let's generate an invoice pdf document,with flutter and therefore we will,create a complete document with the,header and all the information of this,invoice,and secondly we display then all the,products all of our items in a table and,we also display then here the net total,and the total amount which needs to be,paid at the bottom of the page we will,also create a footer with the address,information of the supplier and also his,bank account,if you are new here subscribe to my,channel and make sure,to watch this video till the end we want,to,actually use this package pdf to,generate our invoice pdf document,therefore i have credit here on the,right side already a application with a,button and if we click on this button,then we want to generate here this,invoice document,and also open it up therefore let's go,to this button here which is here this,button in our ui,and if we click on this button then we,want to generate,our invoice and to generate our pdf,document we also want to put here an,invoice object inside and this invoice,object will later hold all the data of,our pdf document,for example all this data which you see,here at the top,and also all of our list items with this,method generate we want to generate our,invoice as a pdf document,and we also want to store then this file,inside of our file system,and therefore we get here this generated,pdf file back,and we also want to open our file,therefore i have created here another,method,which is basically making use of this,open file package,and is opening our pdf document,let's go back to our page again and we,also want to create this,generate method to actually generate,here our,invoice pdf document therefore we want,to get started by creating this invoice,object and therefore we create here a,new class invoice,and inside of it i will put all the,information inside which we need later,so we need some supplier information we,also need a customer,information with the name and address,and also our supplier has the name and,address,and we also put our payment information,inside,and this customer and supplier,information will be later put,inside of our header we also have you,more information about our invoice so,we have here for example the invoice,date the due date invoice number,and so on and therefore we also create,here some invoice,info with all of these information with,the date that you date,the description and so on and we also,create here some,example date and due date and lastly we,put the most important information,inside which are here our products or,our items,and therefore i include here to our,invoice object also,these items as information so we have,some description we have the quantity,the price and so on about each of these,items,and now that we have created this,invoice object we can also display it,and generate a pdf document with all of,these,information therefore i go inside of,this class,and here we create then this generate,method which gets in our,invoice object and here

大家好我是Joelle,来自,柏诚注册会计师事务所,在今天的视频中我和大家分享一下,导入发票这个功能,首先我们还是从,主页面开始,我们点击Business,在下拉菜单中我们进入Sales Overview,在这个界面中我们点击Import,可以做批量的导入,如果在使用Xero前,您使用了其他系统,如说MYOB,我们可以勾选它直接导入,您的MYOB的文件,如果您的发票,是在Excel中,或者是其他的格式,我们可以,点击,下载这个模板,我们可以按照模板的这些内容,把我们的发票,输入进去,现在,我填写了一些我需要批量上传的发票内容,包括,客户的名字,邮箱地址,发票的号码,发票的时间,Due Date,Description,和一些简单的,描述,包括金额,还有我们导入Xero之后对应的Account Number,200就是我们的Sales这个Account Number,现在的我保存一下这个Template,然后导入到Xero当中,在我们导入CSV文件之前,我们需要注意,我们刚才在Excel里面填写的格式应该,日日/月月和完整的年份,如果没有问题我们就可以准备上传了,那么在下面又两个问题,我们是否要把刚才所填写的这个,联系人,保存,我可以选择是,联系人就会,进入我们的这个联系人的名单当中,您可以根据这个发票是否含税来勾选,好现在我们把文件上传,文件导入后我们点击Import,Complete Import,大家可以看到有三个新的Draft Invoice,已经上传到Xero了,那么所有从CSV文件导入的发票都会直接,进入我们的草稿箱,接下来那我们可以点击打开,任何一张发票,做调整和,修改,比如我们刚才导入CSV文件的时候,我们选择的是不含税,那现在我们可以把它进行调整,把它变成,15%的GST,金额就会发生变化,我们可以Approve,OK,我们再回到,其他的发票中,当我们另外两个发票也调整完善之后,我们可以把他们勾选集中的Approve,点击OK,Approve之后的发票会进入Awaiting Payment当中,那我们可以把批量上传的这三张发票,打印预览,或者是发邮件给客人,在这个页面,Xero显示了我们刚才在批量上传之前在Excel也就是CSV文件,里面输入的,客户的联系邮箱,如果我们添加另外一个邮箱,比如说我们的客户有两个邮箱,我们分别都发送,我们可以再输入另外一个邮箱,那么下面的就是这个邮件的文本部分,这个是固定的,您也可以根据自己的需要来进行调整,那么我们可以把这个,发票作为附件Attach到邮件当中,或者是我们要Attach一个PDF的文件让客人看,再或者我们可以发给自己一份附件,来确认这个邮件发送成功了,这里分享给大家一个小Tip,如果您希望追踪这个邮件,想知道这个发票是否被您的客人打开了,那么您就不要选,附带这个PDF的文件,如果您不勾选,那么客人只能被动地点击链接来查看发票,这样Xero就会显示发票,是否已经被,打开过或察看过,我们点击Send,发送邮件,Xero显示三个邮件已经发出了,我们来查看一下自己的邮箱,我们打开邮箱现在已经显示我们收到了这个邮件,那么在这个邮件当中,我没有附加PDF文件,所以呢,我要点击链接才能打开这份发票,我们点击后,这个发票就显示,出来了,我们刷新好的页面,大家看一下,这第三张发票那是被我刚才打开过的,所以它的状态已经不是Sent,他变成了Viewed,这就意味着客人已经点击了链接,看到了这张发票,希望这个小功能对您有很大的帮助,我们今天的视频先到这里,我们下次见,欢迎大家按赞并订阅我们的频道,我们会定期推出会计、税务等方面地视频,如果您有任何问题或建议,欢迎您在下方留言,我们会及时回复, 谢谢

in this video I'm going to show you how,to create a simple PDF and also a more,complex PDF of an invoice using Python,and to do this we're going to use a,library called PDF kit and ginger 2. so,let's get started all right to start,with this tutorial we need to install,two libraries so we open the terminal,and we write the following pip install,and the first thing we're going to,install is Ninja 2 so we write Ginger,two then we press enter and we install,this library and then we have to install,PDF kit so we write pip install PDF kit,okay once you have these two libraries,we need to make one extra installation,and to do this,we have to go to the documentation of of,this PDF kit library and here we need to,install WK HTML to PDF and well the,steps are different uh based on your OS,so in my case I have Mac OS so I need to,install this with brew and I'm going to,copy this but in case during Linux you,have to copy this uh this command and in,case during Windows what you have to do,is download the file I'm gonna leave on,the description and well with that will,be enough but since I'm on a Mac I'm,going to open up the terminal and paste,this command and once you have this you,have to press enter to install this WK,HTML to PDF and notice that that you,have you need to have Brew installed on,your computer before running this,command so you can go to the official,website of Brew to install this on your,Mac,all right now once you have this WK HTML,to PDF we can start with this tutorial,so we need to import these two libraries,so first import Ginger 2 and then import,PDF kit so now what we need to do to,create a PDF using python is use a HTML,template so to easily create a PDF we,use an HTML template and here on the,left I have something called an HTML,editor and I and I have here a basic,template so I have a template of a,contract that I created myself and it's,this one,so I wrote this uh this on my own and as,you can see it's a basic contract that,says I'm signing this contract and my,house has the following items and as you,can see here there are some elements,that are inside curly braided for,example my name the items and the date,and these are the values that we're,going to change using Python and well,this uh the purpose of this HTML online,website is to generate this HTML file,that you see here on the right so after,writing this uh this text on the left we,get this HTML,on the right so this is what we need to,create a PDF using python so in this,case I'm just going to copy,this one and to show you how this one,works I'm going to delete this actually,I'm going to copy this I'm going to,delete and just to show you how this,works I'm going to write hello world so,this simple hello world on the left uh,gets this hello world inside this P tag,which is HTML it's an HTML tag well you,can create your own template writing,anything here on the left but in this,case I have this contract that I already,created and well I'm going to copy the,HTML on the right and

good morning everybody and welcome to,our,second um make zero your hero webinar,and thank you to those who have joined,us once again from following on from our,first,introduction to the settings and a brief,look at sales,so we're going to carry that theme over,today and,look at creating sales credit notes,statements credit control and some,reporting,so last week we started with contacts,and that again,is our first port of call so i shall,hand over to the lovely frankie who is,going to,demo some of the zero contacts for us,morning everyone um so to create a,contact is where we're going to begin so,there's a couple of ways you can do it,the first one is on the dashboard where,you first log in to xero,and you've got this plus button up in,the corner here which is a real quick,shortcut,so i can go to contact there or to be,really obvious,i can go to contacts at the top um which,is where i'm going to go,so um this then takes me to the overall,list and you can see there's my lovely,green button for adding a contact,um what we then excuse me,what we then need to do is show you how,to,uh merge one so you'll see i've got,three clients here called duplicate,uh i don't want all three i want one,contact,form so what i'm going to do is i'm,going to tick the two,that don't have any data i.e my email,address,or an address or a telephone number,so the two i've clicked here i'm then,going to go to options and go to merge,and what i can then do is go to find the,one i do want,which is here and then i'm going to say,yes i understand the consequences,and the reason it's flagging that is,because if you merge contacts,by the ticking the two for instance i've,done there you're going to,lose that data that's stored in that in,terms of addresses and emails,so that's why i've made sure that i'm,merging into the one that also has that,data,um it's emerging really nice if you've,got want to keep a tidy contact list,quite easily as well to edit something,so if i were to go to,uh bayside um i can just click on the,name,and open that up and what we then are,faced with,is obviously the history of bayside,just to touch on a couple of things are,quite hidden and,uh you probably won't notice unless,you're properly looking at it,but you've got the activity here which,is default view you can arrange this,um into date order or however you'd like,to see the information,you then got notes and email so notes if,you've got something way like okay this,client only likes me to post their,invoices,or this client likes me to call him bob,whatever it might be you can put a nice,quick note in there,and then the third tab uh is,like it adds like a little mini crm so,you can connect your outlook or your,google into here,with the email address that's on the,contact so for instance i put in my,colleague's email here,and it's picking up all the emails i've,sent him via my outlook account,so this is really good if you just want,to keep some correspondence,uh trail and you don't have an external,crm

hey what is going on guys Dylan here so,Lucas Landsman thank you for tuning into,another video here on these solo cuts,Lance gave me a YouTube channel I,appreciate every single one of you guys,have stopping by and share some time,with me actually this video idea is,coming from a couple of my subscribers,one of them is Harrison Property,Management LLC and the other one is,Alexander's lawn care this was their,idea to talk about how we go about,invoicing how we go about collecting,payments and everything like that so,today we're going to be jumping into our,invoicing so guys sit back stay tuned,enjoy you won't want to miss this,like I said my name is Dylan basilica's,landscaping a work full-time brenner,landscape company bringing you guys,along the way showing you a little bit,behind the scenes action just like this,no one likes to do the back end stuff,but it's something we have to do so I'm,just wanting to show you guys how we go,about it maybe this would be some things,that you could try out on your end so if,you are new to the channel please,consider smashing that subscribe button,when I first got started in business we,really were just using a generic invoice,like the one he'd buy in office max,that's what we did super generic had an,invoice number and I wrote in the rest,super simple but it got us going we then,have now graduated it's a second you're,using it yard book yard book has been,something we implemented two years ago,and so far it's worked out pretty good I,know I don't use the software to the,full capacity that you could probably,use it everything I've done so far it,seems to work pretty well today we're,going to be covering the invoicing part,and how we go about that so I'm gonna,spin the camera around and focused it on,the computer so that way you can see,exactly what we have going on so,hopefully you can see this right here,we're just going to be using a generic,style invoice basically I want to make,myself the customer for this so here's,all the customers we have service so,which is nice is it shows every customer,that we have serviced since we've been,using yard book so we're going to find,the customer right there which is going,to be me and we're going to go over to,here to add item when we click add item,it's going to pull up a whole list of,services now a lot of these are already,in the program this tree and shrubs is,already a service in their lawn care so,you do get some preset services you can,always add your own service if they do,not have it here in the program so take,for instance right here we're going to,just do grass cutting,there you can see we have grass cutting,pulled up here we will enter $40 and say,our tax rate is seven point two five and,as you can see right here it populates,your total Samira subtotal is $40 plus,tax of 290 which makes that total amount,$42.90 here on this side over here we,can change the payment term so typically,I do a net 14 for payment terms so they,have 14 days to pay the invoice will go

high power efforts we've got a new,experimental function in powerapps which,is called PDF and data it creates PDFs,inside your canvas apps and PDF creation,is something everybody goes crazy about,everybody likes because we needed to,create invoices or certificates or,anything and then we can directly mail,it in Outlook without using power,automate at all or we can use power,automate to store it somewhere on,SharePoint or do anything else with that,file and this function is not very well,documented at the moment so let's go,over the basics how you go from this,from our low code site to our PDF site,right here let's get started after the,intro,foreign,So today we're gonna do three and a half,things and maybe first of all I'm gonna,show you what you need to enable so you,can use this new experimental function,and then we will talk about the,parameters you can use with this,function and in the next step we will,see how we can create Pixel Perfect,um A4 page sizes and then we're gonna,really briefly look at how we can use,the created file not just to display,them but to use them in Outlook or pass,them to power automate first of all we,need to head to the settings and then we,go to upcoming features head over to,experimental and there are somewhere,should be the PDF function right at the,bottom and we need to turn this on,standard this is turned off so turn this,on to follow this tutorial or you can,simply download the whole app you are,seeing right now it should probably be,in a few days on the official PNP repo,or on my GitHub info link is in,description or up here first of all,we're gonna start with a pretty simple,example what you probably want to try,out first print the whole screen and,yeah store it in a PDF file and display,it in a PDF viewer so what we want to do,first is create a screen and put some,elements on there and then just use the,PDF function to create the PDF and view,it in a PDF viewer control so let's go,over the function and the parameters,that are involved in there on my on,select first I want to hide the controls,the PDF viewer and the button because,normally there are some controls you,don't want in your PDF which are on your,screen and this is the PDF function,right here and we want to store it for,the moment in a variable and we can use,this variable afterwards as an input in,the PDF viewer,so this is the actual PDF function the,only needed parameter is the Target and,we are targeting the screen which,everything is on you need to Target,something that is on the current screen,or the current screen so you can Target,something on another screen and then we,got some other parameters right here and,right now as of today there is no real,documentation for this PDF function but,luckily we've got,um hero he has the block mobier more,power I will show I will show it on the,screen really quickly so this is where I,got all this information this is in,Japanese but you can translate it and,then it's yeah pretty well written,article and
