hi guys rainey here and welcome to uvara,pdf invoice,in this onboarding video i'm going to,show you on how to quickly set up the,admin functionalities so now let's get,started,basically ratapp invoice allow you to,create and pronounce the billing,documents for your orders,it includes the other templates,the invoice packing sleep and refund,templates alright,so first of all i recommend you to jump,right into the settings,to make sure that all of your store,information here is the correct,because they will be reflected on the,building documents,also if you want a customer they can,view the building documents and print,them out,in your online store please enable these,options select the document that you,allow them to pronounce,here,alright so this is the first simple step,to get started next one now let's create,a building document template,please click on the templates page,here you're gonna see there are four,previews templates,according to four type of the building,documents invoice refunds orderings and,packing slip,if you want to create new ones click new,templates button here,if you want to edit our preview,templates click right on it,for example i will edit the invoice,template,alright so in this editor page you can,preview the templates at the center of,the screens,and now let's look at the left menu here,there are several,sections,allow you to customize your template,in general,you can enter the name for your,templates select the currency for it it,can be used restore currency or the,billing currency,next one you can select this template to,assign for your real orders or your,draft order,move to the next one is to choose the,teams for your templates,so when you hover to the current team,you'll see a switch button click right,on it,and,nevada have variables,templates that preview for you,you can select one of them here for,example i select this one,and click load team,okay so here is the new teams that i've,just loaded,enable prints by default mean that,whenever another created,this template will be used to print out,so next one is allow you to,customize the contents,inside your templates,you can edit to show the other,informations,you can choose to show which payment and,shipping information,or the item's order informations and,other total informations and other extra,datas in your templates,for example,sewing other numbers,in your invoice,or,showing a custom sql number,as the invoice number,this means that you will add a prefix to,your order numbers,and that will meet up the invoice number,all right like this you can see it in,the previews,so similarly after you're done with,other,the contents,option here,you will move to the last step is to,design,your templates you can,customize the logo site here you select,the font,for the text inside the templates,and you can select the primary color,normally,we will like adjust it to match the,brand color for example here um i have a,logo in blue i will,change to the color code of our brand,to chang

and accept payment after the customer has paid ,when you send an invoice for the
draft order you will meet two cases ,the draft order you created contains
customer information mail address in this ,case you need to send a default invoice
for the draft order to your customer ,the draft order you created does not contain

foreign,welcome back to the channel in this,video I'm going to show you how to,download Mega files without a limit and,there's going to be a couple tools that,we'll need to get started the first one,is XDM which is Extreme download manager,and the second one is Mega downloader,now the mega downloader is a popular,tool out there but the version that we,actually need is version 1.8 and we,specifically need this one because we,want to be able to capture a URL for,streaming and that's one of the methods,that we're going to be using right now,to get started,if you go to our website,we have a blog post that we put it up,here we put some links in for both of,the download manager and the mega,downloader and you can really use any,download manager you don't have to use,the extreme download manager you can use,IDM or whatever manager you'd like we're,just going to be using this one for as,an example Mega downloader version 1.8,which we have here we're specifically,saying this version now you can get this,anywhere online but you have to be,careful about the one that you're,getting because many of them have,malware and Trojans embedded in it the,link is in the description below you can,go ahead and click on those and get them,downloaded and we'll get started right,now,so we're going to click on the link here,for extreme download manager and it's,going to take us to the GitHub website,the home page for this tool and so this,is the home page and it's a very it's,just the link at the top downloads click,on it we're going to be downloading the,version for Windows which is the MSI,installer and once it downloads we can,go ahead and click on that,and it'll immediately install on your PC,now once it's loaded up it's going to be,in the system tray in the bottom right,hand corner of your Windows desktop,where the clock is if we click on the,XDM or extreme Download Manager icon,it'll automatically load and you'll see,it on your desktop,so the second piece that we're going to,install is the Mega downloader version,1.8 so we'll click on the link and it'll,take us to the download page and we can,just simply click on download and it's,going to download the file on our,computer so we'll just skip ahead to,where we already have it downloaded and,in our downloads folder we can find the,icon and the setup file we can just,double click on that and it's going to,launch into the installation window,so the wizard will pop up here in just a,second uh it wants to allow access we,can say yes to this,and so for the setup we're going to,select English hit OK,and the default folder will be fine,we're going to be using default settings,for all of this so we'll click on next,the folder name will be fine and the,shortcuts will be leaving as is we'll,click on next,and we'll click on install and allow it,to install through here,once complete we can leave it checked,and click on finish and it's going to,launch the mega downloader application,so those are the two applications that,we need ins

file, and this is completely free.,I'll show you two different ways to pull this off.,First, we'll use an online tool offered
by Adobe. You have to upload your PDF, ,it'll merge them, and then you
can download the merged copy.,If maybe you have concerns about uploading
your document to the cloud, I'll also show you ,a tool that you can download and install that
also allows you to merge your PDF. All right, ,well let's jump on the computer and let's
start merging files. Here I am on my desktop, ,and I have three different PDF files, right here
and I want to merge them into just one file.,First, I want to show you how
you can use a free online service ,to merge your PDFs into one. To merge your PDF
file online, it's really as simple as going to ,Google.com and then searching for merge PDF.,Here you'll see all sorts of different services
that offer to merge your PDFs into one. ,You have services like Small PDF, iLovePDF,
even Adobe offers to merge your PDFs.,They all pretty much work the same way. You upload
your PDF files, you can then rearrange the order, ,and once you're all done, you can merge
it and then download the merged file.,So, which one should you choose?,Well, once again, they all
pretty much work the same way.,Most of them have some limits in terms of how
many files you can merge on a daily basis.,With Adobe, probably the most
well-known out of the bunch, ,you have to sign in to be able to download,
so that's a little bit of extra friction.,Let's click into Small PDF to see how this one
works. On Small PDF, here I can choose my files, ,or you can simply drag and drop my PDFs.
I'm going to click on choose files. Here I ,see my three PDF files. I'll highlight
all of these and then click on open.,It's now uploaded my PDF files and most
of these different services are freemium.,They give you some basic functionality for free,
which is just doing a simple merge of all these ,files and most of them also have a premium tier
that gives you some additional capabilities.,Like maybe you want to add a watermark, or you
want to rearrange individual pages within the PDF.,For now, the basic version works,
so I'll click on choose option. ,Here on the next screen, I can rearrange my PDF,
so here I'll move them in the order that I want, ,and I’ll place it just like
this, I think that looks good.,Down below I can also add more pages if for
whatever reason on the previous screen I forgot ,to select all of my files. This all looks good,
so I'll click on merge PDF. And look at that! It ,looks like it has successfully merged my PDF.
