okay guys in this video we're going to,take a look at the automatic upsells so,from your launch cart dashboard just,come down to automatic automatic upsells,here,okay now i've got a couple created,already but we are going to create a new,one and we're just going to call it test,okay you can call it whatever you want,as long as you um know what it refers to,so trigger type here now we're going to,set it now but you can uh just so you,know i'll show you you can always come,back and change this at any time,so this is basically which products that,it's going to apply to and which,products you know it will show the,upsells on so you can go for an,individual product or products just,choose it from the drop down menu click,next,and then you can select,uh,multiple products whichever ones you,want to uh or just one single product if,it's something particularly specific you,know referring to one particular product,i'm just gonna hit close,you can do categories uh click next and,then select from your drop down whatever,you want we've got t-shirts hoodies mugs,and then a couple of collections here so,let's go for mugs,in this case hit save,okay so before we crack on um,first of all you can always come back in,here and you can click this card icon,and you can change what the trigger type,is,now depending on what the trigger type,is as well you'll also get an option,here,uh,here we can change the category if we,want to,in fact let's just change this trigger,type to all products so i can show you,what all products looks like,okay now when you've selected all,products you can actually use this,button and exclude some products so,maybe there's a couple of products that,it should not apply to you can go ahead,and click save and it will just it will,block those ones out okay and remember,no matter any point you can always come,back and change these settings anytime,you want,so as we come down uh first one is on,the checkout page now there's a couple,more options coming soon but for now uh,we've got on the checkout page,all you need to do is click the blue,button to select the bump offer,i'm just going to pick a random,random product here but of course you,want to select your product the right,you know the right product for you,uh it does show you the stats here as,well and it also shows you the stats on,the main page which we'll have a look at,when we finished setting everything up,we can only put one offer here on this,on the checkout page and i'll show you,in a second what it looks like,once you've done that you have got,further editing options so if we come in,you can change the offer you can delete,it or if we click edit here we go in and,we've got some more options as well to,really control this,so here it does tell you in red a,warning,automatic sales or coupon codes you've,created previously for your store do not,apply for this offer any discounts you,want to apply must be added here so if,you want to add a further discount or,anything,excuse me um here is w

how's it going guys it's ty chapman here,today i want to show you how this,shopify plus store made an extra 70 000,using this one little tick in their,shopping cart on the way to the checkout,it's ridiculous 70 000 because they,added this one little tick and look the,crazy thing is hardly any stores are,using this right now and it's an easy,thing to implement on your store today,um pretty much any store can do this,using different products and different,techniques actually i'll get into it a,little bit later but you can do this,today it's really easy to set up let's,just dive straight into the stats and,i'll show you behind the scenes of how,they're doing this,as you can see so i'm just i've just,opened up this app monster upsells and,basically you can see the campaigns one,check up so 41 000 from this specific,campaign,if you keep scrolling through fifteen,thousand dollars from this other,campaign they love to test all different,products and all different styles of uh,there's one chick upsell but it's as you,can see it's actually working it's,making real money for this store i'm,going to show you how it looks and how,it works right now so check this out i'm,going to hide all of their branding for,confidentiality reasons and their,products and everything like that,you get the idea pretty quickly it's,this one little tick look at this dick,tick i've just added an extra 45,to this shopping cart just from this,tick this is the one that earned them 41,000,all right and if we click through we can,see they've just got a few other,campaigns just testing different,products oh this is the same price,points they've been looking at other,price points five dollar price points,already guys let's dig in a little bit,further into this forty one thousand,dollar campaign and see what offer and,options they were using now the way that,we do that is we click on this little,edit button,and voila i'm in the back end of the one,tick upsell now i'm not going to teach,you everything right now about one tick,upsell and how this all works and,everything i'm just going to show you,the offer and the way that they were,thinking when they set this up okay,now what we're going to do first is,we're going to scroll down,and we can see these are the trigger,products that triggered the little one,tick upsell now something to note is,that these trigger products they would,have sort these out you saw before that,there was a ton of different campaigns,that they tested on all different,upsells all different trigger products,and things like that so they've done a,lot of testing and test test tests that,is what you do in e-commerce i can't,stress that enough just try new things,as much as you can and then iterate on,them now what they would have done is,they've found the perfect products that,work well with this little tick okay and,the beauty of this let's scroll down a,little bit further and we'll see this is,where they add your upsell product and,here's the crazy thing,45.65 is how m

hey Ezra here and I'm inside of Shopify,I'm in my analytics section I've got my,year-to-date sales pulled up and I'm,going to come down here to top products,by units sold and I'm going to click,view report and I'm doing this video to,talk through some of the strategy around,how we figure out what upsells to set up,first and,um you know what what to offer,um you know in those upsells and that,will take me into literally the you know,top products by units sold and then I'll,sort that by net quantity and that's,going to show me my best seller my,second best seller my third best seller,you know my fourth best seller and you,know when I'm going through and building,out upsells for a brand I'm going to,start with the number one product,because obviously you know what we're,seeing with one click upsell is you know,folks who use post purchase upsells are,seeing 10 to 15 Revenue bump folks who,use both pre-purchased and post purchase,and thank you paid you're seeing between,that 15 and 25 bump and you're gonna get,the most Bang from your buck by setting,up funnels for your best sellers first,so I I first threw that and said okay,great you know Boomstick Trio that's my,number one item so that's going to be,the first product that I'm going to,build an upsell funnel for the next,thing that I'm going to look at is under,analytics and insights I'm going to go,to the last 30 days I'm going to see you,know which products didn't get a lot of,traffic but sold well,um you know which products were the top,selling right which products does it,feel like I can improve the conversion,rate obviously my bundles are gonna have,a low conversion rate and if I don't,already know what to offer the person,who bought the boomstick Trio I'm going,to see okay what was the second best,selling product in the last 30 days boom,right maybe I want to offer that,Boomstick color maybe I want to offer,that boom silk maybe I want to offer,that so I'm going to look at my most,popular line items if I don't already,have a sense of what I might might sell,them or maybe my best converting right,boom silk converted super well didn't,have a lot of traffic but converted,super well okay so once I've got a sense,of some of this data I'm going to hop,into one click upsell here I am inside,of one click upside L I'm in the funnel,for Boomstick Trio and you'll notice,that the first thing that I have is a,pre-purchase order bump for boom bright,and that's my second best selling,product over the last 30 days and look,at this 17 percent of people or five,dollars for each person who sees this,pop-up say yes to this and this is,really simple by the way there's no,discount on this this is literally just,hey I have here in the buy box I have,the setting that says hide it if it's,already in the cart so it's already in,the cart they won't see this,pre-purchase upsell and then it says hey,do you want to add our new most popular,product why not add boom right to your,order it's got the product name it's got,a head
