How to setup maintenance / coming soon page with elementor | Elementor design challenge

hey what's going on guys my name is,farjana welcome to my another elementor,design tutorial in today's video i will,show you how you can design our coming,soon page only using the elementor,builder before launching our website we,need to set a coming soon page for our,website or sometimes when we need to do,some development work that time also we,need to enable these coming soon page,options so in this tutorial i will show,you how you can create a coming soon,page like this only with the elementor,page builder alright so without any,further ado let's get started after,installing elementor from dashboard i'm,going to elementor and going to tools,then i have to go to the maintenance,mode and now if i choose the option so,here is two options i will find here is,coming soon and the maintenance mode we,can enable anyone but the maintenance,mode is not good for seo and the coming,soon mode is good for seo because when,we enable the coming soon mode our url,still will be indexing by google so i'm,going to set the coming soon and from,here we have to set a template,so before selecting the template i have,to create a new template so for that i'm,going to the templates and here i'm,going to add new,and choose template type so from here,i'm selecting a default page,and template name here we can type,anything i'm typing coming soon and,create template,and now for this page we don't need this,header area or footer area so i'm going,to the settings and page layout so this,time i'm selecting the canvas mode and,now i'm getting a full blank page so,now i'm going to start a design from,scratch so for that going to add new,section,and here i'm taking a full column,structure and going to edit section and,here you can set a height so for that,here i'm selecting the full screen and,for this section i'm going to add a,background color going to style tab and,here background type this time i'm,selecting the gradient color and the,first color,i'm selecting a,dark color we can select any color and,the second color we can keep the pink,color,or this pink and here we can set the,angle to,like this,and first i'm changing the start,location,and the int location,and now i'm changing the angle,and also changing the first location,and now if we check the full screen mode,it's working like this or here we can,change the angle more so now if we check,so it's working like this,all right so now i'm going to add some,text so first i'm going to take a,heading text,and now changing the text to coming soon,alignment to center and style tab,changing the color to white and,font typography,here i'm changing the text to poppins,and here we can change the font size,font weight you can set,500,or,600,and in the similar way going to some,more text,and here i'm going to increase the text,and now i'm changing the text alignment,so for that going to style tab alignment,to center and text color also changing,it to the white and here i want to add,some spacing in the left and right side,so for that

How to setup Maintenance / Coming soon mode on Wordpress with a free plugin (Elementor)

hey and welcome back to living with,pixels in this video I want to show you,how you can set up a coming soon page,for your website inside of WordPress in,a really easy way you can also use this,technique for a website that is under,construction or under maintenance I use,this technique myself on almost every,website that I deliver for a client,because it looks really professional and,it also has a functional reason because,if your website is under construction,you don't want the visitors to visit the,pages that you're working on you want,every visitor to be redirected to the,coming soon page because otherwise they,will see pages that are not finished yet,this technique works for existing,websites and for new websites and is,completely free to do in order to,achieve this you need two things one you,need a plugin that returns all the,visitors back to the coming soon page,and you need a way to create that page,that looks something like this so,luckily Elementor is here and Elementor,has both of these features built in for,free and if you have the pro version of,Elementor you can of course also do this,so I'm here on a website where I want to,set up the coming soon page because,right now it looks like this and I'm,still developing this website and now,anybody can access the website and see,this which is not really professional,and it will take a few weeks to,transform this into at the design that I,created as or here you can see the,design that I created in Adobe XD so in,the next couple of weeks I will be,transforming this design into a real,website so let's set up the coming soon,page so I'm here inside of the dashboard,of WordPress and the first thing that,you want to do is install a mentor if,you've not installed Elementor yet it's,a free plugin you can download it on a,live one pixel comm slash links and then,it's over here get elemental for free,you will get a zip file and you need to,upload this zip file here under plugins,so if you go to install plugins you can,click on add new and here you can upload,the plug-in choose the zip file that,you've downloaded off that page and,click on Install Now and now you have,elements or insult on your website so,now you have this step over here and if,you don't go to tools you can see the,maintenance mount tab over here so if,you click on the tab you will see a few,options,Elementor offer,two options one is the coming soon,option and one is the maintenance option,the difference between those two is that,a coming soon option is good for SEO so,if you put it on coming soon your,website will still be indexed by Google,so people can still find you for Google,and if you don't want that so let's say,you want a minimum amount of traffic on,the website when the website is under,construction that you put it on,maintenance mode because then the search,engines will not index your website so,for this website I'm gonna put it a,coming soon but this will only work if,we create a template so what we need to,do is we need

How To Build A Coming Soon Page Before You Launch

Coming Soon Page | Wordpress Plugin, Best Free Solution (Fast & Easy)

hey how's it going alex here from,ideaspot and in today's wordpress,tutorial,we're going to be using a coming soon,page plugin to build this coming soon,page now this will work with any theme,or any page builder with wordpress,totally free if that sounds interesting,keep watching,so if we go to plugins and add new and,search for coming soon,the most popular one is seedprod and,this one is pretty good,but i've actually found that i prefer,cmp now because it includes a few,more useful features in its free version,so let's go ahead,install and activate that one when,that's active we can go to our cmp,settings in our dashboard menu,and we'll set this to enabled on the,whole website,coming soon and landing page and they,actually give us three,free themes in the free version i,actually think the countdown one is the,best in my opinion it has the most,functions so we'll activate it for this,demonstration go ahead and save all,changes,next step under the content tab we can,change our logo by default it's got a,text logo we can change it to a graphic,logo so let's go ahead and get our logo,from our image library,there we go we've got our logo there,let's insert that one,and then we can change the main content,heading by default,it says something is happening we could,just change that to coming soon or,whatever you'd like,and you can put an additional message in,there as well go ahead and click save,all changes,next step for the background image this,is the default one but we can choose a,custom image from our media library,i'm going to go ahead and choose this,one insert the image,that looks pretty good if it's not dark,enough to show white text you can,actually,choose a black overlay or another dark,color if you like,select whichever one you like and you,can change the overlay,opacity here so make sure it's dark,enough that white text will be readable,if it's too light,people won't be able to read the white,text very well so i think around point,six looks good,and go ahead and save all changes now,the countdown timer works by entering a,launch date so just scroll down and find,the countdown timer,choose whichever day you'd like the,countdown timer to end so let's go for,the 15th for example,go ahead and select that you can select,the time exactly as well,if you want and just go ahead and click,save all of the changes,and finally the footer is down there,just put a footer message in there or,copyright message,and we'll pop made by our dspot,tutorials and save all the changes,last thing i'll do is under customize i,want to change that active color from,the red i want that to match my brand,so i'm going to use a nice navy blue,but you can use whichever color you like,but as we can see we're pretty much done,here i might talk a little bit about how,this actual,submit button works on the email,subscription form so let's check that,out,so under the content tab if we scroll,down to the,subscribe form by default it's got its,own subscription form built in,so it
