hello everyone and welcome to another,awesome and cool tutorial,today we'll be learning how to exchange,a product for another product so that's,for the customers if they didn't like,their product they can easily exchange,it for another product or replace their,product with the same product if it's,damaged or broken or doesn't work and a,variety of other reasons okay so let's,jump in without wasting any further time,so the first thing you'd want to do is,you want to make sure you log into your,aftership return center admin and go to,returns settings,so go ahead and click on return settings,and once you click on it you come up,here to the return setting page,now click the exchange for other items,check box which is under the exchange,resolution section so go ahead and tick,the bottom one as well so you have both,of them on great just make sure your,shopify store is connected with the,itemize the shopping app before you do,this so just make sure that it's,connected otherwise this won't take,effect,and then once you're done click on save,perfect,now go ahead and click on the settings,button,awesome now as you can see the status is,disabled so go ahead and enable that,excellent so this portion is about,extra credit generally as store owners,you would want to make sure your,customer never refunds you want to make,sure they leave off happily and keep,their money in your business,so this portion allows you to offer your,customers extra credit so they can,exchange their products for a different,product instead of a refund,so the credit value is in us dollars,so let's choose fixed amount,you can choose a percentage off as well,but let's choose a fixed amount for this,tutorial and let's put in,you can put whatever you want 10 20 30,40 shipping rates so for now we only do,free shipping when they exchange but,later on shortly and soon we'll pull out,more options of custom rates for,shipping so just make sure you click on,save when you're done,and you're good to go,now let's go ahead and check out how a,shopper can submit a return request,so we'll give them two options and that,depends on what option your customer,chooses to go with,number one the customer pays an,additional amount at checkout,and number two the customer gets a,refund,so let's go with the scenario one the,customer pays an additional amount at,checkout so i'll put in my order number,so that's my order number and my email,and i'm going to click on find your,order,perfect now i've got four different,items that i've purchased and i as a,customer i need to select which products,i want exchanged so i'm going to select,the first one the shoulder messenger bag,and i'm going to click on seven,so i want to return all seven of them,and then why do you want to return it,doesn't really matter what they choose,so i'm just going to pick the first one,looks different to the image on site,i'm also going to return the second one,the cartoon plush messenger i've bought,seven of them and i'm gonna return all,seve

hello and welcome back to my channel if,you've been here before or welcome if,you are new for those of you who don't,know me yet my name is melissa and as,you can see i've got my bath body works,apron on i actually was one of the,part-time managers at my local bath and,body works for about six years,so this is actually the part two video,of a q a all about bath and body works,ask an employee anything so if you,haven't seen it yet i've got it linked,right up above at the top the part one,to this video that way you can watch,some of the previous questions i was,asked and see what the answers are but,today we are going to be tackling the,other half of the questions that i have,yet to answer hello it's the editing,version of me i just wanted to add,something really quick i actually had,enough questions for this q a video to,split the second part into two so there,will actually be an additional third,part coming out the following week after,this on a monday so definitely stay,tuned for that and now on to the,questions just as a quick disclaimer i,no longer work for the company so i am,free to share my opinion and testimonies,however i want,do understand that i am speaking from,personal experience not for the company,everything that i'm going to be sharing,today um is going to be my opinion as,factual as this information may be there,is a chance that i could be wrong,sometimes if i am um trying to spew some,facts um forgive me for that if that,ever happens but i just thought i'd put,in that little disclaimer so i don't get,misquoted or anything like weird like,that it might be a long one so you might,want to grab a cup of coffee and let's,get started did you ever have a really,scary customer that made you feel,threatened and if so how did you handle,it um i was fortunate enough that i,didn't have any situations that were,extremely scary where i felt threatened,for my life or threatened for my safety,um a couple of times i did have some,frustrating customers and i did have,some mean customers that made me want to,cry a little bit um i didn't cry but i,wanted to um and then there were a,couple of slightly intimidating,situations in which i knew customers,maybe had or customers had bad,intentions the one that sticks out in my,mind that actually made me hurt the most,i think,was one time i was having some manager,problems already and so i was kind of,having a bad work day um i was just,really not in the mood to be tested and,by the way i had three managers during,the course of my employment two of them,were not very good and then one of them,was good so in the weird event that one,of my past managers is watching this uh,hopefully you're the good one i think,the only one that would bother to watch,my videos is probably the good one so,so at that time i had manager issues i,was just having really bad day and so a,customer walks in and i'm not a very,sharky employee i am pretty good at,reading people and knowing uh when to,not pursue somebody too much i mean

hello everyone,in this video,i will show you how to,how to download data from,bloomberg data stream,so i will be focusing on how to download,the entire country data,or the entire index that or the entire,exchange data and that can be,cross-section or time series,so let's go to the very simple steps on,how to do this,so when you login into,the data stream the bloomberg,you will get screen like this and you,have,some screens here which is the green,ones,you have the excel as well so here is,the excel,you can use the excel but i recommend,that you,go to those the green ones here,let's try,number three i think all of them,they do the job so if you'd like to,download the entire,stock exchange the entire country data,the entire,index data so go to,this page and in this bar,just type in equity,screening so abbreviation of that is,eq s,so i got here equity screening,just go and click on that,so once you click on that you will get,this screen,and there's some choices here,i will be just focusing,on three options option one,is the exchanges option two,is the indices and the whole country,of domiciling so if you'd like,for example to download all all of them,will be the same,so if i do one so you can do,the other ones as well so i will,try the first time the exchange,let's see what we can get here so once,you click on the exit changes you will,get,the country of exchange so you choose,your country from here,let's say,for example japan if you are,looking for japan australia or any,country so,let's choose for example japan,so japan is added to,our screen here and it's included,go to update,so now once you click on update,you will get some information here,so that's the security attributes,the exit changes is japan the number of,securities 4192,so now japan has been added,as exchange from here,you can start adding your,variables how so go to this bar here and,try to type in your variable names which,you'd like to,collect for example if you are looking,for financial data just when you type,the name,so some options will appear and you pick,what you want let's,start with something,general like if i'm looking for,example the i isi,n number so here's the is i,n so once you get it just,click beside it and enter,so now i added is i am number to my,japanese data here let's see another,variable,like uh,total assets for example total,uh total assets or total returns just,we are looking for an example so total,retails,on the right here you have some options,so you choose what you want if you want,it daily,monthly yearly so in my,option i would like to so the last year,maybe,to choose the last year so now,click enter now,the return has been added to my,uh criteria which is the variable,now uh retails on assets for example,returns,uh here's returns on assets so second,one,choose what you want maybe the latest,year if you,are looking for yearly data,and click enter so it has been added,here,uh if you are looking for example for,uh total acids,total,acids so,acids so here is

so happy New Year everyone and welcome,to 2023 this is my first video for the,new year so we leave 2022 behind and I,think that for most investors we are,pretty happy to leave that year behind,um I'm not excluded from that list so,after getting pretty good returns for,many many years 47 in 2019 44 written in,2020 23 written in 2021 well 2022 I,ended with a negative result I was down,30 for 2022. now the S P 500 that,measures the broad index ended the year,down 19 so being down 30 I,underperformed the S P 500 however I,slightly outperformed the NASDAQ which,was down 33 although that's no,consolation so one of the reasons why I,underperformed the SNP in 2022 is,because if you take a look at the,breakdown of the different sectors this,is year to date for 2022 you can see,that the sectors that dropped the most,were communication Services down 40 this,would include alphabet uh Disney a TNT,and Netflix for example second worst hit,was 37 down consumer psychical stocks or,consummate discretionary stocks like,Nike Amazon Mercado Libre booking.com,for example and the third worst hit was,technology down 34 like Microsoft and,Salesforce,and service now for example and real,estate down 29 so if you take a look at,my Investment Portfolio most of my,stocks are concentrated into technology,as well as consumer cyclicals as well as,communication services so because most,of my stocks are in these three,categories yep that's why they had a big,drop for 2022. so I think for most,investors unless you were heavily,invested into energy stocks chances are,you had it down year as well now many,people would ask Adam so why did you,have most of your stocks Within These,categories right most of mine stocks,besides technology consumer cyclicals,and communication I'm also heavily,invested into Healthcare as well but,that was down like 9.9 not too much so,that kind of like buffered my portfolio,I'm also heavily invested into Financial,stocks which are which was down 13 now I,do not have any exposure to energy,stocks never have never will and that's,a reason why I I underperformed the S P,500 this year because it was the energy,sector that boosted up the s p to only,drop 19 versus the NASDAQ that has no,energy stocks that drop like 33 so the,reason is because as an investor I only,want to invest in companies and sectors,that outperform over the longer term and,you can see from this chart over here,that in the longer term in three five,ten years the sectors that tend to,outperform the market,are technology consumer cyclical or,discretionary as it's known as as well,healthcare because these are the sectors,with the highest operating margins and,with the highest growth rates and so,that's where my portfolio is,concentrated so that's why I know that,in the long run I always beat the s p,but in the short run I may sometimes,underperform if these seven sectors sell,off like they did in 2022. now if you,look at energy for example Yes Energy,did very well in 2022 but it's a very,short-

Sending back an online order has never been easier. It's often free for the customer. Refunds can be instant. You can drop off Amazon items at Kohl's,,UPS or Whole Foods without boxing it up or even printing a label. Sometimes Amazon even tells you to keep it. But the truth is, there's no such thing,as a free return.,Somebody has to pay for that. It's falling back on either Amazon or the third-party seller. It comes out of their bottom line and inevitably makes,prices go higher.,in 2021 $761 billion worth of merchandise was returned, and more than 10% of those returns were fraudulent. And sellers told us they simply end up,throwing away about a third of returns.,From all those returns, there's now nearly 6 billion pounds of landfill waste generated a year and 16 million metric tons of carbon dioxide,emissions. That's the equivalent of waste produced by 3.3 million Americans in a year.,UPS predicts a 10% increase in returns compared to last holiday season, meaning more waste and expense for all online retailers. At the head of the,pack, Amazon has received mounting criticism over the destruction of millions of items. Now Amazon says it's working toward a goal of zero,product disposal. It's started refurbishing, reselling, and now sending pallets of returns to be auctioned off on the booming liquidation market.,I thought I was getting a return box.
