hey welcome to your new bold up-sell app,this video is gonna show you how to,create upsells cross-sells upsells and,cross-sells after checkout and funnels,before and after checkout as well,upsells and cross-sells are the easiest,way to increase the average order value,on your store this video is gonna show,you how to do it and you can have,upsells and cross-sells running today,before I jump into the administrator set,one up let me show you what it looks,like on the front end first this is an,example of product that has upsells and,cross-sells and a funnel and cross-sells,after checkout I'm gonna go ahead and,add this product to my cart you know,it's the first thing I presented with is,a upsell offer it's asking me if I want,to upgrade from the product I added to,this premium version for only $50 more,well of course I'm gonna upgrade it's,only $50 more a couple of things about,this you can control if you want this to,say the actual dollar amount of the new,product or just the the difference we,find showing just the difference,converts a lot better so let's go ahead,and get up sold,now I'm presented with a cross sell the,cross sell is when a product is added to,your existing order so this isn't gonna,replace any product it's gonna add to my,existing order so let's go ahead and get,cross sold and finally let's get cross,sold again you notice three offers just,showed in this are three products just,got offered in this upsell this is a,funnel a funnel is where multiple,products get offered and different ones,can be offered depending on if you,accept or decline a certain offer so I,accepted so I was shown certain ones if,I would have declined I would have seen,different ones as well too now let's go,ahead and check out so I'm on the,checkout page the checkout button is,also another trigger location if I go,ahead and click checkout I'm presented,with another upsell offer here there's,two products in the window this one,isn't a funnel as soon as I add,something it's gonna let take me away,from the page a couple things this,product I can adjust quantity this,product I can't adjust quantity so you,can decide if you want to let them be,able to set quantities or not and I can,only add one of these products you'll,notice as soon as I click Add to Cart,with the filter,boom I'm gone and I'm on to the checkout,you can also make it so they can add,both products if you want all that's,adjustable on the back end well let's go,ahead and check out this demo store is,using bold cashier and what's amazing,about that well there's lots of amazing,things the first amazing thing is,everything is stored credit cards are,stored I can actually check out with,boom one click but what's amazing,related to upsells is it does upsells,after checkout so now my order is placed,if I walk away this order will generate,as is I don't need to do anything else,right now but if I click add to order in,the next four minutes and 45 seconds,this product will add to this order I,just placed wit

i'm really excited to show you about a,new feature we just launched for bold,upsell and that's,upselling after checkout on shopify,checkout so with bold upsell you've,always been able to do true upsells,where if i'm buying this one pound bag,of coffee i can upgrade to the two pound,bag of coffee now if i go and i look at,my cart i can see i have the two pounds,actually removes the one pound and i've,always been able to do cross-sells where,the offer adds to the cart so if i want,to add this coffee syrup to the cart now,you'll see when i'm in the checkout,i have the coffee i have the coffee and,the syrup,but now what's new is you have the,ability to do cross sells after checkout,i'm going to show you what that looks,like right now so this is our live demo,store if you go to the app store bold,upsell and you click on demo store this,is the store i'm on right now feel free,to try it out,to,to test on any store you can just enter,one as the credit card number expiration,date has to be something in the future,security code one two three and let's go,ahead and click pay and you'll see what,this actually looks like so the order,goes through just like normal and it,processes if you do if the customer does,nothing the order's done but there's an,offer here for a,last second one click add to order the,customer doesn't have to do anything,they don't have to enter their shipping,information credit card details nothing,so i've put a discount on this uh a five,dollar discount the product is still,12.99 in the store but only on this,upsell after checkout page is the five,dollar discount on it,so if i go ahead and click add order,this will add it,to this order the way it works is,shopify applies two charges on the card,so if you scroll down you can see that,there was actually two charges but it,combined everything on one order so the,my coffee my syrup and the coasters are,all in one order but two different,orders uh the customer will get a,original order confirmation email and,then a order updated email so they'll,actually get two e's but showing that,the original order was updated feel free,to test it out on your store if you want,but that's that's how it is it's very,intuitive,and it just works out on the box you,actually don't have to do anything to,set it up you can of course uh modify,those emails just like any other shopify,email but it just works you don't have,to do anything there okay here's how i,set it up,go into our store and now when you let,me just open up current offers here,so the offer that you just saw was this,one called,coasters post purchase and go ahead and,turn that off and actually going to,create create a new offer and walk walk,right through it so when you click,create offer now,an under trigger let's just call this,coasters,post purchase,and i'm gonna set a trigger this is,what's new right now uh this wasn't here,a week ago so we you can always trigger,it on the add to cart button which you,saw with the upgrade to the two pound,bag be
