GiftKart - How to set up a Reward Program?

hello and welcome to the gift card app,today we're going to be talking about,how you can use gift card rewards to,increase your retention and get your,high value customers back on your store,to set it all up you need to go into the,reward program section of the app the,first thing that you need to do is set,up the different rules so let's say if,the order amount is 100 you want to give,them a 20 gift card if the order amount,is 200 you want to give them a 40 gift,card and so on and so forth the only,thing to keep in mind here is that it,needs to be an increasing order of the,order value so it's 100 200 300 and not,the other way around uh then you need to,select a certain number of products if,you want to limit the rewards to those,products you can leave this blank if,this applies to all your products and,basically all the orders or you could,say that hey if a specific product or a,specific product from a collection is in,the particular order then and only then,do I want to issue a gift card reward,this is a great way to liquidate some of,the inventory of products that are not,moving by incentivizing them with a gift,card reward the next thing that you need,to do is all also set up exclusion so if,there are high value products that you,don't want to give a gift card reward on,you could do that here in the exclude,section and then there is the option to,add a free gift card to the card so if,the certain amount is met if the rule is,met and if they're going to get a free,gift card if you want that to show up in,the cart itself all you need to do is,create a zero dollar free gift card,product it needs to be a different,product set up as a normal product it,just needs to be zero dollars don't put,it any part of any collections so that,it doesn't show up on your store and,name it a gift card reward or something,like that and once you do that just pull,that card here and this is the,particular product that's going to show,up in the cart when a reward is met make,sure it's zero dollars so it doesn't,adjust the card amount this is a note,that you can put if the free gift card,is added this is the node that shows up,with that free gift card so the next,thing you need to do is set the expiry,date and the issue date on the gift card,so if you want them to get a gift card,after a certain days when they are water,has been placed so that you know all the,returns and all of that has been taken,care of you can do it by setting the,issue of it in certain days or on a,specific date this is great for people,buying during Christmas you can reward,them in January so that they come back,during off season what you can also do,is set an expiry date so depending on,when they're going to get a gift card,you can set an expiry date related to,that so let's say they get the gift card,today in one month in one day five days,seven days you can choose an expiry date,that gets automatically calculated once,you have all this set up all you need to,do is save and you can see all of

GiftKart - How to integrate GiftKart with Omnisend?

hey there this is a video about how you,can integrate gift card app with omnisan,and send all your gift card emails,through omnisan the first thing that you,need to do is go on to omnisan and go on,to Store settings and then click on API,keys,so click on API keys,click on create an API key name give a,name to the API key make sure you put in,the ad name so that you don't get,confused later on you can remove all the,options except campaigns and events,click on save so it creates an API key,for you that you can then just copy and,then bring on to the app click on,Integrations,uh click on omniscend on top enable the,omisan integration and paste it so once,you've pasted it save it and you're good,to go from an integration perspective,the next thing that you need to do is go,on to automation on uh omnisan and build,your workflow so you'll need to build a,few workflows uh I will tell you how,that works so click on new workflow,click on create custom workflow and when,you click on select trigger when you,scroll all the way down you will see,options like,gift card gift card yes recipe,notification send to myself notification,gift card sender notification I there,will be a document that explains all,these six points on what these are if,you're ever confused you can go on to,the email section here and you can check,what these six different templates are,we've defined it and you need to build,the templates for all the features that,you're going to be using for the app so,for example if you're going to be using,rewards you need to make sure that the,reward trigger has been configured here,if you're using gift card recipient,which is a person a buying it buying a,gift card for person B you need to do,the gift card recipe notification gift,card sender notification and send to,myself because that's an option on the,gift card form so you need to set all,these up uh so we select one of them and,then add email SMS whatever information,whatever uh you know method you want you,can also put in reminders,um so you can first fill in this email,then add a delay and then put in,reminders you could do that as well so,enter all these details and when it,comes to,um,just a second,when it comes to editing the content,um you will then edit the email template,to design the gift card email template,the way you want it I'm going to be,sharing a list of variables with you so,these are all the variables that you can,use in the email template to personalize,the email even more,um so I'm going to be sharing this with,you in the link and uh that's it once,you save it you can then test it uh make,sure you you know you save it here make,sure the workflow is updated click on,start workflow and you're good to go,that's all you need and the next time a,gift card is bought this workflow is,going to trigger automatically let me,know if you have any questions

Gift cards give customers a way to support the brands they love and provide you with,more cash flow.,I’m going to take you through the quick and easy gift card setup in the Shopify admin,today.,After you follow this guide, customers will be able to purchase digital gift cards on,your online store.,Hey everyone, I’m Aly!,Before we get started, it’s important to remember that gift cards can only be redeemed,through sales channels that use the Shopify checkout - like your online store, the POS,or the Buy Button.,If your customer buys your products through a sales channel that has a checkout on a third-party,website, like Amazon, the gift card cannot be redeemed.,All gift card payments must be processed through Shopify checkout.,Let’s move over to the Shopify admin and get started by enabling gift cards.,From your Shopify admin click Products.,Then, click Gift cards.,On the new page, you have the option to Sell gift cards or Send Gift cards.,I’ll cover issuing free gift cards in the next video, which is a great option for promotions,,contests or offering store credit.,For now, click Sell Gift cards.,The next step is to create a gift card product for customers to purchase.,Edit the gift card’s title and include a brief description.,Then click Add media or drag and drop an image or media file.,It’s good practice to add an image to create a better shopping experience on your online,store.,If you’d like a free high quality image of gift cards for your own store, visit Burst.shopify.com.,If you include an image with your gift card product, this image is only shown on the online,store.,The default image showing here is what customers will actually see when they’re sent their,gift card.,Next, there’s a few default denominations created already in the currency of your store.,Each denomination is saved as a variant.,Hit the trash can icon to remove variants, or click Add denomination to create a new,variant.,Make sure that the denominations you offer make sense for the products that you’re,selling.,Here I’m adding a new 30 dollar denomination.,If the average product in your store costs about 200 dollars, then it’s best to add,denominations of similar value.,Since customers can’t choose custom denominations, it’s best to add new variants with a variety,of values.,I’m going to leave the Search engine listing preview as is, but you can edit this section,if you’d like.,Under Product availability, click Manage and select the sales channels where you’d like,to make your gift card available for purchase.,You can also click the calendar icon beside Online store to set a specific publishing,date if you’d like.,Keep in mind you can only add this product to the navigation menu after it’s been published.,The details you see under Organization are optional, but let’s quickly go through them.,First, there is Product type which is a category for the product.,You can use the product type as a condition for an automated collection, or to filter,products in the Shopify admin.,
