How I Edit My Instagram Photos! | I Covet Thee

hi everybody so we're in a bit of a,different situation today I'm sitting on,my floor they have a little bit of a,different video for you today so this,has been quite a highly requested one I,always get so many comments on my,Instagram about how do you edit your,photos what apps do you use and people,just genuinely wanting to know and I,always reply to your comments I always,leave the kind of things I do what I use,but it's a pretty extensive process,I do call it a process because I just,been way too much time editing my photos,so I feel like I can never really give,you all the information you need just by,answering a comment so I thought I would,just do it put it out there and make,this video for all of you that are,interested in how I edit my photos and I,don't know ramble on too much I'm just,gonna get straight into it and show you,exactly what I do so this is my phone,it's an iPhone 6 in white and gold and I,really prefer to stick to iPhone photos,for Instagram I think they just come out,better and they work better as you can,tell I have a bit of a messy phone user,and never update my apps I know your,people always tell me for it 43 on,updated apps s quite bad so I'm gonna,open up my Instagram so you can kind of,see what it looks like I don't really,have a theme with my lips around I kind,of had just an editing photos in a,certain way recently and this is how,they've been turning out as you can see,if you go further down it's just,completely different I've kind of got a,bit of a great thing going on I stayed,at the Mondrian recently they have a,beautiful great marble bathroom and then,obviously London is looking pretty great,at the moment I just kind of like the,way this looks all the gray tones my,photos aren't very colourful there's the,odd bit of color thumbs a very delicious,breakfast here and there but I tend to,keep them mostly unsaturated so let's,talk about how I do this and I do use,quite a few apps obviously starting out,with camera is the first thing that I do,and I take all my photos in a square so,they're very thin Instagram they're,ready to go I know you can put different,sized photos on Instagram now but I just,prefer to stick with the square I like,the way that it looks so like the rest,of my phone my camera roll is a bit of a,mess there's just a lot going on here so,the way that I kind of work around the,messiness and navigate this is to go,through all my photos and actually,favorite the ones that I want to use on,Instagram so I think I'm gonna go for,this one here and I'll just favorite it,and then let's,any other ones I want to use this one,and I think that ice cream and I'll put,in the bed as our so I favor all the,ones that I like the look of I think I,want to use and then these end up in the,favorites folder so you basically have a,condensed version of your camera rollin,it just makes it easier to find the,photos that you want so then I start,using my apps I don't really have these,organized in a particular way I do have

HOW I EDIT MY INSTAGRAM PHOTOS + PLAN AN AESTHETIC FEED

hey everyone,welcome back to my channel today i'm,going to be showing you how i edit my,pictures and,curate my instagram feed this has been a,topic that i've had,so many questions on over the course of,a few years i thought that i would show,you how i curate,for every season what type of mood i'm,in and it honestly just varies upon like,what i'm inspired by at the moment and,it's not always the same,i'm never consistent i'm not trying to,maintain a perfect feed all the time but,this is just like,generally how i edit and curate my feed,okay so,let's start at step one how i take my,photos,i normally shoot on my iphone or,on a canon g7x mark iii i used to work,with a photographer in new york for a,majority of my pictures or my friends,would take my photos,but ever since covet hit i've been,taking everything on self timer so i,feel like i've really mastered,how to take photos on self timer if you,guys need any tips on that,i've linked a video below of how i shoot,my photos,by myself on self timer and there are a,lot of good little tricks and tips in,there,that will hopefully be helpful to you,guys how i take my photos i basically,just set up a tripod wherever i scout a,good location,i'll pull my car over in a really pretty,field during sunset,these photos right here i actually took,on self timer i just put the tripod on,my car,and it was super easy i downloaded the,app sync my phone to my camera and then,i can actually see,the viewfinder screen of what my camera,sees on my phone so i can just click the,button for my phone and then it'll take,the picture on my camera,that makes things really easy another,way that i take photos and self timer is,i use my iphone and i have a little,bluetooth remote control,that i use and it just connects you turn,it on i do that a lot i'll set up my,iphone on a tripod,that's a really easy way to take photos,on self timer as well so the time of day,i normally take photos is around five,to seven pm because the lighting is,really good it's normally,golden light i think it does really well,in photos it just translates,really well on camera here's an example,of a photo that i took,around i think 5 30 really golden and,beautiful out,i decided because it was really dark out,to use my canon,use a flash instead of using my iphone,which would have been,way less quality of a photo and i wore a,light colored dress because it was,darker out and i honestly think that the,contrast of wearing a light colored,outfit,against a dark backdrop is really,stunning and i thought that that would,stand out more than just wearing like,jeans and a black tee or something so i,decided to wear this white for loving,lemons dress,and this one i'm actually going to edit,and show you guys how i edit my photos,i use maybe two or three apps depending,upon the photo,and how much editing it really needs,this photo doesn't need too much editing,and i try not to over edit my photos i,just adjust the colors,kind of adjust my outfit maybe smooth a,few things as

How To Level Up Your Look | Covet Fashion

today I am super excited to show you how,to put that finishing touch on your look,with our new prop shop feature so covet,fashion first and foremost is always,going to be about the fashion we want,you to be able to express your personal,style connect with a like-minded,community and also express your,creativity now not every single,challenge will have prop shop available,but in order to find one that does when,you scroll through the challenge feed,you want to look out for this wand,that's going to be in the right hand,corner and whenever I style a challenge,I usually like to start with the,restrictions that way I know what I have,to work around so with this one you're,required to use an S sequin gown we'll,give her clutch give her some earrings,give her some shoes I like these gold,ones and now for hair and makeup when,the prop shop feature is enabled the,skin has moved under the makeup tab so,you still are able to customize your,skin tone,give her some makeup I think you may be,a red lip now for her hair want to give,her some long luscious hairs this messy,bun look has kind of been my go-to,lately so I think we're ready to add the,props and add that finishing touch so,when selecting props for a challenge,you'll have three available prop dots,this one up here you can put something,behind her she'll always have a prop,doubt on her right hand everything from,like a coffee cup to a camera since this,is a party I'm gonna give her some,golden black holdings and then there are,the floor props which included pets,suitcases microphones things like that I,think Francis deserves to get to go,everywhere she goes so I'm gonna put him,in the corner there,and then I can tap this eye icon in the,corner just to see what the full look,looks like it's important to note we now,have three different tiers of crops we,have our basic crops which were the ones,that we introduced when crop shop came,out so everyone has access to these,crops,those will always be there and always be,free then the next level we have the,monthly props those are the ones that,are introduced each month that really,kind of fit the theme of the challenges,that you'll see that month and then our,new tier of props that we just,introduced are called coveted props,these are next level amazing,so these props will be either Erna,Balochistan store in order to access,these premium props you go into the prop,pack tab and you'll be able to see all,the prop packs that are available at,that time think of them a lot like our,hair accessories where you have to use a,token to unlock the prop AK so you'll,see everything that's available on the,side here and then when you click into,it you'll see all the available props,these props won't be available for,purchase individually you'll have to do,the entire pack but you're going to get,access to so many amazing props with in,each pack you can either purchase them,through the tab within the challenge or,you can go through the premium store and,you see the prop token

Long COVID... What Is It and What Can I Do About It?

almost 500 million people in the world,have had coved including about three and,a half million in canada and 80 million,in the u.s and many of these people have,been left with long-term symptoms called,long coven so what do we know about this,new condition let's get into it,early in the pandemic people who got,covid started noticing that many of,their symptoms didn't go away after the,initial infection these people called,themselves long haulers they started,sharing their experiences on social,media and they invented a hashtag called,long coven and because these people made,their voices heard scientists started,studying the problem and long covet is,now a scientifically recognized disease,long covet is defined by symptoms that,persist for more than four weeks after,the initial covet infection or that,start after the infection and linger,beyond four weeks,people with long covet can report,symptoms for weeks or months and in some,cases over a year,we now have many studies of long covet,and the proportion of people who can,develop this varies anywhere from one in,ten to one in three patients who got,infected and even kids can get long,covet it happens less often than in,adults but it can happen and we're still,learning more about it what's important,here is that although long covet appears,to be more common in people who were,very sick and got hospitalized it's also,often seen in people who had mild,infections,and people report a very wide variety of,symptoms just like the acute infection,the long-term effects can involve almost,any organ system in the body from the,brain to the heart the lungs the,gastrointestinal system the muscles and,others and those symptoms can be mild or,they can be debilitating for example,people often lose their sense of smell,and even their ability to taste during,the covet episode and many of my,patients tell me that they still can't,taste their coffee for months after,their covet is over,other common symptoms can be general,things like fatigue and muscle aches or,weakness there can also be respiratory,symptoms like shortness of breath chest,tightness and chest pain or neurologic,symptoms like headaches or symptoms of,anxiety and depression,people also report something called,brain fog which affects concentration,and memory here's how one patient,described it it's extremely strange i,just can't seem to find words and,articulate myself i have to look up,stuff that i've never had to look up,i forget where i'm going what i want to,do but is there anything you can do to,protect yourself from long coven well,the best way is to avoid getting coveted,altogether but if you do catch the virus,if you're vaccinated not only will you,have less symptoms during the infection,but we now have multiple studies showing,that the chances of those symptoms,persisting and becoming long covered are,at least 50,lower compared to if you hadn't been,vaccinated and if you're not vaccinated,and you get long covet it's still not,too late several stud

REELS COVER PHOTO TIPS | Creating them, getting them to show up, how they work

currently in 2021 instagram reels are,kind of a big deal,and i recently created a video giving a,tutorial on how i create,my instagram reels cover photo but,something that you guys have asked me to,do a little bit more of is to dive,deeper into some tips for,instagram reels cover photos and some,good things that are,that you should keep in mind when you're,creating and using cover photos on reels,and currently in 2021 you actually can't,change this cover photo once you have,posted a reel,so it's kind of a big deal that you get,it right the first time so we're gonna,dive into,all of my tips for this and everything,that you should know when it comes to,instagram reels cover photos,real quick let's talk about the basics,of what a cover photo is so it's,basically a photo where you can create a,custom photo,that shows up before someone taps onto,your reel on your profile,and it helps you to keep your grid more,curated or you know to have a different,photo,show up to feel be a little bit more,enticing than maybe just,whatever screen grab reels happens to,take from your instagram reels and these,cover photos are 1080 pixels by 1920,pixels if you were creating them,yourself,and it's important to keep in mind with,cover photos that if you're pushing your,photo to the main feed of your instagram,profile the middle square is what's,going to show up on your profile and,i'll explain that more here in a second,but,it's just really important to keep in,mind that the middle section is what's,going to actually show up,if you're trying to create your own,cover photos to match the aesthetic of,your feet a little bit that's really,important to keep in mind and also,really handy because you can,really customize these to make it flow,with your feet a little bit better so,when you go to add a cover photo to your,instagram reel you really have a couple,of different options i'm going to walk,you through,when you get to the very last page when,you're creating a real right before you,go to hit share to a post,this is where you can add your cover,photo or customize what your cover photo,is and currently you have two different,options,and again you can't change this once you,post the reel so make sure you're doing,this here before you ever,to go post the reel so for those two,options,basically you can either tap where it,says cover,over here and this is where you get you,can have those options you can either,um drag the little slider at the bottom,to pick a portion of your video that you,want to recover photo and then if you,have a certain portion you want you just,hit done and that will be your cover,photo,the other option is when you hit cover,here you can also tap,add from camera roll at the very bottom,and choose any photo that you want from,your camera roll,one of the cons to using a screen grab,from your,um reel is that it's not very,customizable right like you can't go,back and change the text you can't add,new text you can't change,the editing or anything like that a

How to Add Instagram Feed to Shopify Store 2020

hi everyone so in this Shopify tutorial,we're gonna learn about this ok,everyone's in this Shopify tutorial,we're going to learn how can add an,Instagram feed to your Shopify store in,2020 alright so I'm gonna add my,Instagram feed for this Instagram,account so make sure you're logged in to,your Instagram account that you want to,share on your Shopify store so in my,case I'm logged in as roar natural life,alright so we're gonna go and add the,Instagram feed right here at the home,page ok so to do this just go to your,back-end of your Shopify store now go to,the left sidebar to this one click on,apps alright go to this one click on,this it Shopify App Store alright,search for insta feed like so and we're,gonna use this one in stuff feed,Instagram feed alright,click on that so you can have a look on,what you will get you can also read the,reviews okay they got the free plan,which we're gonna use and you can also,go into the feed Pro or in some feed,plus okay so to install this we're gonna,click on this one add app,after that go and click on install app,alright so now we need to connect our,Instagram account just go to this button,connect click on connect Instagram,account okay so now we need to authorize,this application so hi,mint studio is requesting to do the,following access your profile info,username account type access your media,caption media account media type media,URL permalink time stamp and thumbnail,so if you agree to this just click on,authorize like so so now we can see a,preview right here to the right alright,so now we can add a feed title so leave,empty if you don't want the title or,already have one okay just add a title,like so and now you can see we have a,title my Instagram feed you can do post,spacing so we can do 1 percent 2 percent,5 percent or 10 percent so let's say I,want to have 5 percent click on save now,you can see that we have a space between,the images alright let's use post,spacing sorry shoes maybe 1% then we got,on post click open pop-ups show product,open on Instagram or do nothing okay so,I'm gonna choose open pop-up number of,rows so right now we have one so one row,you can have maybe two rows and we have,number of columns so 1 2 3 4,maybe you want to have three rows click,on save and now you can see that we have,two rows and three images and if you,want to have more images you can just,maybe add another row or number of,columns so it will be two times three,equals six so we got six images if you,add two and five columns it gonna be ten,images alright so make sure to save this,and try this to your home page in a,Shopify store let's go to the Left,sidebar click on online store go to,themes and after that we're gonna go and,click on customize alright now go to,this one to the left sidebar click on,add section okay so now go to this one,insta feed app under Instagram feed just,click on this one in stuff feed app now,click on add alright now go to the top,right corner click on this one,save and this will add the

good morning everyone i am alicia with,the doctor dozen this is my 5 a.m,morning routine where i prep breakfast,lunch and dinner for my 10 kids,although i'm going to work backwards,so i'm going to prep dinner first,then lunch then breakfast so breakfast,isn't cold,but first,coffee,i'm getting over a little cold so i,apologize for my voice,i'm gonna start with their meds,you know sometimes i debate,showing medications and vitamins and,stuff,um but then i realized this morning,the more i talk about it or the more,that people see it,then,the less stigma there will be around,mental health,because let me tell you,there is a huge stigma around,mental health awareness,so i'm just going to keep doing it,if that helps people realize,that ptsd is a real thing and bipolar,disorder is a real thing and that those,often need,a medication to help people be their,healthiest and happiest self,then that's what i'm gonna do,oops i just put patrick's degrees,sorry i gotta concentrate when i do,these or i mess them up,so these are for six of the kids um,and bodhi's gastroparesis medicine we,dose out right before we give them it's,a liquid,same with dashes,but the ones that i can prep ahead for,the day i do,three of my kids are already awake so,you might see them,yes at 5am,uh i just took this out of the fridge,okay i think it's okay it's like a,little you know how sometimes,your fridge gets too cold and it's,frozen,okay,it should be okay,it'll be in the crock pot all day so,so yeah we just had chicken fajitas last,week my kids want them again,james really wanted steak fajitas,so,i was like you know what we'll just do,both,i'm gonna put it all in together,and the kids can pick out if they don't,want the chicken they can just pick out,the steak pieces,my kids get set on like menu items,these are foil pan savers they are food,safe they are not aluminum,my kids got on like meals that they,really like,so i guess right now it's chicken,fajitas,it's like,the easiest meal ever,all right so you start by cutting up,onions now,i obviously quadrupled like every recipe,so,if you don't have 12 people in your,family,i don't know maybe half this recipe or,quarter it,so you start with onions and you're just,going to slice them up and put them,right at the bottom of your crockpot,we will be live today,to unbox our post office goodies,i gotta get back to the post office,there was two more boxes i have to pick,up,but we'll be live at three o'clock,i'm gonna try going live on youtube uh,again have i been live on youtube i,don't know,oh speaking of live,sunday so i don't forget to tell you is,zoe's 10th birthday,we have a,exotic,not exotic um,my amphibians and reptile,type,quote-unquote petting zoo coming,um so we will go live for that i thought,that would be interesting it's at,one o'clock,eastern time sunday,so if you,want to see,this show it's like an educational show,um because that's what my family finds,exciting um but yeah it's like an,educational show about amphibians and,reptiles
