enable cloud user hub requires you to be,either a direct microsoft csp or an,indirect csp,check your csb status by looking for,your mpn id at the top right of your,microsoft partner center,to verify your customers access log in,to microsoft partner center with an,account that is able to manage partner,environments and view customers,click on the customers tab,and verify that the customers you'd like,to manage in cloud user hub are listed,to invite new customers click the,request reseller relationship link at,the top of the customers list,either have your partner click the link,and allow the relationship or use your,admin account in the partner's tenant to,accept the relationship yourself,be sure to leave include delegated,administration privileges selected if,you want to use the automatic,configuration wizard in cloud user hub,to ensure that your microsoft partner,center has the correct security,requirements sign into microsoft azure,ad,open up the sidebar and click on azure,active directory then scroll down in the,sidebar and select properties,pick manage security defaults and ensure,that this is set to yes then click save,before turning on enable security,defaults make sure that you don't have,any basic authentication scenarios,running in your tenant,also keep in mind that once enabled all,users with certain roles will be,required to set up mfa,now we need to create a cloud user hub,service account in the azure active,directory admin center select new user,name the user whatever you'd like,but something related to cloud user hub,is recommend,under xero groups selected,select the admin agents group,and under roles,select the global admin,role,pick a usage usage location,and click create,once the user is created sign in to the,microsoft admin center once using this,account,follow the prompts to reset the password,and set up mfa do not opt to skip the,mfa setup mfa will be required for cloud,user hub use,once mfa and password have been changed,ensure that the service account is part,of the admin agents group and is a,global admin,there are scenarios that may limit,partner access for example if a partner,removes delegated admin permissions from,your service account the service account,will no longer be able to manage their,tenant through the microsoft partner,center and therefore through cloud user,hub,it is still possible to use cloud user,hub to manage their tenant but you would,have to get delegated admin permissions,from that partner,another scenario that would limit your,ability to manage customers using cloud,user hub would be if a customer,configures restrictive collaboration,settings for guest accounts,if the setting is set to no one in the,organization can invite guests automatic,configuration of cloud user hub will,fail,if the next setting is set to allow,invitations only to specify domains and,your domain is not part of the allow,list,automatic configuration of cloud user,hub will also fail,if you don't have delegated admin,permissions t

this video will serve as a brief,introduction to the new forcepoint hub,interface,the forcepoint customer support portal,has been upgraded to the forcepoint hub,the forcepoint hub is a tool for,customers to access various resources on,the forcepoint website in order to,better troubleshoot and investigate,issues,on the main page of the forcepoint hub,there is the knowledgebase section which,contains featured articles and recent,articles that have been created,in addition a listing of all open cases,is listed,at the bottom of the page recent tech,alerts relevant to your products are,listed as well,the search bar at the top of the page,can be used to search force point,documentation the knowledge base,community posts and tech alerts,searching for articles and documentation,can also be performed by clicking on the,knowledge and documentation tab,in this example we will be searching for,a dop article,as seen on the page the search results,can be filtered by documentation,knowledge base articles tech alerts and,posts by the community forums on the,left pane additional filters can be,applied,within the product filter there are,additional subfilters that can be,applied such as the sub products and,versions included within the article,to clear a filter select one of the,upper parent values,the community tab will allow you to,access a variety of groups that are,created by forcepoint users,by joining a group you have the option,of receiving email notifications and,digests when posts are created within,the groups you are able to ask questions,and discuss the product with other users,here we will create a sample question in,this group,as seen here the post is now placed into,the feed of the group other users can,reply on these posts and if you are the,creator of the question you are able to,mark one of the posts as the best answer,forcepoint support will also be,monitoring these communities and will,answer questions when possible when,posting in forcepoint communities your,first and last name will be used by,default if you would like to modify this,information navigate to the top right,menu and go to my profile,here you are able to set your,community-facing display name in,addition to other personal information,the influence and recognition badges on,the right side of the page will be a,reflection of your activity performed,within the communities use the cases tab,to view your currently opened cases and,also any past cases opened under your,name or from your organization within,the case you are able to view,information such as the articles a,technician has attached to your case and,activities such as case comments,clicking on an attached article will,bring you to the associated article,within the forcepoint hub if there's a,need to open a new support case there,are two options first is contacting,support over the phone in order to,generate a case on your behalf,when calling into forcepoint support,provide the forcepoint account id which,is available under the
