hi i'm paige from enzuzo and in this,video i'm going to show you how to,easily create a privacy policy for your,shopify store,so head on over to inzuzo.com and in the,top right corner click sign up free,next you're going to choose the privacy,policy feature,and you'll be able to choose a plan that,works best for your business depending,on your size we also have a free plan,which is what we're going to continue on,with right now,next you'll be entered into our privacy,policy questionnaire where you're going,to fill out the details about your,business,and there's some different sections that,you can check off so you can just if you,want to display your address you can,select that you can add your email,address,and,your phone number and contact name don't,mind me moving my little circle around,once you're done filling out the first,section of details you can click next,you can also choose the title of your,privacy policy and you can enter that in,here,and you're able to select the style as,well we have three different we have a,drop shadow option which looks like this,we have the border which is the default,and then we have no,styling at all,my favorite is the border,then you're going to hit next,now you're able to choose what regions,you collect data from so if you have,customers in any of the following,locations and make sure that these are,all checked off,and we also have a little,disclaimer on the right hand side which,will tell you what privacy law that,by checking off the box you're going to,comply with,so,if you sell into the eu,then you would want to check this off,and then you will be compliant with gdpr,once you're done filling out that,section you can finish off your privacy,policy,and you can create a free account in,only a few minutes it's very fast,we are going to go ahead and click,continue with shopify,and we're going to enter in our shopify,store url,and hit go,i've already created my zuzo shopify,account i've already installed the app,which is why i was brought directly to,the dashboard but if this is the first,time installing in zuzo you will be,redirected to the shopify app store,screen where you're able to install the,app for shopify because we have a,dedicated app,so once you're in you'll be brought to,the privacy policy settings page and,from here you can go ahead and edit your,privacy policy a little more if you'd,like we have a few more options that,weren't included in the onboarding,so they're all on the right hand side,here you can also style the button your,data request button which is built in,you're able to style that with the,colors of your choice,and we also have the ability to add,custom css but you will have to be on a,paid plan to access that feature,so the other thing you can do is,when you're on a paid plan you can,change the default language of your,privacy policy so if you prefer your,privacy policy to be in french for,example on the starter plan you can,actually change the language so that's,on the first,the f

hello and welcome to this week in,privacy my name is alexis caspidis and,here are your regulatory highlights for,this week,the president of the european commission,ursula van der leyen and u.s president,joe biden announced an agreement in,principle on a transatlantic data,privacy framework,eu and u.s negotiators have been working,towards a solution for eu-us data flows,since the invalidation of the eu us,privacy shield in the shrems ii decision,and in the fact sheet the white house,noted that under the transatlantic data,privacy framework the united states has,made commitments to strengthen the,privacy and civil liberties safeguards,governing u.s signals intelligence,activities establish a new redress,mechanism with independent and binding,authority and enhances existing rigorous,and layered oversight of signals,intelligence activities,the white house further noted that teams,of the us government and the european,commission will now continue their,cooperation with a view to translate,this agreement into legal documents that,will need to be adopted on both sides,u.s commitments will be included in an,executive order that will form the basis,of the commission's assessment in a,potential adequacy decision,the utah state governor signed senate,bill 227 for the consumer privacy act,the ucpa establishes new rights for,consumers such as the right of access,deletion portability and the right to,opt out of targeted advertising or the,sale of personal data,furthermore the ucpa outlines various,controller and processor,responsibilities such as the requirement,to provide privacy notices or the,requirement to establish implement and,maintain reasonable administrative,technical and physical data security,practices the ucpa also contains,provisions with respect to the,processing of sensitive de-identified or,pseudonymous data the ucpa will enter,into effect on the 31st of december 2023,the saudi authority for data and,artificial intelligence announced that,it decided to postpone the full,enforcement of the personal data,protection law the enforcement of the,law will be postponed from its original,date of 23rd of march 2022,to the 17th of march,2023 the announcement follows its public,consultation on the implementing,regulation of the saudi personal data,protection law the sdaia noted that the,postponement should allow it to take,necessary measures in light of,recommendations from the public,consultation the authority encouraged,stakeholders to participate in its,initiatives to further enhance the law,in future consultations,that's all for this week in privacy,thanks again for watching and i'll see,you next week

you madam chairman and madam secretary,thank you for,your time today,um,i want to thank you also you just made,some kind comments and supportive,comments of the kids online safety act,that i've worked on with senator,blumenthal so we thank you,for that have another tech area i want,to go to,the administration and the eu,announced that they had reached a deal,on the transatlantic data privacy,framework,pardon me and the information put out by,the white house on this said that there,were further pieces of the framework,that we're going to need to be adopted,by both sides and more information was,going to be forthcoming,and then the eu is also moving forward,with rules for data use by connected,devices and services and these rules,would restrict,data transfers to certain countries,so,i'd like to hear from you when do you,expect the transatlantic data privacy,framework to go into effect and when are,we going to get the details,uh for this when are businesses going to,know what those details,are and what guidelines and guidance is,available,for companies who want to engage and,cross-border,data transactions now,before the framework goes into place,okay thank you senator um for,your excellent question so,i will say first we,sat at the table for a year,in in order to reach this historic,agreement and i was very involved in,that negotiation and very excited to,announce that we came to terms with the,eu,and i know this is very important to,chair can't well i mean the truth of it,is we share the same privacy values as,the eu and we ought to be able to have,come to an agreement so we came to an,agreement in principle and,the next step is that we will codify,that in an executive order and then we,will wait for an adequacy decision from,the eu,and i we are working furiously,on that i think it'll be you know very,soon,before you see,the executive order and then as you say,we'll have to wait for the european,court to give us an adequacy decision,in terms of,what companies can expect now,there really isn't any more information,that we can put out now,of other than to say that for companies,who many of whom i've heard from,especially small companies they are,breathing a sigh of relief to know that,we will have a framework which will be,um,you know,a measure of certainty for all of these,companies so the next step is an eo,which i expect will be forthcoming very,soon okay thank you for that let me move,on uh to,the mobile now act and that,implementation um,you had requested in your budget nine,million dollars for,uh,for the ntia for spectrum management and,mobile now,has directed the ntia to make an,additional 255 megahertz of spectrum,available for commercial services,by 2022,so,do you think you're going to be able to,meet that mandate and how are you moving,forward with that plan to,incentivize federal agencies to,relinquish or share spectrum with,commercial entities yes thank you for,the question senator i will get back to,you with the exact answer as to when w
