what if you could snap your fingers and,increase your revenue and conversion,rate by 5% hey it's Derek and this is,Phoenix Commerce in five minutes or less,let's go,what is Phoenix commerce combines,location information and customer,information with logistics inventory,shipping and past order information to,predict the delivery date of products,then they display the best shipping,options and predicted delivery dates to,the customer on the product detail page,cart page and checkout pages increasing,net revenue for e-commerce merchants,like Men's Wearhouse and Levi's by five,percent or more to me this is so cool,because we're getting Amazon Prime,delivery options on a fraction of the,budget let me show you a graphic dude,over here somewhere,the red area in this graphic represents,what most e-commerce companies are doing,which is saying your order will arrive,within five to seven business days after,two days of processing blah blah blah,but the bar graph shows that actual,results which are that products are,being delivered a lot faster than you're,sitting on your website so what's,happening the customer is getting the,product earlier than expected which is,great except you advertised it on the,site as being slow shipping which means,people aren't converting there that we,know that this is a big problem in the,conversion process they don't buy,because they're afraid of five to seven,should do business shipping days it's,very ambiguous so by installing Phoenix,commerce you're able to accurately,predict and immediately display that,information using all of the information,that you already have all the data in,your company already to give extremely,accurate predictions by the way the tool,loads asynchronously and doesn't slow,down your website at all so don't worry,about that competitive landscape there,really aren't any direct competitors to,this tool you may have seen nifty,scarcity cro conversion rate,optimisation tools that say things like,purchased by X Day to get it by day you,know that that is something that's very,common on site and you could just write,a line of text right to just kind of put,today plus seven days or something like,that but again that's a generic solution,it's cheap it's unreliable and it,actually can be dangerous,because it's not accurately predicting,or displaying the right information to,the customer it may work well for a,small store but it leaves big revenue on,the table as your company grows also,their logistic tools like ship or HQ,which help you give the customers,shipping options and pricing but they,use generic information again you would,consider upgrading from a tool like ship,HQ to Phoenix commerce so you could have,a have accurate delivery dates alongside,accurate shipping costs biggest,differentiator famous commerce is quite,unique in that it uses shipping,inventory and logistics data to increase,conversion rate I've never seen anything,quite like this tool before certainly,the accuracy of the landed delivery dat

before I jump into things I'm gonna,first start out by saying thank you all,for being here give me this opportunity,and I'm actually going to tell you why,I'm thanking you when I get to the ask,so anyway I'm John I'm with Phoenix,Phoenix is a business we're actually,taking on a very big challenge one that,a lot of people think is insurmountable,but we're doing it in a very simple and,measured way we're gonna try and correct,all the problems in the electric vehicle,industry and the obstacles that are,facing,adoption and the high cost of,maintenance for vehicles once you're,past warranty so the way we're we're,looking at this is we're actually,looking at what happens to the vehicle,when the manufacturer no longer cares,about the customer and the vehicle,warranties expire,the reality is everyone owns a car cars,get old and when they get old you have,to maintain them keep them on the road,right now manufacturers are abandoning,cars and the net result of this is cars,going to go the way of cellphones when,it's done with its useful life people,going to throw it away that doesn't do,anything good for Evy the planet or any,other thing that people want to measure,Evy in the market for so what we're,doing with this is actually we're going,to target the deepest pain in this,market which right now is the original,early adopter people who bought the,earliest cars the Nissan Leaf 2011 is,now past warranty there's more than,40,000 people on the road right now in,the US alone where they're made where,their manufacturer warranty has expired,and they're now facing a price of,battery replacement that is the same,cost as Blue Book value on their car,what that does to their cars essentially,makes it worth nothing,and we're coming into them and solving,their problem by eliminating the high,cost and taking a Harbor component,pairing it with a software and analytics,component and we're going to install,batteries as a service in their vehicle,they subscribe to our components pay a,monthly fee and what we do is we watch,their batteries guarantee their,batteries if they start to age we will,let them know schedule a service replace,the easiest service modules in their car,and they're back on the road with a,hundred percent in their battery many of,our customers right now have thirty to,twenty or thirty miles left on their car,that's not a car that's a bicycle so the,reason why I'm here today my task is I,relocated from the Seattle area because,we're looking for a manufacturing,environment to start up R&D and,production we think Charlotte is,and we're here looking for three and a,half million dollars to get to market,with our early customers and my ass to,all of you is I'm looking to meet some,people because I'm new to the area so,thank you very much appreciate your time,thank you almost two years so the,batteries is the service yes interesting,so you talked about the logistics back,to these forty thousand Nissan Leafs are,probably everywhere yes I know yes uh,Mike I mean th
