okay we're going to take a look at how,to do,a ups order we've already covered pure,later and canada post,so we're going to do a ups order because,we've offered ups,options to customers for the last little,bit mainly because canada post and usps,the us post office postal system was,just taking way too long,so we offered ups which is much more,reliable,but a little bit more expensive so some,customers have picked that,so here we go order number 6042 she's,going to the usa,um she's chosen ups standard for about,16,it's about 20 canadian so we're going to,go into netparcel,and raid and ship 6042 is my number i,import it,there she is the zip code just tab off,so it gets the city,i've set our default stuffies here,26 21 16.,and half of a kilogram description one,stuffy um drop off at center is fine,i leave the signature box unchecked it's,unclear whether they actually get a,signature or not,reference number is already in there for,us get quote,and she picked ups standard,so it's the cheapest it's the first one,there ups standard four days,1967 that's about what she paid so um,we're going to select that,and then with all us orders of course we,have to put in the customs info,we leave this as is the receiver will,pay any duties and taxes we haven't,heard of any,being charged yet so that's good and we,need to put in in customs the reference,number so that's,6042 the order number total weight it,doesn't let you put in,decimals so i'm just going to put one,that's good enough,and currency leave as is we go down to,the bottom here,if there's two lines we will just delete,one line otherwise we'll just put,i'll start typing stuffed animal gift,and it shows up right there for me along,with the number,and origin is going to be china it,always defaults back to canada even,though i've actually set it to do,china but it always does china or excuse,me canada,20 unit price i press confirm and,now i've got to charge the credit card,oh thank you hannah now i have to charge,the credit card that's on file,i click ship it,and it is just generate just generated,my label,um i don't believe you're going to be,able to see it here but my label will be,a ups label,it'll have the reference number on it i,simply save it with the order number,6042,and now i'm going to go back to my order,and i'm going to refresh the page and,you'll see it show up with the correct,tracking info and ups and that's it,we're done

welcome to libido Rosa I'm your host,pinky and today I'm gonna be telling you,about the cheapest way to ship using,PayPal make sure you subscribe,turn on your notifications and follow me,on social media so that further ado,let's get into this video okay to start,with you need to make sure you already,have a PayPal account it's really easy,to set one up if you don't have one I'm,not gonna go through that you just know,you need one the easiest way to get to,the shipping section is to type in,PayPal comm slash ship now and you might,be directed to sign in if you're not,already signed in and once you do that,you should come across this page on this,page you enter the recipient's full name,address city state zip code just all of,the shipping information and the email,once you've filled in that information,you're gonna hit the ship to this,address button and it will take you to,the create shipping label page and on,the side you will see the shipping,addresses and obviously I have that,blocked out because that sensitive,information but on the top it will have,your shipping address and the recipients,address on the side so you can make sure,both of those are correct now the middle,column the first option is choosing the,carrier and you can either choose UPS or,USPS for this process to be the cheapest,I'm going to be choosing USPS but UPS is,also an option the next option is the,service type and you have a variety of,options to choose from first-class,medium air parcel collect ground,Priority Mail express and Priority Mail,service I'm gonna choose first-class,mail for items that are 15 ounces or,less and I use parcels to let ground,service for items that are heavier and,by looking at the number of days it may,take the ship it might seem like it will,take a longer time to ship to the,recipient but in my experience it seems,to take the shorter amount rather than,longer in most cases,the next option is package type and you,can either choose large package or,package / thick envelope I always choose,package / thick envelope because that's,usually what I'm sending now because the,next option is package weight you will,need a postal scale in order to check,this weight and make sure that it's,accurate it's very important that the,weight on the package is accurate,because if not then either you'll have,to pay extra or the person you're,sending to have extra really forgot how,that works,this actually never happened to me but,you just need to make sure everything is,correct I use this scale right here I,will also link it down below if you like,to purchase this same scale I use I've,never had a problem you just want to,make sure this weight is correct because,that's super super important I can't,stress that enough my advice when,weighing things is to always round up so,say for instance you get a package,that's three point two ounces go ahead,and round up to four ounces it really,doesn't make that much of a difference,in the price but if you walk up there,and it weigh

Canadians - Stop Paying "Brokerage" Fees | How To Clear Your Own Package Through Customs

hey everyone thanks for coming by the,channel again,a bit of a different video today we're,gonna be talking about problems with,shipping to,canada and how to avoid paying crazy,brokerage fees i'm sure some of you you,know you've ordered an online,something and it's coming from somewhere,in europe or it's coming from the states,or it's coming from china,or japan or something and then you get,an email,you know while it's in transit saying,that you owe uh some sort of huge,brokerage fee to dhl ups,fedex that type of thing or maybe the,delivery driver made an attempt to,deliver your front door,and they say there's a big charge on,delivery that you're completely,unexpected,often these charges can be pretty uh,pretty high i ordered a,item a few years ago that was 60 u.s,so it was about 80 canadian at the time,ups wanted to charge me an additional,42 just to give me the package i'd,already paid for shipping they just,wanted 42,to bring it to my door because it came,from another country it's completely,unacceptable and,as canadians we get screwed pretty hard,on these international shipments i'm,sure we've all been victim to this it's,a huge scam,ups is the worst one for it i would say,dhl is the second worst,fedex is not as bad as either of those,two and pure later i haven't had any,issues with pure later,i'm not sure if pure later is only in,canada if they handle international,shipments or not but i haven't really,had any issues with them,the two big culprits are ups and dhl so,here in this video i'll break down the,steps to clear your own package,through customs because that's the big,sticking point is they want to charge,you additional for clearing the package,through customs and that's what i out of,principle,refuse to pay never feel like you have,to pay those brokerage fees because you,don't have to do it so before we get,started,please consider subscribing to the,channel it helps with the channel a lot,especially small channels like this,every couple subs you know helps it,helps a lot if you find this video,useful and that type of thing,please leave a like uh drop a comment if,you have any questions or anything with,that and i'll help you out i try to,respond to,every comment or almost every comment i,get here you go these are the,steps you have to take to clear your own,package through canadian customs,step one contact your courier and,delivery company and tell them,that you plan to self-clear your package,they need to know,that you're gonna be clearing the,package yourself through canadian,customs that's a big deal the person,you're talking to at the delivery,company ups,dhl or whatever may know this process,and they may know what documents you,need,but some of them won't basically what,you need from them,is the invoice and the shipping label on,along with your delivery notice and,tracking number so you'll have an,invoice they'll also have an invoice,usually,they'll have a bill of lading or some,sort of shipment information that's,for the package

What Is The Difference Between Canada Post Lettermail and Parcel Shipping?

hey all right so i just wanted to,quickly explain what the difference was,between parcel shipping and uh canada,post letter mill so just to give you an,example we are from gt games and we ship,out a lot of used video games consoles,and accessories and stuff like that and,one of the biggest choices is deciding,whether or not we want to ship it,through canada post letter mail or,through a parcel so to give you an,example this is a,parcel sorry this is a letter mail,package that we use that you can ship,games into so they're really small,thin and uh and cheap and easy to use uh,so that's number one,number two when you get into parcels,you're talking about boxes you're,talking about actual you know fully,enclosed and and shaped boxes that you,need to close and seal up and send to a,different method of shipping,so uh just giving an example these are a,lot of the size of the games,we're talking about parcel and and,canada for slaughter mill so just to,give you a quick little rundown between,the two,i'll just sort of tallied up the two,main differences between the two,whenever we're deciding uh canon post,letter mail is really meant for actual,letters or tiny tiny parcels um they,can't weigh more than 500 grams and the,max dimensions the most important one,here is the height it can't be more than,two centimeters so if you're looking at,a game like this this is actually just,under two centimeters when you fully,package it up so video games actually do,in fact can be shipped by canon post,letter mail you do not need to pay for,for pull full parcel shipping on a video,game uh so whenever you take a game like,this and you pop it into a sleeve over,here this does actually qualify just,barely for canada post ladder mail,typically when these things are fully,packaged they weigh,about uh see the games in there for you,it's a little bit squishy but it's not,too bad once it's squished down like,that it will be under two centimeters,just under two centimeters when you go,and bring this to the canada post post,office they will put it through a little,feed to make sure that it can fit,through two centimeter slot and if it,does then you're good to go,typically these things weigh about 150,to 300 grams so a total cost for letter,mail to ship a game like this anywhere,across canada you're looking at about,two dollars to three dollars to ship it,which is really really cheap shipping,like if you think about it like we're in,ottawa ontario we're shipping these,things out,and uh i'll just enlarge this a little,bit we're shipping these things out and,it's costing us about two to three bucks,to ship it which is really really,awesome but the downside is there's no,tracking and it takes all the way up to,20 days so if we're in ottawa we ship it,all the way to somebody in bc sometime,just taking up to 20 days before they,actually get that parcel or that that,package,so that's that's the downside now if,you're flipping over to parcel shipping,you can absolutely still ship this b
