hello and welcome i'm chelsea a product,manager here at kart hook,today i wanted to show you how to add,real one-click post-purchase offers to,your shopify checkout with carthook's,post-purchase offers app,let's start by creating your first,post-purchase funnel and offers,something your customers will see after,they complete the checkout and before,they see the thank you page,in our shopify app click create funnel,and give your funnel a descriptive name,now i can choose when my offer will,display based on what's in the shopper's,cart,i can do this based off of the products,in or not in the cart,the order value or the number of items,in the cart,i'm going to do this based off of when,my shopper buys a specific t-shirt,in black,i can limit this to specific variants,and i'm going to offer half off gloves,when they purchase a black shirt,i don't care what size or style they,choose as long as it's a black shirt,now i'm going to go ahead and add my,first offer,i'm going to be offering gloves,and i can also limit my offer to,specific variants i'm not going to limit,to variance i want them to be able to,choose any size,i can add up to two offers based on the,criteria chosen,on my funnel but i'm just going to do,one offer for now,now i can customize what i want on my,offer i can change the variants if i,want to,but i've already decided i want them to,be able to choose any size,now i can go to my offer settings and,choose the price,either original price a specific amount,off or percentage off,i'm going to offer 50 off my gloves,i can also display the quantity or,choose not to display the quantity if i,want to set it to a specific amount,i can also configure shipping options,here,all right now i get to go back and do,the fun part which is,playing with the offer design we have a,great layout for you already,but i can go ahead and make some changes,to this if i want for example,i can have a timer shown or not shown,and i can,change the length,i'm also not going to show a background,color for my,timer one thing to note is that,the offers will automatically inherit,the styling of my store so i don't have,to worry about any of that i'm just,really worried about the layout here and,how i want it to,look i can give it a descriptive offer,title,i can change the product details let me,go ahead and put in,a nice big description here for my,product,i can also change the size,and if i want it to be bold or not,i can move different components around,so i get the look that i want on my,offer page i can also add additional,sections if i wanted to add another,text area offer button section divider i,can also add more photos,when it comes to the product image i can,also choose to display the image gallery,if there,are additional images to display or i,can upload a custom image,all right i'm going to go ahead and move,the quantity and variance and the,pricing breakdown,onto their own row,and the buttons at the bottom,all right this is kind of a long one,probably not the best

okay uh jonathan here so showing you how,to use um or structure a funnel uh so,that you know you can extract as much,lifetime value and average order value,from the customer when they buy the,first time right so if you think about,it a funnel is basically uh a series of,steps that a customer goes through,before they they actually buy and finish,the purchase okay so this app is called,reconvert we use it on shopify stores,it's very very easy to use and in the,past um like the upsell sequence was,very very clunky and not very good at,all for shopify site that's why a lot of,people use clickfunnels for their funnel,software and stuff like that to be fair,shopify is very difficult to customize,as well so it still doesn't have that,sort of customization where every single,landing page you still can optimize to,the max but it's still a good solution,nonetheless okay so for example this,upsell sequence right here is a very,very simple uh if someone buys an order,for example right the trigger is,basically the order is completed right,so you're gonna upsell one thing so,imagine,this offer right here so you're gonna,have it upsell number one okay and so,you can see if the person buys this it,takes you up on this this offer for,example you can go to upsell number two,okay and this is the maximum that they,offer so you only can do up to two,upsells right after they have bought the,second upsell for example then they go,to the thank you page right so this,means that the order has completed,already okay if the person buys for,example and then they go to offer number,one what you can do here you can see you,can offer a down sell so a down sale is,basically when a person buys and they,reject your offer so they reject your,first upsell then you can offer them,something else so for example if they,don't want to go and buy more stuff you,can buy and offer them a more a less,expensive thing right you can also uh,push them to the thank you page,immediately as you can see here you can,see this one as well,if the person buys the first thing they,buy the first upsell and they don't buy,the second upsell so they decline the,upsell right then it goes to the thank,you page as well okay yeah so it's it's,very very easy now within shopify per se,because of this update right and you can,check out reconvert down below as well,yeah but basically this is a very,standard upsell structure right it's,like yeah the guy buys one thing you,offer them one thing,and then you offer them upsell number,two and then afterwards it's a thank you,page and it's finished okay so this is a,structure uh general structure of how,you would generally do it and uh hope,this helps right this can really,increase your average order value uh,over time as well so that'll be really,useful for you and yeah this is,basically this is for the post purchase,sequence and stuff you don't have to how,do i say complicate the issue because,most of the time uh when people buy one,thing they generally like that thing,a

hi everybody welcome back to reconvert,this is eric and in today's video i'm,going to teach you everything you need,to know about the reconvert post,purchase offer editor,when you create an empty offer this is,what it looks like i'm going to go,through some of the parts here to,explain everything you need to know so,the top part will display your store,name order number confirmation message,and a link to the order confirmation,page aka the thank you page this part is,designed by shopify and we have no way,to design it in any way below that you,can see the reconvert post purchase one,click offer if customers click the pay,now button they will pay right away and,this item will be added to their order,without them having to re-enter the,credit card details now everything here,is customizable and created by reconvert,at the top left section you can see the,offer name to learn more about the offer,editor you can click the help video,button which i'm guessing you already,did on the right section you can change,your preview from desktop to mobile view,to see what your offer looks like on,mobile i'm gonna get it back to desktop,for now and of course you have a save,button here that is currently disabled,because we didn't change anything let's,start by giving our offer a name and,let's call it my first offer as you can,see the offer name changes at the top,left corner of the screen it's important,to mention that this is an internal name,your customers will not see this name,anywhere the next step would be an offer,title now let's say that i want to offer,20 of this specific product only if the,customer purchase it right then and,there,as you can see the customization options,here are kind of limited because we,don't have full control over the design,of this page you can also choose to,display the title either below or above,the product upsell i'm going to keep it,above because i think it looks better,let's move on to product options i'm,going to close the title section and i'm,going to click the product options,section the first option in this section,is what product to display you can,either choose a specific product when,you do that you have an option to select,the product it's important to mention,that if you select a specific product,all the product details and preview will,load up right here so you can see,exactly what it's going to look like on,your store but you also have some other,options which are dynamic options and in,that case you will just see some,skeleton data some other options you,have are display the cheapest product in,the order display product recommended by,shopify this option does not require any,further integration you can also use our,partners rekomatic rebuy personalized,recommendations and wider so that if you,have any of these apps installed you can,use their ai algorithm to display smart,recommendations based on the,recommendations and you can also display,the most expensive product in the order,i'm just gonna keep the most ex
