if you're looking for help running, shopping ads on platforms like Google, ads Bing ads or Facebook's Dynamic, product remarketing ads this is the, video to get you started I'll show you,how to complete the first step in,publishing shopping ads on those, advertising channels by creating your, product feed if you've been struggling, with creating your product feed then, don't worry I'll explain the process, step by step for you in this video, alright let's get started,so first of all what is a product data, feed well a product data feed is a list,of clean product data including things, like the products price a product, picture a link to the URL where the, product can be purchased and much more,so to publish product ads on various, sales channels like Google or Bing you, must assemble all that product data into,a clean and organized feed the ad,channel can then View and approve that, feed that you've created with your, organized product data and then publish,it into live ads so there's a few steps, involved there but you can think of it,like this,to start you have product data on your, store so perhaps you've got a Shopify or,a big Commerce store and you download, that data into a product feed which, could be something as simple as a Google,Sheets spreadsheet or a CSV file, once you have that data cleaned up and, ready to go in your data feed you'll,send that to a channel like Google,Merchant Center or to your Facebook,Commerce account where the product data,is reviewed by Google or Facebook or,whatever platform it is and in that step, they can make sure that you're selling, products that are that fit their, requirements that are not disallowed, product categories like weapons or,something like that and then once that, product data is reviewed and approved by,the channel at that point you can, finally show your product data in ads, like this sample ad I've got here for a,pair of red shoes you can see there's a,picture a product title a price and then, some other data down below so this is,what we're going to work on first today, and what I'm going to use for an example,is this store Kush cushion which is a,Shopify store that sells these little, seat cushions that go on top of a bar, stool like this,so we're going to use this store for a,couple demonstrations and in fact later,in this video series I'll actually show, you how I set up and manage and optimize, live ads for this live store so if you, want to catch those videos as I release, them on how I'm actually optimizing and, managing live ads for a real store make, sure to follow our channel so you can be,notified when we publish those videos so,alright so to get started I'm going to,create the product feed at my marketing, agency we use data feed watch and data, fee watch is a paid feed tool you can,use a different tool if you'd like so,here let's just go there so you can use,a free tool like a Google Sheets if,you'd like or there's other plenty of,other product feed tools if you're on,Shopify you can use the Shopify free app,so it's th
Let's move on to the first section of EM ‑ Shopping Product Feed
Google Shopping Product Feed Optimizations
Google Shopping Product Feed Optimizations
In this video, you're going to learn
how to optimize your product feed.,Optimizing your product feed means making
changes to your feed to rank better ,in the Google Shopping results.,This means, improving your product titles, ,improving your product descriptions,
and improving your products images.,We do this on a regular basis
after we launch our campaigns.,An important note here, in
this video we're talking about ,optimizing our feed after
we've launched our campaigns.,Not when we set them up.,If you don't yet have a product feed set up, ,and you haven't optimized it, go through
my video walkthroughs on how to do that.,I'll leave a link to our guide down below.,You'll learn absolutely everything
about product feeds, what they are, ,how to set them up for your store,
and even what product fields are.,We have videos on all of these topics
in our free Google Shopping course.,It's a course that's 100% free, with no
sign up required that takes you through ,everything you need to set up, optimize,
and scale your shopping campaigns.,I'll leave a link to that down below.,As you already know, your product
feed is made up of product fields ,that give the information about your products.,Stuff like, the product price, the description, ,the title, even the URL for the product
page, for that product, on your store.,Now, there are some fields that are
mandatory, and some that are optional.,This also depends on what you're
selling, and we go through this ,in our free course when you
set up your product feed.,When we optimize our product feed, ,we're trying to improve the product data
so Google has better quality information.,Why do we need to do this?,Because Google Shopping campaigns don't use
keywords, they use your product information ,to know who to show your products to.,This means that if you've never optimized the
titles or descriptions in your product feed, ,it's going to be much harder for Google
to show your products to the right people.,You could end up wasting hundreds or
thousands of dollars on irrelevant clicks, ,as Google tries to show your products to random
people, to figure out what your products are.,Now, there are two parts to
optimizing your product feed.,The first is when you initially set up your feed.,You need to make sure you carefully optimize
each field to give Google the best data possible.,We go over this in our free Google Shopping
course, but we also have a blog post that ,goes deep into every single product field,
and how to optimize it for your campaign.,The second part of optimizing your product feed,
is what we're going to cover in this video.,This is after we've been running our
Google Shopping campaign for some time.,We've already collected some data, ,and we know what sort of search
queries convert for our products.,We then adjust our product feed to
better target these converting keywords.,So how do we do this?,Firstly, we want to open
up our Google Ads account.,On the left,

How to Add Google Shopping Products to Merchant Center (No Product Feed!)
How to Add Google Shopping Products to Merchant Center (No Product Feed!)
want to add products to your google, merchant center account without needing,to create a whole, feed well i'm going to show you exactly, how to do that in this video let's go,okay so as i walk through this process,in a minute you're gonna see that i,recommend,a lot of other videos to watch about how,to optimize each part of the process,i'll leave a link in the description to,each of those videos so make sure you, check them out because there's a lot of,little branches where you're gonna learn, how to do stuff like optimize your, product titles optimize images, optimize your product page things that, are really going to come in handy,if you want to scale up your google, shopping campaigns without further ado, let's get into my computer and i'm going,to show you how to add your products to,google merchant center let's go,hey guys sam here i'm just going to show, you really quickly how to add products,to your google merchant center account, without having to set up a full feed, from your shopify store into google, merchant center,so you can go into products over here, and usually you'd create a product feed, but you can just create, one product in here at a time add them,in,it's going to ask you to fill in the, product details here so you make sure, you choose the country of sale so i'm,going to put australia, you can put the us uk or whatever, country uh you're selling those products,in,and where it's going to go so it's going,to go to the shopping ads okay cool,so the product identifiers so it's going,to be,basically the gtin or the upc this is,basically, the the identification number for this, product so like similar to isbn which is,for books, you probably have a gtin which will be,um the actual identification number, that's like the barcode number basically,um some often uh you might not have this, you depend you'd have to get this from, your supplier, but what you can also do is put in an,npn instead,as long as you also have the brand so if,you're filling the brand and the npn,it's okay you don't need the gti in uh,but i recommend getting the gta in if,you can especially if it's a new,if it's uh if you haven't sold much of,this product before because what that, allows is,if someone else around the world is,selling that same product with the same, gtin from the same supplier for example, and they have shopping reviews the stars,on their actual ads, approved and implemented on their, shopping ads you'll actually get those, their reviews shown on your ads which is,pretty cool if you're just starting, because you don't have to go through the, whole process of,collecting all those first reviews, initially and then getting them approved, getting it all set up which is a real, pain in the butt i've got a whole video,on that,i'll put that in the description but, basically yeah so you can put in,their the gta of the actual product and,it will pull in those reviews so the, manufacturer part number so let's put in,something like uh in,a i'm just going to put in some random,um,letters there beca

Create WooCommerce Product Feed for Google Shopping (Google Merchant Center) - CTX Feed
Create WooCommerce Product Feed for Google Shopping (Google Merchant Center) - CTX Feed
hello in this video we'll be looking
at how we can create a product feed ,and upload it into google merchant
center first off we need to make sure ,that our plugin is installed so you can go to
plugin add new and you can search up ctx feed, this is the woocommerce product feed plugin that you need to install
as you can see we have more than 30 000 active ,installations at this point in my wordpress site
i already have it installed so i'm just gonna jump ,straight into that to create a new feed click on
the plugin and click on make feed this will take ,you to this new screen where you need to choose
the country that you'll be making this feed for ,in this case i'll choose the united states since
we're uploading this field into google merchant ,center the template you want to choose
is google shopping you can name the file ,whatever you want in this case i'll just name
it my feed one let's keep the feed type at xml,now you can choose the kind of variations
you want to include in your feed ,let's keep the language at english
and the currency at us dollars ,now you can choose the item wrapper and the
single item wrapper that you're going to see ,when your xml feed is going to be created as you
can see this is what the free conflict looks like ,now since we have chosen google shopping as our
template our team has already pre-propagated with ,most of the google attributes needed to create
a feed for google merchant center these are all ,the attributes available under the feed conflict
let's look at one of these google product categories ,now in this case we'll be choosing pattern which
gives us a static value we're assuming that all ,the products i'll be uploading from our feed
will fall under one category in this case we're ,using clothing as an example as you can see the
plugin automatically pre-populates with all the ,different categories available within google if
you want to learn more about google categories you ,can actually just google and find the list of all
the google product categories available by google ,now let's look at a few other attributes as you
can see you've got attributes like regular prices ,and still prices and both of them we are so fixed
by us dollars now for manufacturer we've got the ,attribute where we have set it up in such a way
that it dynamically picks up the correct brand for ,the product that we have put on our feed however
if we wanted you can also put this as a static ,value in this case i have put a static value of
my brand so everything that's going to be exported ,all the products will be named my brand now
let's update and produce this feed as you can ,see the feed is actually created quite fast and
this is my feed right here called my feed one ,and this is the feed url and if you want you
can copy this url because you'll be needing this ,later on let's jump into google merchant center
right now as you can see under all products we ,don't have anything

How to Upload Feed in Google Merchant Center
How to Upload Feed in Google Merchant Center
I'm going to show you how to create and upload ,your feed to Google Merchant Center in
the easiest, and fastest, way possible.,Let's see if we can save you days
and days of pain in just 5 minutes.,Let's go.,Okay, so, setting up your product feed and
getting it into Merchant Center is one of ,the most painful things when setting
up Google Shopping ads for your store.,Let's skip all that pain right
now and get you a good feed.,Let's get into the Google
Shopping campaign setup right now.,But, if this video is useful to
you please give it a thumbs up.,That tells YouTube, "Hey, I'm
making good content over here.",Hey guys, in this video I'm gonna show you how ,to upload your product feed
to Google Merchant Center.,I'm gonna see how fast I can
actually do this to make sure ,it's a really simple process for you guys.,So, here I have a stopwatch.,I'm gonna start this... and then, let's go.,Okay, so we're in Google
Merchant Center now, right here, ,and we want to upload our feed from Shopify
in the easiest, and quickest, way possible.,I'm gonna go on to the left and go
the the menu here, and go to feeds,,and I'm gonna add in a new feed.,This is the new feed we're gonna have that's
going to take the products from Shopify, ,and put them in Merchant Center.,So, I'm just, like, country of sale: yes.,I'm going to be in Australia,Language: English.,Destination: Shopping ads.,Awesome, okay, cool.,Now I have to name the feed, so I'm just
going to put: :Shopify Google Sheets Feed.,This is the easiest way to create
a feed really really quickly.,You can also create individual
products that you upload.,I've got another video that goes through this
process, so check the description on that.,That is a super easy way to do it, but
you have to do each product individually.,This gets all the products in one go.,So we're going to make sure it selects
'Google Sheets', click continue...,The name doesn't matter too much.,Just put something in there that makes sense.,It's then going to ask me to sign in... because
it's going to create this Google Sheets file.,You need to have a Gmail address.,And, if you're using Merchant
Center, you'll have one anyway.,Okay, "generate a new spreadsheet from
template", that's exactly what we want.,Create feed.,It's now going to ask again
for access to my Google Docs.,That's fine... yes, yes yes.,Make sure you log in when you do this.,Cool..., now it's loading.,It has to create the whole Google Sheets file.,Okay, fantastic.,Now, it's being created... and then we can
open up our file, Google Sheets feed here.,So, it has a bit of information here, and
it's got some links here you can go to...,but it already has the columns which you
need to fill in for each of your products.,And we're going to do that right now.,What I'm going to do, I'm going
to do it just for one product, ,but you can do it for every single product.,So, we have this ready.,So, all we need to do is fill this in.,I'm going to go to my Shopify si

How to Segment Your Products in Google Shopping
How to Segment Your Products in Google Shopping
In this video, you're going
to learn how to segment your ,products in your Google Shopping campaign.,If you haven't created your Google Shopping
campaign yet, you need to do that first.,You also need to create your Google Merchant
Center account and your product feed.,I have videos showing you how to do every
single thing to get up to this point here.,I'll leave them down below
so check the description.,Why segment our products?,Segmenting our products into
ad groups and product groups, ,improves our targeting and helps
with optimizations later on.,Let's go into our Google Shopping campaign
and find the ad group that we created.,Here, under product groups we see
the product group that we created.,It contains everything in your feed.,We want to subdivide this product group, ,so we'll mouse over the name of it
and Google displays a plus sign.,Clicking it brings us here, where we
can sort through the products based ,on select information Google has from our feed.,Brand will show us all the brands we
have entered into the brand fields.,For example, item IDs show us every product
because every product must have a unique item ID.,Google also shows the title
right after the item ID, ,which is helpful if you want to use this
search function here to find certain products.,Condition simply divides products based
on how they're new, used, or refurbished.,You may remember that product
type is an optional field that ,Google gives us to create our own categories.,Here's where that pays off, ,because you can now use that to easily
subdivide between your categories here.,If it's your first campaign, this is not entirely
necessary that's more for advanced users.,Channel is for differentiating
between local inventory and online.,Channel exclusivity segments products by
availability in one of the channels or both.,We're not covering local ads in this
video or in our free Shopping course, ,but I'll include some links down below
if you'd like to explore that more.,And finally we have custom labels.,These are of course something that
you can set up in your product feed, ,and they're a fantastic way to further
sort and segment your products.,For example, if you're selling t-shirts
and you know that certain colors are more ,in demand than others, you can
have a custom label for colors.,By subdividing the more popular colors
out to their own product groups, ,you can make sure that they get higher bids.,As another example say you've labeled in
your feed which products are high margin, ,and which are low margin, you may
want to segment out the low margin ,products that you can bid lower on
them, than the rest of the products.,There are a million ways to use these custom
labels for smart product segmentation, ,and you'll need to think of the
right way to do it for your products.,If you recall, we created this
ad group to target wallets.,For this campaign here, because we're
doing manual bidding on the product level, ,we're g
