how to print orders on shopify,what's up guys it's paul from ecommerce,gold and in this short shopify tutorial,i'm going to show you how you can print,shopify orders directly from the shopify,dashboard because this is a,functionality,that is effectively missing from the,shopify platform,now there has been a recent update to,shopify which has,slightly changed what's available on the,core shopify but i'm still going to show,you what i think is the best way to go,about printing your orders off,so with that the way let's jump into my,computer to get this tutorial started,now as i said there's been a recent,update to the shopify platform so if you,go,into your orders select the orders you,want to print,under the more actions drop down menu,you'll see this option to print,packing slips and if you click on that,option it will generate a packing slip,for you but this is a pretty basic,packing slip,and there's no other documentation you,can print off along with it now while,this will get the job done for some,companies,it's not really all that much in terms,of being able to print your orders off,a lot of times you do want a bit more,and you want something you can,specifically send to your customer,and that is why you're gonna need to,install an app,so what we'll do is come out of that and,what we'll do is we'll go into the,shopify app store,now what you want to search for is order,printer,and then we'll search for that and it'll,bring up all the options to print off,orders directly from your shopify,dashboard,now most people are going to go for the,order printer out by shopify and this,was the one i used to recommend,and it will get the job done and for a,completely free app,it's pretty good but people have run,into a few issues with the app,specifically when they've installed it,uninstalled it and then reinstall,it for some reason it just doesn't seem,to work properly,and nobody seems to know why and that is,why,i recommend instead going for this app,which is the order printer pro,app by forsberg this is a really good,app and it's the best one that i've,actually tried on the shopify platform,now there is a free plan available with,this so if we scroll down to the pricing,as you can see there's a free plan for,stores that have less than 50 orders a,month,so if you've got a very small shopify,store this is going to be ideal,but if you do have more than 50 orders a,month it is going to be an additional 10,a month on top of your plan but you do,get a lot of features with this app and,that's what i'm going to show you in,this video,so if we go back into our shopify,dashboard,and we go to the order management page,select the orders that you want to print,and under the more actions menu you'll,see there's two,options appear you've got the print with,order printer pro which allows you to,print orders directly from your browser,and there is also an option to export,the orders in pdf format,and the way this works is it generates a,zip file for all of your orders t

My Shipping Label Printer // What I Use For My Small Business

welcome back to my youtube channel my,name is lexi and,i give you small business tips to help,grow your,small business so today i'm going to be,talking about my,label printer why i choose to use a,label printer over,a like at home printer whether that's,like a hp,printer or something like that a dell,printer the reason why i use a label,printer is because one it's actually a,lot faster,i can mass print out my labels really,really fast also it does not,take any ink and after you buy the,printer all you need to buy is just,more paper and that's it if you aren't,sure what,even a label printer is versus a home,printer,in simple terms basically what this does,is it uses,like heat and a laser to print out your,labels versus ink because your at-home,printer uses ink,um and i'm going to show you guys mine,this is the one that i use that i can,recommend,but overall i just know a lot of small,business owners use a label printer,versus,a at-home printer and it's fairly fairly,easy,so the one i've talked about i will,leave it linked,down below if you guys just rather skip,to that portion and just,get into it yourself or if you would,like me to talk through this product,that's what i'm gonna do,this is just the one that i have that,i've been using i've been using it for,about a year now and i absolutely love,it i do not use my,ink printer at all it's super easy to,figure out,it's not hard at all and i really really,like it so mine,is actually a knockoff of very more,expensive bougie type of printer,so if you're like this is still,expensive,label printers are aren't super cheap,they're,around um a hundred dollars on the low,end,so they aren't super super cheap but,definitely an investment because you're,gonna get your money back,like i said you don't have to buy ink so,this one,is mine and it is like i said a knockoff,it doesn't really have a name,um i believe it's like chinese so i will,leave it linked down below,but i bought it from amazon and it's,super thin and,like small it's not doesn't even take up,a lot of space,which like a home printer can take up a,lot of space now yes it does less than a,like a at home printer you can't make,copies you can print out your shipping,um packaging slips with this as well but,it's pretty easy so this is what mine,looks like the paper comes out here,this open button there's an open button,here to open up,the printer on the inside,there's a button here when you light,here when you plug it in,green means it's good red means that,there's like a problem or it doesn't,have paper or something,really really easy and it has the cords,down here in the back,so for this one specifically you,need a usb outlet on your computer and,a outlet so it's not this one's not,wireless or bluetooth or anything you,need to have a,usb port into your computer to use this,label printer,now the paper that it comes with it,comes with a few sheets but you,definitely have to buy more,um i so there's definitely there's,multiple types of paper,um for this

How to Print Orders in Shopify Store

hello everyone welcome to educate,ecommerce in today's video i will show,you how to print a order in shopify,store so to do that go to your dashboard,and in dashboard click on your orders,and select your,order from here,click on more action,and click on print packing slips,so,in this page it will show the basic and,simple printing slip of your product,right some people like this much in,their order slip if you want more,options in here that's where you want to,add an app,for the order slip,so go to the apps from the dashboard,and in here,go to view more apps in this collection,and it will open up our app store,click on search,order,printer,so in here click on order printer by,shopify so it will be,good for beginners someone who's,starting this shop it's good for them so,click on add app,and it will redirect you to the,installation page,from here click on install app and it,will install the app to your store so,from now click on orders,and in order,select your order and click on more,action,from here you can see now there's an,extra option here,print with order printer,click on it,and now you can see my invoice in here,you can see,my order,slip,it's more clean and,much more,informations in here and,in your right hand side you can see,templates,so,it invoice you already take down it so,this will be the invoice if you want a,packing slip you can also,have that just click on it and it will,have a packing slip,under that you can see it right,and also you can add templates in here,and you can edit this template,you can use your code and all in here,so,after this if you want both this select,this,you can see you can delete also,and you can also duplicate the template,so after,after you selecting all all your,templates and whatever you need,just click on print and,from there you can print your order slip,and your packing slip so yeah guys,that's how you print the order in,shopify store i hope this video was,helpful for you guys,if you like the video please share and,subscribe our channel so yeah guys,that's it for today's video i will see,you guys in the next video bye

salut à tous on se retrouve pour une,nouvelle vidéo donc aujourd'hui on va,parler de l'application order printer,elle est liée avec l'application order,printer emailer donc les deux vont,fonctionner ensemble,à quoi ça va nous servir ça va,simplement nous servir à envoyer la,facture de manière automatique aux,clients lorsque celui ci passe une,commande donc je vais vous montrer,comment faire donc la première,application que vous allez installer ça,va être order printer alors je rappelle,quand même une petite parenthèse d'un,point de vue légal c'est obligatoire en,envoyer une facture à votre client ok,donc moi je vous recommande vraiment de,mettre en place si vous avez un autre,système qui est mis en place c'est,parfait moi j'utilise ça parce que ça,marche très très bien et parce que c'est,gratuit tout simplement donc order,printer vous aller l'installer,ensuite on va aller la paramétrer donc,là vous allez avoir les différentes,commandes de vos clients mais ça c'est,pas ça l'important donc l'important ça,va être de cliquer ici en haut à droite,dans ma nage template est ici vous allez,avoir un premier temple est donc le,deuxième qui est ici nous dérangerait,supprimer parce qu'il ne sert à rien,vous allez avoir un template normalement,vous en aurez un par défaut qui va,s'appeler invoice ce qui veut dire,facture donc on va simplement le,modifier vous allez cliquer dessus et si,en fait vous allez avoir le template de,votre facture qui sera envoyée à votre,client je vais vous le mettre en,description tout simplement donc vous,aurez juste à le copier coller en fait,de base vous en aurez un mais il sera en,anglais moi je voulais traduit en,français et je voulais me en,descriptions donc vous aurez juste à,copier coller à le mettre ici et puis à,faire save voilà c'est tout ce qui est à,faire pour s'être applications là,ensuite on va passer sur la deuxième,application donc la deuxième application,c'est order printer emailer celle ci va,nous permettre d'envoyer automatiquement,à notre client la facture qui sera édité,en fonction de sa commande donc pareil,on va créer ici un temple est donc,normalement vous en aurez déjà un de,créer si ce n'est pas le cas vous aurez,juste à cliquer ici sur créat email,heures sinon si on a déjà un décret,convoquant une fois normalement ça sera,en anglais vous cliquerez ici sur edit,emailer soulager le faire en même temps,que vous ici donc vous allez mettre un,nom donc là le nom peu importe ces,personnes ne le verra donc là vous,voulez c'est le nombre gêner ses,factures et leurs 1,ici le format on va laisser,4 nous ça sera une feuille classique en,fait au format pdf est ici du coup vous,allez avoir le temple est en fait le,temps plein qui étiez c'est exactement,le même que je vous ai mis donc pour la,précédente applications pour rider,printer donc pareil ça vous le,retrouverez dans la description encore,une fois de base ça c'est en anglais moi,je voulais traduire en français et va,vous avez juste à le copier et à le,coller ici e

Clover POS - How to add a order printer and set up

all right guys here's how you connect,a order printer to your clover,device this one's a fun one and it's,actually pretty easy,so first you're going to go to the,printer's app which is located on the,home screen of your clover device,right here see it says printers so now,automatically obviously for the station,you're going to have your station,printer because that's plugged in,into the base of the of your actual,screen but we're gonna do an,order printer so first thing you always,do is select the green,plus arrow on the bottom right which you,can see right here,go ahead and select it now you have a,option receipt or order printer we're,gonna do order obviously,now we have our star sp700 kitchen,printer already plugged in and connected,to ethernet,please make sure that it's plugged in,into a wall outlet,and connected into the ethernet port on,the back of the kitchen printer,okay so if it's not properly connected,it won't even show up here so we know,that this one is properly connected go,ahead and select star,sp700 and it should automatically,go now i'm going to do a test print you,always want to make sure,and in the next room we'll have the,receipts,with the order ticket all right guys,here is the star,sp700 printer we're just gonna go,through a couple basic things about it,first we're gonna show you guys how to,load paper in,so we're gonna have mike demonstrate,that for us there is a,clip right here that you wanna just,press down and that will open up your,paper compartment,that's first so mike has gone ahead and,load in the paper,you always want to make sure that it's,all the way at the bottom,and that the paper is feeding through,when you close it,so now when you close it you're gonna,see if you did it right,the printer will automatically cut off,the remaining pieces of paper,and that's it and here is how to change,the ink so if you realize that the ink's,low on your uh printer,i'm gonna show you how to do that again,you're gonna click that flap,open it up you wanna make sure that the,ribbon part is pointed,down into the device just like that,exactly,and that little nub right here you want,to make sure this is pointed,up at all times it should just,automatically go in you'll feel it click,go ahead and close it up and that's it,all right guys so a lot of times with,restaurants pizzerias,a lot of places you need to uh select,specific,printers for specific items so i'm going,to show you how to do that now,so you're actually going to want to go,to your inventory screen,and select inventory now on,clover designated printers are called,labels we're going to select labels,what we're going to do here is going to,add a label,bottom right corner green icon for plus,i'm gonna name this one kitchen,hit done so now any items,that you want to add that will print out,in the kitchen you can do that here,so right here you're gonna select green,plus,and you're gonna add an item so let's,say it is a burger,the burger is 15 bucks,you're gonna see uh sorry i'm go

Label printer - Part 2 - Configuring the order labels app

so in part two of this video,i'm going to show you how to actually,configure the order labels,app um so once your printer is actually,physically connected which is part three,so part two is find your labels app and,just temporarily move the five stars,logo if it's already at five stars pay,out of the way just so you can get to,the,little three dots here and we want to,make sure that in settings,that is configured to print to printer,model,tml 90 which will be the bottom entry so,tml90 bottom entry,have it set for that then you're good to,go,the other one we want to do is decide,when you want the,order to actually print so,when order is complete this means that,it will print the,label before they pay so they'll place,the order,you'll print the order and then they'll,pay,and then the levels will be corrected,and one other setting you need to,also set is because we're going to be,using applova,we need to make sure the print label for,online order printly will find the order,as this one,and just make sure that it's ticked and,that is the minimum so you may play with,some of these other settings if you,choose to,but basically that's the minimum you,require,and that is it printer labels,an order is complete printer model is,tml90,and we've enabled print label for online,orders,so the next phase is then decide how the,label is going to look,so we can see that we have a,done with that and our printer is,connected so we can do a test print,and change label design so i've copied,this from the settings that are at,fremont but you may choose other,settings so,order total order type,order time i haven't put the order data,on there because typically it's going to,be today,and then modifier and one in black so if,we do a test print,you'll see that it prints like that but,a voice is it landscape orientation,and for me i personally prefer,the bold font it's a personal choice and,the size,is medium so these again you can play,with eastern cinema how you prefer,but that's just how i like it to print,so i'm going to do a test print right,here,and put the label and tear off the,printer,and as we can see that if we know the,person's name,which we would do in an online order,it'll print that,is to go the order number label one of,so 103. this particular one shows the,price we can turn that off if we want to,and the item and then the modifiers,and the time and time down the bottom so,if we don't want to print the price for,example,we can take the order total off,there for example and then test save it,and then go back to label design do a,test print,and start printing and here the printer,printer,label and now for example we'll find,that the,price has disappeared so feel free to,experiment with the,settings that you find most appealing to,you,maybe you don't want to put the person's,phone number for example um you can take,that off as well,so no customer phone and again if you're,not going to do an online orders there's,probably not a point of the person's,name but that
