CyberGhost VPN Review 2023 - Everything You Need To Know
CyberGhost VPN Review 2023 - Everything You Need To Know
how's it going everybody welcome back, today I wanted to bring you guys a quick, cyberghost VPN review now cyberghost is,a pretty popular VPN that offers a range,of features and services to help users, protect their online privacy and, security now here's the thing about, cyberghost it's a pretty simple VPN to,use very user friendly and does what it,does pretty well just not a whole lot of,features if that's what you're looking, for so if you're looking for a VPN that, has a bunch of bonus features like, nordvpn for example then cyberghost is,just not going to do that but cyberghost,is pretty solid overall if you're,looking for a simple VPN that secures, your data you're looking to unblock, streaming services bypass Geo,restrictions you know secure your, devices while you're let's say on public,Wi-Fi or if you just want a VPN to turn, safely and anonymously it's a pretty, good VPN if you've got over 6 800,servers in about 90 countries you'll be,able to secure up to seven devices per, subscription you've got the a es 256-bit,military grade encryption you do have, the First Independent audit which took, place just a few weeks ago so it's,pretty good to see that cyberghost, finally had an independent audit for the, privacy policy and it resulted in good, standing and what that means if you're,not familiar with what an independent, audit is it means an independent,third-party security company examined, the privacy policy and server, infrastructure of cyberghostvpn to make, sure that they have a secure server,Network and a privacy policy that is,upheld by cyberghostvpn making sure that, they do not collect any information, about their users as they do claim in,their privacy policy now again in terms,of features you don't really get much, you do have streaming optimized servers, and what I do like about these streaming, optimized servers is that let's say if I,want to unblock Netflix I can simply, look up Netflix right here and I'll get,all the Netflix optimized server servers, let's say I want to unblock Hulu I'll,just look up Hulu and I'll get all the,Hulu optimized servers it's a pretty, cool feature I haven't seen any other,VPN do that you get torrenting optimized, servers gaming optimized servers for low, ping anonymity optimized servers with, the no spy servers the dedicated IP,server obviously is a paid service if,you want to get your own dedicated IP,and you can just favorite some stuff, right here if you go to the privacy, settings we don't have anything fancy, right here besides the kill switch which, will kill or block your internet traffic,if the VPN disconnects unexpectedly, making sure that you're only going to be,connected to the internet while you're,secured by the VPN tunnel you have your,DNS and IPv6 leak blocker and an ad,blocker right here in smart rules you, don't really get much besides exceptions, and apples and exceptions will allow to,choose the websites you don't want to,pass through these cyberghost VPN tunnel, and the app roles will simply allow you,to make cybergho

My CyberGhost Experience in 2023 | CyberGhost VPN Review
My CyberGhost Experience in 2023 | CyberGhost VPN Review
how's it going everybody welcome back, and today I wanted to share my,experience with cyberghost but if you're,looking for an in-depth review you'll,find that in the description down below,as well as links to pricing and, discounts so let's get straight down to,it now cyberghost is one of those vpns, that are actually quite a bit budget, friendly and offers just the right, amount of features and I've got over 6,800 servers and uh just about 90 to 91,countries and you'll be able to secure,up to seven devices per subscription now,you don't get many features with, cyberghost but here's what you get first,of all you get no spy servers for extra, anonymity you get gaming specific, servers for better ping you have, torrenting optimized servers and you, have streaming optimized servers and, what I like about this streaming list is,that for example if I want to unblock,Hulu I can just look up Hulu and it will, give me the optimize servers for Hulu, same thing if I want to unblock Netflix,I can just look up Netflix and it will, give me the right servers for that, depending on which country I can connect,to it just gives me all the right, servers without having to test out any,of the server servers of course you can, still use the regular servers to unblock, streaming services but these are just, optimized servers that are recommended,by cyberghost themselves now if we go to,the privacy settings you have your ad,blocker DNS leak prevention and the kill, suite and you want to keep these two on,and the kill switch you can just turn it,off if you'd like but the kill switch, will pretty much make sure that you're,only going to be connected to the, internet while you're secured by the VPN,otherwise it will cut off your internet, connection when you disconnect from the,VPN in smart rules you have pretty much, exceptions and apples as features you, know Wi-Fi protection is where you can, choose which networks you trust and, which you don't trust you have some, launch rules right here but mainly the, feature is going to be exceptions and, apples and these two features are more, like convenience features instead of,security features and exceptions will, allow to choose the websites you don't,want to pass through the VPN tunnel and,app roles will make cyberghost launch, and connect to a VPN server, automatically when you open up the, selected applications so right here I,have it set up so if I ever open up,steam it will automatically log,Challenge cyberghost and connect to the,German server before I launch steam so,it's a pretty convenient feature and, that's pretty much it with cyberghost, you don't really get much besides that, obviously you can choose your protocol, right here I would recommend just, keeping it to automatic selection even, though wire guard is the fastest option, not all the servers are compatible with, wireguard so I just recommend sticking,to the automatic selection and overall I,mean cyberghost is one of the best vpns, out there it's got a good no logs policy,so they don't collect any o

How to Configure Windows 11 Privacy Settings
How to Configure Windows 11 Privacy Settings
today i want to show you how you can, stop windows 11 from spying on you, windows 11 just recently came out as a,free upgrade and one thing that you, might not have known is that windows 11,talks back to microsoft and shares data, with how you're using your pc,so how do i know this well i used to,work at microsoft and i saw this data, come in first hand, for example, microsoft knows the exact gps, coordinates of your pc,the apps that you launch, and even the websites that you visit and, let's be honest i'm sure many of us,would not be proud having that list, publicized, they even know the music that you play, and the videos that you watch now before,i scare you too much the good news is is,that microsoft believes you should have, control over your data at least most of,your data, and microsoft uses all of this data that,it collects to make its products and, services better, for example with windows 11 that just, recently came out there was an issue, with amd processors where they weren't,performing as well as they should and, microsoft used all of this collected, data to identify the issue and then fix,it,when i worked on office.com if we moved,a button to a new location and people, couldn't find it well we used data to,identify that and then we fixed it,so by letting microsoft collect some of,this data you get a better computing, experience, but at the same time you might not care, for that and maybe you don't want to,share any data back,in this video we'll look at what data, microsoft even collects from you,and we'll also look at how you can opt,out if you would prefer not to share, that data back with microsoft microsoft, offers two different tools that show you, everything that's tracked about you,the first one is called the privacy, dashboard and you can access it right up,above, the first time that i logged into the, privacy dashboard i was a little bit, surprised about how much was tracked, about me,here for example i could see my pc's,location,i could look at my browsing history i,could look at all of the media that i,consumed and i could even see the ads, that interest me i don't even know what, ads would interest me but microsoft, seemed to know, now the good news is not only can i view, all of this information but if i want to,clear it i can very easily do that and, when i clear it it'll remove all of this, information from microsoft's servers the, second way that you can see what's,shared with microsoft is by using a tool, called the diagnostic data viewer,to access this within settings click on,privacy and security and then click on,the diagnostic data viewer, you can turn it on so your pc also keeps, all of the data that's shared back with, microsoft, right down below you can also get the, diagnostic data viewer if you don't have,it yet you'll have to download it,through the store once you download the, tool you can see all of the different, telemetry and data that's shared back, with microsoft you might be thinking wow, that's a lot of information that's,shared back with microsoft a

yeah welcome everyone uh welcome to this, webinar with Comfort featuring Max,schremes we are happy that you are with,us today,um there's not going to be a PowerPoint, webinar just a few words in advance uh,there's going to be a discussion so we,are really looking forward to the, session,um yeah much Gems uh author activist uh,you are well known already,if you want to introduce yourself yeah, just take the chance,oh yeah um I'm mainly lawyer basically,in I'm an Austrian but studied in the US,for a while as well and,um yeah we mainly do privacy and, enforcement of data protection so,usually data protection is largely like,a compliance blah blah blah where there,is not much consequence if things go,wrong,um and we are trying to actually enforce, the gdpr as it is um in two ways first,as a consumer right thing and the other, thing is also about the Fair competition, element in the sense that,um if companies just don't comply there,is no consequence then the people that,do comply usually wonder why they do,um and that's the second element that's,I think part of what we're doing as well, wow okay yeah sounds sounds really, interesting,um today's session today's discussion is,kind of uh yeah we split it in three, parts so the first part is going to be,the story you're going to tell us a,little bit about your your background uh,about the kind of friends one trims to,rulings yeah and uh how this uh all came, together,um then the second part I think is a,very interesting one we will talk about, how to make it actionable you know for a,lot of companies,um this ruling gdpr um is a very complex,it's a very uh yeah a difficult,um activity it's a very difficult,um playground,um and a lot of people are wondering, actually what should I do now yeah what, should I kind of uh um change in terms,of my infrastructure in terms of the,Technologies I'm using yeah so we'll,dive a little bit deeper on that and, then the third part,um which is also interesting is Ken,shrimps to be an opportunity,um is it not just something that kind of,stops transatlantic data closed, captioning not available, and with that I'm I'm really looking, forward,um to yeah the first part of the,um interview of the of the session today,um the story behind uh um yeah the, ruling and behind and your story, basically uh yeah how did the whole, thing get started what was your kind of,how did you get into the uh into the, situation of of um yeah fighting against, the big big brands,um yeah I mean I did privacy before,um and I was studying for a half a year,in California then uh it was interesting, because we had some people from like the,big players and already back then they, said more or less what they still say 11,years later is you know all this kind of,fundamental rights in Europe is kind of,cute and nice uh but nothing happens if,you break the law so let's just not, comply and that's more efficient than, actually doing any of that stuff and, because that idea is so prominent and so,dominant in in the Privacy world I think,we

How to Detect Malicious USB Spy Cables
How to Detect Malicious USB Spy Cables
watch closely you're about to witness a,crime, try to guess the type of crime it is,littering no we're in a private, corporate office not on a public street, besides it's just a usb charging cable, not trash, theft, not if the executive tries to return the, cable to his owner, now would it be a crime if the executive, brought the cable back to his office, charged his smartphone or plugged it,into his computer, you're probably saying no and you'd be,right, but what if he tosses the cable into his, desk drawer or brings it home for his, child to use, well still probably not a crime,in this company there's so many usb, charging cables laying around they're,practically considered communal property,so what if the person doesn't drop the, cable on the floor but instead exchanges, his cable for one that's already plugged,in on some executive's desk, now can you guess the crime, the crime is actually corporate, espionage,we call it spy trick 2150 it's a usb, cable hack,it's a spy technique of which very few, people are aware, you might call it the killer cable from, hackerspace, usb spy cables look identical to normal, usb charging and data cables they work, like this,as soon as they're plugged into a,smartphone laptop tablet or other, computer device they deploy spyware or,virus, the attached device now has two owners, the user and the cyber spy,in addition to retrieving all the, information in the attached device and, monitoring all communications, these psi cables can also inject false, data, now imagine how that could really screw,up a payroll spreadsheet, have you guessed which one is the spy, cable, probably not, they all look like legitimate usb cables, almost hey see the tiny black mark on,the cable number three,we put that mark there because we can't,tell by looking either, spine cables are a relatively new, invention, the national security agency had them in,their black bag of tricks catalog in,2008,they were very expensive back then,it didn't take long however for the, secret to leak out and a handmade spy, cable was demonstrated at a hacker, convention, well the commercial possibilities were, immediately understood and it was off to,china to start mass production,to paraphrase one internet spy cable, seller, the cable looks and feels exactly like, the cable your target already has in,their possession, power and capabilities extensive and you, ain't going to need no million dollar, budget, they go on to say this cable is packed, with a web server an 802.11 radio that's,wi-fi and more processing power and, memory than any of those demo spy cables, you've been looking at,and they're not shy about saying it's,built for covert field use it has, features that nay is remote execution, stealth and forensics evasion, the forensics evasion part means it,self-destructs when it's discovered, and of course it works just like any, normal usb cable when not deploying its, payloads, bonus some versions also do keystroke, logging, usb spy cables are available in many, different configurations, some have additional tricks up the

Is Huawei SPYING? 🤔 INVESTIGATING Huawei Health's Privacy on Android
Is Huawei SPYING? 🤔 INVESTIGATING Huawei Health's Privacy on Android
all right my friends so I have been, using this watch for the past two weeks, because I've been running a test but the, cool thing about it the 37 percent, battery life anyway the test that I've,been testing is is Hawaii health spying,on you so I bought this health app here, and it records lots of metrics and if I,connect it to the SmartWatch should be,able to see that I've got weather, reports off notifications off pretty, much everything off so there shouldn't,be communications happening but I'm,going to investigate my file app I'm,using net guard which is a open source, and a beautiful app to use I'm gonna go,into health and I've got it self to only, allow when the screen is on Wi-Fi and, mobile but it also records all the, access attempts so even though for the, past two weeks I haven't I haven't been, using a watch owl you can see pretty, much so many attempts in 919,I love attempts and these are the IP,addresses so there are two main sets of,IP addresses you got the five to two and, eight set range and that one if you were,to type into Google you'll lead you, straight into Amazon s3 and if you use a,reverse DNS lookup it also confirms they, point to Amazon AWS and you'll find that, that server in particular is in Oregon, and in case you didn't know Amazon are, actually one of the world's biggest, providers for cloud computing so this is,data being hosted on Amazon's servers, not not the book store this is in,America that's not to say that once the, data hits the American server it can, propagate servers worldwide so the data,at the moment it looks like has to go,through America the second address is to,a service called Akamai Technologies, calm and that guy is also a US company,it was founded from an MIT graduate and, captain at the idea and it's just the, base,CDN and what CDN does is a cloud, distribution network rather than having,to have multiple servers everywhere in,the world as close as possible services, tend to use a content delivery network, which means they have nodes at the end,of the network which is closest to you,and now propagate their service to them,so once again all the servers that are, always hitting is american-based but of,course all the data is encrypted so we,don't know what actually goes from,America and where it finally leads it's,just like a lot of pinging going on so,it could just be an auto retry service, constantly trying to ping the service, but the thing about it is once you send, data to your server you can then, propagate that data elsewhere in the, world so it can be using the American, server as a proxy just to make sure the,US government is happy with the data, that they receive and then send it over,to the Chinese government,so to be honest it doesn't seem like a,serious spying it just seems like a,standard application doing it's,craziness for example I'll give you, another comparison of a another, application to let you know what's going,on in the world,I do TV what do they go up to whoa, they're all right mobike this is a,Chinese applicatio
