How to Import Product Reviews, Social Media Photos, and Videos to Fera.ai

all right you have just downloaded farah,to your store and you're wondering,how do i import my reviews to farah ai,we are going to talk about exactly how,to do that how to gather your reviews,from around,the internet and how to import your,reviews from popular review apps,so let's jump in i'm going to start,sharing my screen,welcome to my screen let's start with,importing your reviews,from existing review platform so in this,example i am going to,be importing from judge me but you can,also import from,shopify reviews yappo stamp.io,luxe shopper approved and you can also,import from any other platform,with a csv file first you're going to,start by logging into the pharah,dashboard,now if you're on shopify you can access,it through the app section in the back,end,or you can go to app dot sarah dot ai,slash dashboard so once you're in the,dashboard,go ahead and click gather on the left,hand menu,then click reviews so look for the green,button that says add,in the top right corner and then you can,go ahead and you can click it,choose your review platform and in this,case i'm going to choose,judge me but of course just choose your,own review platform,and make sure you find the video for,where your private token is going to be,because you're going to need this in,order to import your reviews,so for judgment this will be under the,settings and then integrations tab,but just check with your own specific,review platform to see,where your um key is so,all of your reviews should start,importing,and if you have a lot of reviews then,this may take a little while,but you can continue to work on other,things as it imports in the background,just don't close any tabs,now let's talk about how to import your,reviews from facebook,so you can head back to the gather,section and that's in the left hand,column and then click,photos look for the green button that,says,add in the top right corner and then,choose the facebook button,so if you're not connected to facebook,just do that right away,and click connect and follow the steps,now let's talk about importing videos so,head back to the gather section,that's on in the left hand column and,click,videos again you're going to want to,look for the green button that says add,in the top right corner and you're going,to click it,so enter the links of the videos that,you want to import and you can choose,from,youtube instagram or vimeo and that's it,now you see how easy it is to gather,your reviews,testimonials photos and videos from,around the web,and manage them in faira dot ai now if,you don't already have farah,make sure to go to www.farah.ai and,download it today

How to Add Fera Review Data to Your Omnisend Emails

now that you have connected amusen and,pharah there are a few different ways in,which you can use this integration there,are three different ways you can use,this integration first by adding Farah,review data to the content of your email,second by creating different flows based,on customer review ratings and third,sending emails to customers based on,review type,to start out you are going to want to be,in your omniscend dashboard,you will then go to automations,you can then click new workflow,here it'll give you a list of,recommended Automation workflows and you,can choose from them but we are going to,choose custom workflow here your first,step is going to be to Define how a,person enters this flow,so you're going to go to the right hand,side and select trigger and scroll down,and choose your trigger so we will,choose submitted a review then we are,going to choose how we want to get this,message email SMS or through a push,notification,here you can type in the subject line,as well as a pre-header text,and the sender's name,once you've entered the content you'll,then click edit content,and then it'll take you to what your,email will look like here you are going,to type in the contents of your email so,for our email we are going to thank our,customer for leaving us a review,and as you're typing this is where you,can use personalization tags to enter,the data from Vera into your omniscient,email,so here we have thank you for your,review of and then you will go down,you'll click these three buttons and it,says insert personalization tag,and we are going to put,the product name so we're going to,scroll down until we find custom event,product name,okay,and it's also a good idea in your email,to send that customer what their review,said just so they have it for their,records and if they would like to change,it that is something they will be able,to do,and once again we are going to add a,personalization tag,so this time we are going to include,the,custom event body so that will show what,the content of their review said,then you will click finish editing,once you have gone back to your workflow,you will then click update,and you can choose to start your,workflow or save and close,and it will tell you that your workflow,has now been enabled if you have any,more questions or need of further help,please reach out to our team and we'll,be happy to assist you

How to Export Reviews From Judge.me and Import To Fera Reviews

in this video i am going to show you how,you can import your reviews from judgeme,to farah,so,in this video i'll be showing you how to,export your reviews from judgeme and how,to import them into fara now the first,thing that you do is you go to your,content section and then in the drop,down menu here there will be a,word in reviews you click on that now,what you're going to do is you're going,to click add reviews,and then you're going to select import,or sync so there are a lot of options,here but you are going to click judge me,and you see here that it says not,connected so what you do is you have to,connect your judgment account,and um i will show you how to do that,all right so when you're in the back end,of your store so on shopify or any other,platform you'll be in the judgement,product reviews backend,and then you're going to go ahead and,you're going to click settings now the,next place that you're going to go is,you're going to go to integration so go,ahead and click integrations,and there is a little tab down here,called developer so you click on,developers,and this is where you are going to find,your token so you're just going to go,ahead and copy this,and you're going to copy the private,token so you go ahead and you copy that,and then i will show you where to put it,in thera,so you can come back to the import,customer reviews window and you see,where it says private token here this is,where you're going to go ahead and paste,the private token and then you're going,to connect judgement so i'm not going to,do that on my own store because i,already have reviews on my store and i,don't want to mess anything up but,that's exactly how you do it so once you,connect judge me it will show connected,and then you can go ahead and you can,click import all so once you do that all,of the um,reviews will import to farah now there's,a second method that you can use if,you're not comfortable with this method,and i will show you how to do that,all right here is the second method to,exporting your reviews from judgeme and,importing them into fara so you see that,there is this import and export tab you,go ahead and you click that and you,click on this that says export reviews,and then you can export your reviews and,it will uh show up as a csv file so,let's go go ahead and,click export reviews,and then you see it shows up as a csv,file so now i'll show you what to do,with that csv file,so if you want to use the csv file you,feel that's easier for you you just go,ahead and you click upload uh csv and,then you can drag and drop it here,what you can do is you can download the,template file and then arrange the,reviews that you just downloaded to,match this file but it's much easier for,you to use your private token,again if you have any questions,whatsoever you can go ahead and you can,click on the chat button that's in your,dashboard and we are going to be happy,to help you,import all of your reviews

Automizely Reviews - Import reviews from a CSV file

welcome to our new video so today i'll,be showing you,how easy it is to upload reviews from,aliexpress in bulk using,automizely great so let's start,okay so the first thing we'll do is we,download the,csv template great now we open it,so for the first section you copy the,last part of the product url,in this section you write down the,rating for example,one two three four five then,in the second section you write the name,of the author,the person who wrote the comment and,then the third field,is meant for review content for example,whoa amazing product,i love it and so forth in the next,section,you enter the country code show them,where the,location is and then here you,write the email address of the reviewer,and then on the next section i don't,forget to,mention the date of the review and then,the rest of the parts are for,pictures and videos unfortunately we,only,support mb4 and vmw videos for now,but our team is working on making more,formats compatible,very very soon so now let's choose a,product,like for example we'll choose,lenovo headphones in this example,so uh just like i said we copied the,last part of the product url,and we paste it in here,next we go to the rating case,uh we write down say for example for now,we say five,and then we write down the author's name,which is rahul,and then for content we copy and paste,the comment,and then for authors country we write,down the country,so for example here we say usa,then we write the email address of the,person who wrote the,review and then finally we write the,date,great and so next we'll upload something,like a photo,in the photo url and here for the video,in the video url,so uh what should you do if there is no,video or photo url simple,if you've got no photo or video url,then you create your own video and photo,urls from shopify,settings so we go to the,settings,we click on file click upload files,click desktop or the location your files,in,and click upload,same goes with the photo click on upload,file again,upload the photo and boom the photo is,uploaded,okay perfect now we can copy and paste,video and photo urls in our csv file,to do that just copy the picture link,and paste it in the picture section,and copy the video link and paste it in,the,video section now we,can download the file so click on file,download,csv and we upload the csv file that we,just downloaded right now to do that,let's go ahead and click on upload csv,and done now we're going to receive an,email,like an email for confirmation to see if,we received it,perfect we just got the email so now,let's check out if that worked,so this was the review we were looking,for,let's just see if it appears on our,product page,so we go to the product page and find,out if our review is at the bottom,let's go ahead and scroll down keep,scrolling,and perfect this is the video review we,were looking for,so you see now there's the comment,there's the video,and here is your video review,so now you guys know how to import your,own review,
