okay,i'm gonna show you how to set up boxify,in a simple shopify store uh try to do,it quickly so fasten your seat belts,okay so i'm here at the,home page of a,store called krell products,and the first thing we're going to do is,go to the boxify dashboard by clicking,on apps here,and then on boxify,place to get started is of course,this button here that says how to get,started you click on that you get a,an overview of the setup steps,um,you could read those you could find out,more by clicking on learn more um but,we're just going to go through them now,uh the first step is to configure,product dimensions so let's do that by,clicking on products here at the,left,and uh this store has three products,we'll set up dimensions for all of them,starting with the hoverboard,once you get to the product page you go,up here to more actions,click on that and choose dimensions next,to the little boxify box icon,and you get to a screen where you can,add dimensions for this product um so,let's do that for the hoverboard which,is,24,long,eight inches wide and four inches tall,click on save,saves dimensions,and we just sort of rinse and repeat,we'll do the same thing for the sonic,screwdriver click on more actions,dimensions,sonic screwdriver is much smaller it's,eight by two by two,and finally we'll do it for the third,product the tricorder,uh,more actions dimensions,and that's 12,by six,by,three uh there's some more settings here,which in different circumstances you,might need to use but uh,here i'm just gonna enter the dimensions,and take the default,okay dimension saved you can get back to,the shopify product page through this,link if you need to,um but we don't need to do that we've,got to go back to the dashboard with the,dashboard button,and we set up our dimensions the next,thing is to configure some shipping,boxes,so i can scroll down here to the,shipping boxes section there's a button,here to set up the usps uh flat regional,rate boxes if,necessary but we're just going to,configure a couple of conventional boxes,we'll start with a small box,and let's say that's,10 by 8 by four,and you click on save,and then that ten by eight by four box,is listed here but we also need a bigger,box we've got that hoverboard which is,pretty big so we'll,set up a large box,um,30,by,12,by,10. now let me just quickly explain some,of these other fields,the minimum height is for a box that's,designed to be cut down you know it has,those creases every two inches,um,padding is if you routinely line this,box with padding you put the thickness,of the padding here the maximum weight,would,be the if you want to constrain how,heavy this box can be when packed with,goods you put the maximum weight here,the empty weight,is just that the box packed with nothing,this will be estimated if you don't put,anything,in that field,and the cost you could put a dollar,value here,if you want,that amount to be added to each of the,shipping rates when this box is used i'm,going to take the defaults

hi everyone,thank you for attending this,presentation,my name is philip and in this talk i'm,going to tell you about a system we,designed that enables app sandboxing on,stock android,android security research has received a,lot of attention in the past years a,major direction of reach the research,has been,monitoring and constraining untrusted,applications on android devices,and among the wide variety of solutions,brought forward were dynamic permission,systems information flow control and,dual persona bringing on device,solutions,however,if we classify those approaches in terms,of their deployment strategy strategy,strategy strategy we can see that they,divide into two categories,they are either operating system,extensions,that modify android in one way or the,other,or the application layer solutions,simple apps that a user can install on,his regular android device,let's have a look at both of these,categories,so here we have a very simplified view,of the,android software stack with the linux,kernel on the bottom the android,middleware the system services on the,left and have a bunch of apps installed,in user space and apps use the binder,ipc module to communicate with the,system services or other apps,and they use,this they issue syscalls to the kernel,to communicate with the kernel,and these different entities are,separated by,boundaries such as the kernel boundary,or,process boundaries between the processes,in user space,and what operating systems extension,operating system extensions typically do,they add,new reference monitors to either the,system services or the linux kernel,and the advantage of that is is that it,provides good security guarantees,because these reference monitors reside,behind some kind of security boundary,such as a process boundary,on the other hand,these solutions are inherently difficult,to deploy because they require require,users to,flash a custom firmware onto their,device which incurs data loss and is not,suitable for the average user,application layer solutions on the other,hand they're just apps that you can,install,on a regular android device,so these are very easy to deploy,however,android isolates different apps that are,installed on a device so it's not,possible for this monitor app here to,actually,see or intercept the communication of,other apps on the system with the linux,kernel or the system services so these,apps can actually not,enforce any security policy they can,just monitor the global system state,what research has been doing is they,have addressed this problem by using a,technique called inline reference,monitoring where they,inject the monitor into the untrusted,apps themselves by rewriting,the apps,and these systems are still easy to,deploy they can be deployed as a regular,app however,they provide only weak security because,the monitor and the app share the same,process space and the malicious app can,tamper with the monitor or attack the,monitor and,thus bypass the monitor also inline,referenc

this is a quick tutorial video of how to,set up box of hi in a Shopify shop I'm,going to go as quick as I can so fasten,your seat belts shop here is Krell,Outfitters I've already installed box of,five so click on apps and then box of,high to get to the box if I dashboard if,you scroll down you'll see these three,pink panels they're pink cuz it's not,set up yet and we're gonna change that,we'll start by clicking on the go to,products button and configure the,dimensions of the products and the shop,first the hover board when you get to,the product page you click on more,actions and then dimensions next to the,little box a file icon loads the screen,where you can enter dimensions for the,hover board we'll make that let's say 20,inches for the length width 8 and I know,4 for the I let me explain these other,fields padding is the thickness of the,padding material that you use to wrap,the product if you make that one inch it,might represent 1 inch thick bubble wrap,that goes around the product let's see,the next one is keep vertical not,relevant here but if you were maybe,selling wine you when you pack the wine,the box you keep it vertical so you,would check that checkbox then,importantly there's the pack mode of,which there are a number of options,the default is number one pack into a,box meaning pack into one of the general,purpose shipping boxes you have,configured in the app pack mode to ship,as is is appropriate for an item that,comes from the manufacturer in a box,suitable for shipping which case the,dimensions you enter here would be the,exterior dimensions of that box be sure,to use their exterior dimensions not the,interior dimensions of the box let's see,so the other option to consider would be,0 ship for free box of hi essentially,ignores such an item and if it's per,with other items will show shipping,rates for those other items if only pack,mode zero is purchased we give a,shipping rate of free PAC mode three,ship as is if the only item this is for,something that comes from manufacturer,and a box suitable for shipping but it's,small so you if one is purchased you'd,ship it asses if many are purchased you,wouldn't ship out many small boxes you'd,pack those into a general-purpose,shipping box let's go back to PAC mode,one save the dimensions here okay and,now let's go back to our products do the,same for the sonic screwdriver product,go up to more actions dimensions and,we'll put in some dimensions here say 8,inches by 2 inches by 2 inches save and,dimensions final and third product is,the tricorder more actions dimensions,and we'll make that 10 by let's say 5 by,3 save those dimensions okay so let's go,back to the dashboard click on this,button and scroll down we now have a,green panel up top for the products,click on add a box let's configure our,first box call it small and we'll make,it pretty small 8 by 6 by 4 let's save,that and for configuring a second box,click on new box up here o call this one,medium and we'll make this 12 by 10 by,

Welcome to boxify.
