hey what's up guys are you using,accomplish to automate your online,business then your primary,responsibility is to update the,inventory regularly but updating the,inventory one by one is a time consuming,process,it is the practice that you should avoid,especially if there are thousands of,listings,proficient sellers usually list item and,update the quantity in an easy and time,efficient way,it is a great news that accommodates,allow us to update listing quantity in,bulk via feed file the process may be,complicated for you but we have,simplified it and that's what that,tutorial is all about,this is shakhat and welcome back to ecom,clips in today's tutorial i'm gonna talk,about how to sync inventory from,e-commerce to marketplaces now let me,demonstrate how you can accomplish this,you must login to urecomplex account,first,once you are in you need to update your,inventory but you must check if your,item exists on account or not,before updating the inventory,if not then you have to add the item,first by clicking add product,you can update the quantity on account,either one by one searching the sqls,this is called the manual process there,can be many warehouse but you have to,update the specific warehouse you need,to update the quantity now you can see,the changes are reflecting here also you,can do this manually from the product,detail page of e-commerce so hover over,actions and click on view,now we can see the manage warehouse,click on it,then set the preferred quantity to the,specific warehouse you want to update,the quantity,now click on close,you can also set the reserve level here,that means you can reserve a safety,quantity if you need,after that hover over action and click,on save,or can update the bulk excuse quantity,using import format template to download,customize import format hover over,setting then click on bulk import export,now click on the button view under,manual import format click on add new,give a name of this template,select your warehouse from here now,click on add attribute to add the,attributes on the template,you should at least add the item sql,number and warehouse quantity,now click on back and save the template,now go to your manual import format view,page and download the template by,hovering over action and then clicking,on get template now fill the template as,how many sqs you need to update the,inventory on ecom test,and then save the file now again hover,over setting and click on bulk import,export click on upload inventory browse,the file you saved now then you need to,select the template name you created for,updating inventory and then click on,upload,now we can see the status message that,the inventory is updated or not,after finishing all this you have to go,to the all product page,create a filter for the warehouses you,have updated inventories click on the,filter select the warehouse from here,and click on apply,now you will find the updated quantity,here for those sq you have updated the,quantities,now we w

so in this recording we'll go through,the steps of downloading listings,into re-ecom dash and setting them up in,ecom dash,start from ecom dash login,login with your account and it should,take you,to the products page,from here you can see a list of all of,the listings that have been downloaded,normally the first thing that i do when,i go in is to sort by the create date,to see when was the last time that,listings got,downloaded and,if i sort by created date from,oldest uh from from,most recent to oldest,the most recent one will pop up on top,and i'll,and i can see which ones have been,downloaded so these are all new listings,that were created,yesterday i had just downloaded them,earlier today,um so when you do this,the first thing you want to make sure is,that you have the most,recent download and to do that,you would go here to download listings,and then select amazon.com,it looks like there is no checkbox here,that just means that all listings have,been,downloaded um you'll see,other markets that are that are in the,system but,for now don't download anything except,for,amazon.com okay,all right so listings have been,downloaded,what you want to do is set up all new,listings,that have not been set up in the system,and what it means to set up a listing is,to assign it to a vendor,enter the cost and some other pertinent,information that,we need to record in ecom dash,so to do that go to view,and that will open the listing up in the,properties page,all right,so the first thing you want to check is,to make sure that there is an image,that downloaded with the listing if,there is no image downloaded then,you will need to add one so to add an,image you would click on add images,and enter a product url here an image,url,and this is easy to get you just go to,the listing on amazon click on,the image that you want to add and then,uh copy image address,and then paste that right here,and that should upload the image to the,listing,since this one i already have it we,don't need to add any more,okay um first thing you want to turn on,is auto sync,so we do this for all the listings,um auto sync usually comes in play when,there is a merchant fulfill item,and you and whether an item is a,merchant fulfilled,or fulfilled by amazon is,is signified in the sku with,the a here so,the first three digit is the code for,the vendor a means that is fulfilled by,amazon,and the first block of numbers this is,the cost of the item,so those are the three three things that,um you need to be aware of,okay so auto sync is checked reserve,level,by default we set it to one so for some,reason if we decide to sell this,merchant fulfill,reserve level one means that we would,hold the inventory,we won't sell out of all units,in e-com dash just in case,sometimes inventory does get lost and,we have zero inventory left and we,oversell,so the reserve level will help,prevent some of those mishaps,okay all right,and supplier make sure you choose the,supplier this is very important,um i run the

ecomdash Inventory and Active product mapping tutorial

hello,picky pickerton here um today i'm going,to be showing you how to,map your inventory and your listings,together on ecom dash i recently uh,found the need that i was running out of,products and,not able to keep up with everything on,three different sales channels and i'm,wanting to add a fourth,so after trying everything i came across,ecomm dash,the only downside i found is that,their knowledge base support for,instructions and how-to's,is lacking tremendously so,in an effort to help them out with,something i feel is a,very good platform i'm going to show you,one important aspect of keeping up with,your inventory and that is mapping,um your your inventory listings to your,active listings on your sales channels,so to show you what i'm talking about,go into our inventory management,um let's say,we're going to be using tan wire so i'm,going to filter it,to my tan wire as you see here i have,three,i should not have three but when you,initially log in,to ecom dash you're,you're told to set up each one of your,channels download your products,and when you do that it creates a,an inventory item for each channel well,that doesn't work because i don't have,three different,twisted i need three listings and one,inventory item so,what we're going to do is basically,combine these three from ebay,etsy and my website into one,so that when we make one change it,changes all three,when there's one cell it affects all,three,and how we do that is we go down to,listings,we go to our active listings,and something that i else i had to,figure out,is right here on the side these little,buttons right here there's no tooltip,for them,see there's a tool tip for everything,else but not these well i found out i'm,just going to call them the merge button,they merge your listings together,so we're gonna find our tan twisted wire,that we're working on,as you can see here it is um so,it shows you right here the ebay the,etsy to amazon,website whatever you have and i chose to,stick with the ebay sku,because basically what you're going to,do here is you're going to combine all,three of these under one sku,so i prefer this one uh,you can choose whichever you like the,other skus while it says they're deleted,they're deleted from being the main sku,but they,turn into reference items which,are referenced within the sku so,the one you want to pick is going to be,deleted so if this one,if you want this one to be your main sku,you do not pick it for this step,because it will be deleted so right here,we'll start with etsy,we'll click our merge button we will,filter,we will go down and find the sku that we,want to stick with which is right here,which is my ebay sku,please confirm you're about to delete,it's okay,so you're gonna do that,and let's see let's make sure everything,comes back all right we're gonna have to,filter again,so now that we've got that one now i,want to go down to my website,merge button filter,go find my ebay sku again,hit okay,alright so now everything should be,und

Export from Ecomdash to Shopify

hello this is kevin king with pinehurst,websites and i'm going to show you a,video on how to export items from EECOM,- and to format that for Shopify so,right here I'm going to go to the,inventory tab on the left hand side and,then I'm gonna go to inventory,management so if we look at upload,inventory here when I want to add,inventory and then export inventory over,here when you want to export inventory,so we want to export inventory we're,just going to export everything here and,I've created a map right here for the,inventory I want to export and this is,actually mapped into a Shopify format,but there's a little bit of additional,formatting that needs to be done to,prepare for Shopify but it's about 95,percent ready so let's go ahead and do,the export and we're gonna select all,product for the inventory filter,okay my export is complete and now I'm,just gonna download this file and I'll,just show you real quick,this is the download of the file that,I'm going to use and this has everything,you can see how it has handle title this,top line is the template for Shopify so,everything's already been prepared to,put this directly into Shopify and I'll,show you where you create that so you,created that under admin import formats,and under Cayenne designs you just go,and you add a new format for the export,format and that's where I created this,one and you can see I just mapped every,field that I want to export like the,name for the product handle also the,name for the title description and I set,up custom names on each of these for the,option values and everything else that,you use in Shopify and so that's what,created these headers in Shopify and,this is what I pulled out the column I,pulled out from EECOM - right here so,that's where you create it and we're,done with EECOM - now so let's go back,over to our inventory spreadsheet and we,have everything in the format that we,need so what we can do now is we can,just we can filter it down to the items,that we need so the best way to do that,is to go to data and let's change the,sort it by say the vendor for instance,so if we go over to the vendor that,we're using it's right here in column D,and let's expand our selection,and everything is highlighted here so,you got your headers and we're just guys,sorted by bender,so now we have our vendor here and let's,just say that we want to just do a few,of these items right here and we don't,want anything else so we could just take,then either copy this into a new,spreadsheet for the items that we wanted,or we can pick through the items from a,particular vendor and we could delete,out the other ones but the easy thing to,do right now is let's just copy this,information over and create a new,spreadsheet,and now the only thing that we need to,do for Shopify is this needs to be in,the format of a URL this is the product,handle that means it has to have dashes,between each each word because in a URL,as we look on a website you can't have,anything you can have any spac

How to Automate Dropshipping with Ecomdash

keeping your sales channels updated is,important when you're running your,online business,if you're a drop shipper or use a,third-party logistics company you want,to make sure the process runs as,smoothly as possible,here's how you can automate the process,of sending new order details to your,supplier and receive tracking details so,ecommdash can update your sales channels,make sure the warehouse feed and custom,inventory add-ons are enabled to begin,the process,let's start with the warehouse feed,the word warehouse can mean a lot of,things depending on the way your,business is set up for our purposes here,a warehouse is your third-party,logistics company dropship supplier or,fulfillment center,your first step is to set up your,warehouse in the system,open the menu to manage warehouse and,click the create warehouse button and,select integrated,name your warehouse and uncheck add to,all products,once you've done that you can add any,pertinent details like the address,contact info or notes about this,supplier,from there you can set up the automation,for the order export feed and the,tracking import feed,let's start with order export,click order export from the tabs at the,top click automation settings,this is where you choose the source of,your orders,automating this process allows ecom dash,to send a file about each new order to,your fulfillment center be it a drop,ship supplier third-party logistics,company or warehouse,choose the specific integration type,your supplier requires,from there you can set up information,specific to your needs for example file,name,file delimiter settings,what interval to send the file and more,you have the option to test the,integration to make sure the credentials,work the way you need them to,after you add your integration settings,click save,then you can move on to the next step,which is format creation,click the add attributes button to see,all the data points that you can choose,to include in the file,different fulfillment suppliers require,the information to be organized in a,certain way,and you're able to customize that here,once that is set up,you can follow the same automation and,file format steps to set up the tracking,import feed,the tracking import feed is where we go,to receive the file that shows the order,was shipped,once we receive the file we can update,your sales channel with the order status,and include the tracking information,with both the order export and tracking,import feeds enabled you'll be able to,easily send the order details to your,supplier and receive tracking details,let's move on to the inventory feed,before ecom dash can associate any new,sales orders with your supplier,you need to import your suppliers,catalog and attach it to the warehouse,you just created,open the menu to manage formats and,click the add new button,to set up an item in your inventory,create a recognizable name and choose,import,from here you'll be able to add,pertinent information about the item,like its specific

List on Jet using Ecomdash

this is Kevin with pinehearst websites,in I'm just gonna go quickly through how,to list items on Jeff to queue them up,and then to send them over did yet using,EECOM - so this is after you've already,done the setup on Jett so right now what,we want to do is we want to go into the,listings and we're gonna go in the,listing management and it will show us,the items that we already have launched,yet so if it's over here it's not on yet,yeah so this doesn't have an image so,I'm not gonna send that over right now,that would be an obvious one that I'm,not ready to send over so all I need to,do is put in an image and have the rest,of the information that I need on Jett,so the information that you need on Jett,you can actually just upload it if you,don't have it in I've got information,listed that I was able to pull from the,items I have on Amazon and Shopify,already including the images and it had,most of the information I needed to list,it on Jett so there are some instances,where I listed it on Jett that way so,what you want to do these are already,listed on on these channels under active,listings right here under not listed the,next column you're going to see that,these are not listed on these channels,so like I said since these don't have,images I'm not gonna do those but let's,go ahead and show more listings so we,can show 250 listings on a page so what,we'll do is just wait for that to update,the listings there so this is updated,now we have 250 listings on this page so,let's go look at some items that we,might want to list on Jeff this is on,Amazon Shopify an amazon Canada it's got,an image in there so let's go ahead and,list it on Jett all we need to do is,well this is actually already queued up,to list on Jett so if it's queued up and,it hasn't gone over it it probably has,an error so we can take a quick look and,see if we might see what that error is,so it has an ASA number one of the,things that does need is has to have a,weight so I'm going to put point three,pounds and save it and that should once,I have saved the weight in there that's,the only thing that was missing,sometimes it will normally will show an,error why it didn't go over but if it,doesn't it probably needs a weight so,I'm just gonna create that listing and,now that listing has gone over to Jett,so if I go back to my listing management,there's an easier way I can look at the,products that aren't listed on Jett I,can just click on unlisted and then I,can choose the channel which is Jett,this is gonna bring up all the items,that are not currently listed on Jett so,if I take a look at these items if I,want to send everything on the page over,to Jett except the ones that I know just,aren't going to go because they don't,have images,I've got quite a few I can do up to a,hundred so if I want to do more than if,I want to do a hundred items I have to,go and show 100 items and then I can,just hit that check box to send 100,items over so I'll go ahead and update,this page to a hundred ite
