match the,brand color for example here um i have a,logo in blue i will,change to the color code of our brand,to chang

it's amazing how far something as simple,as a customized invoice can go to making,your store look that much more,professional and making a better,impression on your customer so let's,head inside the Shopify app and look,exactly at how to use the order printer,Pro app so let's take a look at the,pricing structure for print order pro,now as you can see they do offer a plan,that's entirely free if you are under 50,orders per month and this plan includes,everything you need from sending,invoices you can insert a PDF into your,Shopify emails - printing documents in,bulk if you wanted to print let's say,print slips for your orders now if you,are selling more than 50 orders per,month then you do have to pay $10 per,month for the print order Pro monthly,plan and this is a hundred percent worth,it in my opinion so let's go ahead and,head into the Shopify app and I want to,show you guys a couple of the features,with the print order Pro app so as you,can see we're here in the manage,templates section where we can set up,our invoices that we can automatically,add in PDF format to our Shopify emails,so if we go over here to automated PDFs,that's where we would set that up to,insert into our email section but let's,head back to the manage templates and,take a quick look at how to edit the,template for a receipt or invoice and,this is really simple and as you can see,a lot of this is in code so you will,have to use HTML and CSS to update it,but there's really only a couple updates,that you even need to make and in my,opinion all you really need to do is you,can actually use the pre-built template,as you can see it looks nice and in my,case the store name is actually spelled,wrong because I updated that wrong and,Shopify but what I would do is I would,just change this over to my logo right,here and now I have a custom logo on my,invoice that I can send out and every,email and so if we head back over to,manage templates there's a couple other,useful templates that we may or may not,want to use and packing slips is one of,them it's really cool to add just a,custom insert to our shipping boxes when,we ship our orders out to customers and,another couple cool templates that we,have are the returns form and the refund,to credit,so if we are having customers returning,orders and it helps to print something,out and using these templates is going,to go at very long ways to making our,store look professional and just,creating that user experience when,people are shopping at our store that's,gonna bring us returning customers and,bring us more customers down the road so,this is a very useful app that I,recommend everyone using whether you're,doing 50 orders or not if you're not,doing 50 orders then having an app like,this is actually going to help you grow,that store to a point where you are,doing more orders because your basic,Shopify store isn't going to provide the,customer experience that's something,like a Shopify store with this app is,going to have really just print

Hi, In this video, we will have a quick overview  of the WooCommerce PDF invoice plugin. To download  ,this plugin navigate through the plugin menu of  your WordPress admin panel and click on add new  ,now in the search bar let's type WooCommerce PDF  invoice and here appears a list of various PDF  ,plugins from which we will install WooCommerce  PDF invoices packing slips delivery notes and  ,shipping labels plug-in by webToffee.  Let us install and activate the plugin.,The plugin will now appear  on the installed plugin page,on successful activation a new menu invoice  packing will appear in your WordPress dashboard  ,first let's look at the general settings from the  documents tab we can enable or disable a document  ,type and save the settings disabling a document  will remove it entirely from the plugin settings,switching to the general tab  here you can add the company info  ,address details and some additional information.,To begin with, you can input the company  name and upload a company logo you can use  ,this logo across all the documents click on  the upload button and select the company logo  ,the next option is the company tax id you  can specify the tax ID in any manner you want  ,some of the examples are vat GST, ABN  etc. additional details like terms  ,and conditions or any other messages can be  specified in the expandable footer text area,input the address details or load the default  address from WooCommerce this will be the  ,from address shown in the documents to display  the state name and the addresses choose yes if  ,enabled the user can preview the document before  they print it for better RTL integration in pdf  ,documents you can use our mPDF addon plugin you  can install and activate the add-on from here,after that you can opt to include or exclude  tax from the product price or subtotal column  ,in the documents let's see what difference does it  make on including and excluding tax and invoices  ,this is a sample invoice with all  price columns inclusive of tax  ,that is that tax is added with the product price  and is displayed in the price columns whereas if  ,we have chose to exclude tax from price columns  the tax amount will be displayed in a separate  ,column not included within the price finally  update the settings next comes the help guide tab  ,here under filters there are plenty of  filters listed that are used to extend  ,the plugins functionality we simply have  to copy the sample code from that expanded  ,area and paste it into the functions.php of  the active theme file to get the work done  ,however you also have to keep in mind that all  these are just sample codes to make our task  ,easier and they may need some additional editing  as per the requirements further on moving to  ,the help links page you can check out the plugin  documentation and support details next is the tab  ,of free versus pro which lists all the features  of both free and premium versions in detail  ,so that's all about general
