hello everyone and welcome,my name is aaron keith and i welcome you,all to the buildify webinar,at buildify we are committed to helping,entrepreneurs take their business from,one level to another,we have everything from a podcast to,coaching programs,even to software so today we really want,to dive in and work on very specific,performance-based systems,and the importance of a business plan,i've been coaching and consulting,companies for about 20 years i've,coached,over 10 000 companies from around the,world i coach everything from billion,dollar companies,to celebrities all the small startups so,today we're going to share some,information,talk about some systems and processes,that have helped,all size companies big and small scale,from one size,to another so the first thing we're,going to dive into today,is goals goal setting is absolutely,critical,but it's not just goal setting it's the,systems behind,the goals so again what we're going to,do is we're going to look at goals,and we'll look at the systems behind,those goals,so the first system i want to dive into,that comprises a,proper business plan or an effective,business plan is what's called a sales,goal breakdown,your sales goal breakdown document is a,document that takes your sales goal and,breaks it down into my new detail,now why do we need to know that it's so,your brain,latches on right think about it,there's a system and then there's our,brain you want systems to impact your,brain,your brain is what causes performance,right not just the system,having a system sitting on your computer,doesn't do anything for you,having a system that you're interacting,with,causes the brain to move differently,which causes different actions which,causes different,results so today i want to focus on this,goal,and sorry i want to focus on the system,first,so here's how you want to set up your,sales goal breakdown document,first the very top should have your,sales volume,from your sales volume it's going to,break down what your average sales price,is,once we have your annual sales price,it's going to break down the number of,units,you need to sell per year so that first,chunk,is annual sales volume,average sales price and number of units,sold,now the next section is actually a,little bit more important it breaks it,down for the month,so it's going to take you to show you,this is how much sales volume i need to,do per month,then from there it's going to reduce it,again and keep,re-uh breaking it down it's going to,then show you,how many units you need to sell,from your number of units you have to,sell per month it's going to say how,many active customers you need to be,working with,each month from there it's gonna reduce,again and show you how many appointments,you have to go on,to get that number of active customers,once we know how many appointments you,have to go on we reduce again,down to leads so that way from start to,finish you know i need this many leads,that convert to this many appointments,this ma

Building Tools For Blender | Free and Awesome Add-On

hey what's up guys and welcome back to,mr 3d,today we are gonna take a look at,building tools add-on for blender,i'm gonna leave the link in the,description below for you to download,it's available for free,on github and make sure to join my,discord server,now let's jump straight into this,tutorial,once you have downloaded your add-on,just go,to the edit preferences add-on section,click on install add-on from zip file,and,find that wherever you have saved your,add-on make sure it's zipped,so in my case i have saved this add-on,in,this folder make sure it's,in zip file not you don't have to,extract this zip file,just click on it and install add-on,once it's installed just type in,building,tools and it's gonna show up like this,building tools mesh,make sure it's checked and just save,preferences,and then what we have to do now is to,delete the default cube,and now press n on your keyboard and,find wherever you have,your building two add-ons in my case i,have this,right here and now what you have to do,is to create,a plane floor plane floor and,as you can see a little drop down menu,right here click on it and you will find,different options,from here you just have to you know,make it its width length or,rectangular to circular compositor edge,shape,or even random so you can just,click on seeds and find whatever value,you like,and you can also you know create presets,so you don't have to do,all the things over and over again so in,my case i'm going to use this preset,that i have created earlier,like this one once you have this just go,into the edit mode,and select all the faces,go to the face like mode select all the,faces and then,click on add floors,from this little drop down menu you can,have,floor count floor height floor count,and slab thickness,how thick it's gonna be and offset,so in my case i'm just gonna make it,like this perfect,and two floor counts nice,and for the next step we have to do is,to select this top face,and click on add roof in the building,tools add-on,now as you can see you have the roof,up here and you have different options,for the roofs as well,so flat roof is gonna be just nothing,out,up here and then gable,is just the one that i have not,like quite a lot it's boxed and open,and hip so what we have to do is we have,to,we can make changes to it as well height,like so as you can see it's looking very,beautiful now,and for the next step we have to to,create balcony,stairs windows doors so we have to,select,a face right here as you can see i have,selected the face and then,click on add balcony what it's gonna do,is gonna,add little balcony,a lot of different options right here so,we can just offset it a little bit,vertical horizontal and,we can change the height,width depth offset,slab height so there's a lot of stuff,you can do with it,from each of these options you can,create presets,like this so i already have created my,preset so i'm gonna just gonna apply,this one and it looks beautiful,it has different options you can f
